I will never go back - horrible and extremely rude customer service. My daughter and I got our nails done last night. My daughter had nails on already but the tech recommended she start fresh. #1 He was extremely rude by showing the tech next to him my daughters nails and making fun of them. #2 The tech showed his frustration with having to take her nails off several times. #3 The manager asked how we were treated so we told him and all he had to say was oh, its ok. #4 They did not put the correct color polish on me. I didnt say anything because I kept thinking she had more steps to make it look like what I picked but then she was done and it didnt look anything like the color I had picked. They were closing so I didnt want to make them stay (and I kept thinking maybe I was imagining that the color was so different). So the very next day I went back because I knew it wasnt what I picked. The manager seemed frustrated but did say he would have the polish changed but they wouldnt be able to put another design on my nails. I said, are you kidding me? He said I should have told them last night and not let them keep putting the wrong color on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! So there the argument started. I said, it is not my fault the wrong color was put on me. No matter what I said, he argued. Even though the color was nothing like what I asked for, he said it was the right color and sometimes the colors are not exact. So he kept arguing. I showed him a color that I thought was the one I picked (which was extremely similar to the one I did pick), but neither looked anything like what was on my nails (my fingernails look like a traffic cone). I told him that he had horrible customer service and I wouldnt be back, but he didnt care. {Hes married to the daughter of the family and they are rich, so I guess he doesnt need our money). Sometimes the exterior can look good (beautiful salon) but doesnt not mean you will get treated well or taken care of.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and I’ve always had a great experience. I am always greeted and helped right away. I really enjoyed my visit today with Joanne who did my nails and Amy with my pedicure. Both ladies were very nice and made sure I was taken care of.

I used to love this place, but the last 3 times I’ve been have not been great. But this last time has been the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I left there with 4 out of my 10 nails bleeding and extremely sore, the cut on my thumb is so deep that I’ve gone through 2 bandages because it’s bleeding like crazy. My daughter’s nails are sloppy and when I said something about it they blamed it on her age, she’s had her nails done multiple times and never had this issue. I paid and left extremely angry and won’t be going back. This used to be the only place I went every two weeks without fail. I’ll be looking for a new nail salon.

I went here yesterday, my nails look fine however the pedicure was horrible. Nail polish already gone on some toenails and it hasnt even been 12 hours. I went in and had polish from 3 weeks ago that still looked good, would have been better off leaving that on. It was clean and nice inside, thats why I chose to go here.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have come multiple times to this place. Yesterday I came in because Im a teacher and it was the last day of school so I wanted to relax. I had Jenny for my finger nails and Kelly for my pedicure and it was so amazing!!!! Seriously recommend these two ladies!!!

I booked an appointment with Steven and he was great! I am one of those annoying people who are super picky about my nails and will point out anything I dont like or that I want fixed. Steven did a dip with a coffin shape and they are perfect! No complaints on my part. I absolutely love them. I picked out a glittery blue and he took the liberty of getting a solid blue to go underneath and made sure to explain why. Great communication. He made sure my nails were smooth across the top and not too thick. If you go here, would definitely recommend Steven!

Every time I get my nails done, I leave disappointed. Whether it be the length, shape or something else wasn’t done how I wanted. I haven’t gotten my nails done in over a year. 😬Today I decided I wanted to get them done. I wanted a coffin shape with matte black and a little bit of ✨ sparkle ✨ as an accent. I stopped by Reverie Nail and Spa today, as they are newer to the Saginaw area. Let me tell you, the moment I walked in, I was BLOWN AWAY at how clean and LUXE this place looks and feels! Everyone was very friendly and polite.I had my nails done by Cindy and pictures do not do them justice! Everything is perfect all the way down to the shape! 10/10 recommend! 💅🏻

It’s definitely better to make an appointment as they stay busy. I love Joann she will be the only person doing my manicures and waxing in Saginaw. Another lady did my pedicure (so sorry I forgot her name) but she was amazing as well!I’ll definitely be back!

