Let me start by saying everyone there was so friendly. A powder dip fill that took 1 hour and 45 minutes and it looks awful. Also had a pedicure. My feet look great but the pedicure was painful! Technician was rough.

Dont waste your money. I went for a gel manicure, the beautician started cutting my cuticles without asking my preference and caused bleeding on several fingers. He filed a few nails blatantly crooked but thankfully they where fixed when i kindly requested he do so.In the end the polish was too thick and uneven on several nail surfaces, the polish contained multiple air bubbles, and even an inditation on the tip of my thumb nail. On my right hand the polish on my middle finger pools and extends over onto my actual finger.To be fair the establishment looked great and I dont know if I just got stuck with a bad beautician, the others there might be better. I did see him ponder over the scratch on my thumb nail but after two seconds he decided to ignore it. (I did not say anything at this point because i had already made him correct the nail filing and it was almost an hour since he first started. I had other errands to run and manicures are supposed to be relaxing.. where you intrust the beautician with their expertise, not have to nitpick everything yourself.) I was the only costumer for the first 40mins of my visit and business picked up quickly towards the end of my session..On day two you can see the nail polish near the base of my nail is a different color because of only having one coat in that area.I came in to treat myself and get a long lasting nail color but painting them myself at home looks much better than what i walked out with. With a price tag of $30 plus tip, this experience was very dissapointing and i will not be back.See attached pics, the white back drop is an hour after the manicure(thursday) and computer backdrop was the day after(friday.)

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been a mediocre experience. The last time I went it took over two hours to get a basic pedicure and dip done on my nails. The nail tech started clipping my nails without asking how long I wanted them and almost got the skin under my nail since she was going so fast.The dip nails are average and some nail techs don’t do the edges properly and your hair can get stuck in them.They’re always very polite and respectful, but for the price I pay to get my nails done, it’s not worth it.

Im from California. Seems more expensive here than over there. The service was amazing did not disappoint. Will be returning soon. Cammy did an amazing job!

I was very impressed with the helpful nature if those young ladies.. Me being deaf makes it hard to go in public.. But the hair style was spot on to my request.. That never happens.. I loved the extra attention and kindness they all showed to be and my handicap.. Ill be returning there soon.. I was to well served and dearly expressed

We have been going to this place for atleast 6yrs. I had not been back since jenni left until this past weekend. We went in to get mani and pedi. But one lady thought her personal phone call was more important. So we had to wait on her.and I was asked if we were in a hurry?. We did not plan to stay there the entire afternoon so I am not sure why i was asked . She was not pleasant when working on my friends feet. She had a very negative energy.. A thank you and please will go a long way. I noticed she did not have a mask on. So I asked why was she not wearing a mask? She tells me its early and I have to wear it all day.! WTH? She finally put on a mask and repeated herself about it being early and wearing it all day.. i just shook my head.. So beware if you go. Safety is not important at this nail salon. I wont be back! The other ladies were ok but she seemed to talk to them with alot of attitude. That feeling she was probably talking about me and angry w me questioning her not wearing a mask. I can only assume.

Booked three pedicure appointments for 1:30. Arrived at 1:15, we were told to pick a color and take a seat and that the nail techs who were going to do our pedicures would be coming over from the lash bar next door. A lady walks in and asks if she can get a pedicure and they tell her the same thing. At 1:47 a technician walks in and starts on the walk-in’s pedicure..... at 1:55 there is still no one coming in to do our pedicures, and no one to even ask how much longer it’ll be till they get to us. At 2pm we finally left. Very disappointed, waste of gas and time, will not be going back to this nail salon.

1st time Ive been here and got a full set. Took longer than I think it should have and the place seemed more of a hair salon than regular nail salon to me but my nails turned out pretty and price was fair. Choice of music was great.

I had a great pedicure today with “Ut” ! She was awesome. I got the deluxe pedicure and she gave me the deluxe treatment! Her massage was great and she did a great job on my toes. I am so relaxed and on cloud 9 right now. I had to give a shout out to Ut for her excellent customer service and making my day. It’s nice to pay for a service and get great service and leave the salon super happy. So stop by this salon and ask for Ut if she is available! I have had pedicures with her a few times and I don’t normally post reviews... but people tend to post reviews about bad service so I wanted to highlight this salon for great service. All of the ladies at this salon are great.

I’ve taken my girls here for years to have their nails done. Everyone has always been friendly. Today I took my daughter to get her hair colored. I will recommend making sure you explain exactly what you want to everyone & make sure to get the cost upfront. I was told over the phone the cost of color was $65 but was charged $125 for highlights my daughter didn’t want. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I called to talk to Lily later but was told she was busy. I went by to talk to her & was told they couldn’t fix it or give me a refund of any kind. Then I was told what She originally wanted would’ve cost me $180. I wish they would’ve explained that Before they touched my daughter’s virgin hair. Now it will cost me more to fix the damage they did. Very disappointed By the lack of customer service received today.

