I would give it 10 stars if I could! I switched from the place I have been going to for several months — my only regret is not switching sooner! Everyone was warm and friendly, and Vanessa was amazing! She took exceptional care of me. There were so many colors to choose from, and the massage chairs are the best I have experienced in any salon. I enjoyed a pedicure and eyebrow wax, as well; I loved that the eyebrow wax was in a private room. Organic Nail Bar is beautiful, clean, and the prices were even better too. I can’t wait to go for my next appointment!

I have used Vanessa for many years to help with my eyelashes that had been badly damaged due to hypothyroidism. Her care and professionalism are always top notch every time she works with me. She truly provides the best service by making sure clients are comfortable before each session.I received my first facial in my life today and I cant thank Vanessa enough for reminding me to relax and enjoy the experience. She is one of the hardest working women I know in the business. Extremely competent and professional. You will be in good hands.

Vivian and Mary did very well on my nails and they were so nice to me! I came in 20 minutes before they closed and they stayed later with me. They didn’t rush and made sure that my nails were exactly how I wanted them. Great service! I will be coming back soon

I had a situation with my credit card company but I was unaware that my credit card over charged me and the Manager stepped in and resolved the matter giving me the over charge back. When I found out the details and went back to repay him he was a sweet heart and wouldnt take it. Its hard to find places that is willing to make the customer happy to that extreme.Thank you

Do not come here!!! I got my nails done with gel polish here on June 8th. My nail polish almost immediately started to peel off and I went in to get them fixed a week and ONE day later. The lady who greeted me was happy to take me until she realized I was wanting the service for free because I paid $75.00 on my last visit. She then said she was too busy to take me. I asked the lady to call the manager. The man proceeded to say that its been more than one week and we only guarantee a week of quality with gel polish. The minimum its ever lasted for me ever was 2 weeks and I could have just done regular nail polish.He refused to let me choose a different brand saying it would be an extra charge and refused to change all the nail polish and wanted to choose the ones he wanted to and said I was peeling them off myself which was not the case as they were clearly lifted off my nail bed or chipping. I requested a refund and the manager refused. Terrible customer service and will never come here again! Recommend you dont go here either!!

After having multiple bad experiences at my regular nail spot, I decided to try this place for a full set. I came in a month ago for a pedicure and I was very pleased with their work that I ended up coming back today. I was received by the manager John who not only was extremely nice and professional but went the extra mile by doing my nails personally. My nails have never looked better and the kind and welcoming atmosphere was the icing on the cake. I will definitely come back. I just found my new go to spot!!! Thanks John, just the best!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place they can go to feel pampered.

My Husband and I showed up as walk-ins at 10:05am They open at 9am.. One person was there and said that someone else would bet there in just a min, so we sat down.. She began with my Husbands feet, I waited 45 min for someone else to show up! We were planing to get manicures too, but nope... Also, I had to brush old nail trimmings off my chair before i sat down! Yuk!

Happened upon this beautiful, brand new nail salon near Stonebriar Mall tonight. Staff was very friendly and detailed; Kenny and Leon took good care of me. OPI polishes galore. Very clean; liners used for pedicures and no chemical smells. Comfortable massage chairs, free drinks, good music, ample TVs, even a private party room. Whats not to love?! At the time of this review they are in their soft opening and offering 30% off all services for a limited time. Check them out! I am glad I did.

Do not!!!!! let Vivian microblade your eyebrows. She doesn’t not brow map them. She freestyles them and they come our very off. Then she got mad because I said something to her. This place is so disrespectful in so many ways. Save yourself crooked eyebrows

This was my first time at Organic. My manicure and pedicure were completed by Wendy. She did a great job and made me feel really comfortable. I loved her attention to detail. When I return, I will definitely ask her for again.

Had such a great experience. Deanna is so good at everything!!! She made my nails look beautiful and she waxed my face and eyebrows to perfection. Her eyelashes are gorgeous! I would recommend her to everyone I know. I can’t leave out Linda. Linda gave me an amazing massage and pedicure. I walked out feeling refreshed and beautiful. I called ahead before purchasing a groupon for flare lashes to make sure they could provide the service I was looking for. They said they could. I went in to get my lashes done and it was not what we discussed on the phone. The lady was very rude. She said she is “classy” and didn’t like the questions I was asking about the glue she was using. She told me to leave and call Groupon for a refund(after she redeemed it as soon as I walked in). It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pedicure was average . I came to this location twice. First experience was not great as they told me wait would be 15 minutes and after an hour waiting I decided to leave with no pedicure. I decided to give it a second try and the services were nice but there were so many children in the salon it sounded like a chuckie cheese arcade. I came to get my pedicure done and relax but the kids were so loud, screaming with their loud IPad blasting. It was not relaxing at all. I don’t plan to go back to this nail salon. Location was Clean.