Jenny did a phenomenal job! She was SO fast but she also paid attention to detail. The price was also better than across the street and they did 100% better. I know where I’m going from now on!

I was originally going to a different salon to get pedicures with my mom and sister, but I am so so glad I ended up coming here. Everyone is so nice, even though it was busy we didn’t wait long at all, and the quality was still great. The place is super clean and nice. Prices are great. Thinking back I wish I had tipped more! I’ll def be coming back though!

I have been going here for about 1 year and absolutely love them!! They are always so friendly. Jenny is the best nail lady I have ever used. I had a wedding come up and she picked out my nails for me and she absolutely rocked it! If you are looking for a nail place I highly recommend this nail salon.

I have mixed feelings about Reverie Nails. When I visited earlier this year, my mom and I had a pleasant experience. There was a young guy who welcomed you in, he was so friendly and genuine. Yesterday we visited again. We spent over 3 hours in there, we made an appointment but they were unable to get to us until 15 minutes after. I usually am not spontaneous or creative when it comes to my nails, but this time I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted it. She kept trying over and over again, until we could tell we were both frustrated. The bright side of the experience is when Tina, one of the managers, came to the rescue. She ended up doing my nails quite lovely - thank you to her. I think your experience will depend on which nail technician you end up getting. Because there are so many nail salons in the area, I will be hesitant to come back again (just to save myself the frustration).

I live right down the street from this place. Price is decent and the place looks great. The host was very kind and gave me some white wine. I was one of the customers that ended up being one of the last ones in the shop and they definitely take pride in their cleanliness. They definitely take the time to clean up everything. Steven did an amazing job today and his neck massage was amazing as well! I definitely recommend. I forgot the lady’s name that did my pedicure but she was very thorough with my feet after not having my feet done in forever! She was great and she doesn’t skimp out on the minutes of massaging. My overall experience was wonderful and this sweet treatment was long overdue. Loved it 💙

I wanted to try this nail salon because its close to where I live. I regret coming here. Please dont have Kelly do your nails. She did my pedicure and did an awful horrific job. As soon as she started my pedicure she looked very mean and had a disgusting attitude. She is the worse tech in the state of Texas. She has no customer sevice skills. My toes are very sore because she plucked so much skin off around my toes. Then she cut my toe nails so short that they began bleeding. I will not return to this nail salon.

This was my 1st visit and I am SO HAPPY!!! I Highly recommend STEVEN for nails and HUONG for the BEST pedicure and eyebrow wax!!! You will NOT be disappointed. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or you will be mad 😡 they stay very very busy!! They are good here and it’s so very clean here.

Wendy has been my number one since October of 2020, I have never been one to make nails last one week let alone 2 weeks. Ive tried many nail technicians and she is by far my favorite!! love Wendy shes always so funny, nice, and caring. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

I’ve been coming here to the new location since it opened and to the other location they have across the street for over 2 years. They always do a great job on my nails and the massage/pedicure is always relaxing no matter who my nail technician is. They are always kind and courteous and offer you a refreshment when you come in💁‍♀️💧 🍷🥤🍹

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went to this place about 2 weeks ago, and it was the WORST experience I’ve ever received. I asked to get a full set and a pedicure. When the tech started the full set he had to remove my nails first, and instead of soaking them, he started popping then off with another nail, after about two the pain was excruciating, and I told the tech that, but he continued to do it. When he got to my pinky, he popped it off so hard, it left a dent in my nail, and made it bleed, he used nail glue to try and fix it, it only made it burn. I also like to get my nails longer than most, and I always read prices before I start, and the price list said 5 dollars for length, not 5 dollars and up, just five. So I was very shocked when told my length would be an extra 15 dollars, when I explained to the person at the front desk, that the book did not say the price would exceed 5 dollars, he just shrugged his shoulders and said “well you can just get them shorter” at this point I wanted to leave, but I had no time for another place. When my nails were all done, I got to the counter, and told the person up there what the tech had did to my nails in the removal process? And he responded “oh well he is one of our best techs” I wasn’t exactly sure what that had to do with him hurting me, and ignoring that I saidit hurts. Least to say I will NEVER go here again !!!!

