HORRIBLE! I had skin on my nail which I’m pretty sure is a ingrown toenail nail! I told the lady it hurts and she kept picking at it and got it infected!! She just kept saying (“it’s just skin”) but why pick at it after I told you it hurts!!Also, I had a acrylic toe nail on my big toe and I told the nail lady to take the fake acrylic nail off and she refused to! Now I’m missing my big real toe nail and have to go to the doctor because the acrylic nail was on it so long! I don’t have a freaking nail on my big toe!!! In the picture you can see around where she picked at it!! I wished I got her name!!! DONT COME HERE

We’ve been clients for over a year now. The past 3 months my mother has gotten her nails done, dip powder w a tip. Within the first three days, they start to crack through the middle. Our second time bringing this to their attention, Jen, (the manager) treated my mother and I with a huge attitude. We lasted an hour for her to take off two nails. I asked if we can just get our money back at this point because it was frustrating how rude she was and poor the service was and she wouldn’t professionally communicate with us. As a manager, it seemed beyond unprofessional treating your clients this poorly. I do not recommend this place at all whatsoever

Walked in for the first time and was immediately ushered to a chair...someone came and started water but my daughter and I had to turn our own water off and sat there for almost 15 min before anyone acknowledged us. Not even a drink. Then the girl who did my fingers cut all my nails way way down instead of using a file. Anyone who knows how long it takes to grow nice nails out would understand frustration. The lady who did my daughters did the same thing. Way way too short. By the time I caught it it was too late. The lady who came in after us was taken to a chair and sat there almost 15 min before she was acknowledged. I loved the lady who did my pedicure, but I won’t be back.

A really sweet older women did my back wax today. She was very proffessional and a great person to go through that hell with 😂😂. She made it barrable with her kindness.

Ask for Lily! I had to wait 20 minutes for her, but shes WELL worth it! Shes quiet and lets you zone out and enjoy the massage, or watch TV, but what I MOSTLY loved, was anytime she did something new (cutting cuticles or the massage for my pedicure) she was constantly checking my face to see if anything she did was hurting me. Instead of constantly asking me is this okay? and distracting me from zoning out and escaping my day, she would quickly glance up and check my reactions or expressions. Will be using her again in the future!! 😍😍

Maria was amazing! Wonderful pedicure and very sweet.However... the girl who did my manicure not so much. Sweet but my nails were not covered well in the dip, and she left my fingers messy. I’m sorry, but if I’m paying $70 for their most expensive manicure I expect for it to feel worth it. Most definitely not worth it. Save some money and just get a basic manicure.And above all, they are not following Covid guidelines by making all guest wear mask. I asked Maria if it was mandatory, knowing it was, she said yes and just went on.Yes people will say “you don’t have to” the only way that’s be possible is if you signed something saying you were okay with that, and given that we have to sign a paper saying we HAVE TO WEAR A MASK, I don’t see how they aren’t pushing it.

They use dirty, unsterilized instruments. When they tried to use a set on me, I recognized the pouch did not show a change in the sterilization indicator, blue arrow should turn black, pink arrow should turn yellow. When I pointed this out, they brought another pack of unsterilized instruments to use on me and I got up and walked out! Not happy at all!! I saw elderly people, children and many women who had no idea this was being done on them. I’m extremely worried about the quality of care in this business!

I can’t remember the sweet lady’s name but I hope I got her some more clients. She did such an awesome job on my nails and did some special art on my nails for a good foundation.

Lily did a great job doing my hands and feet. As a man who never gets his nails done it was a pleasant experience and she was very nice, highly recommend her.

Very nice interior and no wait when I went in. The only issue I had was how rough the person was on my cuticles. The lady who did my toes did a great job and was very thorough! It is a little pricey though. For dip w/tips & a pedicure it was ≈ $75 not including tip.

I get pedicures with gel toes here and its always great! All the staff is courteous and attentive. I signed up for text message specials and I love that I can save on top of already good prices. Ive tried a few other places when I was meeting someone or something, but every time it seems to be less than Bellagio - gel doesnt look as good, massage isnt as long/good, facility isnt as clean, prices are higher, etc...Just come to Bellagio - you wont be disappointed!

