I asked for an all white acrylic powder set. Was told it would be $35 then he ends up doing a clear acrylic set and ended up painting them with regular white nail polish (not even gel) when I told him, before he started painting them, that I had asked for a white acrylic not white polish he said, oooh no that’ll be $55 then . So he ended up doing what he wanted not what I asked for and they came out horrible. Shaping is horrible and so is the polish on them . Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

She did what she had to do but charged me $25 because she put color. It was cheap and they did a cheap job. They are rude and made fun of a ladys weight while she was getting a pedicure (in English). They dont have all the materials needed to do a good job. The nail files they use are the cheap small ones you get from the dollar store. He cut my acrylic unevenly. The paint job was sloppy. I paid $28 for a full set and pedi. Super cheap and super crappy. Dont go there. Absolutely terrible on top of the fact its disgusting inside. Just dirty for no reason because most of the workers are just sitting around talking.

I went to get my nails done with Danny he kept cutting them crooked I asked him to straighten it up twice then he slammed my hand on table. Said do it yourself. And walked off leaving one hand short with acrylic done and one hand full lengthy claws with acrylic. NEVER GO HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Reporting him to the Cosmo board. I have photos for prove.

I am so upset about the service I received. The nail tech told me before she started the price was $17. I told her I wanted the $12 special they advertise. She cut my real nail down to the numb and gave me SUPER short nails. I told her this wasnt what I wanted. Her and the manager said I had to pay extra to get regular short nails...... Told them I wanted a full set of acrylic nails and they started cleaning my nails and everything for a manicure so I told them I said I wanted a full set not a manicure so she stopped what she was doing mind you she has barely started to do my manicure so she started to do my full set but still charged me for the manicure and full set.

Horrible!! I took my 5yr old daughter for her first pedi, the guy did great. However, myself was days from delivering twins and asked could they do my mani pedi at the same time and was told no we dont do that. First of all that was a lie ive seen it before, so after my daughter was done I got up and drove down Hulen to Gorgeous Nails and got my service no problem and left a great tip. Secondly, no one but my daughter and i where n the building getting service so no they werent busy. Just thought it was very lazy of them, one lady was walking around eating noodles, one watching tv n the other reading a book and a man taking a smoke outside... Save ur money and go elsewhere, they are rude as hell and only speak they language. Arent people friendly

You see the all the deals hanging outside but RUN!!!! This nail shop is one of the worst Ive ever been to. After a week my nails were lifting and coming off. (My short nails). To put it lightly this place is TRASH. You might think youre saving money but really youre wasting it. Customer service?? Umm they dont have any. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I will never go here again. While getting a mani/pedi the other day I said to the lady be careful with my big toes not to cut the side to deep, because of one of the last times I went here they did and it sometimes gets ingrown now. Well she didnt listen went real fast and cut to deep, made me bleed and just looked at me like it was my fault. My nails look like hell there is bubbles in the paint which I didnt notice til later after I left because my eyes were killing me from her rubbing so hard to get the wax off my brows, which she made uneven.So 4 days later and Im still on antibiotics because my toe is infected.I dont know what has happened to this place I used to come here all the time with out a problem but they really went down hill in the last year.Never Again!!!

I will never step foot in this place again!!!! I went in to have my eyebrows done and the lady completely messed them up! She literally styled each eyebrow differently and one of them was so much higher than the other! It was so embarrassing. I had to go to another salon to see if they could fix what Ooh LaLa had done. If your looking for a good salon in the McCart/ Altamesa area I highly recommend Lone Star Nail and Spa which is where I went to have my eyebrows fixed after the disaster at Ooh LaLa. They tried there hardest to fix them and I walked out with my eyebrows looking 10x better then when I had walked in.