As a big guy 62 315lbs I like that the chairs are comfortable for a man of my stature. The pedicures are all reasonably priced the service is always amazing. More importantly cause Im a wuss with sensitive feet, theyre gentle😆.Ive been here twice so far and dont have complaints. Aside from having to leave my delicious coffee in the truck to get cold since you cant bring in beverages

Holly did a fantastic job and her foot massage is the absolute best. Facility is clean and there is never much of a wait.

I wanted to get my nails done by this nail salon based on the reviews. I called ahead to see how long the wait was and they said it was going to be 20 minutes. I arrived a couple minutes later and was told 45 minutes. I wondered how in the time span of 2 minutes did the time jump so quick when there was just a couple waiting. The front desk person who had a manbun answered me with a very sarcastic comment. In my opinion this is not how you act towards a customer. Wont be giving them a chance any time soon.

My first time to go get my nails done here. I absolutely loved it! My mom, sister and niece got manicures and pedicures. The employees were so welcoming and attended to us. Will definitely be going back!

Andy is the best! He gets the job done fast and he is very knowledgeable about the services he provides.

Very clean and nice. I had Andy do my nails and he was to rough. He kept burning my nail when using the drill and kept cutting my cuticles. But other than that my nails look amazing.

Just moved to the area and found this place. I love the atmosphere, it’s very clean and the people are very nice. I’ve had two different people do my nails (dip acrylic), Cindy and Jennie and I love them both. They definitely make my nails look amazing and they both take their time and pay attention to fine detail. This is definitely my go to place for nails.

Poor time management! Had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes after being seated before the nail tech started!! Manbun guy told me that you really dont have an actual appointment. You still are served in the order of walk ins. He made so stupid & inappropriate reference to a OB/GYN appointment and how you have yo wait there!!

I always get a great service here. They cater you with drinks as well.

I called in ahead of time and the guy said that they would take care if me as long as I got there no later the 615 I arrived at 550 and he spent me across the street obviously I would have gone there if thats where I wanted to go. Never again 😒

I’ve been here on several occasions and it is a very hit and miss place but this time is the absolute worst I left with nails being uneven in length and the lady was constantly on her phone texting or on the phone talking and I have super thick nails because of how many layers she did and she was convinced she needed to do a design on them even though I didn’t want one and it is literally lifting up and so my nails are super bumpy and she burned me multiple times it’s just overall terrible experience. I’ve had a good one there but otherwise they’re all hit and miss I do not recommend going here

This was an awful experience never go here to get your nails done, whatever they did to my nails won’t come off and it broke and took most of my finger nail off with it. Terrible experience, never going back.

This was my first time here, they did run almost 40 min late BUT it’s a holiday weekend so I will not factor that in because Jenny did an amazing job with my nails. I will be going back to her on a regular basis.

I always make an appointment and I have never had to wait. I’m always greeted kindly, and immediately seated. Just yesterday the individual working the front held the door open for a woman with a baby stroller. My nails have always looked wonderful!