I drive from Bedford to Bellagio to get my nails and feet done because they are the best. I always go to Yen for my hands and Lisa for my feet! I would also recommend Christina for hands and Linda for feet. These four ladies are the best!

My 3 year old and I only come here! They have the small pedicure chairs for children and its only 12 bucks for her to get pampered! They never rush the work and always do a phenomenal job! Theyll have 2 techs work on you at the same time if youre having nails and feet done! And they have a full bar.

This place is not clean whatsoever. The chairs are broken and old. The water on the pedicure chair takes a long time to heat up. Employees were not wearing gloves. Place is dim and unwelcoming.

I walked in to get a pedicure done and just look at what I walked out with. My heels were barely touched and still looks dry. No massage nothing . My toes were left messy after the lady was done polishing my toes. Iam so upset. Every time I go there it’s a hit or miss. You never know if you gonna walk out satisfied or not . Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

My Gel Nails costed $25, were exactly what I wanted. Nice place, will be coming back again!

As always, happy with the pedicure. Seemed clean- regular rules (i.e. sterile tools, gloves, masks). Great service. BUT real concerns about general cleanliness. Chairs were dirty and floors had gel from previous pedicure.

We here with a girlfriend of mine for the first time. The front desk lady pushed hard for the dip nail option she said its as strong and lasts as long as acrylic and its done in 20 minutes! Of course i said yes! The pedicurist was amazing and the woman who did my nails was amazing! The nails turned oit BEAUTIFUL! The dip nails only lasted 1 week before one popped off while i got dressed. Then, 3 days later 2 more popped off while i washed dishes. Moral of the story is, they didnt last long with me (a stay at home mom/wife) i will def get acrylic or just gel next time.All in all the facility is amazing! They offer wine and margaritas and soft drinks and water as well as small snacks! I will def go back!

The service was great but the color didn’t turn out as I expected. In the color book it was more of a coral color but my nails turned out pink. It was not busy at all during happy hour and service was awesome.

Abby did my manicure and I have never ever had anyone so unfriendly! She jerked my arm like I was her naughty child! An older guy did my pedicure. He could not have cared less about what he was doing. I waisted an hour and half there and walked out MORE stressed than when I went in.

BUYER BEWARE - apparently they have a problem with double charging, the guy said I wasn’t the first call for this. For me personally though they charged my total as the tip so that’s how I was charged “doubled”

All I say is. Dont do it. Clumpy nails and all I wanted done was a fill.

Don’t let Helen do your nails. She doesn’t know how to do acrylics. My acrylics are very thick and the paint is terrible with air bubbles and it looks so messy. Frustrating when I spent $58 dollars 😒

Have been going here almost every other week since July and today I had the worst experience. 5 months pregnant and wanted a relaxing pedicure as my feet have been hurting. Halfway through I asked VIN who was doing my nails if he could do the metal dead skin on my heels and he said yes, this was AFTER he had already done the buffing on my heels so this was the only other dead skin item I could’ve been talking about. I even pointed to the metal one the lady next to me was using and he shook his head yes. Then after my nails were about to be painted I realized he must’ve forgotten and reminded him again very nicely and he said “oh you don’t need this” Very rudely in front of everyone. I said nicely yes I do my heels get very bad and he said “why didn’t you tell me this before hand?” At this point is everyone is staring at us as he is being very loud and rude and obviously mad. I said nicely once again I did ask halfway through and he denies it so at this point he’s yelling because he’s so mad and speaking in his native tongue to his colleagues and pointing at me and EVERYONE is staring. I’ve never been more embarrassed at an establishment. He eventually leaves and comes back and takes the dead skin off and at the end shows me it and says “see you didn’t need this” (even there was dead skin on it). At this point I’ve never dealt with someone being so extremely rude and belittling. I politely got up and left without even letting my toes dry as I’m about to cry from embarrassment now. The lady at the front was very nice and gave me a discount and a coupon but unfortunately because of the horrendous treatment I got I won’t ever come back here. Not to mention he missed so much on my nail where paint wasn’t put.

