Where to begin, this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Thu give me a pedicure (regular polish) and had kristi do my nails (full set with shellac polish) simultaneously, which cut the time in half. It was the best treatment I’ve ever had, I nearly fell asleep drinking my frozen margarita. I had an ingrown nail they took care of, and paid close attention to detail while providing efficient service. 10/10 would return & highly recommend.

If youre needing a manicure pedicure I strongly suggest going to this one. This one actually listens to what the client wants and not what they want to do I will gladly go out of my way from lake Worth Texas to Keller Texas just to get this done for my wife Ive been to every place here in lake Worth Texas and it seems like none of them care every one of them have screwed up and done wrong and when we go and ask him to fix it they dont want to but when we come to this company they do it right the first time theyre extremely affordable and theyre extremely kind. Sunny and his wife the owners are completely respectful and help you out with whatever you need done I strongly suggest going to this place

Since I cannot reply to your review. I assure you this is what happened in your salon. I will come in in the next few days and show you my nails! All the polish has flaked off. I assure you I asked for the UV light 3-4 times and my daughter who was beside can attest that I asked and the tech said my personal gel polish wasnt real gel! If she had put me under the UV light, my GEL polish wouldnt be flaking off!I have been to your salon many times as you should be able to see by your incentive system. This just breaks my heart!I own a business and would never tell a customer that they were wrong and we were more professional. I would try to right the wrong. I am so disappointed in your response.

I had a mani/pedi appointment with a friend on May 8th. The staff was absolutely polite, the establishment was spotless. This is one of the nicest salons I’ve been to. Every employee has a smile on their face and they all make sure that you are taken care of. My nails looked so pretty once they were done. But I now have an issue. I had my nails done about a month before this May 8th appointment (another establishment in South Texas), so needless to say it was time for a fix me up. In a matter of 3 days I have lost 2 nails and had a nail break. I lost the 2 nails WAY too easily and my other nails are working on wiggling themselves off. Underneath the 2 nails I have lost, my nail bed is GREEN. Upon some research, I find out that the green is a fungus. A fungus caused from moisture. So somewhere during my manicure, something went wrong. Proper procedure wasn’t followed, tools weren’t cleaned, etc.Whatever the case may be, I am very disappointed. I have never had issues with green nails/fungus.Please make sure your techs are cleaning their tools, following proper procedures, etc.

The people here work very hard to provide you with the best nail experience you will get this side of fort worth. No need to look elsewhere. Very comfortable, relaxing, and professional

Expensive and NOTHING like it used to be .. he made my toe bleed rushing my pedi along with speaking a different language to each other obviously talking about us as they would stop to ask us a question then continue talking. It was very rushed and unwelcoming. I miss the old Hollywood that had the best manager Courtney running the place.

I GOT MY NAILS DONE TODAY. WITH IN LESS THAN 10HOURS MY NAILS RUINE. I PAID 69$ TO GET MY GEL NAILS AND WHEN I CAME HOME THIS HAPPEN .....I AM REALLY DISAPOINTTED WITH THEIR SERVICES.THINK BEFORE GOING THEIR.THEY DONT RESEPECT YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

The nail polish seems old and is put on way too thick. Hours after getting my nails done, my polish is still messing up everytime I touch something.

I love this nail salon they always do a great job no matter which nail tech I get they always hook me up! Shout out to Lee who gives the best pedicures and Don who never lets me leave the salon without my nails looking fresh! Relaxing Environment. Their menu offers a variety of treatments at reasonable prices. The salon is always kept clean and sanitary and the staff is professional and friendly! I’ve been coming here for a while and doubt it I go anywhere else! Five stars all the way!!

In general this place makes me extremely happy but I brought in my own gel nail polish and ask them to apply it with my manicure and I kept asking for the UV light and the lady told me it wasnt real gel polish. She wouldnt get me the UV light and it felt dry when I left but because they didnt use the UV light it was not and so after I got home and did my hair and make up for something else its all dimpled and messed up. Im so disappointed!

Its my favorite place to go for my nails. I missed this place so I came back.

I went in today and the design I wanted was not what I got. The colors are fading into each other and the lady doing my nails was rude. She kept pulling my hand if I didn’t have it close enough. The lady doing my toes was ruff. And my toe nail color is already coming off after leaving and letting them dry.

Ladies were very sweet, my shape was perfect, and the design was exactly how I wanted.

I decided to try a new place after many disappointing experiences with my regular nail salon. Found this place and luckily Tyler did my nails. He is fantastic! He was very nice and personable, made me laugh and did a great job on my nails! They look thin and are shaped like I requested. He didnt cut me and constantly asked if I was okay while he was doing them. Needless to say, Ive had some bad experiences elsewhere. Ill definitely be back!They also have a full bar which I wouldve loved had I not been there during lunchtime. I cant wait to go back with my stepdaughter for a pedi with one of the girls Tyler recommended.Give this place a try!

