Omg I’m so in love with this place! It’s really hard to get someone who does your nails exactly how you like and Cynthia kills it every time! All the ladies that work there are super sweet too and it’s always so clean and doesn’t have that strong nail salon chemical smell which is nice! Definitely my new nail spot

My sister and I were in the market for a new Nexgen nail salon and chose this one based on previous reviews. Our initial greeting upon entrance lacked pleasantries, but we decided to wait anyway. After about 20 minutes we were helped. The young lady helping me was extremely nice and made up for the initial rudeness. However, a week later 3 nails cracked and 1 broke which I have never experienced before. I went back for repair of the broke nail and an older lady asked how could she help. I advised that I needed a nail repaired and her rude response was But we busy. We cant help you. Come back. Clearly flustered, I asked how long the wait was and in an irritated tone she responded 30 minutes, we busy, come back later. I told her that I would be finding somewhere else to have my nails done. Customer service is clearly not a priority!

What a wonderful experience we had! Went with a gal pal of mine to get pedicures. Very relaxing. The attention to detail these ladies did for us was amazing. They cared and took their time, and did not rush through. Now I want to go back to get both pedi and mani!

Worse pedicure EVER!! They barely clean your feet and gave me excuses and sent someone different that couldnt clean either. Just made up excuses. Next Gen was pit on thin and crooked ;-/ Dont go here yo waste money like I did

Cleanest Nail Salon I have EVER been to. The techs take their time on you & you NEVER feel rushed. Very relaxing music. I will never go anywhere else! :)
