These guys are throughly unprofessional and rude. This guy Leo had all my nails put up all crooked and hurt my skin. When told to fix the crooked nails he just got up in the middle of the manicure yelled at me that hes a professional and he knows what hes doing and left my nails as it is. When I reached out to the manager all they said I have to wait an hour for someone else to come and complete it. Please stay away. Total rip off for 50 bucks. Had to just leave.

Had a great experience! There were chairs to accommodate us. Very clean and the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. They fixed my acrylics that had been messed up somewhere else. I will definitely go back and nowhere els

Horrible horrible horrible. Me and daughter went there on Sunday 13 June. We both did pedicures & next gen dip on our natural nails. I noticed when we came home that her nails didn’t look perfect. She went for charcoal black and it was off from so many places. Not a clean work at all. Today is June 23 and my daughters next gen is already coming out. Her nails are chipped everywhere. Also the chairs where we sat for pedicures were absolutely dirty 🤮. Please stop going to this place . Hate hate hate this place
If there was an option to give zero stars.. I will choose that.. I went to this place with my friend to get our nails done.. she requested politely 2 times to fix the dis aligned nail.. and the guy doing her nail named Leo got angry ( il-mannered and extremely rude) he packed his stuff and said “ you can go get it done some where else” and left my friend with glued nail tips.. when reported to the incharge Zach.. he was equally rude.. and said If I complain I can also be asked to leave.. I was shocked how he treated us both.. I would not recommend this place to anyone… it’s a waste of time and money .. they were extremely il mannered and disrespectful… SUPER DISAPPOINTED….Pathetic customer service by ZACH AND LEO…Learn to treat people right first, before you get into customer facing business…
Tried this place because my normal nail salon was too busy. I ended up going back because they allow freedom of choice on wearing a mask. I did the Caesars Package for a Manicure and pedicure, along with the Nexgen nails. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended.
Their prices are good. My mom and I both got pedicures and gel manicures.
Great Nexgen and great deals on services. Staff is friendly and efficient and listens to what you want and always asks how things are going during services. I don’t advise going and hour before or close to closing time as my services were rushed but any other time of the day I consistently have great service and nails!

Im very picky and this is the only place I ever have gone to more than once in fact I go for a gel fill almost every week..unless Im busy. Unfortunately I dont remember her name but she was amazing. They are quick, friendly, and precise! They also have good colors!
Ive been coming to this gem for 4 yrs now, I love how its changed inside. Its been updated quite well. She never disappoints me. My gel always looks flawless and I can go a whole month without having to worry about my nails chipping off or peeling off. I will continue to come here and definitely recommend to anyone else.
Best nail salon around! I never have problems with my nails lifting or chipping. Everyone is professional and very nice. They have HH pricing 3 or 4 days a week which makes their prices unbeatable. Their Long Island Green Tea is amazing so that’s an added bonus. You just can’t beat this place.

Do you want smiles? I have been visiting this nail salon since the first few weeks they were open. Being greeted by everyone with a smile makes my day that much better! The care that is taken for the sanitation of the instruments is definitely higher than most nail salons. They pamper you with care, conversation, and excellently skilled technicians. You wont go wrong visiting Caesars Nail Lounge.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I felt humiliated. This is the third time I’ve come in here. two prior times I’d said I’d never return. there was no wait. now I know why. My kiddo and I just needed two simple polish changes. The lady who did mine talked about me the entire time. She told me my nails were too strong. She admonished me for the amount of cotton she had to use to take off my blue polish. Twice I asked her to please cut a bit shorter. The third time she handed me the clippers and said do it yourself. I did. She glared at me the entire time and halfway did my nails in just a few minutes. the gentleman who took care of my daughter was lovely but also looked embarrassed. the worst part of all was the manager. When I asked to speak to him he walked towards me looking like he was up for a fight. I explained and he told me I was wrong and why didn’t I tell him when she handed me the clippers. Seriously? Shout across the room from the chair? Then he said credit card please and put his hand out. I said you don’t care? You’re not going to do anything? He said no. I’m not going to do anything. That will be 16 dollars. I couldnt believe it. I said I’m never coming here again and I will write a review. He said I don’t care. Wow. I signed and left and he yanked the receipt out of my hand. Never will I ever set foot near here again and I urge you to choose wisely.

I have been coming to this place since they opened. I mean who doesnt like a nice looking facility and normally they have specials!Pros: It has a wide drink selection. Nice lay out. New facility.Cons: I have gone numerous times and never has my nails, the powder dip, lasted more than 2 weeks. Everyone has seemed rush. I have never seen the tools used for me come out a sanitized bag. Which is pretty scary, when they want to clip my nails they just take it out of their box!I have been debating about reviewing because the place does have the nice staff at times, although extremely inconsistent .. Today was the last time I could handle having my nail clippers not be cleaned, me having to come back after a week because they had all chipped and them still charging me! I have also gone for a leg wax, she did a horrible job, multiple spots missed and hair grew back after a couple days because it was mostly broken hair not waxed out.Now that there is no savings I would rather spend my money at a place that is clean and consistent!

