After I had already sat down and soaked my dip off, I noticed they only had one person qualified to do dip or manicures of any type. I had asked for a certain color and she said no go ahead and pick another color. I had noticed that one of my nails was super thick and needed to be shaped better. She laughed and said oh that is just how your nail is. She was rushing to get them done and messed up my design 4 times. I had the most simple design ever (flower). She also was sloppy and flooded the dip around my cuticles and had to buff it down so much that she made me bleed. I will not be going back there ever again. They need to hire some more help.

It seems if you are a regular there you get treated great. This was the first time going there. There were only 2 other people there, I was rushed through. My nails have rough spots. I also had my brows done, I had to come home and get wax and fuzz off my face. I had to ask someone else if she was through because the lady that did all my services disappeared. I was looking for something close to my house, this will not be it

I love here because its closer to my house but they are never organize. They rush to do your nails .the moment you step out you see all the rubbish . worst mani and pedi I have ever done. Not going back tbere.

I sadly was very disappointed with my first experience at Eagles Nail & Spa. When we first arrived they were so friendly and welcoming. The people are lovely, my negative feedback is that they are extremely understaffed — there were onlythree of us in the whole spa, and they only had two nail technicians. The other thing is that the quality of the gel polish seems poorly made or is old, because it looked cracked on my nails.

$122 for the worst Mani pedi ever. Cold water, cool wax, didnt get what I asked for. They seemed to laugh and have private conversation about how awful my nails came out instead of just saying she couldnt do it. Never going back.

Customer service started off great, but lately I have less and less interaction with the person doing my nails, at times completely ignored as they talk amongst themselves. The last time I got a manicure, which I believe was provided by the woman that owns the salon, she spent the entire time on a phone call via Bluetooth, barely acknowledging when she hurt me with the nail grinder. Twice. She also did not wear a mask. I love the location, but I just dont look forward to going here anymore.

This is my permanent nail salon here on out! Its the 3rd time I got my nails done and Ive loved them every time. I get so many compliments and my nails just look amazing! I always go to Jenny. She has shaped my nails so well and she works really hard on every little detail. She is very patient and super kind, listens to all concerns and gives great advice. She adjusts the nails according to your life situation such as work, typing, shoes, etc. I totally recommend this place to all the ladies around! I even had a friend come with me from Midlothian and she loved it too!

Came here to get my nails fixed from star nails... not good either. Now I’m out $75 total and these nail salons are terrible. I have uneven lines and a smooshed polish. I am so upset...they filed my nails down so short compared to when I came in. Not good at all. Absolutely terrible!!! Do yourself a favor and drive to a different town for nails. I’m driving 45 min out of my way to get them removed.

Super friendly staff, most relaxing pedicure.

My pedicure was great and the staff is friendly. However, I got a dip manicure and the manicurist wrecked my cuticles/nail beds with the dremmel. I told her that it was hurting and to please be careful but she continued knicking them. I’ve had dips done before without the damage and pain so I won’t get them done here again.

I thought I try them out being new to the Saginaw area and all but that was a mistake. I spent 30 bucks in total for a pedicure. I asked for acrylic for my big toes and she didn’t do it. Then one of my nails wasn’t even completely painted. Then another one had like chips in it. I feel that is was a Waste of money. Do not recommend.

Ive been to this location twice. I have been very happy, both times, with the quality of my nails. My usual is a full set of single color gel nails, short and square. They last a long time! No chips or breaks. I got compliments on them each time. My only complaint is that the nail tech is not very gentle... but the nails last forever!

Amazing work. May be a small shop but she knows what she is doing! I got a beautiful dip ombré and they look perfect and she Is so fast so you are not sitting there all day. Very friendly as well! (:

I had the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! Jenny & Tammy gave my girls pedicures & were so sweet to them. Kristy & Tammy did an incredible job on my nails & toes. They made us feel so important & did everything I asked. Kristy also gave me a discount for my girls & for me since it was my first time there. I will definitely go back there!

