Really good experience here. Im always looking for a good place to get my nails done. I am never satisfied with the end result but Im telling yall, this place is great. I cannnnnot remember the name of the woman that did my nails. I think her name was Kim but Im not sure. She did an amazing job. I gave them a photo and they matched it PERFECTLY! And on top of that, they are not way too expensive! This is for sure going to be my new place!

This is probably one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. The staff is extremely nice and very talented. There was a little bit of a wait due to the design of my nails, but they quickly got me into a seat when someone was available. The person who did my nails was Cody and he was very nice and did my nails fast but still did them with good quality. This is a nail salon that I will be going to again and definitely be recommending!

Ruby is great at what she does however don’t expect any of the other Nail techs to take care of your nails like she does. I went in for a fill on a set ruby did & the male who did them did a terrible job I knew immediately I would be disappointed in the outcome shape did not match, acrylic was stuck under that had to be peeled out after & design did not match after I repetitively told him I wanted it to match the same & ruby also assured her employees would be able to complete a fill & it would look the same.

The care and kindness has been outstanding.. been here and seen 2 different ladies and both took there time and fully cared for my nails and edges!Always kind ♥ .Never rushed.Very thorough..

Ruby is so amazing the designs she creates are one of a kind!! So many colors and designs to chose from!!!! Or bring your own design or be like me and just let Ruby work her creative magic on your nails. Salon is clean, staff friendly and Ruby is always on top of latest trends before any other salon in DFW!

I love this nail salon. They are efficient professional and efficient. I nails are always exactly what I ask for and more. Can’t find a better nail tech in this area.

Do not go here! They cut you & are overpriced. I’m not sure if they hired someone that wasn’t ready to do nails or what. Several fingers were cut, she never once’s opened a new nail file. I had to take off my nails due to the pain from the nasty cuts. If it turns into an infection due to poor work quality I will take further action.

Amazing! Exactly what I wanted

Terrible!! I wanted dip nails. I asked for dark red and they gave me bright red because they kept thinking I wanted bright red for Valentine’s Day! They failed three times!! On the third time, I gave up! Nails on Thursday and today is Saturday and they are already peeling!!! The clean up for my nails, terrible!!! Smoothing my nails, terrible!!! Overall, bad experience!!!! I won’t be going back.

First time trying out this nail salon. The owner was super quick and very good. Another nail tech was doing my nails. Not sure if she was new but the owner jumped in every now and then to look at them and do them herself. I didn’t mind because it looked good. But if she’s stopping with other clients to look at other techs work I would see the issue. She asked if I liked them which is good.

Ruby is amazing. She has her own way of doing nail unlike any other nail salons. I bite my real nails so I always get acrylic tips. Ruby’s tips never pop off because of the way she applies them. Her acrylic sets are always very thin (unless you request otherwise) which is what I prefer because it makes them look like my real nails.

I love this place! I have been going to Ruby every 3 weeks for 8 years. I have never been disappointed. I love her personality and her artwork. She seems so genuine and funny. The price is unbeatable and extremely fast work.

Ruby is extremely talented, however, her customer service is not good. The overall customer service of this place is honestly despicable, if I’m paying $50 plus tip I should not have to greet you upon walking in. I’ve been here 2-3 times before but yesterday was my final time coming. I asked for a set of nails that ruby posted in her ig. Not only were my cuticles disgusting and sloppy but when I asked her to fix something she told me “no that looks bad that’s why I didn’t do it”. Not to mention this place is very run down and disorganized. They have tons of acrylic powders but their book only features about 15, also every time I come, my nails break off and they charge to fix them. There’s a ton of great reviews on here and honestly they’re from loyal customers of Ruby because this place is FAR from good and that’s why it’s usually empty.

Very hygenic and organized. Ruby is super talented and personable. The whole staff is friendly. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. And theres wine. I recommend making an appointment if you dont want to wait. Worth my 30 minute drive.

I absolutely LOVE Ruby and all 3 salons! I have been going here for 4 years and Ive never ever left unhappy. If I dont like something, even if its exactly what I asked for, they fix it on the spot! The designs and color options are amazing and endless! Pedicures are fantastic and everyone I have sent their way are STILL GOING BACK! I had a manicure and pedicure done. I was cut a total of 4 times. Ive never been cut while doing my nails before. Also, I had about 3 different people do my pedicure and 2 different people do my manicure. It was uncomfortable and they did my manicure at the same time they were doing my pedicure, so I was being poked from both ends. Im a very quiet person, so I didnt complain and I was by all means a very easy customer. Im just unhappy with my experience and will not return. Also, the place was disgusting. Luckily they put alcohol on my cuts, so I dont think they will get infected. Overall, I just felt like they were rushing with me. It kind of sucks because I have my engagement pictures tomorrow and two of my cuticles on my left hand are cut.

