Absolute horrible experience. Not only did my nails chip; my actual nails have peeled off with the dip powder resulting in my actual skin bleeding and to the flesh. I will have to wait weeks to get my nails done. Every time to touch something my fingers are in pain. I specifically told the lady I did not want dip powder and she swore it would be okay. NEVER again!

I have came to this place for almost 2 years now and have always received excellent service until this summer. maybe they are burned out or just getting frustrated with lack of business or something, but they are usually very professional and do a very good manicure. Lately, its a rush-job, little clean-up and left this mess, guess he was in a hurry to take a break or go home. they are usually not in a hurry to leave or take a break or whatever, just left me sitting there waiting the 5 minutes for the nails to dry and didnt come back. took me a while to wash my hand with the brush and still didnt get the mess off my skin. and the top coat is so matte, not glossy. in a hurry to take my money though, i dont remember being charged so much just for a single color and they didnt have to take off old manicure. when i did have the manicure removed (acetone soak) last week, i got charged $15. thought even that was a bit much for just a take-off.i have always recommended this place to all my local friends and co-workers. maybe its been a bad summer for them, i dont know, but, some of us are very appreciative and patient and never complain. i need the manicure for my very thin, weak nails due to medications, not for looks really. but, i cant afford this place anymore.

Nails look good but its not what I asked for. I wanted the pink nails (I got that) with the butterfly and glitter (they only did for my daughter in the green) he did not speak to me at all. Very disappointed. I came in because I needed the pick me up. Dont believe I will go back. I just wanted to feel pretty and girly but not today. Pedicure was good

Soon as I leave within a week my feet still feels hard after getting my feet dipped in hot wax and everything… scrubbed I mean everything…. In the nails don’t last but a week too… these things cost so much in the lady always going up on the price soon as u check out. I received a fill in one day in a pedi with no chip, the next time a week later the nails fell off I came for a full set with regular polish with shorter nails in it was the same price. I felt I should’ve gotten the no chip she basically charge that for any service wether you receive it or not.

My first time here but I will definitely be back. Everyone was super nice frim the minute I walked in. Lee did my fingernails while Will did my pedicure and both services turned out wonderful. Thanks guys and see ya in a couple of weeks...

They overcharged.Price listed is $17 for a fill plus $5 to cut down. She charged me $30 and then told me they don’t do the $17 fill now.Prices listed should be honored.Too bad because they are close to where I live. Will not be back.Confirm how much they will charge before you have services done.

I was a regular customer until today. Some of the workers/and owner weren’t the friendliest, but I paid them no mind. Today, the police were called (by them) due to them overcharging and adding on extra fees that were not listed on the menu for pricing and service. They have always done a great job on my nails and other services I have had. However, they threatened me (physically)and informed the police that I was trying to leave without paying, but I wasn’t; and I didn’t leave. They also locked the doors 7-10min after arguing about the pricing, so I wouldn’t leave, but I wasn’t trying to leave. Once police arrived, the front desk guy rushed to unlock the doors. They were lying to the police and trying to make me look bad, but it was quickly revealed they were lying. They were telling the police I was trying to leave. The police quickly discovered that was inaccurate. I wasn’t being hostile at all. I just wanted them to get the pricing right and show me the accurate charges before I paid, but they couldn’t provide proof. Just watch your charges/bank accounts if you choose to come here. They took video without my consent during the incident, so to the ladies in the salon during that time, this is what happened. Sorry for the disruption.

Came here today (Wednesday) for an appointment at 6:30pm for a manicure. I brought my baby with me thinking he’d be still in his stroller. My other family members proceeded to get pedicures and I politely asked to switch my appointment for one in the morning and they switched it. Where I have a problem is that a customer seemed to ask the employee why I left and employee decided to tell her something along the lines that I was impatient and don’t know why people come so late even though SHE gave me the 6:30 appointment knowing they were closing at 7:30…. Very unprofessional to talk aloud and be rude about the situation that did not occur… I will not be returning in the morning for my appointment.. I will not go to a facility where employees TALK about their own customers and employees…

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I had my nails on for less than a week, they were glued to my skin, after 3-4 days they started lifting extremely bad and they were all on sideways, when I mentioned it to the nail tech he said that it was okay that’s just how he does them. They started to come off on their own after 5 or so days but while they were particularly off my nails were being ripped up and pulled from the skin underneath. I had to go to a different salon just to get them taken off because it was so bad.

