I decided to stop by and get my nails done after reading the reviews. They did not disappoint, I loved my nails so much. The shape and colors were perfect. I received so many compliments from strangers about my nails.

My favorite salon! I go here regularly for my Nexgen nails and a pedicure! Holly and Cindy are the BEST! wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Nail technician was making fun of my nails and didn’t fully paint my toes. She did one coat of color and a clear coat and called it done. I asked her to paint another coat and she did one nail then told me it looked bad so she didn’t do the rest. I asked her to fully paint my nails then clean it up, but she made comments the whole time about my nails being short and that she was getting it on my skin. I’ve never had a technician treat me this way at another salon and I certainly can figure out how to get my whole nail painted…My mom’s manicurist kept pressuring her to get gel rather than polish, saying it would come off with one wash of her hands.

I went to this nail shop today to have my nails done for the first time in 38 years of my life. (I even told them that this is my first time to have my nails done at the shop) I showed a manicurist a picture of colors I wanted for my 12 years wedding anniversary this weekend. The manicurist said she needed to extend my nails first and then color the nails. I tried not to talk too much since she was focusing on using a hand drill on my nails. Then, I noticed that 3 acrylic nails were too crooked. I asked her nicely to fix them. The manicurist fixed them for me but they were crooked again. I asked her nicely to fix them again, but she said my fingers were crooked and that is why it happened. Even though she fixed them for me again, it still remained crooked but I did not mention it again. Then, I asked for a big stone for my right thumb nail and she said it was $3.00 at first and then later she changed the price to $5.00.I was ok with that too. Then, I asked to remove a hardened and clumped manicure spot that had dripped down underneath my clear acrylic nail. That clump was so visible and see through from the top of the nail. Then the manicurist became passive aggressive and rough when handling my hands and nails after I asked her to remove that clump. Then she told me that I am too picky while she was glaring at me and making a weird laughing sound at the same time. Then, she started to talk to another worker in the shop in Vietnamese as she looked at me as if she was talking about me in their language. Then, she told me to go wash my hands very rudely. After washing my hands, I went to go pay at the front. The manicurist and the other worker who were talking in Vietnamese were waiting and glaring at me. The manicurist snatched my debit card from my hand and inserted into the machine and asked for a tip.I would never! ever! go back to this place to be ridiculed by these people for asking a reasonable request when they do something wrong. The manicurist said she had 20 years of experience doing nails. I would like to recommend this lady to learn from the beginning how to find the right size and put them straight on the customers nails. I tried to be happy with my very first acrylic nails, but it looks awful to me. I would love to say more about the crooked stone on my nail and she kept messing up when putting the dots on my nails, but I am going to wrap it up right here.

Holly is amazing! She always does a great job with my nails and shes super gentle. Other places are too rough. Shes super kind and friendly too! She makes my experience here great!

This business has really gone downhill. I had an appt for 345p and they were already 10 minutes past that without any communication. When I asked if someone was coming soon I was ignored the first time and when I asked again I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Because other people had come in. Not a good excuse and they didn’t care so I left. I’ve been coming to this salon since but they will no longer get my business.

This place is my go to! They are friendly, professional, and amazing! I felt very comfortable and welcomed there. They did a great job as well. They have an amazing section of nail colors! I am absolutely in love with this place!

They nickel and dime you. Asked to have my nails removed, they had me soak and remove my own nails. They never touched my nails or even filed it and still charged me.

My daughter and I walked in at 7 thinking they were going to turn us away. They didnt.2 ladies stayed until 9 to do our nails. Very friendly

Kim served me and did a great job on my pedicure. I only ask that she, and others, slow down once finished as to allow the polish, if applied, to dry and not rush to put the persons sandals back on and risk ruining the work that was done. Other than that, I liked what she did. I experienced the and situation at another salon. More men (gents) need to give their feet attention. Taking care of the feet is not something that is only for ladies.

This was very disappointing. I finally asked for a drink over 10 minutes into the pedicure. Then I was severely cut. The nail polish was applied poorly too.I will not return.The tool that had my blood was returned to the cart. I do not think it was properly sanitized.

FIRST IMPRESSION REVIEW: my sister decided to come here for the first time so I decided to come along and just get an old set removed. The removal fee was $10. I waited about 20 minutes before someone came to assist. The person approached me without greeting and began to remove. They were saying something in their language, laughed and then they reminded me there was a 10.00 fee. I said ok and as she began removing another person came to remove my old set. The other person did not acknowledge that she was taking over nor did she greet herself. The process of removal was ok, but she kept trying to using sharp tools ( nail tip, a flat tool and one rounded tool that also pushed into my skin a bit) to remove any remaining product from my nails. After she was done I washed my hands and went to pay. I gave her a 20.00 bill that was tore almost halfway down the middle. She then walked to another associate and they passed the bill around to make sure it was “ok”. The lady then looked at me from across the way and told me she could accept the bill lol i then said ok... lady came back gave me my change and I said thank you🤝 She never said you’re welcome just turned her back. During this WHOLE process I didn’t get ONE greeting nor was I offered anything to drink. Overall experience wasn’t good due to lack of customer service maybe because I wasn’t spending a lot of money. I am looking for a new local nail shop though so feeling iffy about going there for an actual set. Will post another review if I go back. Giving three stars due to shaping came out okay and she ensured to file and shape my nails a bit.REDUCED TO 2 STARS SOME OF MY NAILS STILL HAS PRODUCT FROM MY OLD SET.

