The elder lady did a horrible job I told her I didn’t like it from the beginning, I went to show her husband he yelled to go let her fix it I just left 45 spent for nothing 2nd worse experience ever n I get my nails done every two weeks never here n will never come back

I usually go to family nails or Happy nails but I stopped in here because them two places were closed due to Covid. All I needed was a FILL and I got a gel polish over and they charged me $40!!!!! Yes $40 for a fill and it did not look good at all!! I have NEVER went anywhere where a fill costed that much. I should of just gotten a full set for that price. Not only that but the place was dirty and not sanitary. The lady was nice but I know that lady rip me off she started filling my nails and THEN tells me it was $40. This place is over priced and u are not getting the 5 star experience. Should of stayed on my side of town or waited for family nails or happy nails to open now them two places I name is deff better experience. Last time Im going there.

I came in here late Sunday to get my eyebrows waxed. The last 2 times were perfect. The guy did it the first time perfectly. So I went back the 2nd time. The girl did it perfectly as well. Both times were shaped really well. So I decided to come back the third time. The old lady hurt me so bad. My right eye brow is different from the left, oh..... and above both my eyelids.... they look burned. It is now scabbed. Make up is not even covering it up.

These ladies rock! Been twice already. Going back again. They are friendly super sweet and do an amazing job on my nails and brow waxing. Best service ive had in a while. They are the only ones i trust now with my beauty needs. I dont mind the wait or how long they spend pampering me because its always done right the first time. I have 0 complaints!!Only issues is my husband loves blowing up my phone during my girl time!!!

I went to this place lady did my nails she did what she wanted piled acrylic on my nails sloppily it wa all over my fingers my nails where different shapes and sizes I’ll never go here again ever

The lady that did my nails was rushing and she cut 3 of my fingers and they were bleeding and she just did my nails the way she wanted them and not the way I told her I wanted them.

When you walk in a nail shop and you the only customer,these days. Turn around, me and my daughter was unpleased. The old lady that did my daughter nails she filed skin off my daughter nail cuticles. She didnt tell me until we left. She only 11. Really unappreciated with the hold experience.

It was fine until she finally told me the truth. I was wanting to dip my feet in was after the pedi so she says ok it will be 30 dollars but instead of wax dipped I got a hot towel. Which they call the hot towel the deluxe pedi for 30 hahahaha stick with the regular pedi and call it a day. service was good just make it clear of what you want then ask for John he is more detailed when he does pedis.

The price are reasonable. They only have 2 people that do nails. Tony must been raised in the hood and speak to everyone that way. To me its not cool because everyone is not from the hood. The wait time is long. The woman there rushed through everything. Some people walked out because of wait time

Didn’t really know how to do what i wanted so I had to settle for something I didn’t want. Buttttt it was still ok I wouldn’t recommend to anybody but if I’m in the area and every other shop is too busy I would definitely stop by again. They don’t do bad work

There was dead roaches everywhere also the short lady was very rude I asked for my nails to be a certain way but she decided to do it her Way also she rushed through it one of my fingers was bleeding my nails was lumpy and big and sort of wide not cute at all I asked for them to be square instead I got an oval looking shape definitely wouldn’t recommend this place

Worst nails ever ! She just spilled the acrylic all on my skin and refused to take off and told me that its easy to remove when I go home. My nails are horrible! All different shapes, bulky, bumpy and all! Wish I can upload pics! Very disappointed. Never been so mad about nails before. Worst place ever

I brought my daughter for quincenera nails and was upcharges $25 dollars from the original quote It was her first set ever and the used the machine on her cuticles instead of pushing them back and of course she bled a lot and her nails are sore for days. Not a good experience at all

Lancaster is homeless central. If you dont live nearby, do not go to this salon.I went with my 13 y/o niece as walk-ins. We were immediately greeted and helped. I had Tony and he took his time and made sure he didnt nick me. My niece had a short older woman.She put the tip on crooked, then ripped it off, making my niece bleed. My niece wanted them a certain length, but she didnt listen and cut them short.Her nails were $25, mine were surprisingly $45. I didnt bring enough with me (Its on a really bad side of town, I wouldve never thought of $45 for nails) so I paid the lady $25, Tony $28, and told him I needed to go get more, so i did. I came back with $20 and he told me it wasnt enough. He had taken away $5 and left $23. We went back and forth and he seen I remembered what amount I gave him, so he gave up trying to steal from me. Just DO NOT go to this salon.

The little short lady, is super rude we walk in and waited for someone say how can I help you we said we would like nails done, I mean why else would we come. She said okay have a seat now we waited about 20 min to get attened on Christmas day, so she comes up I was like hands and feet please and my sister her nails and she said oh um okay I was like okay she goes okay sit here she wanted to charge me $15 for some extra short nails that was kind of pointless to even get nails, little bit higher was $20 and normal is about $23 or $25 I was like okay no I rather not I asked if she could just remove them and she started chipping them off like all ugly and says okay pay $5 bucks for me chipping them off I was like I would like you to remove them and I can pay you its not like ima run off I came to make buissness she started getting loud and said pay $5 I was like you know what I will take it off one I will not pay you for being rude and for not even removing the nails properly. So I will never ever come and make buissness with this rude. I rather be at Bui nails across the street and wait another day to get my nails done by them.

Pedicures are okay depend on whos doing them that day

I payed 70.00 for mani pedi and gel polish the next day my nails polish chipped of hands I were el polish so I know it last a very long g time. I called to see if they can redo my hands she said nails chip and I got the done two days ago. Well Im on my way to see if there going to fix them. Plus I was outside er charged I was told 20.00 for feet 20 00 for hand and 20.00 extra for gel at the end I paid 70.00 not 60.00Ill let you guys know if they honored my request and fixed my mani pedi for free lastly I leave 30min away from the shop use to go there years ago so I decided to give them a try while I was on that side of town the lady who did my nails was the manager of the shop older lady she was nice lets see if she fix my nailsShe fixed my nails did an excellent job quality service will come again

Went with my girlfriend. They were not very friendly and it was a 2 hour wait.We just got up and left and we wont be going back.

Needs a good cleaning

The last time I went in there over 2 months ago. The young lady cut my nails and when she put my tips on they where not even straight. And I went back in the day after having them done and let the little lady know I wasnt pleased and she told me my fingers arent straight. So I will never step foot in there again.
