I went on my birthday to get my nails done, had an appointment at 1:30 wasn’t seen until 45 minutes later, the lady that did my nails was rough on my hands but kept saying it was good and people loved the way she did nails.She didn’t even do the right color, I asked for the purple nails (the photo posted) but with coffin shape. She kept saying “did you want black or purple” I told her 3 times purple. And she still did black.My nails were also shaped funny. Not even a day later gems started falling off my nails, then 3 days later my nails broke. I wasn’t even doing anything except trying to do dishes. She also thought I was only putting gems on one finger when the photo shows two… charged me $67 for the set for them to not even last…….

Jade did an excellent job on my manicure and dip nails. She was also super friendly and fun to talk to. They have great customer service and are reasonably priced. Ive gotten so many compliments on my nails already!

Scheduled my appointment online. Then called to make an adjustment and it was so easy!! When my mom and I got there, the staff Was so polite and got us seated right away!! No hassle. No wait. And done under an hour. And my pedi was not rushed 🙌🏻🙌🏻While we were there at least two walk ins came in and the team welcomed them and were able to help them quickly.

This is my second visit. I requested the same technician Ken because of the level of service he provides. I will only continue to go to Bella if I can have him. No other tech will do for me. Its his level of wanting to put out excellent work for me!

The pedicure I got was ok but it just took longer than expected. The real issue was the fill-in. I told the tech that I recently moved here and she responds with Why? Theres nothing to do here. And she rushed through the entire process and didnt file down my nails. So they look chunky. Yea, Ill just try a different place next time.

Jade was such a sweet heart and did an incredible job!! my nails turned out exactly as the photo i brought in. 10/10 recommend her.

Hanna is amazing. She does excellent work! Salon is clean and everyone that works there is so pleasant! Wait time can sometime be long.

Friday mornings must be super busy. We had made an appointment previously for 10 am for 2 pedicures and a dip manicure. We were helped right away and received the services requested. There were a lot of people with appointments and a few walk ins. I’d definitely recommend making an appointment rather than just trying to walk in. If you just walk in you’ll most likely have to wait a decent amount of time.Tiffany was great and I’ll definitely be asking for her the next time I am in for a manicure!

First and last time getting my dip powder nails done here. I made an appointment for 12 and she told me to come back at 1pm / It wasn’t a issue until this… Very messy job | she rushed my nails | 2 nails were very crooked | nails were so thick and not sleek | you can see the nail bed on both side of the nails | i was thinking of getting a pedicure but after i saw the mess that she did, theres was not a chance | the lady that did my nails was the one that handles the transactions.I HAD TO GO HOME AND FILE AND SHAPE MY NAILS, TOOK ME A WHOLE HOUR.

Let me tell you, Jade went innnnnn on my nails. I travel a lot for work, have had manicures all over the country, and I consider myself somewhat of a manicure enthusiast. This is one of the top 5 manis of my life. She was a perfectionist, making sure my cuticles were perfect and touching up her work as necessary. Prices were also excellent. Highly recommend.

I went in for a dip polish on Sunday and one of my nails cracked a couple hours later so I called and they set a time for me to come back to have it fixed. They ended up re-dipping every nail to make them stronger! Super friendly and good services! I’ll be recommending to my friends 🙂

I love love love Bella nails, Hannah especially.. she never fails to give me the best gel manicure. I have moved 30 mins away and still take the drive to get my nails done with Hannah! 10/10

My daughter had a mishap with a nail and as soon as I called Hannah she asked that we come right back in so she could fix it. Not only did she fix the problem she also gave my daughter some beautiful nail art. We are very pleased with this establishment and the way that it is managed. We will be returning and encourage you to give this place a try!

All of my nails are lumpy I asked the lady to file them down she wouldn’t, she gave me a 6 minute pedicure I ordered the deluxe, she did my nails completely uneven, I asked her if she could do a design she said she can only stencil when 10 minutes earlier I saw a lady with a painted on design, stencil is falling off after 10 minutes. Never coming back!

My daughter and I went here for my birthday. My husband had booked us each a manicure and me a pedicure. The technician I had was great! However the one my daughter had was not so great. She was very aggressive on her nails and barely spoke to my daughter. Really disappointed as we spent $105 for just the two of us.

Amy did great on my nails and was patient with me as someone who is new to getting their nails done. She walked me through what was happening and did a great job with my brittle nails.

I have gotten dip done at this location twice. Both times, done by the same person, they have fallen off within a week and a half (if you have gotten dip before you know it lasts 3-4weeks most of the time). I went back the second time to get them redone. Luckily they did it for free but I sat there for an hour waiting and an hour for her to fix them. Big waste of time and money. If you go here for dip go to Hannah. Not the lady in chair 4 (never was told her name). Also, as I was leaving a lady came in complaining about the same issue with her nails coming off in a week. It may just be the one technician that is not able to do them properly.