Kristi is the owner a wonderful lady.....Jenni was my pedicurist.....she was so attentive with everything from my color....to the package ....(I got the supreme and it was well worth it!) She took care of all my needs....from the hot stones and parrafin wax and full massage legs and neck...it was the release I needed and I will be back!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Loved it! So friendly! I came here being new to the area and they were very welcoming, nice accommodating and very good. I got the $60 pedicure and it was 100% worth the money. Hot stone massage, totally got all my dead skin off, and paid attention to me! I will be coming back.

Last place I tried since I moved to Texas and as the saying goes I save the best for last. Ive been coming to this nail salon for years. Ill never go elsewhere. Location is beautiful always very clean. The service is great and staff is really friendly. This place is awesome.

I have been taking my daughter and myself here for over 7 years, and have never had an issue. Always love the work done, lots of options and designs, and friendliness to not only me but my daughter who they go above and beyond much more than they have to. Very clean and relaxing environment. Definitely Recommend them!

First time going and I was very pleased with the service. I had a new set put on and my toenails polished. Kristy was my tech for my nails and Nancy was my tech for my toes. They were both polite and did a great job. I will definitely go back and will highly recommended them.

My daughter-in-law and I came here on a Saturday afternoon. I called first to make an appointment and couldnt hear her so I hung up. They actually called me back and we were able to get in 45 minutes later. The pedicure was the most relaxing one I have ever received and Nancy gave the best foot massage I have ever had!

I didnt have the worst experience here, but I do wish they would have catered a little more to each customer. They switched people in the middle of my appointment, which isnt the end of the world, but when the second lady came by she was really rough on my cuticles and seemed to be in a huge rush considering there was only one other person in the salon. Its not a bad place, and they did a good job despite the little cut on my finger now. All in all, I probably wont be back to this location, but I do want to point out to the owner or management that with all the up and coming salons and nail bars, good customer service can go a long way with keeping ongoing customers.

Had a pedicure and a manicure with a gel polish. Pedicure was a special exfoliating scrub. Nails were french tip gel polish. It cost $96 + $10 tip. Time frame about 2 hrs. The nail techs were very nice but hard to communicate with. Nail polish was a bit wavy and the color ran into my cuticles. Kinda like she didnt clean the brush well before creating the lines for the french manicure. For $106 bucks I expect a good job. Probably will not go back.

I enjoyed my full set and manicure from the salon. I really love how the location is very comfortable! I walked in and they did a wonderful job. The shape and color was perfect!

So, I had bought a gift certificate for my son for his birthday per his request. Purchased one large enough for his wife to attend with him. I chose this place based on other Google reviews. They said they enjoyed the experience, and my daughter-in-law said she plans to go back and get her nails done!!!

I loved my Lavender pedicure! Darryl I believe did a wonderful massage... It hurt so good and really loosened my calf muscles.

I found this salon on Google, so I decided to give it a try. My mom and I went in to get pedicures done, and it was AMAZING! We were immediately greeted and offered beverages. We picked out our colors and took our seats. The ladies were in no hurry and spent over an hour doing our massages and toenail painting. The tv was on HGTV, which is amazing because I love that channel. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it wasnt busy at all, which is a huge plus. I definitely will be going back and I highly recommend this salon.

I have gone here many times and the only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is because I have very long nails so they struggle a bit getting the shape even. The staff is great and the place is very clean. I have recommended many times.

Decided to go here for a pedi since havent really received a good one since we moved here.. Went here with my mom later on a Saturday, and walked in and automatically got taken care of. Staff is extremely respectful and makes you feel very comfortable. They gave me and my mom one of the best pedicures weve ever had! Highly recommend!

I paid $70 for my nails, they look horrible,there is black spots on them and when I when I complained about get she said they were sparkles. There definitely not sparkles. She rushed me through and was watching some version of Americas got talent her phone with headphones in. It was my mothers day gift :(