The lady at the front is always nice and helpful. The young guy that did my pedicure was nice but he did not do a good job. He rushed through my pedicure, while rushing he was a bit rough. Also, I do not like how he polished my toes. I did not complain or have him to fix it. I just paid without giving a tip. I am big on tips if you do a great job.

This was my second visit for a chin wax. I had the same service provider as before. My skin is sensitive, and my hair is coarse. Normally I do swell a bit after service.This time, 24 hours later my skin is very damaged. I am not sure what happened. Most likely, the wax was hotter than it should have been.

My nails came out really good but customer service was trash. The lady at the front desk act like she didn’t want to be there and got mad at the fact that I didn’t want to get the service she was requesting. I definitely won’t be coming back here. I will take my service to vp nail

My nail tech was incredible, and I will definitely be returning, even though it’s out of my way.The lady who greeted me and checkedme out was extremely nice and friendly. The guy that did my nails really didnt define and take his time on my nails they are hella thick and I have different shapes on each nail and cant really tell the difference....So I probably wont go back there this was my second time going there...I just dont get that wow when I look at them and the design is maybe like the lady was practicing on my design

We are in Texas visiting family, and of course had to pamper ourselves! Really clean little place, great atmosphere and really relaxing. Decent on prices and great service. I will definitely come back to this location when Im in west Fort Worth again!

Ive been going to this salon for several years. Definitely the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been to. Never a speck of dust. An event yesterday prompted this review. I had a less than favorable experience about 3 weeks ago with a tech. I dont know if she didnt understand what I was asking for or just didnt want to do it. Nevertheless, when I came in yesterday, I asked for a different service than I normally get. The owner asked why. I told her I felt like my natural nails were getting torn up due to all of the scraping and filing being done by the machines. And I must have made a face that let her know I was less than satisfied. She stopped everything and took the time to listen and make sure she understood my concerns. She then sat me down with her husband and he spent quite some time making sure they were perfect and I felt comfortable with the service. The time the owners spent assuring me that what I want and need is important to them was pivotal in my relationship with this salon. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Unable to do the simplest design!!! I shouldnt have to go home and do the design myself when this is their job as a nail tech. They over charge for the job they do and rush through it. I guess I will be looking for another nail spa :(

I went in for a fill and the person that I was set up with started raising her voice to me about how I need to point out the other person that did my nails two weeks ago because she didnt have the acrylic color. I tried explaining that I usually get a French tip but I asked the guy last time to just not put the white tip on and just leave to pink as usual, not knowing that the staff there were so incompetent to understand that. Instead the woman who was taken to do my nails became very loud and everyone was staring at her including her coworkers.. the.manger did nothing to stop her behavior... I told the.lady to just never.mind.. that was acti g ridiculous and that I would not be coming back...I had been a customer for 4 years.. but no more....truly a horrible.place with horrible staff.

I went in for gel removal on my nails and regular paint afterwards. I left with 2 fingers bleeding, nails so jagged from not being filed and cut correctly and polish not being applied smoothly. The second I got home I removed the polish, put ointment on my bleeding fingers and refiled and cut my nails.I would have said something to get it corrected but due to an employee not wearing a mask and constantly blowing her nose and sneezing I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to get out.I will not return.

I love the staff so much there. They are very good at what they do and will always fix any concerns you have with work they have done.

I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and this is the best place by far that I have ever found. The environment is peaceful and calm. They always greet you with a smile on their faces. They call my mom, Mom each time. Ive never had to wait and those that do, dont tend to wait long. Ken is my go-to nail tech and for my Mom, its Tommy. This shop isnt just nails and pedicures folks... its so much more in my book. They offer SO many services. Try them out!

Well the reviews are correct if youve come here after COVID-19.... Rude and unprofessional. This was my first time and I took my girlfriend & I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for anything. Cold atmosphere and the emotional match that energy. Read the reviews and do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

I used to only go to this salon but that was before COVID-19 closed them down for 3 months. Today was my first visit back there since February and it was a sad experience! I dont know what happened during the last months but it was not the same Legacy that I was used to. They had new employees there also and a serious lack of customer service! I wanted to treat the girls and I but instead we were treated like a burden. We were rushed and the quality was poor especially since I spent $250 in one visit! Well they just lost three customers and we will NOT be returning here.

Kacy has been doing my lash extensions for over 2 years. She has gone above and beyond finding the perfect lashes since I have so few, due to cancer treatment. She is very sweet and patient. I leave feeling like a million dollars with full, pretty lashes!! Thank you, Kacy,! You are amazing! Now she’s doing my nails and wow!! So great!

