I love Sam! Very pretty building, friendly staff and they are super fast. I literally showed Sam a picture of what I wanted and she did better than the Pinterest reference. They definitely gained a new customer 💕

I literally drive past half a dozen nail salons, and often wait in traffic. JUST to come here!The manager is sweet and helpful. Kyle and Andy always do an amazing job! They give great suggestions and always know exactly what I want, even when it randomly changes.LOVE them!

I had Helen for the first time today. And she is the best pedicure associate I have ever had! She’s thorough she gives great leg massages. If you have never used her I highly suggest that you do.

This was the WORST pedicure I have ever received. The polish was dripping off my nails and all my nails were trimmed differently. Will not be returning and do not reccomend.

I have been here 2 or 3 times was trying out a new nail salon. Dip nails pop off! so far from my last visit one has popped off and one is about too. It has only been a week and half wear since I have gotten them done. The time before I had three or four come off! I decided to give them another chance this time but now having the same problem again I went and told them and was told I would be charged again to replace that nail. I have had my nails done many years at different nail salons and this does not happen unless they are not applied correctly so I am not paying again for your error! So I will not be going back again! This is not how you keep customers coming back over and over again!

My teenager went in with a gift card and got the worst dip job. Kept asking for the nails to be cut shorter but this is what she ended up with. Tips were too large for her nails, dip was really thick and lumpy.

They were so friendly. Best massage. Orders food from next door and are while had a pedicure. Definitely will be back

Kenny gave me the best pedicure! He knew what he as doing and very careful the entire time. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Will be back!

Was turned away with my daughter. More than 45 min before close trying to get service and they turned us away saying they didn’t have time. Wont return but looking at the photos, almost glad I didn’t stay.

Very beautiful salon and nice decor. I only got a regular manicure but I was very happy with the service. Staff was amazing and their attention to detail was excellent! Price was reasonable and they have nice selection of color to choose. Overall Im a happy customer!

I can’t say enough positive things about this salon!! I love my Nail Tech Mai and how talented she truly is! She always makes my nails so beautiful as I am very picky. The manager Rachel is always so welcoming and makes sure I’m so comfortable and brings me a cold Diet Coke whenever I’m in. I’m a forever happy customer🥰♥️

The old Asian guy in this place scared my five year old by trying to take nail polish bottles out of her hand after she chose them for her nails. Please get over yourself...nail polish is super cheap, he shouldn’t be guarding the bottles like they are worth thousands. I have spent good money at this salon and always tip well, I will NEVER go back. Please think twice about taking your little ones here! This place is not kid friendly! How dare he be so rude to my baby, I am a paying customer! If it wasn’t for the customer you would not be in business! When I tried to address it, they tried to act as if they didn’t understAnd me...which is bull! You understand any other time!

Very nice salon. Reasonably priced. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It must be a great place to work. They have long term employees. I noticed a number of customers coming in with appointments with specific employees. I had the pleasure of getting to know Quincy. Shes got my business. Highly recommend this salon.

I love Bella Vous! Quincy is the greatest, she consistently does a fabulous job with my nexgen manicures, brow waxes, and pedicures. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her and wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The ladies who shaped and design my nails to Perfection here is professional and very friendly! Theyre very great with detail and theyre able to make such a wonderful set of nails! Not only it was very relaxing and calming!

First, and last time for me. Not impressed. The nail tech who worked on me was not friendly. She didn’t offer a drink, yet all the other techs around me asked their clients if they would like water, soda, white wine etc. Not a big deal, I had my own water, but it’s nice to be given the option. I waited 20 min for my nail polish to dry, and it didn’t. I told the tech about it and she said... “nail color is bad, pick another” as she took off the bad polish. So not only did I waste 20 min of my time waiting for paint to dry, but had to start again. REALLY, she didn’t know while she painted all 10 nails and let me sit there for 20 min that the polish was “bad and too thick” before telling me... 30 min later?! Worst part, they grabbed the “bad polish” and put it back on the wall, so this will happen to someone else!! Send in 2nd nail tech, who painted my nails in literally 1.5 min, without even waiting for the previous coat to attempt to dry. HUGE waste of time, and no respect for my time. No apology. Overall, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maybe the owner of the salon should’ve taken some of the money spent on the gaudy decor and invested in some customer service training for his employees. I’m sure it would go a long way.