Don’t waste your time OR your money here. My nails break every time I come here! Tried to give them another shot and they were rude and very unprofessional! As you know, nail maintenance is certainly not cheap, and when you’re paying these kinds of prices for an upscale nail spa, you expect to get at least decent and friendly service. At this point I’ll settle for “certified”.

My wife loves this place.They take good care of her, and we will be glad when all the quarantine restrictions are finally over.

Ive been to this place a few times, the final job is usually ok. But the last time I came I had a horrible experience with the nail tech who did my nails. I had some old gel polish from the last time I did my nails, when she asked if it was gel or powder I said it was gel, because I forgot it was actually powder. So when she tried to remove it she noticed it was powder. I apologized and told her I thought it was gel. This lady gives me the nastiest look, turns to her friend and starts talking sh@#$ about me with her in their language. It was obvious because she said the word gel like 5 times, and then another nail tech came by and she did the same thing. So this person, thinking that wasnt enough, started telling the other nail tech across the room, while this is happening she keeps talking in her language and mentioning gel. At this point everyones looking at me, I seriously mean everyone and giving me nasty looks. I just wanted to leave this horrible place but I was too embarrassed already and didnt want to cause a scene. She did a horrible job at the end, and I stupidly tipped her 20%. As you can see in the pic, the middle nail wasnt painted properly, it was a simply nail job and she managed to mess it up.

I love this salon! They are the best! Always show a picture you find on Pinterest or similar site so the nail tech has a good idea what you expect. I’ve never been disappointed here.❤️

I went in hoping to get something like a pic I saw on Pinterest.... I know it they can’t do exactly like the pic obviously but I asked for something similar... She first suggested silver instead of gold I told her I preferred gold. Then she said silver look better I said thank you but I prefer gold. I was going to a wedding and my accessories were gold. After I told her gold she still out silver and I was distracted for a moment and didn’t see her when she first applied it. I trusted I guess she would do as I asked. Then she offer coffin shaped I said not thank you... She said oh it would look so much better sure it would for extra cost. I also said no thank you. She said I do a little like coffin but not coffin. She showed me and I was ok with it. Then off course I was still charged coffin price when in reality it was no where like coffin. I paid $60 dollars for the most horrible nails..... It was nothing like the pic or even close at all.... Also let me add I specifically asked the tech if she could do my nails a little similar to the pic. She agreed of yes yes.... I left out of there in tears to have paid so much for a horrible job and absolutely not what I wanted. Look me up on Facebook and I will gladly show you pics...

Horrible EXPERIENCE !!They only care about the money . I paid for my sons manicure and they dont did it and they charged me for that service!Also, when I came in I only asked for REGULAR manicure and they FORCED me to have dip, I choose one color and effect and they dont did it was a different color !I am very DISAPPOINTED.

This is my second time coming to this place since it’s reopening from COVID and I’m super pleased! The place is clean and there is hand sanitizer everywhere and everything the clients touch is cleaned after each use. I just got a pedicure with a stone massage and the lady did a phenomenal job, such a good job I was falling asleep! After recently moving to the area I have found my regular nail salon 😁

I had an appointment for 1pm to get a pedicure and my daughter to have her toes painted....we didn’t get seated until 1:25. At this time they came filled up the tub brought the items for my pedicure and was about to sit down then the “manager” comes over and takes my nail tech away and tells her not to help me. Someone finally comes over to paint my daughters toes but then leaves after done. After 30 mins of sitting at the chair with ice cold water in the tub we got up and left. The “manager” came over and told me to stay I said I made an appointment an hour ago and just now trying to be helped. When I said someone was helping me and you pulled her away and she said yes because someone had an appointment. When I said so did I she told me she didn’t know even tho I wrote my appointment time on my sign in paper.I will never return to this location. Poor service, didn’t feel very clean and every person I spoke to was rude or had attitude.

I have been to many nail salons in many different cities in the DFW area and I can honestly say that Bellagio is the best!!! Yen does my nails beautifully. I have ski slope nails so they are a challenge to put tips on and shape properly. It takes time and a good eye. Yen does an amazing job and Im so glad to have her do my nails!!!

I came in today and was in a huge hurry. I needed to be at the airport in about an hour... and they are about 25 minutes away. I asked if there was enough time for a manicure, and they said they could do it. TAMMY WAS INCREDIBLE!! I have never seen someone work so fast and with such skill. And my nails look fantastic!! And she had a wonderful attitude!! I highly recommend!

