So in love with my nail, the employees are patient, open minded and beyond exemplary. Great people. They do really great. If youre bring them a picture of what you want they work towards it.

I wanted long black acrylic nails with cheetah print on the ring fingers. I got short nails with a design on my ring fingers that was supposed to be cheetah print, but ended up looking like something completely different. Rose rushed through the designs and you can definitely tell. Ended up having to pay $45. I never write reviews, but this was just unacceptable.

I get gel manicures and have gone to a couple of different places in the DFW area. Paula does an awesome job! Love my nails. When I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted shes helped me figure out the details. Shes also very friendly and nice. Wonderful experience overall.

My pedicure was amazing, lee took her and was very nice. My gel manicure is horrible!! It’s not what I asked for, my nails are already falling off after one day! I spent $120 (the most i ever spent) and these are by far the worst nails I’ve ever gotten! Never returning

Really loved this place! Lee did a great job with my nails. I’m trying to break the nail biting habit so I get acrylics, but I wanted them thin (no easy task for acrylics) and very short. Lee was able to make my nails turn out beautiful. The place is also very clean, very friendly with their customer service, and conveniently located. Definitely coming back!Gel color here is #645.

Michelle did my pedicure and did a fantastic job!Overall this place is super clean and the staff are really nice. Ive started coming here pretty regularly because I appreciate their service and friendliness and the pricing is pretty fair.

Just ok—very average. Facility clean and was able to get in quickly. Front desk never smiled or attempted to be friendly. Manicure also very average-dip manicure but no attention to cuticles and finish not as shiny as I’m use to. Thought it would be fine for a quick fix but won’t likely be back. Villa Nails superior in service and quality product.

This is my normal nail shop and I frequent it quite often and I’ve never had such a terrible experience than what u experienced today. I called on Friday to make an appointment for my husbands birthday on Sunday to get there and be told that they didn’t write down my appointment so there is nothing that they can do for me. Was extremely unprofessional and didn’t try to rectify the situation. Won’t be returning

I have been to other nail shops and was not happy. FINALLY, I found this shop. Its been open for a short while, I was told. My service tech was Nancy. She was very friendly and professional. She did a great pedicure. There is a large selection of pedicures available. The prices are $40-$50. Additional services they provide are bikini waxing (really!), face waxing & brow waxing of course. The white wine was average. The wait time was 5 min. at the most. I will be back.

Layna is the best! She takes her time and I love how she does her nails! Lee is my 2nd choice but seriously all the ladies are awesome! Whoever is available can do my nails 😁

I have tried a lot of nail salons. This one is my favorite. They dont rush to finish just to get to the next client.

Lena is the absolute best! I have been going to her for 7 years now. She makes the whole process of cutting away dead skin and shoving your cuticle back feel heavenly. I would not go here if it werent for her. I had gone in several times and what I deemed was my last appointment, I sat at her table and became her loyal customer. If you go in, dont ask for anyone but her.

My first visit to this location. It was recommended by a friend. All my nails ended up cracking. I went in asking to have them fixed and they told me I could pay $37 to fix I just paid 60. Will not ever go back again or recommend!!

My mom and I came in recently for pedicures. We loved this place! Absolutely spotless and welcoming. My technician, Nancy, did an amazing gel pedi that looked beautiful. And it was affordable! Thanks for a great experience.

I was really impressed with the atmosphere, but was sadly disappointed by the services. First, they put the wrong color on my toes. When I noticed after she had painted one toe I politely asked her to put the color I picked out on but she insisted that was what I asked for and seemed very put out so I told her just to keep going so I didnt have to deal with the attitude. Second, I asked for a clear coat with flowers on my nails. When I showed her what I wanted she said not beautiful and tried to convince me 4 different times that what I wanted and was paying for was not cute. Really rude honestly as I was very excited about trying something new. Once she finally did what I asked her to do, after making me feel like an idiot, she put zero effort into my nails. She put 4 dots on my fingers that werent even touching and tried to tell me it was a flower. I thought she was kidding and not finished, but instead told me she needed to charge me another five dollars to make it look less simple. They didnt let me do anything but white for my flowers and charged me 5 dollars for every 4 dots. Ive never felt so cheated and belittled by a nail salon before.

Lady was so rude, I believe she was the manager. Didn’t say a word to us. Yelled at my wife. Then came the eyebrow said she cut them but there was no sizers around. Took 30 min to get her to figure out what my wife wanted. Horrible experience. Wow so stressful and I’m the husband.