I brought in my four year-old in today, and Lock did her hair exactly the way I wanted it done. He took his time with her, and was extremely patient with her. He was so fun! My daughter just loved talking to him, and he just made her feel so relaxed. After I payed for her hair cut, the other ladies werent busy and came over to look her hair. They were so sweet!-They painted her nails for free!-Painted little flowers on her nails, and sprinkled glitter on her hair and nails!! We didnt ask for that, they just did that because they were so nice and caring!! I will definitely come back!

I will never go anywhere else! The people working here are incredible, from the moment I walked in, the receptionist (Luis) made me feel right at home, he was such a doll. Anna cut and styled my hair and did an absolutely AMAZING job! I walked in with my hair all over the place, I showed her what I was thinking about doing and she steered me in the right direction. Very polite and sweet. My hair has never looked this good!

Went In with my daughter to get her nails, feet, and eyebrows for prom... They were not even busy. The lady tells me I can get my feet but not my nails done because they have all these people in there. Mind you no one is getting there nails done. But 5 white woman walk in and everyone gets seated. I even here the manager say ohh I’ll make room for you. Laughing while doing so.. I spend money every time I’m in this facility, but I don’t appreciate being sent to the back of the line when I was there first... They won’t be getting any more of my money or business..

Walk-in for eyebrow threading. They were clearly slammed, but graciously did my threading without an appointment. No one made me feel like an inconvenience. The threading was more gentle and thorough than other salons Ive tried in the area.I will definitely be returning for other services, but Ill make an appointment if I need to go on a weekend!

I had the worst experience with Lily today. I set up an appointment with her 3 weeks ago since she says she is always busy. I called the salon in the morning just to confirm the time and someone confirmed it is at 3.15 PM. I went around that time and I signed in and after 5 minutes lily came out and said your appointment was at 11.30 am. I said someone confirmed it was at 3.15 and she said if i want to come back at 4.30 she can do it. I dont have time for that. I would never go and I have friends go there and I would make sure that they would not waste their time there either. When Jenny was there it never happened.

I have been going to Elite for a long time. I always use Lily...she does a great job. I called the night before, got an appointment with Lily for the next day @ 11:45. Lily was finishing up with another customer who went to the back for a pedi. Lily cleaned my nails and asked her sister to wrap my nails in silicone while she went to check and start the pedi on the previous customer. That was 12:05. At 12:25 she had never come back to check on my nails. The silicone started burning so I removed the foil wrappings, cleaned my own nails and got my purse. I walked out very upset ! I dont know who is at blame..the management for over booking Lily ?? Lily is an excellent manicurist, but I will not return to Elite in Saginaw again. I went someplace else and got a beautiful manicure. To the management....Stop booking your manicurist so closely. They can only so one person at a time.

***BEWARE***I have been a customer of Elite Spa for one yr. Jenni has done my cut and color there every 3-4 months, and there was never a problem....until today. Jenni had always been pleasant . Her cuts are complimentary for my hair. Up until a week ago, I was always satisfied with the result and tipped above the $110 I paid for a trim and low and high lights.Just heed this warning: if and when anything goes wrong, Jenni and Elite Spa ownership are not willing to make things right. I went in last week to get a repeat of the color I received in October. To my dismay, Jenni had not recorded the colors that we used. (Even though I was assured that the colors would be kept and was told that I need not record the colors myself- I had offered to since I liked the result so much). This time, my results were less than great....downright awful. I didnt have time to address it at the moment...silly things like christmas preparations were more pressing. I simply paid and left to see if I could get used to it...Fast forward to less than a week after my original appointment when I called to set an appointment to correct the color that I could not get used to. The appointment was made no problem. I explained to Locke that I needed a correction, and I was not happy. Again, no problem, we will take care of you.Then, today, I walk in. Wait 20 min past my appointment time, get a temperamental Jenni whose first words are I will still have to charge you $30 today for a wash and style. (Call me crazy, buy paying $110 is enough for something that makes you want to wear a bun every day of the week.) I advised her that it was her mistake, and I would not pay more for it. She replies, Hair is a service and you cannot dispute a service.Forget that my mother and I have been going to her regularly for more than a yr...and believe that I mentioned it to Jenni in an effort to prevent herself from sabotaging her own clientele. No matter, she would rather keep her pride than try customer service. She let me walk out with hair I hate because she refused to take a penny less than $30 for me sitting in her chair....I made efforts to contact ownership three times after and my calls and emails were not returned.

1st time great. This last time they were busy and we felt rushed for what we usually would get at Creative Nails.

Husband and I went for his and hers pedicures. We both like nail color (I like bold colors, he always goes with black) but they only told me to pick my color. We got the less expensive spa pedicure, which obviously disappointed our technicians. We both felt our service was rushed and half-assed. When we got home, we both noticed that some nails had been filed crooked or poorly. Two of my smaller nails werent even polished completely! The complimentary drinks were nice, and the ambiance is good. Sadly, the work done just isnt good enough to encourage us to return.