I have been spoiled by someone who goes above and beyond, and this place was just mediocre. It is very clean and a nice atmosphere, but the service is lacking a little.

Mediocre gel service today and not the first. How you’re treated/serviced really depends on who you get. My 60 year old mother was snapped at for asking if she could use the light to dry her manicure... Some of the rudest people work here. In my opinion it’s not worth it. Money is better spent at a salon with all talented and professional artists.

I got gel acrylic nails and absolutely LOVE them. I kept accidentally messing my nails up in the “nail oven” and my girl was super sweet about fixing them. I will 100% be back! The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. 10/10 recommend checking this nail salon out!

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Very clean, calm, relaxing atmosphere with excellent service! I get dip powder and a pedicure, but about to start eyelash extensions. Tammy and Son are the absolute best! I love the customer service and they won’t be losing my business.

Their service always have been hit and miss. But after COVID opening they got worse. Manicure without putting any lotion? Filing of the nails were so bad, catching on my clothes. $50 pedicure with two minute massage? Not to mention the techs speak in their mother tongue and laugh loud. God knows what they are talking. Before Covid had a bad experience with the tech named L, owner told me she would not let him do my nails or pedi again. After Covid, he was assigned to me just to the another bad job. Always treated them with respect and always tipped good. Not going back.

Worst gel paint ever. It looks like a child painted my nails. There is color all over my skin. The gel top coat is all over my skin. She was not even going to shape my nails. They were very uneven. All because I didn’t want dip.

Vincent does my dip nails and Lee my pedicures and both always do a wonderful job. Very thorough. This is a very nice salon. Everyone is always very courteous and friendly when I am in here. I have never seen them be nothing but nice and professional to everyone!

I decided to give them another chance to fix one regular acrylic nail with clear polish. Three different people worked on this one nail, then told me it would be $10.00. Six days later that same nail broke again!

Just wanted a color change..short for time as I had to go pick up my daughter from school and they treated me like I had no money or something...lady in front didnt have me fill out a form that everyone else does even though I asked her ...never offered a drink didnt turn the massager on on my chair and the first time I got a color change here they trimmed and shaped my nails this time they told me it was extra my husband gave me $100 gift card to this place what a waste.. probably wont be returning just feel like they treated me like I didnt have money or something because I only wanted a color change... the guy doing my nails did a great job if that counts for anything..

The woman doing my nails said it was going to be $55 with coffin shape when I went to the from the man also said my total was $55 then when I should him the discount they promoted on fivestars. He pretended to put the number Ina calculator then said ok with discount its $55. Im like what? He said with coffin its an extra $5.Never returning!

Worst experience. Walked out with my toe nails all jacked up and had to go home and straighten out my toe nails myself. I will NEVER go back. My daughter had a horrible experience also.

The man that assisted me was so rude to my daughter who is 15 months old. He scolded me that my daughter not splash the water when her feet did not reach the foot spa. I let her dangle her feet in while holding her. The spa tub was leaking which asked to be moved when he just walked away before my feet or hers where in the spa. I was paying for her nails and toes to be painted along with myself. I tipped and just left before he could begin. He was so rude and embarrassing I could not get out fast enough. I’ll never go back. (The lady working there was very nice wish I had her instead).

I always feel well taken care of and very happy with the service I recieve. The employees are always just as accommodating as they can be. A little pricey but I think worth it.

I have been here several times for both nails and pedicures. They always do a really great job and exactly how I want it done! So far they have been great!

Just because it’s fancy doesn’t mean anything, the lady with the fake teeth at the front acted so snobby. She didn’t want to just remove my callus nor cuticle which the usual I go to on (university called U NAILS) does so on my feet she said I had to get a full pedicure. Seriously money driven place and the pedicure was super rushed my feet were still rough. I work hard all day as a surgical technician assisting saving lives so of course my feet get rough fast. I was judged because of my appearance (tattoos) and treated like I had nothing walking in because I wanted something simple done. Just FYI lady I spend about $100 every two weeks at my usual. Just needed a quick fix before I headed out of town to the beach for the holiday NOT because I’m cheap. Also I got my nails frenched dipped not even 2 weeks ago and the shine completely faded away poor quality in materials used. Never come back again!!!

My experience here was not the best. To start off the guy that did my toe nails did not paint them right they looked clumpy and it’s only been a week and the paint already chipped. Second of all when he did the full set on my hands he did not file them evenly some are longer than others, they’re shaped different, and he did the coat too thick and they’re all lumpy this was definitely not worth $75 !!! Never going back there again i do not recommend this place.