First time ever going. Very clean and nice. Tools were wrapped and sterilized .Tony gave the best organic pedicure well worth the money!! He was very professional friendly and has the best massage!! Lee did my nails she was very professional and friendly and did my nails excatly as I showed her in one of the pictures. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I showed Tina what I wanted she kept telling me I had to get a full set instead of a fill in to get ombre I just got these nails not even 3 weeks ago. Ive been getting my nails done for over 30 years every 2 to 3 weeks I know what can be doneThen they didnt have many colors at all for chrome nails. Although I got something pretty plain and simple Lee made it look stunning. She did a great job. I still had a very relaxing spa session. Enjoyed the margaritas as well. I will be back to see Lee and Tony. Great job guys!!

Got a manicure and I did not really enjoy the experience or like the result. I had to file one of my nails afterwards myself since they left a pointed uneven end.The hand massage felt rushed and I got a small cut that bled when the manicurist was trying to cut my cuticles. I understand cuts can happen by accident as Ive gotten manicures before but in general the manicure was not a relaxing experience.

Good place, nice staff, only gripe is I think the massages could be a little longer.

My friend and I entered this establishment and were instantly profiled! I work in customer service so naturally I greeted the manager who stands at the front when you walk in, she didn’t speak much and when I greeted her she gave a smug grin. She asked what we needed and I told her 2 pedis, she then began to assist another couple while she was still assisting us. We had to seat ourselves at a nail table because she didn’t give direction as to where we were suppose to sit and we waited to be helped (10-15mins) before she acknowledged we were still sitting. She did take it upon herself to run the water for our feet to soak but the water was cold by the time she told us to come back and sit! My friend noticed the room was segregated but I didn’t pay any attention to that I thought may just a coincidence because they were starting to get busy but being the only two black ladies in the building everyone who came in after us was seated on the opposite side! Our techs came to do our pedis and didn’t greet us either! Mine asked me if that was the color I picked out and I told her yes! I tried to make small talk because I find it awkward for someone to be in your personal space and we not know one another! I goto plenty of salons and most are friendly! She kept her head down the entire time and barely spoke to me! She handled me rough but she was efficient! They charge $28 for a basic pedi but you only soak your feet and they buff and paint, no hot towel or anything like the other salons! My friends tech asked her could she pay her now while I had just started getting my feet worked on! Now correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve never been forced to pay before I was getting ready to leave! As a matter of fact that was the only thing the tech even said to my friend! I personally didn’t want to see it as a race thing because I look at Asians as people of color as well! I began to felt a bit uneasy when I noticed younger girls who weren’t old enough to PAY received better treatment than we did! It goes with out saying that we didn’t tip! And if the manager is reading this, I hope you and your team work on the way you treat ALL your customers because I should have never felt the way I did today! I know the lady in the front was the manager because I asked her was she the manager and she exclaimed yes and she immediately assumed something was wrong with my nails!I don’t know if they’ve had a bad experience with others that are the same race as I am but you should know not all black people steal and my friend and I work at an amazing company and give many referrals and your place of business will not be one! I’m sorry that you felt the need to treat us like scum and you didn’t see our money as green as the other lady’s in your establishment today! I was the one you told you would go get me slippers because your worker didn’t get me any and then you passed the slippers to her to put on my feet! Neither you or Michelle offered my friend and I a place for us to wait for our feet to dry but Rose had the nerve to ask us to pay in advance. The salon is nice and high class, I just wished your personalities matched!To anyone looking for a decent nail salon this one is NOT a place I recommend!

My nails look awesome

I paid $40 today for nails that I HATE. The lady had extremely shaky hands and kept digging her nails into my fingers! They are uneven, lumpy, and one hand looks completely different from the other. A man, who I am assuming was the owner, kept correcting her so he knew she didnt do a good job. I was unhappy when I left and they still charged me full price. I wont be back! I even drove out of my way because a friend suggested them. Ugh.UPDATE: I called today as was asked to do in the reply and the manager refused to fix my nails and told to me to find a new nail place. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Women that was doing my nails started talking to another worker saying my feet are ugly 🙄 so unprofessional the lady next to me told them how rude they were and walked out plus I paid 152.00 for a spa package and they didn’t completely do my feet correctly I walked a way with callus because they didn’t finish my feet I will never return here ever again
