Excellent customer service! I showed them what I wanted done and they did exactly that. No trying to convince me to do something they wanted to do instead. Pictures attached.

My first time going and I love it!! My nail shop closed down. And I needed a new place to go I was skeptical. Because my last nail shop did a great job. After reading the reviews I gave them a chance and I don’t regret it! I have gotten so many compliments on my nails!! I can’t remember the young lady name I think it was Angie maybe she did awesome!!

The previous owners were the best! Ive never felt more welcome in a nail salon. The diversity of the clientele was also amazing. The hospitality was top notch! They even greeted people by their name when they walked in the door, because they knew their people. The owners had a child the same age as mine and they always asked how he was. Now theres a new owner, and I hope they understand why the last people were so popular!

I moved to this area and thought it would be hard to find another nail tech. I did my research and this salon had so many updated positive reviews. They are spot on! Brought my daughter here for our first time and service was quick and great customer service. Your greeted and offered something to drink prior to you sitting down ( water, soda or wine) Also while you wait you can get a massage in a massaging chair and they also have phone charging cords to charge your phone while you wait. This was a fantastic experience on our sunday morning visit. Very pleased with the service. The nails and spa offers more than you will expect in a regular nail shop, they also offer hair cut and style as well. My new go to spot. I loved my experience 🤗♥♥♥♥

I moved from Austin to Fort Worth in 2017 and needed to find a solid and affordable hair salon. I know this place is called My Nails & Spa, but Michael, the owner, does a great job cutting hair and his single chair and mirror provides a very relational experience. I have been going to him for a haircut just about every month since 2017. I am always greeted by name with a smile, offered water or soda! Highly Recommend!

I used Googles ratings to pick a salon and...One of the best services Ive ever gotten. I wanted to try a location close to home vs. close to work and it was a great decision!The staff is so friendly, immediately offered a beverage and when I was done (I chose wine) asked if I wanted more. When I said no thank you they asked if I wanted a soda or water instead, and then opened my water for me. That doesnt seem like a big deal but Ive had SO many salons drop a bottle of water in front of me and I couldnt open it because you usually need two hands and when theyre working on one, well, do the math.Not to mention they were sensitive to the fact that my nails are super thin which makes them more sensitive, and made sure I wasnt uncomfortable. (I actually hate getting my nails done but I cant function with my thin, peeling nails on their own.)All of the high rated reviews were honest. Glad I chose this salon and will finally be back!

I absolutely love going here. They are all very professional and they know you by name. I have yet to have a horrible experience. You can tell them you don’t like something and they will fix it. Very relaxed and upbeat!!!!!

I love this place!! Second time I’ve been here and let me start off with this. I’m horrible with nails. And the set I got from Angie here, omg, they lasted. Normally with in one week I pop off a nail. And that was from one of the top rated nail salons in Fort Worth. So I can honestly say I have found my new nail salon. They are friendly and amazing. My first time here I changed the nail color 4 times. And again Angie was amazing and very understanding. The second go around I picked a color and after we were done she was showing me the other glitter dips and I already have mine picked out for next time. The staff here is so welcoming I feel like family since the first.time I called in. I love this place and highly recommend it.

I’ve gone to this salon MULTIPLE random times and every time I’ve been taken care of. They go out of their way to make sure I leave happy. Me and my daughter Sharie moved to Fort Worth, Texas looking for a friendly place to go. We found this nail spa it was the one they made us feel welcome and we have gone there ever since. They know your name when you walk through the door they’re very courteous and professional. They offer you something to drink. And while you’re doing your pedicures, manicures, haircuts, and eyebrow waxing they are very friendly and have a conversation with you. As of one year going there we have been blessed. Thank y’all!

This place is wonderful!! My sister and mom came to visit me and I made appointments for us to get pedicures. I had never been here before but after reading some of the reviews, I thought it sounded like a great place to bring my visiting guests. I called and made 4 pedicure appointments. We were promptly greeted upon our arrival and our group was accommodated at the same time and our pedicures were AWESOME!! As soon as we were seated we were offered refreshments by the friendly staff, my guests were extremely impressed! So impressed that my mom got her hair done the following day (a hair cut and color) and my daughter got her hair cut too. They both looked amazing!We enjoyed our pedicures and time at this salon so much that we made appointments to return on that Friday for a girls manicure day too! 🤗The manicure with massage was AMAZING!!! I will be bringing my guests back here when they visit...they loved it! But as for me; I will be returning as often as possible!! My Nails Spa ia great!! Everyone was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. A++ service!!! 👍👍

They took forever (2 1/2 hours) on something so basic, the girl cut up my cuticles, it was uneven and it was overpriced for the work that was done. They are very friendly but you go to get your nails done good not make friends.