I came in to get NextGen and the Caesars pedicure. They let me pick my color and ushered me to a chair. After twenty five minutes of just sitting in the chair, they had not started the water to soak my feet, or offered me a drink. They also had provided no explanation, so I got up to leave. They said someone would be right with me, but only if I could get the normal pedicure. Had they explained that at any point, or let me know there was an extended wait time when I walked in, I would have understood. It is a shame because the place looked beautiful, and there were some promising reviews.

Good and experienced staff. I tried some placed on Main Street as I live in that Frisco area. So far they do the best job. I came from Europe and use to a very high quality manicure. I was looking for a good place for a long time and never was 100% satisfied. This place do a very good quality work. Tina did my Nextgen manicure a couple of times and shes great! All other technicians were very experienced too. Regardless some previous comments above stating that pepson (technician) didnt say a word during the pedicure, honestly, it wouldnt bother me as long as they did a good job. Thanks to these hard working staff.Lida.

Their service has gone way down over the past year. The 15 minute foot massage was a 5 minute foot rub. The tech seemed very rushed and basically was watching the TV the whole time. When I complained they acted dumb as if they did not understand me. Never again.
This place has a FULL BAR, that includes Margaritas !!! I had the BEST pedi of my life thanks to Tim! This is your man if your looking for a pedi.... he gives a fabulous deep tissue massage on your feet and legs! This place has a great atmosphere and Zach the manager is super sweet and very accommodating! 20% off any service over $20 in April and in May :) Go check it out!
I absolutely LOVE caesars. I have been going here for over a year. Every nail technician is extremely polite and pays attention to every client’s need. They have a great array of colors and a beautiful atmosphere. I always feel welcome and taken care of. No matter which nail technician I have gotten my nails always come out how I pictured. They are very clean and organized, and always friendly and smiling. From pedicures to a manicure to nexgen to gel nails or simply getting some artificial nails off I have always enjoyed caesars nail salon and have recommended this place to many friends.My favorite nail technician is Lin, she is very friendly and I love just talking to her for as long as I am there. Her nail designs always last me a very long time and look so smooth and perfect. I also really enjoy Tom as well, he is very sweet and can always create the nails I envisioned.
My friend took me there and it was worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. Got next gen and came home and took the nails off. John was coughing and not covering his mouth it was disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The first time went in I had the most expensive pedicure and pink & white Nexgen. The treatment was good but the polish did not last long. I had left my business card there to enter to win a free gift certifcate. Low and behold I won one for $50. That was the nicest thing to make me try it again. However, when I went back in they told me the gift certificate was no longer available (1 week after the phone call telling me I won). So, I decided not to go back. I wish they would have held up to giving the gift certificate. I went to Divine Nails down the street and as always had a good experience.

I visit today to get my gel manicure like I usually do. Never had any issues till today. I could tell that the nail tech that was doing my nails was new. Nothing wrong with that. We all deserve a chance. But my nails didnt come out too good. When I check out by the manager I was never ask if everything was good. Like the other front girl always does. I went to my car and sit there and look at my nails a few of them had dents in it and the cuticles were still very dry and bad. I wasnt going to go back inside but as I sit there Inside my car I text my daughter and sent her a picture of my nails. She told me mom go back and talk to them they look bad. Im a very easygoing person. So I went back to talk to them. Not expecting a refund or my nails fix. Just to let them know for next time. The manager zack look at my nails and said to me I dont see anything wrong with your nails. I told him you pick the one that didnt have the dent in it. And then he said my cuticles were just dry and that if they put something on my cuticles that would take the shine of it. I told him oh maybe thats why the cuticles were so dry because she never put anything on them while she was doing my nails. He said we dont put anything on the cuticles for gel nails. Not true they always have. Anyway before I left he still kept telling me he didnt see anything wrong with my nails. At that moment now Im getting upset I show him the picture that I took. And he said oh well I couldnt see that before. I told him. Im not being difficult Im a very easygoing person I understand the girl was new. He was very rude told me she not new she is being doing nails for long time. I told him can I speak to the supervisor he said he not here Im the boss you can talk to me but at this time I was upset talking very calm because thats how I am. He was so rude and unprofessional not caring how I felt. When you run a business or you are the manager. You apologize to your customer and you ask them is everything ok if not you fix the issue so you can have a happy customer and your customer can return again. That was not the case here. I wont be returning again. So sad that they have a manager so rude like zack running a beautiful place like that and btw never had any issues with the nails techs there before they are very sweet. But not good management.
I keep going back to Cesar’s for Nexgen because no other salon I’ve tried compares to the quality or durability. Most places leave areas of my nail uncovered and have a difficult time shaping Nexgen. Not only does Cesar’s cover my entire nail, but they shape perfectly. And this is the only place that uses produce that does not chip, and I’m rough with my nails. This stuff will last until you have to go back just because youe nails are growing out. I specifically recommend Carol for Nexgen, but I’ve had others there in the past and everyone does an equally good job. Never had another service there, so can’t comment on the rest.

