I had to wait over 30 mins since I didnt have an appointment.They offered something to drink I gladly got water.First time there today and Tom was my nail tech very kind and gentle. He did a good job on my nails.Pretty much diverse and English was the main language. I didnt feel out of place and they gladly did what I requested.Probably will come back.

Bella has been doing my nails for more than 5 years - she is kind, personable, efficient, and always does a fantastic job! I like this salons staff overall. Front desk is always friendly, they offer drinks and snacks and make sure you are comfortable if you do have to wait for any reason. Bonus - everyone treats my 3yr old granddaughter like a little princess when she comes in for a mani.

Got my nails done here, asked for a light pink and when the lady came out with pinks I asked if they had a lighter one and she gave me a attitude and said no they didnt without even checking… Then 2 of my nails fell off within 2 days and when I went back to get them fixed the ladies at the front asked me to remember the stylists name which i couldn’t remember and then told me no one could fix them since I didn’t remember her name?

After my daughter did some research, she found this place. Its reasonable price. (Check in with Yelp for first timers and get a 10% discount) We were able to get same day appointments. We asked for Travis and Hannah because they were the most mentioned on the Google Reviews. They did a fabulous job!! They were very sweet, friendly, funny and very attentive to what we wanted! I didnt feel rushed out of there. They were super busy but everyone looked happy and relaxed! One thing that really did surprise me is that they had one of the TVs set to Football and that was AWESOME!!! This was my favorite place for over a year. Great drinks, friendly people. This past time I went the guy I had cut into my skin with the machine they use. He made me bleed on two fingers and left 6 others red and hurting. My fingers are covered in powder and gunk, he was incredibly rough and seemed rushed. When I told the manager all he offered me was 20%. I go consistently every 2-3 weeks so it was really disappointing. I was taking my little sister for her birthday so I just paid and went on my way without causing problems. The more I look at my nails. The more I see sloppy work. Wont be going back. Only reason they got 2 stars was because the guy who did my sisters nails was very gentle with her.

Tom isn’t back to work yet and it shows. My nails look terrible and I won’t go back until Tom gets back to work. My pinky nail came off two days after I got my nails done. There are cracks in them and it was all nextgen. Did I mention it was $100? Photos were taken 1 week after getting them done. My nails don’t grow that fast. They were crooked and really terrible looking.

Their place is so clean that theyre pedicure bath have plastic covers. Best place to get a pedicure, hands down.

I’ve been going to this salon for a couple years now and the nexgen service I got today is by far the best I’ve had! Donna did an amazing job!! She was very detailed and made sure the shape, length and style was to my liking. Before I even left the salon, other customers were commenting on my nails. I’m sooo happy with my service and Donna will definitely be my regular technician!This salon has always maintained a calm and clean environment (even prior to new management). They offer an array of drink options with professional and nice staff. The only thing that was difficult with prior management (that I experienced as a customer) was their employee turn over rate. When you found a good nail tech, chances are they were no longer employed there when you came for your next appointment. Hopefully that has changed now.

I made appt over phone, greeted promptly when I walked in. It had been 3 yrs since I had been here and everyone is nice, technicians made sure I was happy with mani pedi. Was offered beverage and snacks. Employees clean the stations as people leave. I highly recommended and plan on coming back.

No wait, front desk guy was helpful, but it took forever! Shellac change (no manicure) took 2.5 hours and 3 hours later it chipped :( Im going to go in tomorrow to see if theyll fix itEdit: I went in and they were really nice, they fixed it, and the manager made the lady fix the chrome BC it wasnt thick enough ( or something like that)Edit edit: 2 days after she fixed them, they started chipping again (same finger, and another finger) ???

They are professional, the atmosphere is great energy vibe. They practice safety with wearing a mask and washing your hand when you enter for your nail tech or pedicure. I will only go here to have my nails or feet done....thumbs up!

Travis did an awesome job again. I’m super indecisive with my nail color and thought I wanted to try something new. Half way through I didn’t like the color and he offered to change it with a smile on his face. He didn’t make me feel bad for changing it at all. He always takes his time to make sure I love them before I leave or he will fix them. He very much pays attention to detail and fixes things I normally wouldn’t ask to fix. Not to mention he always a has me laughing. Would highly recommend.

This is the only place I come to for a mani pedi. I set my appointments with Michelle and Cindy, and they take care of me every time. Michelle is really good at what she does, I followed her from Mckinney to this location!