I was a walk in for my nails there was a little wait but Micheal made sure I was comfortable while I waited.. nails came out great...Then later came back for Micheal to cut my hair which being a hair stylist myself a lot of other stylist dont want to cut it... but he did and he did one of the best jobs I have had in a long time.. He fixed my bob and its now all blended and full of life again... Id highly recommend him for a hair cut...Thank you Mike..

I havent allowed anyone but Mike to touch my hair since I stumbled upon him 5 years ago. I love that when I walk in, Im greeted by name and unless youre a new client, everyone else is greeted by name, too. They have quite a few massage chairs and allow you to sit and relax before or after you get your hair or nails done. Now Im not one to get a manicure or pedicure, but Ive noticed they have a huge variety of colors and options available. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and they definitely spoil every one of their clients. Hair or nails, this is THE place to go.

I was going to another place for some time, not that I had a bad experience but I decided to try this place during a rough period. I have never felt so pampered. They were beyond great and the service was just as wonderful. Very clean!!! Moderately priced. I came back in today for another service and still was just amazed at how much of great service they provided, not only to me, but EVERYONE that walks in the door. Even the guest who are waiting for someone else they offer them to sit in the chair and just get a massage.

What a wonderful experience. Totally remodeled and it’s beautiful. There is also a male hair stylist and he is so good with children and making everyone feel like a Star. The nail techs are superb and so friendly. I 100% recommend going to this place. Job well done⭐️

I dont think Ive had a worst nail experience in my life.I do dip on my natural nails. To start I always ask if comfortable doing long nails .. she assures yes . First thing that went wrong. She filed my nails to much with the machine that she broke one in half (Had to put an acrylic) I wanted to cry then but still gave her a chance . The two colors I had chose where expensive according to them. I don’t mind go ahead ! Turns out the ring finger gems they don’t have. So we did all (Marble). I sat on that chair for 2hrs 😭 Yes 2 Hours just for dip nails . At the end I just wanted to get out of there 😡Paid $53 plus tip. For ugly misshaped nails and a broken one as a bonus :(

Love the staff here. They give you real manicures and pedicures they dont try to rush through clients so make sure you have time. I use to drive across town and pay double for services that were not even half as good. I love that its actually relaxing and its very clean. My visits are always pleasant I will say sometimes they are short handed but because of the excellent customer service I receive I dont mind coming back later or I stop by another day.

Mike is the ONLY person I trust with my hair. I have ridiculously thick, curly hair that is different textures throughout. Every time hes cut and colored my hair Ive been pleased. He takes as long as it takes to get the job done. And hes quite the perfectionist, too. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Got a beautiful French dip (hard to find a good technician and Mandy was wonder!) she was so helpful when I was displeased with the French line and she reassured me I would be happy or she would make sure I was AND I AM! Loved every second! They are under new management as of this week. For my basic pedi, they gave me a rice heat pad for my shoulders and a beverage. I also got 2 massages :D one quick massage with a scrub and another longer with lotion. I was completely relaxed. Reasonably priced and great customer service.

Ive been coming in here for 2 months and Ive never gone to a nail salon more than once. This place is AMAZING. Stupid me didnt make an appointment knowing it was Christmas weekend and would be busy. They graciously took in everyone that walked through the door knowing they would be work WELL past their close time. Michael made sure every ones drinks were full, that everyone was comfortable that was waiting, and the techs were walking in between supplies so quickly! I ended up rescheduling because I would hate for them to stay to late, but every one was more than happy to wait for them because they are amazing! The first nail salon in 10 years I can call home!

HAD to take my 2 yr old with me.... she was okay sitting on my lap while I got a massage on the pedicure chair waiting to get my nails done. Once it was time for me to start my nails (dip) she would not sit down with me, Angie was soo Awesome in being patient with me! I will NEVER take my baby with me there again but I absolutely had no choice. :( The staff were all extremely wonderful, inviting and friendly. Oh yeah and my nails came out so Beautifully! It is so hard to find a good nail place (plus hair) like this one, even with All the nail places around town, this one beats them all in my opinion.

I traveled 7 miles to try this salon and it was worth it, the atmosphere, service and most of all friendly salon owner and staff i have ever had at a nail salon. I tried this salon bc of the reviews. I received a full set dip and pedi. It wasn’t horrible but I won’t be returning. My nails are longer than I asked for, thick and two of them are extremely crooked. My index finger nail is way off center and slanted to the left. The massage chairs were uncomfortable while I was sitting in it but I also woke up with several painful and tender spots this morning from the chair. It was also about $20 more than what I excepted

I’ve been getting my haircut from mike for over 6 Years now and the quality of his haircuts is phenomenal. Always takes the time to make sure I’m getting the haircut I want. And it’s hard to find hairstylists that are as professional as mike is. Never a thought to go anywhere else.