Ive been going here since I moved to Frisco seven months ago. It was recommended by a friend of mine who lives in Little Elm. Its wonderful - great atmosphere, free drinks like soda, wine, or even mixed drinks, and the service has been wonderful until today. Tony has been doing my NexGen the entire time that Ive been going to Ceasers Nail Lounge except when he was on vacation that one time about four months ago. Today was no different than my usual appointment - NexGen for my hands with a pedicure from a different nail tech. Only today was different and not in a good way. Id just checked my nails after Tony was done filing and all was good. However, when Tony started adding the shiny topcoat, a huge piece of silver glitter was added to one of my matte pink nails. I immediately told him and pointed it out but he kept going, finishing the rest of my nails. I asked if he could pick out the glitter with one of those nail tools and just redo the shiny top coat. He said sure but then he proceeded to take the entire NexGen off that nail and redo the whole thing. After he was done with that nail, he didnt get me a hot towel to wipe off the excess oil like he usually did and I thought that was odd but didnt say anything. He helped me by putting on my flip flops and then he walked off. When I went to pay my bill, the shop greeter told me Tony had refused to do my nails in the future. I was truly shocked!! He didnt complain when I asked him to get the huge speck of glitter out nor did he say anything to me while he was doing the nail or after he finished it. So, because I asked him to fix a mistake he made with doing my nails, he is refusing me service? Oh ok. I went ahead and made my appointment with a different NexGen nail tech and will be happy to give her my money and great tips from now on. Oh and yes, I would still recommend Ceasers but not Tony. That wasnt professional conduct at all. He was being petty and didnt even have the courage to tell me to my face that he had made that decision. You would think that he would want to make sure his clients are happy. A business is only as good as its employees after all.
I am disappointed in the customer service of this salon. I had gone in to get NexGen nails done for the first time ever. The person doing the nails told me that when it was time to remove them to just come in and get them off and there would be no charge. I just went in to get them off and they told me I dont know who told you that but it is $10. I wish I had known that up front and it does not say much about the customer service that they did not stand behind what was told from one of their employees. I will not be going back.
This is the first time I have ever reviewed a place. So here we go...I get to this spa at around 6:30, I asked if I could have Nextgen and a Pedicure. The nice man behind the counter said there was a 30 minute wait, I told him that would be okay and waited my turn. No big deal.He comes to get me about 30 mins later and has me sit at a pedicure chair, and tells me that the nails will have to be sepretly. This is okay because I cant sit for long periods of time. Again no big deal. He was so nice to me and even offered to get me with a nail tech that does nextgen thin (my preference.)The woman that is supposed to come do my pedicure comes up and says were doing classic pedicure? I told her that I honestly didnt know because I hadnt been given a menu to pick my service yet. Thats when she says, we dont have a lot of time... And she walks off to get the menu for me. She comes back and I ask her, what time do you close? She says 7:30. At this point its 7:15, I completely understand if its too late to take appointments, I have been in the spa industry for 7 years (believe it or not)... But the man accepted me as a walk in.To their defense they do close at 7:30 (extremely early)and if I had realized I would have not gone but again they accepted my walk in at 6:30.I proceeded to get up and put my shoes on, I told her that since she has expressed that she didnt have time then Im just leaving. I wasnt loud or rude. She kept saying that she said it to the other nail tech that was two chairs over. Which unfortunately wasnt true. I left without any service done, I cant stomach sitting there with an employee that feels that I have purposely kept her their late.I have had clients that show up late, I get it it sucks a little bit. But I will always take care of the person that gives me good customer service and sticks around to make sure Im a repeat client. This really wasnt how I planned on wasting a whole hour after a long work day.Unfortunately this isnt the place for me. To the manager, thank you for being so accommodating. My apologies for coming so late. Im giving this place two stars instead of one since the manager was so nice.

I have been to Caesars 2 times since they opened the first time my sister and I Received pedicures as well as nexgen. The guy who did the pedicure didnt say anything to me or ask how my day was nothing, the massage was horrible i could hardly tell i was getting a massage at all. He didnt trim my cuticles either. I was getting my nexgen done at the same time the young lady who did it was great and funny she did a great job i was really pleased with her work.Now the next time I came in to get nexgen our appointment was for 6:30 the lady who did my nails was rushing so much, you know when they put new tips on they are supposed to soak your nails and they will come off nope she didnt let them soak long enough so the fake nail was still attached so she just started to pop them off and ill be honest it hurt a little but. She also made the nail way to thick and she didnt give me the shape that requested also for my polish change on my toes was so rushed it was like she didnt even try . I was so scarred by that experience i will never go back there. Especially since i had went to a new place that paid much more attention to detail, took their time and they made sure i was happy with their service. I would give a 1 star but my first experience with the first young lady was so great I bumped it up to two. My suggestion is when you have paying customers make sure they are happy with what they have and dont rush and make them feel like your an inconvenience