I made an appointment with Ruby to get my nails done for my birthday because i had heard great things about her and i was looking for a new nail tech because the girl i always go to was on maternity leave. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and they did come out pretty similar but i wasn’t completely satisfied. The day after i got my nails done here two of the rhinestone had already came off so i went back and she replaced them at no charge which i was thankful for but then again the day after i got them replaced they fell off again. I was pretty mad but didn’t want to drive another 20 minutes to get 2 stones replaced, and then 4 days after i had gotten the set done one of my nails completely broke off and today, not even 3 weeks later, another one popped off. I get my nails done almost every month and always get my nails with stones and this has NEVER happened before also she did charge me more than my regular nail tech and even other nail techs that i’ve gone to before which i found a little irritating because my stones or nails don’t come off till at least 4+ weeks after i get my nails done. I really think that they should either invest more in the products they are using or invest more time in the way that they do the nails if they want clients to keep going back to them.

My nails came out beautiful and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Top Art Nails, they are so talented! 💜

I have been going to Ruby since 2014. Her and her staff are very welcoming and they make you feel like family. I am VERY peculiar about my nails. But I let Ruby work her magic and she does an AMAZING job every time. Im not sure why people are being so negative, but me going there for 2 years must mean theyre doing something right! I absolutely loved this place. The price is way better than what I thought it would be, $20 for a spa pedicure! The nail technician took very good care of me and the foot/leg massage part was amazing and it actually lasted. She took her time which I appreciated a lot because she did a very good job, the pedicure looked great :). Ive also gotten a manicure here and I loved it as well, had a different person servicing me that time but I was not disappointed. Definitely my new favorite place!

I cant believe she wouldnt let me choose the color I had in mind before I walked in. She said it didnt go well with my skin color. So she refused to paint my nails the color I wanted. I settled for another color. Unhappy with my choice. When she finished THEY LOOKED AWFUL!!! Uneven color and lumpy! I have a bulb effect going on (more gel on the edge and tips) I believe her name was Kim. So rude to me and her employees, and on top of that awful work...! Never again.

I came in, they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. No updates were ever given, they took several people that walked in after me and still no update was given on when they would see me. Waited over an hour before just leaving and going elsewhere. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m black or what but they honestly acted like I was not there. I used to come here a while back when a girl named Empie worked there and she was amazing. She’s now gone and this is the service you get. Never coming back. Drove all the way from Benbrook for this.

If i could give this place zero stars and still be able to leave a comment i would. This place deserves to be shut down! It is a gross and unsanitary environment to have any kind of service to be done. The own ruby is so rude! She will totally ignore you and over book herself to the point were she cant even finish 1 person at a time. I was a new customer and she wanted me to do my toes first and i refused bc my main goal was to get my nails done first especially since i had already been waiting for 40 minutes. Rude staff and rude business.

The service at this salon is truly lovely. The staff work together to provide a clean, comfortable, caring environment where I always feel at home. They give you good advice, take their time to make sure your needs are met, and are kind and friendly. My nails always look great, and as a client of about 5 years, Ive never been disappointed.

Too bad Lynn is not there any more. She always did a perfect job. Another tech at the salon was too rough so I started going to Lynn. Now I will never go back to that nail salon. Just got my nails Sunday, they are cracking, breaking (dipping powder by Kim, Phil was not there). They want to charge me another $38 to fix them. NOT!!!!! They had my business for 3 years and blew it!!! Ill find another salon!!!

I always get so many compliments on my nails and highly recommend people to go here. The people are super nice and reasonably priced as well. I definitely dont go anywhere but here.

The people were very nice and did a good job but the place is very dirty. Including the front door, mirrors and furniture hasnt been dusted in a very long time. The worse part was they werent busy and the employees just laid their head on the table and hung out in the pedi chairs. They should have been dusting in my opinion. I also had to change my choice of polish because not all of the sample colors were actually purchased by the owner. Then my toe polish couldnt match my nail polish because the first bottle was dried up and the second bottle wouldnt open. Im guessing these issues are why they are not busy on a sunny March Sunday. Unfortunately I wont go back.