They consistently do a wonderful job on my nails. They have a large selection of Nextgen powders. This is a clean establishment and sanitary. 💗 If something needs to be corrected just make an appoinment to come back and they will take care of it.

I have finally found my place! Only place in town with this environment. Tons of color choices and easy pricing. $35 for nex-gen and $38 for any pedicure. They did leave some excess dead skin Ill bring it up next time but overall great experience. I especially enjoyed the massage. Also, we got to start and finish services as the same time as the other girls in our party (has not happened anywhere else in town)

So I went here excited to get a mani/pedi after 6 long months of going without. I left very disappointed. Im one that pays attention to detail and precision. Although, my nails were cut too short the manicure wasnt too bad but the polish on my toes chipped and now has bubbles forming. Theres still paint on the side and wasnt cleaned up. Overall, just wasnt a pleasant experience. Shouldve took the ride to my usual spot.

My nails look very natural. They keep them narrow and thin to fit my skinny fingers. I get so many compliments on them every day from customers I work with. Actually had one person take a picture of my nails. My daughter and her friends go here as well

I dont like to post negative reviews, but my recent visit to Polished Nails was a bust. They had more men than women as nail techs and the one I had simply did not know what he was doing. I paid $55 for a full honey pedicure with hot wax. He let the wax sit in the bag so long, it cooled and hardened and it felt like my feet were sitting in day old oatmeal. That wasn’t bad enough. When he painted the nails, he didn’t go to the nail edge. He also did not put on my sandals or help me adjust my pant legs down. I mentioned the bad paint job to the manager. So he globbed more paint on top of the still wet polish. It wouldn’t set. For the wax, he told me that a lot of people dont like hot wax and next time I should ask for the wax to be hot. What!? I’ve been getting hot wax for years and never had it served cold. I’ve been here before and had good experiences, but now I have to repaint my nails myself. In which case, what did I pay $55 for? So...dang. Not the pedicure I was hoping fore.

Came to Dallas for work with two broken nails so needed a quick fix for my nail emergency! Polished fit me in in 10 minutes, and Travis did a great job!! Full bar to boot. Definitely recommend you come here!

Very nice place. I waited 45 minutes for someone to do my feet. I ended up leaving since I didnt have enough time anymore. I even had a reservation. The reason for five stars is the owner was attentive, apologetic, and gave me a free pedicure for next time I go. (This was my first pedicure experience, we went with dates to see what a pedicure was like. I am a guy.)

Had a great time here in July with two girlfriends for my birthday.Booked an appointment for three people - three pedicures, two sets of dip nails. All three of us got started at the same time and were wrapped up within 45 mins, which is impressive when you have so many treatments being done.I had the milk and honey pedicure, which I specifically visited this location for, as every place Ive found that also offers this treatment is $10-15 more expensive.It was a great experience, and I look forward to going back.

Today is the first visit i received poor service frompolished nail bar.This is my favorite nail salon i have found. I love the atmosphere, it’s fresh and inviting. all the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I usually don’t make appointments since the wait is little to none. the establishment is very clean and every tech that has done my nails has practiced superb sanitation. You will always be offered a beverage, whether it be water or wine. Not to mention my nails always look AMAZING.I felt like i was a burden today! my tech did not say one word to me after he asked how i wanted my nails, he seemed very annoyed that he was having to do my nails. He kept throwing his things around, rolling his eyes at the conversations around us and almost rushed through my service. I hope this isn’t the attitude i run into the next time i get my nails done!!

Nails already chipped ..poor service didn’t clean under my nails and i was Overcharged smh never will i go here again .... they were suppose to take of my fake nails which i kept making them aware of all they did ask keep filing them down, like they weren’t there . 🤦🏽‍♀️

The staff there are amazing especially Kim! She gets my nails right every time and I dont have to pick at every thing she does, she just does really amazing work. Friendly, always greets me when I walk in and i dont feel like just another customer but like they anticipate my arrival.

Had a nail repaired three days ago but instead of soaking off the old acrylic it was filed down and a tip put on top of the old acrylic, of course the nail broke again. I went in today to get it repaired I had the same person and he tried to now file down 2 layers of acrylic and put a tip on top. I asked that he soak the acrylic off he responded I already filed it. I told him thats why it broke again he said it broke on its own and walked away! It took over 30 minutes and he finally repaired my nail properly. This is not good customer service he was rude and instead of trying to do this right which should have been the first time he tried to take short cuts and inconvenienced me and then was rude!Stand behind your product and do it right!

