Tracy gave me exactly what I asked for. She took her time to make it look perfect and was very accommodating. Best service I’ve had from any nail salon in white settlement :)

LOVE MY NAILS!!!! I couldnt be happier with how they turned out! I brought in a pic I found on pinterest and they were able to match it! This is a great nail salon. Friendly staff, great service! Also had eyebrows & upper lip waxed-good job on that too!

I went Im there Saturday 01/16/2021 around 430. They told me they didnt have time to do my nails didnt even ask what I was wanting done. So they tell me to come back in Monday. Instead of me just going up there I called this morning to make sure they would be able to do my nails. They guy that answered at 11am said they close at 6pm and dont have time to do my nails. They wasnt busy the other day and I dont see why they can get someone in to do their nails

A very nice, hard-working immigrant family runs this business. All speak English. The daughters speak perfect English and are serious students. One is in college pre-med. One relative is a nurse at a local hospital who works here occasionally to help out. All are friendly and respectful, and very attentive to the quality of their work.

Overall very disappointed. Not locally from area yet gave the hole in the wall a try and a hole in the wall it was.. No conversation during.. I got acrylic French tips- first I can tell one will break off soon because it doesnt feel well glued, second not one nail is the same length or matching edges along with having multiple air bubbles throughout all 10 nails. You can visibly tell a thumb nail is completely cut crooked. Seemed as if since I wasnt a regular I wasnt worth the time or effort since the only question I was asked was if I lived around here... Which was a no. At a friends wedding this weekend best believe i hope noone says, let me see your nails🙄😒 I would not recommend this place. Dont waste your money.

I recently moved to the area, and have been searching for a new go-to nail salon. I tried this place out today, and it was fantastic! The service was great, and they paid attention to detail. They got busy, but not once did I feel like they were rushing. I will definitely be back, and I think I found my new place. The prices are great as well! I highly recommend!

Wow. I have never had a pedicure before, cause I just viewed it as a feminine thing to do but boy oh boy, do guys deserve to get their feet cleaned professionally once in a while. Tracy (the owner) is such a nice woman and conversed with me while I was having the time of my life. You could tell she knows exactly what she’s doing, especially when I saw my girlfriend’s nails after she had done them (beautiful design). And Hai, her husband, is a friendly guy himself. He greets my girlfriend and I every time we come in, makes this place feel welcoming. Lastly, the prices are on point. Totally worth what you pay for (only $23 for my pedicure). Give this place a go! The owners are such nice people and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, their prices can’t be beaten. Thank you Cool Nails for your great service, can’t wait to be back!

I walked in on Monday to get my nails redone before school starts. I work at a snow cone stand with lots of bleach and was hoping to get something that would stay on longer and make my nails thicker, considering I was applying it to my real nails. I asked my lady more than once “If Gel or Dip was better for working with bleach” and I also asked “Is gel or dip better for my nails because they are so thin” I even asked her to reassure me, she kept telling me gel was best. While she was doing my nails, I chose my colors and she kept trying to convince me a different color was best when I knew what I wanted. I previously had nails on so she removed them and did gel, a total of $25, not bad. Come Tuesday morning, I wake up and my nails had already started chipping. I was mad and went back in Wednesday when I didn’t have to work. The lady’s tried to argue with me that I asked for the cheapest deal, which I don’t try to go cheap in my nails, I want the best. They took off the gel, very roughly, and charged me to remove them, again. The lady went to work on another customer who made an appointment while she “let mine sit” and I had to wait for someone else to be able to work on them, about 20 minutes later. (They did the same thing to my sister on Monday night, she sat there for about 30 minutes) The lady finally does my nails and is very rough about it, she gets done with them, they charged me to remove and do the dip, no discount, no difference, nothing. They kept trying to tell me I wanted the gel and the cheapest option, which I never said. So spending a total of about 3 hours there, in 2 nights, never offered a drink, $63 later, I finally got nails that are worth it. I will definitely not be visiting this place again

Tao (towel) was really sweet. She did an awesome job on my gel nails. Came on a noon lunch break ON A FRIDAY. She was super fast and dis well done job. Loved it!

I would go here if you want your nails done plus the workers WERE SO NICE and. My nails look so PRETTY and my mom came here for her eyebrows and she LOVED THEM BEST NAIL SOLON I EVER WENT TO 💙💙💙💙

This is my new favorite place. I got my nails done for the fall and they gave me suggestions on what colors and what kind of nails I should do and they were beautiful! Friendly service as well. Next time I will come in for a pedicure.

Got my lip waxed here yesterday and now I have a scab on my face. I called to let them know and was treated very rudely on the phone. Came to show them and tried to blame it on my sensitive skin. Zero accountability. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! There is pics of it on their Facebook reviews.

28 dollars is a good price and I was a walk-in also a first time customer. However I feel like walk-ins should get the same treatment as if I made an app. If they do then this is poor service. They were nice people but I feel like the person who did my nails was in a rush, he did not cross check to see if my nails were the same length, the nail tips were applied poorly, the acrylic application was applied poorly and uneven. There are gaps between my real nail and the fake tip that was applied and underneath my nails is not cleaned up. I probably will never come back to this place to get my nails done ever again. The pedicures are good but as of getting any type of acrylic done you pay for what you get so go big and get them done right.

They are WONDERFUL!!! My nails always look beautiful after they fix them! If I dont know what to get they help me and it is always perfect! I would give 100 stars to them.

Went in today for an American Mani. There was three visible techs and 4 clients....so I didnt mind the initial wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, a tech walks up and begins asking me if I picked a color and motioned for me to come back to the chairs to start my pedi. I advised all I wanted was a mani with American Tip. She then advised oh, well, its going to be an hour wait.I would have appreciated the initial advisement that there would even be a wait. Or water.Went over to Lanza Nails and they turned my entire morning around.****I took my daughters to cool nails on Saturday for a basic polish. They enjoyed the experience. And we were assisted fairly quickly.This experience just left a bad impression

Do a great job, give you a soda or water, very polite and professional, dont do that weird rock massage. My go-to place.

Dont waste your time. Unless you like when your nails constantly break. I tried over and over again to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Like maybe it was just a bad day kinda thing. But no things have continued to get worse and worse. Time for another salon that cares about customer service.