I sat in the lobby waiting for a family member to get their nails done. Everyone there seemed very nice and professional. They did an absolutely amazing job with the acrylic nails. The place was very clean and they had provided forms of entertainment while you get your nails done (TV). I highly recommend

30 minutes late to start my appointment. Barely was greeted and just given a bowl to soak my hands in for almost AN HOUR. The nail polish wasn’t coming off with the chemicals so finally after soaking for an hour someone came to help. People who had appointments after me were in and out in half of the time. 2.5 hours for a dip manicure. 😣

It was my first time there was good overall just had a bit of wait because of the holiday weekend good service good conversation I will be back got a power dip

Update: I have been here several tomes and never had a problem. Today I had a 4 pm appointment and it took them until 4:50 to take me. I was fighting a migraine and it just got worse by the lack of update. In fact, no one even checked on me for 30 minutes even though they have a check in system which I used. I’m so bummed that I need to find another place.I’ve been trying to find a good place since moving here from Los Angeles last year. I’ve tried a few others but was very happy here. Loved Tiffany.

Great experience taking a family member here. Very attentive and patient with a language barrier. I was translating and they were very attentive to what was needed and if there were any problems.

Kelly is amazing at doing my nails and pedicures. I’ve had my nails done for years so have had some bad experiences in the past. So when I say someone is good I know the difference in good or bad nails. They last and never have I had her nails lift or break. Love my experience at Bella.

I wore skinny jeans to my pedicure, so I had to roll them up. When it came time to roll my jeans back down, they were stuck. There were five women helping unroll my pants and they were all AMAZING! I will definitely be returning (not in skinny jeans next time)

This was my first time going here. I needed to get acrylic nails removed. They were very kind and friendly, and knew what they were doing. While I was there they were super busy and were working very hard. I definitely recommend and will use this place from now on!

I went in they were quick about getting nails done but they all fell of 3 days later they were terrible quality cause usually the nails last me 2 months there nails lasted 3 days terrible place to get nails done will not be returning

Friendly, helpful, thorough staff. Relaxing and peaceful. Not stuffed full of people like other salons.

I paid for a deluxe manicure and pedicure and got no massage, lotion or cuticle oil during either my manicure or pedicure. My manicure is terrible. The employee didnt file my nail edges correctly so they are all jagged and she left in a piece of hair in the wet polish. If you want to leave a tip, you either have to pay cash (the have an atm there) or venmo the tip. Will definitely not be returning.

Ladies, this is THE nail salon you want to go to. The techs didn’t rush me at all, it was very comfortable and they did an incredible job. My tech was a young gentleman and unfortunately I did not catch his name. The whole staff was in a great mood which was a nice change of pace!

Staff was friendly and took us immediately upon arrival, even though we were early. Salon was clean and bright.

My only complaint is that I had a confirmed appointment and they took walk ins ahead of me. I was not seated until a 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment. The work however was finominal!

I thought this was my new spot but after 3 visits Im going elsewhere. My first visit was just okay so I looked at the reviews and for my 2nd visit specifically requested a nail tech who had been called out as really good. That appointment was again just okay, but I thought Id give her another try. I made my next, 3rd appointment 2.5 weeks in advance but when I showed, they had switched me to someone else, that was the worst gel mani thus far.Specifically, none of the techs gave a good, lengthy massage, even when I paid extra for a better pedi or mani. The gel manicures by all three were only okay, only one of them took care to not damage my nails and none of them managed cuticles correctly so the outgrowth within days looked terrible. With $20 tip spending $100+ for what I am getting here is not worth it.

I did the exfoliating pedicure with Kieu and she was so lovely and did an amazing job. Made sure I was comfortable with everything. Great job!!

Literally the worst dip nails ive gotten in my life. during the process, the man doing my nails severely cut 2 of my cuticles with the drill and they were bleeding profusely. also, dip normally lasts me 3 weeks and its been a week and a half and ive already lost 2 nails. i will not be back.

The place was very nice very sweet people.By any means I had got a full set in they were nice in I went home had them on for 3 days one broke then 2 broke when I picked my card up then I decided to take the rest off they pooped right off in I still paid the price hope I can get a new set redone or refund please

The work done was sloppy. Will not return or recommend. If you can’t do my nails properly, don’t do them at all!!! I wish I could get a refund they are so uneven!

The lady did a beautiful job on my nails, however the nail polish started coming off the next day on both hands and feet. I didnt even have the polish on for 24 hours and it started coming off in pieces.

I got my old nails taken off, manicure, and a dip french manicure all for $60. My nails look amazing and super friendly. No surprises, they let me know the cost while he did everything. Ive been to Bella Nails many many times and normally Im a big fan. In fact, I recommend numerous co-workers use Bella Nails because it is close to our work location. I will not be referring nor going myself. I had a scheduled Exfoliating pedicure. First off, she did not buff my nails and it was so needed, next she barely did anything related to exfoliating or massage (both part of this pedicure), then she only used 1 coat of nail polish, and finished at 21 minutes. I paid for a 30 min pedicure and feel very negative about the entire experience. They have lost a valued customer.

This was my first visit and without question I will return. I felt pampered and not rushed at all. Did a marvelous job with my manicure and pedicure!! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Wonderful experience all around.

My friend was getting her nails done and talked me into and a manicure and pedicure with paraffin wax on hands and feet. Best experience ever. Her mails came out looking better than Id seen. Shes now going to make the trip once a month here to get her nails done. I might tag along.
