I came here for the first time asked for a pedicure made him aware i had a ingrown as i have been having pain. You can clearly see it the picture! Its not my first time getting my toes done i go to other places and they take out the ingrown and this guy told me no i had no ingrown and refused to take it out. Told me that it was my skin growing to close to idk what! After i told him that when i go to other nail places and they take it out he said they dont now the damage they are doing to ur nail. He cut cut me more than 2x when removing my cuticle. Never coming back here again!

They are very friendly and nice, but sneaky when it comes to the prices. They tell you one price then wait until they’re done working on you, then tell you another price. I got a basic French tip done for my nails and she told me it would be $35! I said😳 well maybe times have changed cause I haven’t had my nails done in 3 years. Anyways, it was 3 people waiting after me and it was already after 6:00, I told her I didn’t want gel because I didn’t want to pay the extra money, she wanted to do gel, so it could dry fast and said she wouldn’t charge me for it. Then told me my nails were $45 because I got coffin shape nails, since when did nail salons start charging an extra $10 for shaping nails?🤔... NEVER AGAIN!!

I am a new customer to this shop, since my old spot closed down. This was my second time going, pleased I was AGAIN! Charlie is the man, lol KING CHARLIE is what I call him. Go see him!! And trust me ladies I am very specific about my nails from the length to the width to the shape specific. However however this man did his thing. Not to mentioned everybody in there is very friendly and polite. #L DNails

Terrible experience. By far the worst pedicure Ive had in awhile. Toes were catching on the sheets I had to get up and file the corners and trim where she cut into the corners too deep and couldnt pull it without pulling skin. Pretty sure Ill have ingrown toenails soon. I was so ready to leave and so irritated. I asked for a simple dip, showed him the picture. Not sure if it was because he was too busy talking to his niece that he missed the pattern even after I asked about it. Instead of fixing my toes he put rhinestone to cover it up and told me I need my toenails buffed even. Not a problem Ive ever had before. I have dip powder on my fingers, he brushed tons of oil on and then told me to rub it to get the powder off. Really? And that didnt work. I have polish on the skin around my toes. Just NO. And the rhinestones he put on to cover the mistake started popping off. And when I say I dont want a massage I mean I dont want a massage, dont start touching me to try to make up for things. That does not make up for the messed up paint on my toes or wasted$. Now I have to go get them repainted.

I got my dip nails done here for the very first time, & I was amazed! They came out so perfect & exactly how I wanted them. The ladies were ALL friendly & talked to u like u were important. Very friendly atmosphere, & would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Would not recommend! They always ask for a tip but the quality of their work is horrible. 3 of my nails on my left hand are longer than the ones on the right, it’s embarrassing I will never go back there!

They did a rush job on my pedicure, manicure, and eyebrows... cause they were ready to go home. Didnt greet me til 15min of me sitting. My nails already need a fill In and its only day 2.

I went on my birthday early in the morning door was left open no air on because it was early no problem but full of flies! Also owner did not wear a mask that was very unprofessional considering that everyone should be wearing a mask (says it on the door, I was there for an hour he wore no mask the whole time I was there). Normally I’m pleased with the service but not this particular time! I also noticed that he checked me and another African American customers temp but did not check our Caucasian counterparts temp! Not cool mind you this was in July!

Not worth 45 for sure its horrible they should not be in business clumpy discolored my water was cold less than 30 minute pedicure I would not ever recommend and I wouldnt even let them fix it TRASH

Best Nail Place Been Going There For 4+ Years. Spent Almost 200$ In This Place. Never Had To Pick Any Color The Man Always Picks My Color And I Always End Up Loving Them. Thank You Guys So Much Most Def Will Be Coming Back .

I got the 35 dollar pedicure and the woman gave me a 25 dollar one I paid 30 for a 25 I counted my money to 32 Nd she said it was 27 she took a 3 dollar tip from me as well so in total so stole 11 dollars from me I will be back up there tomorrow cause I did not get a good pedicure this place is all about the money I will never go back the woman next to me started way before me yet I was still done before her I won’t even dime I spent there back

Glow in the dark, Charlie will get you right. He make it his buisness too make us happy. Especially with everything going on. Make sure to be ready too wear a mask and get your temperature check when entering the building.

I Went Here To Get My Nails Done On A Friday By Sunday Morning One Was Broken.. I Figured It Was No Big Deal Maybe They Were Too Long And I Wasn’t Paying Attention. The Very Next Day 2 More Broke Off And I Noticed They Were Tearing Off My Actual Nails Along With The Acrylic. When I Went Back To Get Them Soaked Off After The Weekend They Charged Me $10! Very Disappointed In This Place, I Would Never Go Here Again.