I love the service and friendly atmosphere. I get the best most relaxing deluxe pedis there. I look forward to every visit. They always do such a great job with either the pedis or gel nails. They always look beautiful when Im finished. I almost never have to wait when I walk in on a Friday early afternoon . They offer drinks water, wine or margarita. Thats always relaxing at the end of a long hard work week.I feel so pampered there and I think the prices are competitive. I love the attention and focus on customer service. Its a really beautiful salon too!! The massage chairs are so comfy. This is my twice a month treat!!!Recently I started getting lash extensions there with Lexie. Ive been to two other places and she is definitely the best!!! The best price, quality and care taken to not irritate my eyes. The previous places left my eyes red and irritated for a couple of days and lashes falling off soon after! These lashes are gorgeous and last longer without the irritation. Not thrilled with hair or nail service. My hair still has color spots in it weeks after being treated (luckily its in the bottom layers so its less noticeable because I dont have the time or patience to deal with asking for it to be fixed) and my nails looked grown out 2 days later, I then realized that the lady hadnt touched my cuticles the whole time and that was probably why. I was pretty disappointed as I had read the reviews, personally knew clients that had given positive reviews, and dropped a small fortune during my visit. The staff is friendly but the quality is just not there.

Way too expensive. they were very nice and friendly and did a good job but i couldve gone to Elite Nails off saginaw blvd/main st and got the same thing for half the price. i thought they were a chain because they have similar names and my mistake cost me and extra $20

I paid for tanning bed for a month and received horrible service. Tried to tan 45 min before closing n she was,trying to walk out of the door to leave early before time stated on door. She was rude to me. Needless to say I left never returned the,place is not clean and service sucks. The room was never cleaned..

I dont usually leave reviews for anything but I felt the need to leave this one.. I recently moved and this was just around the corner, seemed legit enough but I wanted to see what people were saying.First of all, I went in to this place with high expectations (considering there are some really positive reviews for them out there)...So I went in on a Friday evening, around 5:40...Of course, it was a little packed, no problem there, I was greeted as soon as I walked in (no appointment, mani/pedi) and a pedicure chair was prepared for me right away. So far so good... I was offered something to drink (wine, water, soft drink) which I declined. I guess you can say they have good customer service. To me it seemed like they were a little too friendly? Pushy maybe- but thats just me. I was a little overwhelmed at the attention I was getting. Mind you, the main reason I go to places like this is to relax, but I was everything else but!Anyway, I said I wanted gel mani/pedi (because the polish lasts longer and it looks so much better!) so they brought the color choices to my chair... The water was alright, a little too hot in the beginning but the lady (Le?) Fixed it right away, she was a nice lady, talked to me a little - Im not a big talker so that was ok with me). I got the massage thing going on the chair...it was alright. I was expecting a wonderful foot massage but... I have had better I guess. I left there with my shins hurting (I got the deluxe pedicure - that thing that comes in a clear plastic bag which they put on your feet was hot and the stones... I didnt really like them either - I have had deluxe pedicures before and I have enjoyed them).Half way through my pedi, another lady came to do my gel mani... Whoever said it is a good idea to get a mani while getting a pedi lied! I hate it! I was not comfortable at all. At that point I was already aggravated because the lady doing my pedi kept messing up on the gel polish for my big toes (she kept leaving big gaps without any polish or some areas where it was lighter than the rest of the nail). I could tell she was getting nervous so I pretended to be ok (even when she asked me to turn off the massage thing on the chair cus I guess it was making it worse for her to pain my toe nail?), I just wanted to leave! My back was hurting, I needed to use the restroom so badly that I was actually in pain. I was there for a little over two hours and I was unhappy about it - I could have complained but I decided not to since there were still many customers there and I dont like making a scene). The mani lady did an ok job, i still had corner on my nails where the polish did not cover it and some looked a little messy by the cuticles (I am a little picky and notice everything - I asked her to fix one nail though). I didnt care anymore... When the lady doing my pedi was done I actually leaped off the chair to go up and pay - which was ridiculously expensive in my opinion. I know I had gel polish but I was not expecting to pay so much for it, considering how many times she messed up (which the owner noticed and my mani lady noticed too, I could tell they were talking about it in their language).In the end, I was so unhappy, frustrated and with a back and bladder pain... I didnt even leave a tip for the pedi lady (I did for the mani one). I am never going back there again. Horrible service. They were rushing, i had 2 people working with me. 1 left to work with someone else someone took his place she didnt ask me if i wanted to cut mine short or trim it. She just cut it and it wasnt what i wanted. They didnt even give me a pedicure like i asked. They just painted and thats all. And were just being rough. VERY horrible service. NEVER coming here AGAIN! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.