Was so happy to find this place. Its beautiful and relaxing inside, treated myself to a pedicure and french acrylics. They were pricey but figured I saved 2 hours drive time to my regular place. Definitely NOT worth 72 bucks (I went during happy hour so they said it was discounted from 94.They wanted to charge me another 28 dollars to match my toes, so I had to pick 3 times and finally settled on an ugly gray color that makes me nauseous looking at them because they were out of every transparent color I liked. When I got home I took these pics, (took me 4 days to post because I dont normally review). I was FURIOUS to find every single one of my natural nails under the tips were like caverns, hotbeds for bacteria. They used a gel topcoat so I have no choice but to go back and get these removed. I will offer them an opportunity to redeem themselves by cleaning, disinfecting and filling in the gaps instead of removing and redoing, which would traumatize my natural nails, and then redoing them free of charge in a few weeks when they grow out. The pedicure girl did a decent job but I shouldnt have to bring my own polish because they run out of stock colors for that kind of money. If they agree to do the whole appointment over at no charge, I will ammend my review. I think thats fair. The lighting is not so good because its supposed to be a relaxing spa atmosphere so i only noticed how bad this was when I got home.

I wish I had taken pictures, but I really didnt plan on posting anything and I already redid my nails. Ive had this problem on 3 separate occasions (6 visits). I addressed it on my last visit. I really wanted to say something this time but I didnt. I cant tell if it is a lack of training/ quality of experience or just being in a hurry to move to the next person. I try to give multiple chances because everyone has their bad days.This is what I experienced on my last visit.When she removed my old nail polish, she spread it all over my fingers but did not remove it all. She just moved on to the next step. By the end I had remnants of my old nail polish around my cuticles and up my fingers. Then I had the new polish all around my the cuticles/edges of my nails.....it was even on my finger tips when I was sitting letting them dry. 😕Each of my nails were different lengths AND shapes. NONE of them matched.* (This is the biggest issue) She used the drill so close to my cuticles that it kept burning me. They are so inflamed and painful to touch now.This again was my experience. I have had several good experiences here as well. I think it depends on who you get and what you want done.I hope they will pay attention in the future and work these issues, but this was definitely my last visit.

Had a great experience my first time here! I brought my two year old little girl to get her first professional pedicure and they were SO good with her and very patient as she was apprehensive. I really appreciated everyone being so friendly with her. I like that they have little chairs for kids and drinks and snacks available. Prices are a little on the high end but it was a good experience. The massage chairs are also the best out of any and every nail salon Ive ever been to!

I went here last Wednesday during my lunch hour got my nails done. I asked the nail tech to not cut down my nails because the tips would not stay if she did that but she insisted on cutting them down. By Friday afternoon I had 3 of the nail tips to come off and the rest was so easily to remove on Saturday that when I was doing my laundry I didn’t even notice they had cane off. I will not be going back here. This was my first and last visit.10/25 I got a call from the store manager Calvin wanting to make things right since my original visit wasnt as expected. He has offered to redo my nails for free. I have accepted his offered but I have to wait a couple weeks for my nails to grow back out. I will update this post again after my next visit11/8 second visit went so much better. I was greeted right away. I got the service I asked for and quality I expected.

I recently started coming here instead of the regular nail salon I go to. I switched because my old salon had pretty much the same boring colors. I loved the colors at the Bellagio and I have now switched nail salons. I have gotten my nails done 3 times now and loved the way they have turned out every time.

I went to Bellagio for a manicure and pedicure. It was around the holidays and I showed up 30 minutes early to beat the crowd. They actually let me go in 30 minutes early to my amazement. This place pampers you. They will serve you drinks from the bar and treat you like royalty. I am a construction worker so my hands and feet take a pounding.I did feel a bit strange being the only guy in the room but I didn’t care because of the great service that I received. They are all super sweet. I chose to go here because my wife and other family members rave about this place. Prices are good and services high which makes this place stand out. They are in a crowded area in alliance and could charge more but dont.I had a slight ingrown toenail and she quickly and painlessly removed it. My hands and feet looked wonderful for Christmas.