I was recommended this by a friend when I couldnt get an appointment with my regular nail technician. I am so glad she did. Deanna did a great job on my nails. She was professional, meticulous and very nice. She done my nails exactly how I wanted them done. This place is cute and clean, which is a big deal for me (the clean part). I love my nails.

I love these women! Theyre very nice. Although one of the pedicurast does not speak English, she is very sweet. They do get a lot of walk ins so appointments are very important to them.

I went there today for a mini-pedi and it was very good. A friend of mine had gone and had a good experience. I will go back again for sure. I enjoyed my time there.

Pros: seems to be new and cleancons: hidden charges, manicure skips certain steps, annoying chatting all over your face.

My sister and I went and couldnt be more pleased. Katie, Diana and Christi were great and we will definitely make this our new place to go. Very clean and the whole staff make you feel comfortable. Price is very reasonable and tons of colors to choose from.

This establishment was very clean and the decor was beautiful. I’ve been to other nail bars and the decor is opulent but with browns and tans but here things were white so it felt sterile and that is a plus. The service was fast and they were very professional. I ended up paying way more than I expected but I think it was because of the language barrier or maybe the wine lol, but overall it was a relaxing experience.

Ill start with the positives, this place is clean and aesthetically beautiful. It is well-decorated and they serve alcohol and/or other beverages. Nice.Now, for the negatives:The services offered at this place NOT all or even a majority organic. Im not sure why they are named Organic Nail Bar.First, I checked their website BEFORE my cousin and I decided to go here and an organic foot treatment is listed as $55.00. Also, the most expensive pedicure on their OWN WEBSITE is listed as $65.00. Almost immediately when my cousin and I requested organic pedicures, the nail technician said it would be $75.00. Which is clearly not advertised on their website, nor anywhere in their salon.Moreover, my other cousin and her daughter joined us at the salon later, AFTER I expressly asked if they offered pedicure services to children, to which they enthusiastically responded yes, only to experience an unbelievably RUDE nail technician. She was so inflexible and clearly did not want to deal with a childs pedicure, that my other cousin and her little girl left. What a fantastic experience for a little girl.The best part? When it was time for my other cousin and I to pay and leave. We inquired as to the price differential of the cost of the organic foot treatment listed on their website, the prices listed on their own printed menu of services, and the price we were quoted. We were told that the organic pedicure isnt listed yet, because they are updating their services. Pretty weird for a place literally called ORGANIC NAIL BAR. Further, the nail technician proceeded to tell us that some of the services we requested were not organic...those would be an EXTRA cost. Seriously? For one, we literally requested organic pedicures and were NEVER told that something like organic nail polish or whatever would cost extra, nor were we even given the option.TLDR: Pretty sure we were up-charged to make up for their lack of customers. Also, most services are NOT organic, just take your money elsewhere.

This is a very new, elegant and upscale salon. Its in the strip directly across from Chipotle. This will be a permanent spot for me. The service and attention given to you one on one is Awesome! Love it.. Please dont believe any negative reviews about this place. Thats a lie. They dont nickel and dime you to death. They never charge me for a cut down. No extras. Thats a cheap customer that made that comment! I paid total $83. For dip powder $40 and $45 for a pedicure. They offered 20% discount. I tip $15.00

Terrible customer service. The lady was on her phone watching shows the whole entire time and even did her nails in the middle of doing mine. To wrap this up the total was $10, and I gave her $20. She gave me a $5 dollar bill that she dug in her purse for and 5 crinkled ones...nice.

Went to this place for the first time yesterday and service was phenomenal!! The energy and atmosphere was pleasant.... beautiful decor! The service I received was dipping powder with added tip. Leon did an amazing job!!! As makeup artist I typically like my nails a little thicker to prevent breakage, and not all technicans know how to fully execute the proportion, however Leon did just that! DO NOT GO HERE! First of all terrible customer service they made me write down my card information because the card machine was broken! She promised she would throw away my personal information away? she ran the card for more than I even tipped her? So she pretty much stole from me! ALSO I have never ever had my nails look so terrible the man that did them cut my nails so short I asked for NEXGEN and he told me adding a tip is extra and that he had to cut them? Wow! I just moved to the area and was looking for a nail salon in my area. I saw Organic Nails Salon while walking my dog and was excited that it was within walking distance and very impressed with the interior. When I got home I checked the reviews and was dismayed to see the horrible reviews. Needless to say, I will not be trying this salon at all. Also, are they even reading their reviews? It looks to me like their response to the bad service reviews are automated and are not even addressing the individual experiences had by each person.