I went in for a Hollywood Manicure today, and was asked 4 different times by the same nail tech if I wanted dip. I respectfully told the tech, no, thank you. I guess he didnt like that answer so he continued to roll his eyes and switched to another client in the middle of my manicure. Leaving me to wait on another tech to come out and finish. Amy, stepped up and did a great job making up for his lack of professionalism. This was my third time at the nail spa & each time it has been negative experience. I really wanted to like them, because so many people rave about them.. thats just not going to happen. There are definitely better places around this area.

I went here for the 1st time with my mother and sister, about 5 years ago. I FELL IN LOVE! I do not perfer other salons. Once I had to go to a closer nail salon and the quality of the nail didnt last but a few days and they left my nails a mess. This is why I recommend Hollywood spa!! They have always made me fell relaxed, comfortable and I always leave feelings refreshed. There are so many great nail techs here so I am never picky about which one I get, although sunny is who I have asked for when he has the time. I always request Rose for my pedicures. She is sweet and attentive and really takes good care of her customers. I now live 45mins to an hour away but will ALWAYS drive for my mani/pedi days! This place is worth it! If I could id give them 10 stars.

First timer here. Everyone there is so friendly! After walking in we were greeted and filled out forms for which service(s) we wanted. We got the deluxe pedicure which was AMAZING. The hot towels/mud mask was great but the massage with hot rocks almost made me fall asleep. So relaxing! They offered free drinks, I got a daiquiri and it was soooo smooth and sweet. The woman who did my nails was very attentive, always asking if I liked my nails and if I needed anything. 10/10 amazing. I was blown away by my first experience here. I almost didn’t want to leave!

Staff is always nice. The deluxe pedicure will put you to sleep(along with a drink) will put you to sleep. I highly recommend.

I have been here a few times, my first time was great! Absolutely loved the way Katie did my nails. Second time was absolutely horrible. I asked for an appointment with Katie and she seemed weirded out that I remembered her name! (That should be a good thing for a nail tech) Katie was not as good as the first time and seemed rushed. That’s with a 20 dollar tip. Shouldn’t have left that at all. The second day of having my nails done (which look horrible) 3 nails cracked underneath. My thumb nail chipped off so I went in to have it fixed. A man sat me down and he went to grab his things. He was so rude the entire time. He did not fix my nail. It was the wrong color and he had to re do it twice. Katie didn’t say a word to me knowing he messed my nails up bad. I will not ever go back here. The people are rude and insignificant. They don’t do their jobs correctly and don’t sanitize. Not happy with this place at all. Also made fun of my hands and fingernails. Very unprofessional.

So I went here Saturday. The nail tech came to me with the utensils in the bag they are supported to be in after sanitizing. Upon examining the tools I saw visible crud from the previous person. She apologized and sanitized it with alcohol and wiped it off.

This place is awesome the service is great from moment you enter they are fast, friendly and work is awesome i went here because place was going to all of sudden was only doing appointments due to covid so we goggle closet place and was Hollywood and we didnt appointment we went and have been going here every since

Terrible experience.I specifically asked NOT too get my nails cut and she cut my nails VERY short not to my satisfaction She also pulled off my cuticles VERY roughly NOT TO MY SATISFACTION I will NEVER be coming here again I am very disappointed and feel as if i wasted my time and money. I’ve been going to this salon since I’ve moved to Texas 3 years ago. Kayla was doing my nails, but she has left the salon. Now Kristy is doing my nails, and she is the best! She knows exactly how i want my nails. Very nice lady! Mika has been doing my pedicures for awhile now, and i love Mika!! She always does a great job! Love both of these ladies! If you visit this salon, you have to ask for Kristy and Mika!

I love this place! I recently celebrated my 30th birthday and my mani/pedi session was here at Hollywood Nails and Spa. They accommodated 11 of us ladies on a busy Saturday and even followed up with me to make sure of my arrival. We were able to all have such a great time and they were so swift and professional in their service for all of us. My toe nail polish actually chipped and they were kind enough to re-do it for me 2 days later. I am not much of a mani/pedi person but I will definitely be coming back to this location.

It is hard to find a place for relaxing, beauty and great service but I have found it. I like this place as I enter the door the manager greets and hugs me so warmly, Kortni, she knows what I want and how I want by designating the best staffs for me. The environment here is very clean, the procedures are professional and secured make me feel completely enjoyed and relaxed. The prices for pedicures are added one more dollar for the liner but I believe it should be included in the service. I brought a couple of fiends here and they stick here. Thank you!

The nail tech continued to cut into my nail beds. My $35 Gel nails are so paper thin it is as if I have regular polish on them. My toe nails were cut uneven and mishapen. This will be my last time to this nail salon. It seems to be under new management since the old nail techs aren’t present and the atmosphere is not customer friendly. Don’t waste your money at this place.