Theyre be very nice people and like to have you looking and feeling and liking the nails and pedicure they have and so I give yal 5 stars cuz Im satisfied by yals nail work but now I am interested in seeing how the pedicure comes out and then do eye brows get them done to same day how much you think that would be?

Sometimes they do good and sometimes i dnt like them also just got my nails done and the lady hurt my thumb not sure what it is but when she squeeze my thumb it felt like it was burning i told her but she just looked at it and kept doing what she was doing smh.. So its okay place tho just go in on the days its slow so they have time to do your nail the right way

The two main nail techs are super nice and chill. The man I had started an argument with the other tech while doing my nails, which I couldve let go, but he made three of my fingers bleed. They were supposed to be coffin and I got charged extra for coffin even though they arent. We went on Friday August 23rd, and one already broke. The bottom edge of my nail is so raise it is catching on my hair. We went for my friends birthday and the last she has not only had an attitude the ENTIRE time she rolled her eyes at me when I said I was paying for my friends nails. IF I go back I will request Charlie or the other lady main tech (I never got her name). Overall pretty unhappy.

The worst nail place Ive ever been too. Only went cause its closer to my house than any other nail salon... absolutely terrible. Paid 35$ for a French acrylic that was supposed to be coffin shape. lol not at all. My nails lifted within 1 day of getting them. This place is terrible. Never will I go back. Suggest yall save your money as will I.

The absolute worst place. Quality control is non existent. They act nice upon entering then do a terrible job then expect payment. After repeatedly asking the tech to please fix the nails that were bumpy and uneven and all different shapes and different lengths, she then acted like she couldnt tell that they were all these things. I told them i was not paying full price they then told me they will take them off thus having me sit for another hour through their torture. I declined the removal just because I already tried to have them corrected before I was to pay and leave. They still made me pay full price and if I didnt they would call the cops. Unfortunately is seems there is nothing I can do and they know this so this is why they treat hard working Americans this way. Is there something I can do?

I wish I have read the reviews first! Messy lines and she managed to cut me twice! She also cut my nails too short (to the quick)I bled once I actually used my hands! Under my nails was painful and stained red from my blood! Do NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON! !!

The worst experience I’ve ever had out the hundred nail salons I’ve been to. I asked her to cut down my nails and she said “shhh sit back I don’t like being told what to do” and they were all very demanding to other customers the whole time I was in there.

Just had a Mani-pedi, cuticles can be seen through 💅 polish on fingers and toes, and the polish job sucks I they cant even give a good polish job, I will not be returning very amateur job! Time and 💰 wasted

This place is very unprofessional. His “OPEN”sign was on even though this place closed at 7pm I knocked and asked if he was closed due to he already had a few women waiting to get there nails done. This man told me to stand outside for 20 mins so that he could finish the other ladies nails and than start on mine. I left and went somewhere else. This place is closer to my home, the only reason why I went here is bc I didn’t feel like driving to Grand Prairie,however I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Yesterday was the worst time Ive ever had, due to poor customer service. Im 22, Ive been going there since I was 16. So for me to have left with my nails not even complete, is a problem.

Went for the works yesterday3/11/17 pedicure and man went well. Eyebrow waxing was horrible the tech literally took skin of my lids. I had my share of eyebrows waxing but this was awful! Complained to the owner and she was making like its nothing you will be ok in a few days and no scar. Its very noticeable and I wil never go back theres again.

I wasnt expecting a nice place judging the outward appearance but WOW!When I walked it the prices, apparently, were not correct..no big deal. My best friend and I went for a pedicure and acrylic nails, which it was cheap but expect the service to be just as cheap!Pedicures were first, thet spent maybe 10 mintues on my pedicure and they spent more tine talking than working. She halfway painted my toenails, she attempted zebra-print design and looks more like stripes. You snell constant mold while getting your pedicure, its horrible!! My massage chair was broken, also. I was NOT impressed but thought well its cheap...my own fault for saving money.She rushed me over to do my nails, started clipping and rushing through hurting and damagingmy cuticles. She says I was moving which is wrong... then she put the acrylic on and had me was my hands. After I washed my hands she begun painting them without filing.I was having a conversation with my friend and we were talking the prices and I had said a wrong price and the lady slapped my hand and yelled at me for being wrong! Wow! Excuse Me!! I held my cool but now need to go somewhere to have my nails filed, shaped, and repainted.DO ME A FAVOR AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!Walmart nail salons are cheaper and does a better job and looks a lot better
