Customer Service Sucked. Not enough help and Staff was rude.

1st time here today,, Got a deluxe pedicure which was 28$ w/regular polish, and was literally done in 12 min, the lady rushed the service my sister is still in her chair getting her pedicure and Im over letting my polish dry. She would put the lotions/scrubs on and wash it right off in 3 sec. They also up charge you if you pay with card,, Will not return.

I love this shop been coming here 5yrs. My daughter & I always get Leah or Tina & not one complaint. My nails always look natural & the pedicure massage puts me to sleep. Eyebrows & fax waxing Awesome.

Tracey did a great job on my nails. Very fast and proficient. I was a new walk in and they helped me pick out exacly what I wanted. Loving my natural, shiny powder gel look! Thanks to Molly too for getting the old stuff off.

Tracy does an amazing job. I never have problems with her doing my nails. She is so particular in how she does nails and is detail oriented.

I love Tracy does great job on my nails 24/7. But my last experience was so bad. I called set appointment for Tracy and a man scheduled me for 12. Once I got there he says she on vacation. Then he tried to charge me 20$ more than she does for same nails. This bad experience was with Kevin. Ask for price before he starts bc he tried taxing unnecessary stuff.

Ive been coming here off and on for about a little over 2years. I really like the owner she does my nails and has someone else do my toes when I get them done. They do a good job... But recently the few times Ive gone they will have a seat of people asking for a service and I understand they take thier time and all. So it does get busy and attitudes happen. But what I dont like is when they leave the customer waiting just because one of the girls who works thier wants her own service done. Making the customer wait longer. I do appreciate that all...

Terrible service! Went in for a Mani and Gel polish with design and got horrible results! Thu completely messed up my nails! She couldnt do the design I asked for so I told her to leave it plain. She took off her attempt of design and then applied multiple coats of Gel polish to try to fix but it only made it impossible to dry. I left with bumps and smudges on my nails. Seriously who messes up on Gel polish??! They had the audacity to charge me for it. Then realized I was gonna file a complaint and gave me $5 back. I payed $25 for bumps and smudges on my nails and an hour of my life that I wont get back. I filed a complaint with The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

First visit here they had fast, friendly service even with as packed as they were. I got a Gel manicure, it was so quick and I got exactly the style I wanted. They didnt try to upsell me either. Tina did a great job.

Tina and her staff are always ready for more customers. They are very cheery and know their stuff. Whether you want a mani, pedi, full set, eyebrows done, just a polish change...Gentle Nails is the place to go. Very reasonable prices and so many different nail colors. I have been going here for 15 years and they are consistently excellent with a very friendly staff. Theyve had new owners for the past few months, and Tracy and Peter are carrying on the outstanding quality in their services.

Got full set with gel today and love them! Lady was super nice and made sure they looked good to me. Didnt rush or anything. Definitely somewhere to go back to

Came in for a pedicure, they hand me a sheet with types and prices, I picked the express pedicure But it was the worst express pedicure ever! The nail technician rushed, she didnt have any good customer service skills, and she did the sloppiest manicure. And she started to mumble when I asked her to clean the nail polish around my cuticles. Its was the sloppiest service that I have EVER received. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON AT ALL.

I accidentally pressed one star but they get no stars from me. They didnt do sych a great job but here is the worse part! Lady that took my payment put in the amount of $568 accidentally Im assuming instead of $58 now where do they do that at? Then I ask her can she give me cash because she sd it would take 2 business days to credit to my account. She said she didnt have that much cash. Well yo ads need to go to the bank and get it!!!!! So please be careful if u are using your credit or debit card here!

They are cheap and usually really nice. But they put up a fit if you dont like the job they did or the color. I asked for a purple ombre called magic spell, but the nail tech put grey on my nails and had attitude and had the nercr to charge me to change the color when I didnt like it. Ive been coming to this shop since I was 14 and Im 29 now. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the customer service today.

I come here often the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY and very helpful when i hv to take my toddler which i HATE to do but sometimes when its not busy i take him n if he starts getting fussy when my hands are unavailable they keep him happy

If there were an option for no stars I would definitely put this one under that category! I paid for a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. Every other nail salon I have been to always give me at least a 30 min massage. This lady didnt do anything but smear oil on my leg. When she was using the lamp for my toes she sat it on my foot multiple times after I had already told her she kept hitting me with it. She was extremely rough with clipping my nails and scrapping my cuticles. . When I told them that i didnt get a massage the proceeded to act like they did not understand what i was saying...I have never in my life experienced such terrible service at a salon....I will never be back.

So disappointed, my daughter and I wanted to get our nails done. I asked for the basic medi and pedi we would like gel nail.The owner was rushing my daughter nail and it looks like a hot mess. If my 4 year old daughter wanted nails like the she could of done it herself @ home.I felt like the lady doing my nails had additude and keep talking mess in vit. Instead of English!My gel nails look like a hot mess the service was so bad! I will never go there again.I went here for my wedding day photos but now I have to redo my nails some where else!-0 stars!

Bad customer service and their lazy. They dont want to do anything extra even if you are willing to pay for it. The lady that has Tourettes syndrome has an attitude problem and told me they cant file my real nail that lifting up from the fake ones but Ive had it done lots of times before and she didi it but was upset and ended up butchering my nails. I put up proof in the photo sections. Mine are the blue ones.

I went last wednesday, my nails look nice and I like them but the nail tech had a bad attitude.

They sent me out the door with my right hand no polish. They didnt even get past takin off the polish both hands. I asked for a face mask because they burn incense sticks because it was bothering my allergies they asked me to leave. Needless to say, I will not visit this shop again!!