I have visited Bellagio about ten times now and have been very happy with each visit. They move quickly, do their best to fit me in, and treat me, my friends, and family very well. I have seen Thomas, Tom, Kelly and a few others, all with great results. Today’s experience, however, made me want to leave a review. Today my technician was Vivian, a very delightful lady who was thorough, kind, knowledgeable and just very sweet. She deserves to be recognized. It’s nice to have a spa like this in the area.

Had an appointment for 4:45 and didn’t get seated until almost 5:30. The receptionist was extremely rude not only to guest but employees as well which rubbed me the wrong way. I asked for coffin shape and basically ended up with square but rounded and got charged the additional fee. Online at the time, there was a promotion under there “promotion” tab that said 20% M-W, and when asking the receptionist about she became extremely defensive and said “I don’t know where you got that from, that’s wrong.” Even though it was on the Bellagio website at the time of checkout. She literally tossed the the clipboard where you fill out the initial information on the services you want done. Overall, very unimpressed and will not be returning. I understand the stress of COVID and reopening, but it was very unorganized and I would rather have been told no appointments were available.

If you are looking for a place- Bellagio is it! I had such an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. Calvin, Lee and Mimi were awesome! Stop by—— you won’t regret it!!

Every time I go there the owner (Im assuming) is ALWAYS so nice!!! Hes a tall guy you cant miss him. Also the lady at the front that rings you up is always so nice. They are the first faces you see when you walk in and I think that is key when you want to make a good impression on your customers. They always make sure you feel like you are the only one there (even though theres usually at least 15 other customers there), they offer drinks, and always have a smile on their face. Their selection of colors is out of this world!! No exaggeration, they have hundreds of colors to pick from! The decor is very fancy and pretty! The pedicure chairs are so comfortable too. A+ for this place!

I have had 4 or 5 pedicures my whole life, this was the best! I have tender feet and Lily was amazing. I WILL be back!

It’s pretty and has a bar that will allow you to have one drink which is fun. The service is not great. The people are kind but I got a pampering pedicure and a gel manicure and they are expensive and I spent so much time waiting on people to get different items for different parts of my services and not actually having services done. I left feeling extremely frustrated and in no way relaxed. I wanted to upgrade to gel polish on my toes just so that I didn’t have to wait any longer for my nails to dry. Well my nail tech didn’t know how to do gel and instead of someone telling me she picked at my toes for 15 mins waiting for someone to come that did know how. Then that person felt my toes and left and I had no idea why. Five minutes later I told the other lady I’ll just get regular polish please. So after a terrible regular polish and spending $120 on ugly feet and pretty okay fingers I am here writing this review to say I would probably go somewhere else but it’s possible it might go okay for you. It seems to be hit or miss here! I will never come back!

I decided I would try this place out again after a not so nice experience. Why should I have bothered? Walked in and customer service was bad at start- manager or owner seemed flustered or overwhelmed. I asked a question about gel nails and she replied rudely.Why didn’t I leave then?Everyone has bad days so I thought I would give her a chance. I waited and waited. Someone came in after me and they were taken back. Whoa.. what?!Finally.... the man that looks over the floor and workers called for someone to do my nails on a speaker. Then told me to be seated- my name was on the paper. He didn’t use it- like most places.He put the name Lisa on my paper and walked off. Never asked if I wanted a drink.He came back a couple minutes later and put another name on the paper. Again- no offer of a drink. After waiting some more- I got up and left.Google nation-don’t bother spending your hard earned money on a place that doesn’t care for the consumers that make them money. Horrible place.

Love Bellagio Nail Spa! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and ready with a smile when you walk in the door. The weekends are incredibly busy, so I like to go Monday thru Wednesday. The dip is my favorite nail treatment and there are so many colors to choose from it is often difficult, so I ask the technician for advice. She always lets me know what is popular . The pedicures are very relaxing and I make a point of going every 3 weeks. This nail salon is clean, friendly, professional and has good prices. I highly recommend!!

I found the website of this salon and came to try and I could not believe how nice it is inside. They treated me very good and the service was so great. I love my new nail salon!!