I came during “HAPPY HOUR” NO DISCOUNT !I was told pick a color like normal. The gel manicures are either 35 or 40$ unless you get ombré which is 55$ Or the organic dip color which is 40$ ... I was Charged 50$ for The pink glitter nails color which Was dip, they were short no shape . I cAlled and asked why the up-charge, she says you got a special dipping powder ! Uhm what lol ... you mean to tell me you don’t inform me of that and it’s not even listed on the menu ! I apologize for the confusion and bad review but the menu says dipping is 40$ And I did not receive ombré for 55$ Also there is no information anywhere that says you even have a “special dipping powder “ . Totally confused 😐

This was the least relaxing experience I have ever had at a nail place. I went with my Mom and the whole time the people working on us were laughing and talking to each other and not paying any attention to what they were doing. I felt like I was at a drunk millennial party instead of getting a relaxing spa pedicure. They burned my moms feet with the water then squirt nail polish remover over her legs and stung her. Then they didn’t roll her pants down or give her any flops to wear out after it was over either. They also nicked me several times and kept scraping her nails over the sore area after i told her yes it was sore. Then messed up my polish at the end too. I don’t think we will ever come back here. Very disappointing.

The worth place I ever seen. I did my eyebrows done and now I have to go do laser removal to get rid of what Athena did. I don’t even know if she had license. I trust the store but after they see this mess on my face they just said that’s not our problem she just work here and she told she has license. Please don’t go there I have to pay each time 130$ for laser tatoo removal until they can remove what she messed up. She don’t know anything about microblading. I will file a lawsuit against them if I can . They didn’t even say sorry not owner not Athena . Worth experience

We showed up for our 11am appointment and waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. There was some sort of confusion when we said we had an appointment. The employee called the manager and they explained we had to come back at 1 or another day because there facial person wasnt in until 1pm. Im from NH and just here for a couple days and that didnt work for me. I made an appointment for 11 and they did not honor it. Mind you, it was for 2 people.

This nail salon is so damn awesome. I just show them the pic from my phone a bout the ombre nail cause Im not sure everywhere can BE ABLE to do it but waittttttt they CAN DO IT. And I was so happy with that PLUS they give me the swarovski diamond and so many cute design, and absolutely I cant choose them all. Highly recommended !!! You guys should try.

I thought they did a good job until they started chipping after a few days. My nails usually go 3 weeks, but this set is looking shabby approaching 2 wks.

Went in cause they had a sign that said special but when I asked what the specials were. The actual response was there arent any specials, we just havent taken the sign down. Okay. I was already there so I just got my nails done anyway. The nail tech I was given name was Kay. She was nice and did a decent job. The problem is sanitation and sterilization. She kept cutting me to the point where I started bleeding. I didnt notice until kept feeling constant pain. I looked up and saw blood on my thumb and asked her omg am I bleeding she was like yes while continuing to work on me. I got up and washed my hands immediately and didnt sit back down until the bleeding stopped. She never washed her hands or sanitized her implements which makes me very uncomfortable knowing what kind of blood pathogens exist and can be easily spread. I wouldnt reccomend you go here if you care about your health. Honestly.Update: So literally 4 days after I get my nails done they start lifting. Also as you can see my thumb is still healing from what Kay has done. $50 wasted.

Horrible horrible... I purchased my wife $175 gift cards and when she got her nails done after 4 days three popped off. They offered to fix and 2 days later the same ones came off. After going back a third tone they redid them again and they were completely differnt. One owner said he would refund another called my wife a liar and would not refund. Continually said she was the cause and didnt even empathize with the request or live up to what the other owner said. STAY AWAY! BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Appointment at 9:30am, sitting in my car in the parking lot because it’s not even open! My calls are going to their voicemail. Your business won’t last long this way. Respect your customers and the time you’re supposed to be open.

They messed up my nails and then they were complaining that it was too late to fix them because they wanted to go home and told us to come back tomorrow and we still had to pay for it regular price even though they messed up 5/3/19

Went here 5 days ago got a full acrylic Set which they didn’t want to do they were trying to force me into dipping powder after reading the reviews I would do dipping powder with them well any how so far 2 of my acrylic nails have popped off and had to go to a different salon to repair them 👎🏻 $50 in the garbage
