I dont remember my ladys name but she was excellent! Very friendly, took her time to make sure my nails were healthy and clean before applying the gel, and did a pretty perfect job! I just got a simple gel manicure but their acrylic nail art looked really pretty! I even got a student discount!

I loved it the first time and I went back today. But the experience was not the same. They were rushing me to choose colors, the male tech was just not interested in his work. When I asked if I could just try one more color, the lady tech snapped her eyes.I hope they will change yheir attitude towards customers after my review.

Been here many times. Only with Ann but apperantly shes gone 😥, others are just ok. It feels rushed even after I paid for extra service on my pedicure! And my nails (got the dip) and I noticed after the fact, but she did charge me the most expensive of their 3 prices... And my natural nails were extremely short... Feel a bit cheated!!!

Ann is the best! Will do everything you want and turns out beautiful!

So this is the fourth time I’ve been to this shop and by far the worst experience I’ve had. I was a walk in and was hoping to get Ann but she was booked so I went to the older guy with the glasses . I had three broken nails and the last nail he literally just cut my nail from my nail bed because he got impatient and couldn’t get the acrylic off. So my nails bleeding and he’s just acting nonchalant. He continuously filed the sides of my fingers and every time I’d move a hair he’d stop and deep sigh as if I was the most annoying customer he’s ever had. He took a very long time to do my fill because he used the file more than the drill and when he did use the drill he drilled into my cuticles repeatedly. When doing my nails he got the monomer all over my fingers so when I went home I was peeling acrylic off my fingers. Lastly when I wanted a gel top coat over regular glitter nail polish they said it couldn’t be done and I’d have to get gel. The whole experience was upsetting and don’t recommend this place .

Came here to be pampered as a birthday treat for myself. I was horrified when the pedicurist ripped off my toe cuticles and continued to paint over the redness she had created. I looked at her with discomfort and she kept looking at me like it was nothing. I added 10 extra min for a massage I really needed, but the pain of my toes were excruciating. I left paying the 28$ bill and left no gratuity because of this experience. I went home took a nap and immediately as I woke up I found my toes throbbing in pain.I plan to call the nail salon when they open to complain about my experience because this is not right.

Very good place

They cut my niece’s finger and then charged me 8 dollars more than their prices on the wall. The person lied and said they cut down my nails but they barely even filed them :(. My nAils look ok but it was ripoff and with so many other good nail salons to choose from I will NOT be going back.

Love this place because Im picky with my nails and they do a great job.