I love this place! I’ve had a few of them irk on my mani and my pedis and I have to say I’ve always left there feeling so pretty. They are so friendly and good at what they do! I rate this place 10/10!!

Revised review - this place used to be awesome. It was sold and the new owners changed everything that made it great. The good technicians left, colors became limited, services changed. It took a noticeable turn. One good note is that business has slowed dramatically so you shouldn’t have a problem getting in. I continued to come back for months after the change in ownership - figured I’d give them a chance to get on track. Then they started charging extra for everything and i got fed up. I was a regular customer and tipped generously, but wasn’t treated well so I’m out.

Decent job on mine and my daughters mani/pedis. Only 3 stars because the staff was rude. We arrived before a big rush, with a reservation. We were sat pretty quickly, asked what we wanted to drink.... about 10 minutes later the rush crowd was being served and taken care of. When I finally got someones attention I did ask nicely if we could be helped and I was told were busy right now. Very rude. AND it was my birthday and all I wanted was that special time with my daughter.

First let me start by saying that every girl that worked on my toes and nails were great! I am happy with the service. But it seems every time I visited, something went wrong that left a sour taste in my mouth and after today, I will now look for another salon.I was very put off that they charge a dollar extra for the bag in the pedi-chair basin. I understand the reason for health and safety, but to pass that charge to the customer because they are forced to use them is just wrong. Are they going to charge for the disposable flip flops too? They serve margaritas, which i thought would be nice instead of wine, but I had to ask 3 times for one and finally getting one served while my toes were being painted and it tasted horrible!! They taste like they are made with well-water. The time before last was a busy day and they forgot me and left me waiting while they served others that came in after me. I had to speak up to remind them i was still waiting and on the same visit, I was overcharged $50 on my credit card statement. They apologized and removed the charge, but i still had to make an extra trip back out there for them to correct it. Anyway, maybe it is just my luck, but that many strikes against them when there are nail salons on every corner is just too many and I will take my fingers and toes to another salon.

#hollywoodspaandnails best nail salon! Everyone is hella cool and they have comfortable massage chairs. The wifey turned me on now I’m here every other week for an mani/pedi! First off, I was pretty excited thinking I’d be the only man in a room full of vixens!! ( heh) but turns out there were just as many men as there were women! However, they do welcome you with drinks, on the house! I can’t deny this my new hotspot! Highly recommended

I wont go anywhere else! I used to drive from Tulsa every 3 weeks to have Lena do my nails. I trust anyone there with my nails. Everyone is amazing. For those who give negative reviews, I think they are probably very unhappy with everything in life. You just cant please some people. I can guarantee you that if she had made her dissatisfaction known at the time, they would have tried to make it right. As for unfriendly staff? Ive NEVER seen that, but even so, maybe the tech was having an off day. For me, if I were to have an issue at anytime during my service, I would stop them and request someone else. Ive never had to do that here thankfully, but when I tried a nail salon in Tulsa because I couldnt come down due to icy roads, I actually did request a new tech. So chalk the negative reviews up to people who look to complain. Communication is a two-way street and if you dont give them the opportunity to make it right, you shouldnt be posting a bad review.

Every time I go here, the staff is so nice and friendly, unlike some other places in the area. They don’t act annoyed that another customer is here to work on. I really like them, not to mentioned they do GREAT work!

I took my fiancé here and we had amazing customer service, including Sabrina and John. This is a great atmosphere. My fiancé was very pleased with the fantastic work Sabrina did. Also with constant and great customer service from John! I would recommend 10/10.

By far the worst experience Ive had and Im really sad to say that because I went with high expectations because of some of the other reviews. The girl who did my nails (Gel Manicure) was unfriendly, very rough, and theres polish on my skin. The girl who did my pedicure was nice, my toes look pretty, but it just wasnt relaxing--one of the best parts of a pedicure is the massage and pampering. I left spending over 80 dollars and it def WASNT worth it. The nickel and dime for every little thing, so if you choose to go, ask exactly what youll be charged for and dont go to someone there unless youve been referred to them.

My daughter and I went to have a mommy daughter day, my daughter is 3, so I was hesitant, but they treated her so well, the staff was so nice and welcoming! I had gotten my nails dipped and they came out awesome! We will be going back. I highly recommend for mommy daughter days!

Very rude, unfriendly. It took them almost 30 minutes to acknowledge me. Employees were eating and drinking at the front desk. The entire time I was getting my nails done the guy didnt talk to me or offer me a drink. Under new management but Courtney the dark haired, skinny woman who used to manage and work the front desk was SO MUCH BETTER! This place is going downhill.

