Kelly does amazing on the pedicures! 100% recommend her!! She really engages in clients and made me laugh so that part of my service was amazing… but when it got to nails. Revised Review: while I’ve been pleased with the service and the work done on dipping powder manicures in the past, I will not return to this place due to inconsistent fees. During my last visit the nail technician wanted to tack on an additional $5.00 to my bill for long nail length, even though my nails were the same length in all my prior visits and I had never received the $5.00 added charge on those previous manicures. I refused to pay the $5.00, so the staff charged me the usual price that they had always charged. The lack of consistency in charging fees has prompted my decision to never return here again.

This place is amazing! Sophia is really detailed with her work and does a great job especially around the cuticle area. Everyone there is very friendly and accomodating. The prices are reasonable as well.

I was a little disturbed by the price change. Since not sure why my full set sudden cost an extra $30 dollars. The underneath parts of my nails have large chunks of acrylic that I will have to clean out myself. I do like they way they came out. I did ask for something a little different. Matte over a glitter nail but its what I wanted and it turned out great. My toes look good but not what I asked for. I wanted some nail art and specified that when I made the appointment. I got no art. I tried to ask again and again but either the language barrier became a problem or I was ignored, not sure which one. For my nails and toes I came with pictures ready. I did not expect the exact same thing as the pictures but wanted something similar. My nails got something similar. But my toes ended up being very plain and not really what I wanted. Customer service here is beyond amazing. The manager is extremely nice and helpful.

My tech does a fantastic job on my toes and I go back to her every couple of weeks now. Shes sensitive to my unique set of issues and is always willing to listen and work with me.

Excellent pedi and mani. Huge televisions up high on wall everywhere. They serve basically any beverage you choose. Of course, I always choose champagne. Very classy salon in all areas. You will be very impressed and see all that is luxurious and be in awe. Truly a relaxing experience!

Got a classic manicure and a milk/hometown pedicure which was great. Great customer service, everyone maintained in a 6 feet distance and the staff all had masks on. They are making sure everyone gets theres hands disinfected and they do take your temperature at the door. Which I believe is very responsible of them and customers shouldnt give them a hard time about it since its mainly for your safety and theirs in this pandemic time.

I went to this place for my fourth time today :-) I have never had bad service! I can tell you today service here was Wonderful Justin did my feet (he almost made me fall asleep lol) while Angie did my nails.... best service yet!

I have been coming here every month for almost a year. The facility is clean, they provide free alcohol and drinks. There is typically a minimal wait. If you go on a weekend they are super busy but I feel the wait is worth it (plus I dont mind waiting if I have a drink). They had a front of house turnover a few months ago; ever since then the customer service is lacking. Im giving five stars because the owner is always super kind and attentive to me, plus the quality of nails is the best. I am super picky with my nails (always a different shape than square, round, etc.) and get them much longer than usual. If this establishment reads this review, you need to train the man upfront in better customer service. He informed me last weekend that they didnt make appointments on the weekends and refused to tell me if my normal nail tech that I specifically request each month was on duty that day. I have always called and made an appointment with her for a weekend. Literally every month I spend $100-$130 (I spend a LOT extra for nail shape, length, adding bling) and dont appreciate how he treats me. Overall, I still highly recommend this place for their nail quality.

My friend and I went here to get our nails done before the wedding. I got a mani and pedi. The service was wonderful. The ladies were all so nice. Very professional and clean environment. I always get dip nails and this place doesn’t disappoint. They’ve never turned out lumpy or too thick, and they’re always perfectly shaped. They’re on the pricier side but I don’t mind when the quality of service is there. A couple things I wish they’d change is how they remove old nails and the tv channel. They don’t use foils, you rub your fingers against cotton in a bowl of acetone and it can be uncomfortable, and they have sports playing instead of something like HGTV like I’m used to at other nail salons.Overall my complaints are minor but my satisfaction is major. I plan to keep coming back and would recommend this place to anybody.

Last Friday my teenage daughter was reminded twice that the nail design she chose was very expensive before I was approached and told by the man at the front desk that my daughters options were very expensive. I understand telling someone once but three times is a bit much! My nails looked nice when they were finished, but unfortunately I had two nails crack across within a few days with dip.

After only 6 days the dip nail service done here broke as well damaged and broke my natural nail middle of my nail. 80.00!! Rude man that did my nails seems unhappy with his job and didn’t listen when I voiced concern of his work. I will not be back. They also charge outrageous prices for what you get. They charge 10.00 for more than two colors. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Go somewhere else.