What an absolute delight to stumble upon this place! This is the BEST nail salon I have been to and I get my nails done ALL THE TIME! Stephanie and Anne were so wonderful and my nails and toes look AMAZING! Wished I could transport them back to Arkansas with me, but this place will be my GO TO when visiting!!! Just INCREDIBLE!

Every employee greeted us as soon as we walked in and tended to us right away. We were offered drinks and seated immediately. They were very personable and took GREAT care to ensure that our nails were done exceptionally well. I have absolutely no complaints and will be frequenting this salon from now on. Amazing work!

I highly recommend this lovely salon. The salon is clean, quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere. All the technicians are very welcoming with great customer care. Today was the fourth time that Stephanie gave me an outstanding manicure and pedicure. She is meticulous! I am so happy to say that I will be a loyal customer.

The place was beautiful and relaxing. The technicians who worked on myself and my fiancé were wonderful (Iris, Stephanie and Stephanie’s sister). My usual guy who does my nails wasnt available so I had to research to see who I was able to trust my nails with. Needless today this salon had really high reviews amd I could see why! At first I was nervous to see somebody new but Holly took me straight away amd put my nerves at ease. She made my nails look more beautiful than I could ever imagine and I am so so happy I found this salon!! Definitely recommend!

Ive visited Cosmo nails three times now and each time has been wonderful! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My nail tech even created a custom nail color for me when the color I chose was not quite right. VERY CLEAN and relaxing.

Jeeeeez ....just had the best pedicure probably of my entire life. I got the Deluxe Pedicure and it was so great - extended Massage with hot stones and just great attention to detail/quality. I won’t go anywhere else in the area now that I’ve found Cosmos!

My friend and I came here for our first time! This place is amazing!!! Anne and Eden were SUPERB!!!!! They have wonderful personalities, a lot of laughs and did a FANTASTIC job on my mani/pedi! DEFINITELY going back! Thank you guys for a wonderful visit!!!!

It was a spur of the moment find. We where shopping nearby and decided to get pedicures. My five year old got one too and loved it. Unfortunately her polish didnt last long. Im giving them a five star because my nail tech was nice and did a great job on mine, especially getting calluses off. I told her the exact area where I had more calluses and she got to work. Ive paid for a lot of pedicures that were supposed to focus on calluses. This is the first time I can say it was worth the extra cost.

Have been here multiple times now and I thought it was my new trusted nail place. Unfortunately, today I went in for a gel manicure and did not have a wonderful experience. The manicurist cut down my nails very short without asking while trying to take off my nexgen. She then sloppily filed them to different sizes and then painted them at the same skill level I paint my own nails. Then after the gel was set she filed them some more to clean up the sides a bit, leaving them rough and unfinished looking. The polish is also lumpy and uneven. My nails feel weak, thin, hurt a little, and haven’t been this short in a long time. Giving this place another try next time but so sad that I have to leave this on for a while (during my birthday) and that I had to pay $40 for something I could have done better. Not sure the name of the manicurist but she had a short bob hairstyle. I hate writing negative reviews and hope I can write a better one next time!

Tracy is fantastic! Very professional and sweet! She did a great job and was gentle. The older lady that did my nails there earlier today, that’s been doing nails for 27 years had a bad attitude and even argued with me about what shape I wanted. When I went back to get some of the dip cleaned up Tracy was more than happy to help me. The older woman kept coming over and trying to argue with Tracy about fixing my nails, it was uncomfortable but Tracy handled it very well. I will definitely go back to Tracy!

Service was great when the business opened but now the customer services is decreasing if appts. are scheduled at specific time the tech should be available & ready to go for the scheduled customer. I had an appt schedule at 10am today my pedi service didnt start until 10:!20. I adviced tech very disappointed. I like the location but the customer service is unsatisfactory. 😒

This is by far theee best nail salon I’ve been to. I used to go to a different nail salon for over 2 years consistently EVERY 2 WEEKS! I left that salon to start coming here. The customer service is GREAT! The QUALITY of the work is OUTSTANDING! Every tech in this salon is very skilled and friendly! They also have a HUGE color selection and they are always adding. They are so clean and tidy. I am not being paid or compensated for this review I ginuenly love this nail salon and recommend it to any and everyone!!! The owner is sooo sweet and she knows her stuff. She had educated me so much in regards to nail care and facials. She is truly AMAZING and her ENTIRE STAFF is just as kind and knowledgeable!