Worst experience at a nail salon ever. They literally told my friend and I to hurry up picking out our nail color and kept rushing us. Then when my nails were done I asked my lady to fix something and she said “no, you should have asked earlier.” Definitely do not recommend this place.

Well my nails looked good...til it was time to take them off....An they had fungi under the dipped nails.... My 2 daughters went to....nails came off my one in less than a week...an my other one also had green fungi on her nails..I have never had that.... Sorry i will Never go back.....

I went to school to do nails and hair, and this place is soooo dirty! Owner is rude and does not go on your wishes. Her life is more important then her customers. Will sit on her phone the whole time talking to her boyfriend! I ask one of her techs to do something and they did the totally opposite. So disappointed that so many people actually like this disaster of a place.

Just actually wanting to know where John went. They changed management and all the people I used to go to there are gone. John was the only one that did my nails for over 12 years and now hes just GONE?! Does anyone know where the old shop workers may have gone????

My friends and i went to get our nails done for prom. they got there toes done for 3 hours almost 4, and i did not get touched. there polish came off in about a week. we came came back to actually get our nails done and she totally messed up my nails, and they werent all the same shape, and the dip was all over my fingers. she was doing my friend and i’s nails at the same time, and it was a show. my other friend was getting her nails done by someone else and she was slamming her arms on the cushion you rest your arms on, and cut her at least 4 times. never going back, although they can do cool designs its not worth your money for bad nails.p.s if you think you’re next to do your nails, you’re definitely not. she’ll forget about you and put people in front of you even if you were there for your appointment on time.

People are really nice and they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They ask you what you would like done and do everything to make sure its exactly what you want.

I have came here a lot of times I mean a lot of times, and I have never been so disappointed & frustrated with these last two times Ive been here within a two day period! First time I came on Thursday 09/29/2016 I was in a hour before closing the guy seemed like he was in a huge hurry and didnt want to do my nails he did them the worse that I have ever had my nails done two of them were not even done correct the color was not even on the full nails! The other nails which were a different color looked like there wasnt enough color on them. So I came back today (saturday) told them how unhappy I was with my nails & asked for them to redo them with another color! They told me 28 I told them I literally was just here and they need to be fixed! So the one girl told me 20 I agreed and had another guy redo my nails. Still had to have him fix things and still not done to perfection like Im used to from here I agreed they would work. I went to pay and he was telling me 28 then 25 I told him I was told 20 and him and the guy that originally did my nails started screaming at the only girl who cared that my nails were not done correctly! Very un professional and I am extremely upset at the way they treated this poor girl! All she was trying to do was help and treat the customer like she actually cared if she came back! so after this last experience I will not be coming back.

Hate this place! Don’t go here EVER! If you go to google maps and look at my pictures of my cut up pinky, you would understand why!!! I got a pedicure and at the same time got my acrylic nails removed. I never post reviews but this place reallyyyyy took the cake! While I got my nails buffered, the man cut me and I yelped and pulled my hand back because that’s instinct when you get hurt! The old lady doing my pedicure starts laughing her head off as if someone said the funniest joke she’s ever heard. The man instantly apologizes and looks flustered and goes and grabs a little bottle of green liquid and puts a couple of drops on my cut because I’m bleeding everywhere! They still make me pay even though my finger is all cut up and I’m in so much pain. It’s been about a week since it happened and my finger still hurts, it’s swollen and purple and red, I can’t do anything with my left hand because it’s that bad of a cut! I’ve been cut before so I didn’t make it a big deal at the salon because I THOUGHT it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was but oh my God is it bad!! That same day my finger was swollen and it’s still swollen now a whole WEEK later! Worst experience ever and will forever have this experience embedded into my head. Look at my pictures on google maps to see for yourself. Never going back and never recommending anyone to this place! Fudge this place!

In so much pain after leaving. For some reason they do not use acetone to remove acrylic nails they just tear them off. It was so painful The lady that did mine ripped half of my natural nail off then proceeded to act as if nothing had happened when the owner of the business noticed from what I could understand by body language because they were speaking another language told her it was already like that band the owner did not ask me about it.

Waiting over an hour for a mediocre set of nails that I can get anywhere else? no thanks. I was told 30 minutes both times I went there and waited for an hour, the second time they told me it would be another 20min. excuse me? hire more than 4 people and this wouldnt be an issue. I went down the road to spicy nails and they had me in and out in 45 min and did a great job. Ill never go back here, its not worth the hype.