I have been looking for a new place to get my nails done after my bad experience at another salon that I went to for almost 9 months. I have always gotten acrylics - literally for years. I have tried a couple of other places, but it just wasnt good fit. After researching someplace convenient to Frisco and prices... I decided to try Polished. I was greeted by Dana who also did my nails. She is amazing!!! She suggested Nexgen nails instead of acrylic so I decided to give it a try. I loved them!! I am very particular about the shape of my nails and how thin they are... I have no complaints. The only thing is she left them a little longer than I prefer, but I decided that was ok so therefore I could give them a good test run! Going back for more!!Thank you Dana for making me feel great and for taking the time to listen to me! See you soon! :)

I will never come here again they didn’t clean my finger nails nor did they remove my fake nails after i made them aware several time that they needed to be taken off, it’s been two days nails already chipping . Poor service .. not worth the money or the time

I really enjoyed my experience here. I will start off by saying that I am not a nail snob and a simple chick. I have only been to 4 placed in my life and this was my favorite experience. I just did a mani/pedi and no next gen. The massage chair was simple yet very relaxing. And yummy bottomless mimosas or other cocktail like long island and cranberry vodka. No frozen drinks, but the other mixed drinks were very tasty. James and Lucy were my techs and they were very professional and didn’t hurt me one bit. Place was clean and the techs used sanitary tools. I went on Wednesday night and they were not busy at all. I left VERY relaxed and I will definitely be going back!

If they still have Lily working there then its a horrible place. She deserves to be behind bars for the damage she did to my face. That person scarred my face badly during a facial and drew shapes on it that cost me thousands to get rid of. She was working at polished in west plano then she moved with the place to frisco.If there is less than one star I would have selected it and if there was an action I can do to have her punished for what she did I would have done. Sadly its only this review.

My friend, sister, and I decided to try Polished nail bar because it was conviently located to where we were at the time. My sisters polish turned out great however, my friends nexgen done by Lily was horrible. Two of her nails were cut and filed crooked. She was basically missing the whole nail. They also weren’t cut and filed equally. Very poor job that could’ve been easily fixed early on in the nail application process. We will not be returning.

Great experience staff was friendly and did a great job. They facilitated the injury to my leg and was still able to provide a great manicure.

I was very upset with my experience here. The lady doing my pedicure was rushing through everything, she was hurting me when cleaning my nails and when I would flinch, looked at me like I was crazy... I was not given my 10 min massage that was included with the pedicure and most of all the chairs did not have the massage feature and the water my feet were sitting in for 30 mins was cold!!! I asked to make it hotter and she said it was already full so she couldnt. The worst pedicure I have ever gotten... Im not sure why I even paid anything.

Horrible!! Do NOT waste your time or money here! Went with my daughter to get Nex-Gen nails and a pedicure. Our nails look horrible!! My 6 year old could have done a better job!! Both of our nails are uneven, lumpy and different lengths. With our pedicure, nails were cut way too short and the polish looks terrible. The manager was rude from the moment we walked in. We have already called and requested for the owner to contact us. The manager said he was too busy to speak with us regarding our experience. Worst customer service / nail service we have ever received.

I have been to this place multiple times wanting to really love it because of the convinience. I had went in once to get dip and pedi, I asked for someone specific and they said yes theyre here they are busy right now did not give me the option to wait for them, and instead sat me with someone else. The person doing my dip did not talk the entire time except what color, what shape and does it look okay. I was very disappointed that I was not even offered a drink as this was something I was looking forward to relaxing (honestly have only been asked 2 out of the 10 times Ive been there).A week and a half later my two pinky nails popped off, which I can usually go 3 weeks without a break, so I went in to see if I could get them fixed (I was even willing to pay a small charge) . When I told the guy at the front desk I had got them done a week and a half ago, he looked at me crazy like I did not get my nails done there. He asked who did my nails and I told him I think she was pregnant I dont remember her name(because she didnt talk). He paused for a moment and asked me what the color was, and then had me sit down and walked off. I waited there about 10 minutes and in between that time someone walked in and sat down for a mani/pedi (no appointment). Finally after sitting there not being acknowledged I got up, handed the color to a manicurist and told them Im not going to come back. Only then did they say oh ! We have someone available RIGHT NOWI am not a person who minds waiting but I am also in the service/management industry and I know what customer service should look like. This place is not it, and I will not be returning.