I went to the salon because its close to my house, the environmente is nice, confortable chairs, calm music. Justin did my gel nails. He is really kind and sweet, and gives you a good hand massage in the end.The only issue is the price, 10 dollars more than I usually pay for the same service.Overall, I recommend the place!

I read the reviews before I came here and saw Danny and Justin were highly recommended so I made an appointment with them for the next day for a mani/pedi. Justin came over first when I was seated and did not say hello so I greeted him first. He didnt offer me a drink so I asked for water and he said okay but didnt move to get me one, he instead started working on my feet. Danny came over about 5 minutes later and started on my manicure and he did ask if I wanted a drink. I said yes I asked for a water but he must of forgot about me nodding to Justin. Justin just shrugged his shoulders as if to say oh well too bad, and kept working on my feet while Danny went to get me a water. Danny was courteous and laughed and joked with me while he finished my manicure. Justin on the other hand kept staring at the door as if he was waiting on someone else to come and roughly scrubbed my feet so hard even after I told him it was too rough. He kept rubbing a little softer but not paying attention and they still hurt even a week later since he was so rough. I would have got up and left if I didnt have Danny keeping me comfortable and I needed my nails done for the next day. My bill was $95 and I still left a tip based on my experience with Danny. I am leaving 1 star as even though Danny was great, Justin made the experience so bad that I will not be back. I am highly disappointed with his rudeness and his lack of customer service skills. My money will definitely be better spent at an establishment that provides a more positive customer experience for all of their patrons.

All customers would agree that we take our time off and go to a salon to relax and hope we would come out of that salon with great looking nails. Mine wasnt very relaxing at all and I feel much more stressed looking at my sloppy done nails. (i uploaded the photo) I hated how it look.Now i have to go find another salon which can take this manicure off and get it done correctly.The guy who did my pedicure is meticulous and took his time. He did a great job. However I wasnt impressed with my nexgen manicure. i asked Kate to push my cuticle and she said she will. Later on i was surprised shes already dipping my nails in the powder. I asked her i wanted my cuticles to be pushed, she said there is no need to push my cuticles further. i said can you cut it? my nail beds look short. she said i should have told her she needs to cut my cuticles. what??my nails doesnt look as good as the other salon i go to. when a customer asks something, i think that they should pay attention. i gave a 20% tip and i hope that goes to the guy who did my pedicure. this goes off my list of salons to go to. im never going back here.

Worst Nexgen manicure and pedicure. Less than a week its already cracking and there is a thick layer of dip around the nail bed. Dont waste your money on this overpriced mess.

After going for 4 yrs of pedicures Ill never be back. What WAS a relaxing time turned bad when a woman started to complain at 1:05 she had a 1:00 appointment and couldnt wait for her manicure. So my technician was giving me my French polish when they started on her about getting done. Then the woman turns completely in her chair to stare at me getting my polish. Then tries to engage me with it she has an appointment time they should honor it right. I said, Ive had to wait for appointments before, at least its not the drs.office. I told her I didnt appreciate feeling my appointment is now being rushed. My technician then tells me she is going to put 2 more coats on but help this other woman first. Wait... now I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for more polish. Then the receptionist starts cleaning up my chair area... there was lots of other empty seats. I got up unfinished said Ill polish my own at home since its obvious Im not as important and need to be rushed out. I always get the expensive pedi. Im done... I wont be back.

They were upset I wanted acrylic nails then upset over the length of the nails! The lady also refused to clip my nails which then became very painful when it was time to remove the acrylic nails . Also one of them popped off while I was putting on my socks the day after I got them done, I went in go have it fixed and they charged me for it. This place sucks the workers dont answer your questions and constantly speak to each other in another language (very uncomfortable) and the place isnt all thst clean either. Not worth the money.