Too many things were messed up at this nail shop yesterday1. Wack gel colors (no variety)2. This male asian nail tech told the lady to Shut her mouth. She did nothingwrong just wanted the nail shape right after you told her you could do the shape.3. The lady had to cut off her nails to nubs cause they couldnt file it down right. Then the male tech that cussed her then switched with the person that was doing my feet, to not have to do that ladys nails. (I tell them no i dont want anyone angrily doing my pedicure).4. On top of that i had 2-3 people trying to work on my feet cause they were teaching beginners. So one could file my feet, another was Painting, another was buffing. At least let me know, or reduce the price of my services. Absolute insanity.5. Prices are INSANE. They were going to charge $50 for my full set on hands. and $40 for pedicure. For the scenery and the service im not paying $90 plus a tip for crappy work. (They have false advertisement on their ad outside.6. After my pedicure, i told them i just want to soak my nails off. The idiot lady was cutting into my nail beds trying to take the acrylics off. (Now they messed up my nails.) ALL I WANT NOW IS FOR MY NAIL TO BE SOAKED OFF SO I CAN LEAVE! The lady before me left and went to another shop. As did I after my nails were soaked.7. During the soaking process the lady doing my nails goes on a yelling rampage, waving her hands everywhere causing a scene in her language cause the lady that they messed up nails with was telling me she is going to another nail shop and i told her that i was leaving too. Sorry we arent paying for crappy work paying high top dollar for nonsense.8. After soaking most of my nail off, (i now have the angry male tech doing my nails cause the lady was losing her mind after i didnt want a new full set due to horrible services.) He tells me that the acrylics have all soaked off. I can CLEARLY STILL SEE A BUNCH OF ACRYLIC STILL ON MY NAILS. I tell him No keep soaking them. He KEEPS ASSURING ME ITS OFF. I keep telling him no, he puts my hand back in the acetone bowl with an attitude. Then when he comes back he files the acrylics and We both can SEE that their was STILL acrylics on when he uses that tool and the acrylic material flies on the working desk.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL UNPLEASANT, Costly establishment, I felt more stressed than relaxed. Madly rude workers with beginners nail experience. Worst Nail experience EVER! 0 Stars!!!

How many words do I have to let you know how BAD this place is? This place is dirty and dusty. Their selection of nail polish is POOR to about none, most of the containers I could not open because they were so old. They didnt have ONE single good red polish....no kidding. My friend and I could not even have a conversation with each other because the workers were so loud, I could not hear her through their conversation or yelling to each other. If you get the pedi-mani combo youll have one person at your feet and the other at your hand asking you to hold the water bowl on your lap while they work on you. The worker even turned off the massage chair because it was causing my hands to move while she was trying to paint them. My friend didnt get her feet massaged - they lady totally skipped through it. The WORST of all, is that they dont use clean utensils! I was shocked when they tried to cut my nails with a RUSTY nail clipper. I will be reporting them to the health department because this is unacceptable. I literally had to ask her NOT to use any cutting utensils on me. I watched them while they were done with a lady having a pedi before me and the cleaning method they use is RINSE AND DRY. I was disgusted and all I wanted to do was leave that filthy place. If you dont mind catching something here go for it. I will never in my life return to this filthy establishment - actually they shouldnt even be open! The thousand layers of polish they put on my nails because they had to add thinner to it didnt even dry by evening - my nails and toes look horrible and Ive got redness around my big toe! I had to come in here and warn anyone to skip this place...... I wish I had!

The place was horribly disgusting inside. I should have walked out, but my daughter was excited to get her mani/pedi. They burned my skin with the wax, the end of the nails were rough and filed uneven, they painted more of the skin than the actual nail bed, the didnt cut the cuticles correctly and painted them, and then clear coated the entire tip of my finger instead of just the nail. They made me pay before they were done. They acted as if they could t understand me when I started to argue. I came home and took it all off. Please dont go here. You will regret it and waste your money.

I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I walked in on a Monday afternoon and the guy that asked me to sit down seemed bothered that I even walked in the door. The whole time he was working on my nails he kept sighing and rolling his eyes. When another customer asked him how much other services cost he answered so rudely that it made me flinch. Another worker sitting next to us was yelling and arguing on her phone for thirty minutes. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Not to mention the place is flithy!!!!!!!! I didnt notice right off but once I was in the chair I started seeing the windows hadnt been cleaned, there were drinks laying around, they have stuff just piled everywhere behind them, the nail polish was very old and clumpy, and I didnt see one worker wash or sanatize thier hands. I will NEVER return!!!! BTW my nails are awful because he rushed.

Horrible pedicure. I couldnt see the mistakes without my glasses but when I got home it looked like there was a finger print on my big toe nail.

Im NEVER COMMING BACK.. Nails have bubbles after they dried. The stations look messy and disgusting. My nails look messy and uneven. She kept telling me to stop moving when I was still the whole time. I told the lady to file them more around the sides and underneath because there was arylic was every where she got an attitude and would roll her eyes.

It was an horrified experience. I went there to remove my acrylic nails, and she ripped each one of them instead of soaking them in acetone. She cut me 3 times and leave my nails in the skin. And she just said accidents happen, like she cut me by accident. I dont recommend this place at all.

Dirty! Horrible pedicure and they cut me! I dont know how they pass the state inspection. When u get a pedi, notice the dirty buffer and file they use on you.

TERRIBLE will be contacting the state inspectors. My nails look TERRIBLE, the lady was rude and rushed like crazy. My nails are all uneven and my skin is cut. The white tips are almost up to my cuticles and look awful & also burn really bad.