Skyla is awesome! She listens to what you want, and gives feedback as to what will be best for your nails. I absolutely love this salon. You will feel welcomed from the time you step into the salon to the time you leave! This salon is one of the cleanest salons I have been to.

They have more polish color selections than any other salon I have been to, and they are the only place I have been with matching gel polish. Give them a try... you will be hooked!

This place used to be great but lately not so much. My last set of nails looked awful. I pointed it out to my tech and was told it was marbling in the powder? What never heard of such a thing. I got my nails done exactly one week ago and already one lifted off, one has a huge chip in it and several have very rough corners. Not to mention the so called marbling I think they are getting to busy and so they rush through their work. I will be looking to see if I can find somewhere better.

Ive been so happy with my dip nails at this business for over a year, every 3 weeks, but today I had a 4:00 p.m. and at 4:50, still no Kristie to do my nails and on 7/30, same thing.

Was sat down almost immediately after arriving however waited for a nail tech for almost 30 minutes BEFORE I WALKED OUT! I expected a bit of a wait because they were busy but one tech had finished with another client shortly after I arrived so wasnt expecting an over 30 minute wait. Obviously clients time isnt valuable.

Every time Ive come here the customer service and quality of work gets worse and worse. During my last pedicure, my left foot didn’t even touch the water to soak before she started scrubbing on my dry foot. It was obvious she wanted to get me out of there. Not a relaxing experience to say the least.

I’ve given this place a few tries over the past year but have never been impressed.the first time i went was a year ago for an eyebrow waxing for my engagement photos - half of my left brow was taken off.Next, i went for a pedicure and the foot bath portion was broken and so i soaked my feet in luke warm water with no water jet.This most recent visit, the lady doing my manicure did excellent. But, the lady who was doing my toes did a sloppy job. She roughly filed into my nails (that she cut very short) and basically filed into my skin til it broke & bled. The paint job was horrible.When you come in, they have you fill out a sheet to order which type of pedicure you want. I asked for gel, but the lady only applied standard nail polish. I had to ask that they not charge me for the gel since that is not what i got.I realize this is a small issue at the end of the day, but if i am paying $95 for a mani/pedi i want to get my money’s worth.Maybe they’re good at other services, but as far as nails and brows, i cannot recommend.

Great experience here! Got gel dip pedi here by Nicole, very experienced down to the last detail and I am very OCD. Go here if you want it done right. Broke two nails a day later and they fixed for free, came back and got a pedicure by a different person and same great experience, will visit again!

Asked for natural eyelash extensions, showed picture of what I wanted, then came out with huge long thick lashes like Betty Boop. Plus hard scratchy glue is scraping my eye in two places on the left eye and one place on the right eye. Technician was nice and pleasant but just didnt do what I wanted and glue is hurting.

Wife loves going here. She says the staff is knowledge and very friendly.

If I could Id give zero. The pedicure was fine but I asked for a mani pedi. No one came to do my manicure and after two hours they tried to charge me for it and when I said no one ever came they asked if Id stay for it. Nope. Not staying another 2 hours because they made a mistake and forgot about me.

10/10 would go again. They make beautiful nails and do wonderful massages.

I went in to get my nails done last Thursday right before I had to leave for vacation and got a full set with gel color and a pedicure.. I didnt get quite what I asked for but was ok with it until I got to the car and actually looked at my nails.. My thumb nails were two different lengths, the nails were not filled complely so it looked like I needed a fill even though I just got them done, and the polish was not all the way down on the sides, I went in today to get them fixed and the lady acted very irritated and kind of argued with me.. They look better than last time but I still will not be returning after the service I have received and I wouldnt recommend others to go here! Very disappointing

Im so confused by the bad reviews on Hollywood. I have family and friends that have been using their nail techs for over 4 years. I started going 2 years ago. I have never had a better experience. Things sometimes do not go as planned, but its usually my fault for not scheduling ahead of time. Additionally, thats life!Hollywood has the best staff. Travis is KING of the Pedicures! I hate when I slack and have to have someone else do my toesies, but its still a good service no matter who does it. Just, hes the KING. Neng is amazing, and I snag her to do my manicures whenever I can. If I could list all of the other amazing techs, I would. I also get my eyebrows waxed there from time to time - perfection, always. Courtney is the friendliest, customer service-driven manager. She knows me by name, asks about my family, and keeps a smile no matter how busy it is.There is a nail salon walking distance from my house, a few around my job, and a million on my way to church, home, work...I consistently chose to drive all the way back to Alliance from Denton after a long days work to get my mani-pedis at Hollywood. The cost is worth it, the time is worth it.And just to put this out there - we expect to be respected in out jobs. Please respect those who are doing their jobs in service to you. Making your fingers and toes pretty is just as important as sitting at a decision-making table for a business. Love what you do, and be kind to the others that do the rest of what you dont :)