My sister and I have been going here every two weeks for nearly two years now. The quality of the work is the BEST Ive ever seen. We get dip, pedicures and eyebrow waxing.From the moment you walk in the door, youre warmly greeted by their friendly staff. Kenny is such a sweetheart! They immediately have you sanitize your hands and take your temperature to ensure the safety of everyone during this pandemic. You order your services and even a drink to enjoy while youre there. By the way, drinks are on the house! How cool is that?! The facility is clean and very spacious.I make appointments with Jackie and she does a great job making sure my nails are even and not bumpy and that theyre thin and natural looking the way that I like them. She is very detail oriented and makes sure that they are perfect. Mary has also done my nails quite a bit and does an amazing job as well. My sister makes her appointments with Michael and shes always got some kind of funky request for her nails. He never backs down from the challenge and never ceases to amaze us with his talent. Justin gives the best pedicure Ive EVER had. I swear my eyes rolled to the back of my head more than once during the massage portion of my pedicure. It was a very deep massage on my legs and feet and much needed after a long and taxing week at work and my feet are baby soft! I will wait in line for Justin so that I can get him to do my pedicures! Mary does a great job on the waxing. I love how fresh and clean my eyebrows are after Ive had them waxed!But aside from how great the services are, I have to say that one of the biggest reasons that we keep going back like clockwork is the people. You walk in and are immediately greeted with enthusiasm and a welcoming tone and treated like an old friend. Andy has worked so hard to make sure that everyone who comes in the door is a happy customer. He will bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy. There are some people that you just cant please but let me assure you, he and his staff does everything to try. Went for a pedicure and it felt rushed. Didn’t cover the nails completely with color and there was no base coat or top coat. Didnt shape or trim nails completely and wasn’t offered a refill on our drinks until they were done.Won’t be back.

The place is nice and clean but the quality of the nail was poor I went in 7 days ago and my nails already popped off 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ They are not very long I had the tip with dip and 1 nail came off in my sleep, idk how that happened and then while cleaning up my kitchen another popped off so I went to the next nail and just barely lift the tip that they glue on and pop came right off like nothing

TERRIBLE!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!I’ve been here 4 times requesting a particular person to do my pedicures. The last 4 times I went, the little short guy at the front said she was available on the phone, however when I get to the salon, she’s either not there, or not available. WASTE OF TIME!!!

They took sooo long.The lady took about 1 hour and 30 minutes for my pedicure with gel.Then they started on my nails.Even like that they did not have foil to complete the look I wanted.They could not understand what I was looking for.I asked for a margarita. He asked for me to wait 3 times. Never brought it. It wasnt until a female told me the machine was down.Both pedicure and manicure hurt. They were twisting my toes and fingers.It took 4 hours to get out.The manicure tech kept putting gloss on a matted finish.Havent had this much of a messed up nail salon experience in years!

I personally have found two great Techs that I love, Kate does the wonderful Pedicures (and mine are not easy, I do deal with deep nail beds so they can be a challenge. First of all, they were very friendly, very professional, and very forthcoming about specials. The price for the high end Pedi with a full set of dip nails for a Mani, was only $76. Even with long nails. The nails are uniform in shape and size, and the pedicure was amazing. 10/10 recommend!

I am normally apprehensive about pedicures and very self conscious about my feet, but Veneto Nail Bar made the whole experience feel like relaxing at a friends house. They were attentive and personal and the service was stellar. The instant you walk in the door you’re greeted genuinely and immediately made to feel welcome. The customer service was excellent. I only gave 3 stars because their attention to detail was lacking. Nails were not the same size or depth. I got dipped nails and the right hand wasnt the same as the left. I went back in to have them fix it and it still looks very different. I just said thanks and left.

The owner/manager Son was really nice & welcoming! My nail tech Mimi (My) was amazing & very professional I absolutely love my nails!!!! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the guy who did my pedicure was really nice but he didn’t do that good of a job on my feet😕. Son even told him to work on my feet more & he didn’t so I was not happy with that part other than that everything else was really good!

Today I walked in very upset because someone messed up my eyebrows. The place was clean as well atmosphere had very good positive energy! The guy at the register greeted my bff and I he was very nice. The wait was a little long but he kept checking on us making sure we had everything we needed. It was busy so understandable. We got the dipped powder tips. The lady who did my nails was so sweet she read my mind on shape for nails square and round. This is by far the best nails I got ever she made me feel better in general. Love these nails will be back for sure for nails and eyebrows 😀

Went here with my daughter, my niece, and my sister while my daughter was in town from college. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job but I was not told up front that the brand of polish I chose (Essie) would take up to 2 hours to completely dry. Woke up the next day to two smudged toenails. Went in the that morning to have them fixed and we could not find the correct polish so the man working insisted on redoing them all, which was nice, but he didnt do the same quality polishing and clean up as the lady I had the day prior. He also told me the reason the smudges happened was because the brand Essie takes a very long time to dry. However, the bigger issue is my daughters nails. She had a dip with tips, for $45, plus tip. By that evening (already back at college) one of her nails tore off while she was showering. I mentioned it to the staff when I was there the next day and they said he had probably applied them too thin. By the end of that week, two more had torn off, and a few days later, one more. A total of four nails so far. She has been paying $5 per nail to have these fixed at a nail salon near her college. The salon near her college told her the original technician (from Veneto) did a bad job. The nails she had done at Veneto continued to break off until there were no more left. The only nails that stayed were the ones she had done by the other nail salon. What a waste of money!