I went here twice to get a fill and they did an amazing job. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because about 2 weeks ago, I went to get a pedicure. I walked in, nobody spoke to me. After waiting 5 minutes, no one still said a word to me. They didn’t ask what I was in for, they didn’t say someone will be right with you. They just looked at me. I left and went up the street to VP Nail Bar and they treated me much better.

So very rude! Like seriously rude. I know my toenails are yellow I know! I have lupus and not feeling good at all and the lady kept saying how my toenails are yellow and I should maybe see a Dr. I said I do see a Doctor!

My nails were ok, Id like to take you through my entire experience at this nail salon. I came in, no appointment, and was sat down immediately. I had old dip on and was getting a new dip set put on. While my nails were soaking this other women was throwing a FIT about her nails, saying they couldnt be done because they werent shaped and filed properly. I thought she was being dramatic and just wanted to make a scene. The guy, I think Tommy, starts doing my nails, and he wants my life story, I dont mind talking, but he wanted to know everything! It wasnt until he started filing and buffing my nails that it started breaking down. I asked for coffin shape, barely. There was a very slight invert on my nails, kinda noticeable. He filed the sides of several of my nails so much there are chunks of my fingers missing. He started buffing and I noticed all of my nails had dips right in the middle, I thought hed fix it, but then he started putting the top coat on, so not buffing those dips out? Ok, thats cool I guess. My nails dried and another lady, Im assuming the manager or owner came and put cuticle oil on, and thats when I noticed one of those chunks missing from my finger was bleeding! She saw me bleeding and put some blue stuff to make it stop. I followed her to the front to pay, not only was I still being charged full price, I was being charged 5 bucks more for the barely coffin shape. I then went home and reshaped and buffed my own nails, and noticed the tips werent glued properly, so there are gaps where the ends of my real nails and the tips dont meet at all. Needless to say next time I will try one of the other nail salons around here.

I went on Monday since more than half of my acrylic nails were popping off. The guy who was attending me cut down on my natural nail trying to take off the fake nail then goes and tells me my nails were too short for dip OBVIOUSLY SINCE YOU CUT THEM SHORT! 2 days after a piece of the dip came off and they are literally falling off. Don’t recommend this place at all the staff is very friendly and the place is nice but the quality of there work is horrible

I went in and Tammy was really nice and asked me what I wanted done so I told her glow dip and she asked if I wanted short or long and I said long and she said okay 40 bc I give you 5 dollar discount,Then she sat me down with the owner and he was really rude he told me it was gonna be 45 then 50 and charging me bc”my nails are hard to work with” and was charging me another 5 dollars bc of that, money isn’t a problem but no otherSalon has done that to me I get charged 40 for longer nails then what I have, if I didn’t have prom this weekend I would’ve went some where else it was just in my area at the time. Anyways I had to do acrylic and they still charged me 50 for just plain nails and the dude that was doing them said he was only doing nails for 5 days.

I went here on a Monday around noon with my mom. Steven did my pedicure and used a nail file on my big toe. Ouch! I told him it hurt but he continued. Then he put callous remover on TOP of that when everyone knows that callous remover should not be used on sensitive skin or broken skin, which my toe now had. Two days later I cant bend my toe without pain and cannot wear socks or put covers on it without pain. I will NEVER go here again. I will be filing a complaint as my toe is still warm to the touch.

Fairly friendly, definitely quick, but sadly my gel manicure didnt last 4 days before it started chipping and I was on vacation so too wasnt getting into anything with my hands that should have effected the wear and generally I can go minimum 2 weeks often 3 with a gel manicure.

I got a classic mani and pedi all white polish on both, but after paying, I noticed they charged me a fee for doing a French tip...(which they didnt do). If I could give 0 stars I would, they charge for services they do not perform. Be careful! Make sure you look at the receipt and see what youre paying for.

Horrible service Sunday my great granddaughter paints my toes better than the lady that did mine and cut the big toe nail sooo short!! When she used the scrubber bar on bottom of my foot she slipped with it and scraped my ankle pretty bad!! Wont go back there!!Now after 10 days or so my nails came off so not only a bad pedicure but a bad set of nails $65 down the drain!!

$55 for a full set of dip nails! The guy doing my nails was angry and rude. I told him short nails and round. He did long and square. He said he forgot and it was too late. I asked for burgundy matt nails and i got opaque purple. He cut my finger and the nail sizes on all fingers were mismatch. My fingers had superglue and paint. To top it off, i was told it was my fault. Not going back. Ill take my $55 dollars somewhere else.