Not good is an understatement. I have been here 4 times now. I posted a very positive experience a few months ago, and now will not return. I went for a dip manicure on Friday. Apparently the lady was new as the person up front wanted to take a picture of my nails to send to his wife so she could see how the manicurist did. (Never got the manicure by the way.) Well, over the weekend two of the nails chipped. I filed one down and by the time the 4th one chipped I called the salon to see if I could get it repaired. No problem, come on in. I made my appointment and came in today. When I got there, I showed the person up front the nails. He asked what color I had, I remembered the name being poppy. We couldnt find it, and I said I was concerned if we couldnt find it that 4 nails would be a different color. I asked if I could have them all taken off since there was no way to perfectly match them. He acted like he didnt want to do that, and then agreed. I pointed out to him that some of the nails were a little thin, and I didnt want to have an issue again in 4 days. I also asked if I could get a manicure, too as my cuticles looked awful, and I would be fine to pay for that as it would be an added service. He went to get the manicurist. (Same person as messed them up the first time. Did I mention she burned my finger on Friday?) Anyway, she inspects my nails.. and says no thin.. He tells her she is to take them all off. She acts like that is not working for her, and I finally say is there a problem?. He says her English isnt so good, and then says.. take all of them off. And she starts to work. To her credit, she wasnt hard handed and rude, but she did end up burning my fingers three more times before I got out of there. When I started to bleed, no antiseptic was applied.. She just blotted it off with her little purple towel. Who knows what infection I might get. Anyway, we finish up and I get ready to leave. I run into a friend and chat a minute, then go to pay. A person up front tells me that Im only being charged for the manicure, not the dip. I said yes, I understood. I tipped, even though I was there because the service wasnt right the first time, and I was burned three times this go around. This is my favorite part, I go to leave and am followed out by the guy that agreed to replace my nails. Taking off his mask, and two feet away from me.. He says you seemed upset in there. I said I was, and then he goes into a 2 minute long monologue about why everything happened the way it did.. He said these people work in all different shops and different places do things differently. She thought she wasnt getting paid, but Ill eat it this time.. but if thats what you expect for service, you may need to look around for a different place. I finally got a word in edgewise and told him, not a problem. Your following me outside is so unprofessional, dont worry, you are not the only nail place in this town. I will have absolutely no problem finding another place to do my nails. I further went on to tell him that the biggest issue was that he said it wasnt a problem, and then as time went by it became one. As a customer, I should never have known there was an issue about how one of their employees should be paid. I was going to a great place in Alliance (Aria) when I was physically going to work, and will drive the 20 minutes one way to do so moving forward, as they never messed my nails up or sent me away burned, or made me angry. If anything they make my experience an indulgence. This place is a complete nuisance. It looks real pretty, but you could put a pig in a dress and its still just a pig.

This new salon is so lovely and spacious! Customer service was great and I appreciate the precautions they are taking during these unprecedented times. They ask you to sanitize your hands and wear a mask at all times and there is always a clear guard between you and your tech. It doesnt compromise the experience at all!My dip mani turned out really nice and my pedi was so relaxing I almost fell asleep during the massage! Cant wait to come back again soon!

Cindy has been my nail technician the last two visits and I have been extremely pleased. My nails are looking strong and healthy. Beautiful as always and no chipping! Love her!

I came as a walk in for services and was seen immediately by Wendy! She was very professional and quick! The spa is spotless and the staff actively cleans before and after each client comes in. I’ll definitely be back!

Huong did a great job. She’s patient and did quality work. The shop is upscale and they do a good job with sanitizing and keeping the shop clean.

Ive gotten my nails done here twice now (dip manicure) and LOVED it! Iris & Wendy did fantastic jobs, made pleasant conversation, and still created a relaxing environment despite te screaming kid next to us with the mom that couldnt care less about taking care of her. Will always come back!!

It was a nice experience, but I got the Gel nails and it didn’t even last a week . I went to Creative Nails on Saginaw Blvd a month prior and that lasted 3 weeks .

Beautiful place, they did a good job with my nails, the only downside was I had to wait over 15 min even though I made an appointment before someone came and started doing my nails.

Horrible! Went in for a pedi. The woman took off my polish then went to the back room and never returned. I called the manager over for help and he found her in the back eating pizza.

Waisted 2.5 hours of my life for a dip and a polish change. Not to mention my dipped nails looked patchy cause she didnt allow me to wash my hands after the last file instead she just put the last coat.