First time going to this place and their customer service was terrible. He keep stop working on my nails to answer the phone and he didn’t even give me coffin shape or was more square then anything. When I left I said thank you to the receptionist and she said yup.... rubbed me the wrong way... definitely won’t go back.

I have been here approximately 6 times. I read all of these reviews. This establishment has great ambiance. Free drinks and refreshments. I’ve never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes, if I didn’t have an appointment. They have a huge selection of colors for gels, NextGen and polish. The chairs and bowls are extremely comfortable and very sterile. The salon is very large and has never been crowded when I have been there. They might need more staff for busier days, but I haven’t had bad service. My suggestion is if you get bad service, you should tell them, so they can make it right. If then they don’t, leave a bad post and give them 1-2 stars. People want to complain but not take any action on their part. Bellagio Nails is not 1 or 2 stars. I’d at least give them 3 or 4 stars for the things I have experienced. There are some language and custom barriers. Take that into consideration when visiting this salon.

This is my favorite nail salon in fort worth! Very hospitable and the work is always good! There is always a manager on the floor ensuring guest satisfaction as well and I think that is great. If you want the best pedicure of your life ask for Linda

Went with a friend for the first time yesterday. By far one of the best customer service I have ever had! They immediately started on my nails and brought me drinks. My lady was very easy to talk to and was very nice. I got color dipped nails and it is beautiful. Reasonably priced for $40.

This salon is simply the best nail salon in Fort Worth. It is so relaxing and the decor is so warm and inviting. I had a great pedicure party here with my friends and family and everyone wants to come back and do it all over soon.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE...The place itself is great, real clean, pretty fancy looking, and has a nice atmosphere. However, the employees are always so rude and off putting. Half the time they wont do the job you even asked for. Ive been looking around for a better place and the best one I found in the area is Deluxe nail and spa in the Alliance Town Center. Ill patroning them instead.

Great pedicure

Salon is very clean and organized. The staff was very nice and they knew how to treat their customers. They are quick to do what you want and its still good. This is the place to go if you need to get pampered quick and great.

Got a SNS dipping powder manicure with Abby and she did amazing! I showed her a design I wanted and she was patient and so thorough. Definitely recommend getting a manicure from her at Bellagio.

I used to love coming here and even got a few people to start going. I’ve had some great experiences, but unfortunately, the poor experiences are outweighing the good. This time was the last straw. During my pedicure, the woman doing it, was using the file board on my foot and rubbed it raw. I felt the burning sensation, but didn’t think anything of it. I felt her nonchalantly wipe my foot and keep going. When she went to get my hot towel, I looked at my foot and it was bleeding! I told her about it and she put alcohol and something blue on it, and rubbed it with the hot towel. It burned so badly. She then started painting my toes. I had to ask for a bandage. They offered me $5 off of my service, but I will not be returning. They go as fast as they can to get the next person in the chair. I’m praying nothing comes of this because I’ve heard of too many horror stories of things happening like this, and people getting horrible infections. And, while I was there a lady fell down right on her knees because the floors were wet. SMH.

I had two bad experiences in this place. Nail Tech get mad easily and they do whatever thy want not what we ask. Not friendly and polite employees. I never will be back again !!

This nail salon is very organized and clean. They are very good at their time management with all the customers and getting them in. They are very quick but they do a great job on your nails. My nails look very pretty and the process was very quick. Very professional staff and its very pleasung to see!

I love this place. I like to get my hands and feet clipped and cleaned. They are very friendly and want to see that your comfortable.

I came here after reading so many good reviews. My service for a manicure and pedicure was mediocre, at best. The callous removal job was a bit lousy as well as cuticle trimming. I asked both techs to do it again and they did with attitude. I’m sorry if I’m paying for a service, I suppose I’d expect a good service? I didn’t complain to management and still left them a decent tip but I sure won’t be returning. Thanks.

Ive been to several nail salons in this area but Bellagio is the best and the cleanest. They also have the most experience and friendly technicians. They took their time and I like the way how they took care of my calluses and cuticles. Very thoroughly and clean.

If you get a pedicure ask for John!!! Seriously, this man made me feel like a brand new women leaving here. I definitely took his time and wasnt just trying to get me in and out. Thanks again!!!
