Ever since I started coming here, I have been in love. It is a little piece of heaven in my super busy life. When I come and get my jelly pedicure which is worth every penny, I completely relax and for a moment forget how crazy my life can be. It’s more than a pedicure for me. Everyone is so friendly. They take care of you from start to finish. They don’t rush the process. Heidi and Susan are amazing at what they do. Not one complaint and don’t think I can ever go anywhere else.

Everyone is very nice. Easy to make an appointment. They work well with my 8 year old when she comes in. Vi does an amazing job!! Shes the best!!

I had never been to this location before & decided to try it out. Im glad I did!! Originally I had went in to get a full set French with acrylic & wasnt too impressed with the results, so 2 days later I decided to go back to get them redone. The girl who redid my nails was literally perfect! I prefer the darkest pink which they did not have so Annie literally MIXED ME A COLOR & DREW my French on by hand! I was so impressed by her willingness to give me exactly what I wanted & her tallant! Im giving this place 5 starts solely because Annie is amazing. I would highly reccomend her if u are looking for a new nail tech. Because let me tell u, she did not disappoint!!

The Salon is Beautiful. I went @ 10:30AM on a Thursday & there was no wait. My Nail Technicians was very nice, polite & efficient.

The absolute worst nail salon experience Ive had to date. This is a franchise run like an Amazon assembly line. Its about speed and profit. Customer satisfaction is definitely NOT a priority. My guess is there are not a lot of repeat customers. The nail tech did a good job but it was like a race to the finish line. And precious little conversation....no time for that! When I arrived I was told an acrylic nail fill was $22. That was already more than the last place I went had charged. When paying i was told it was now $25, because of filing down my nails. That has always been included in the price wherever Ive gone.its never been an added on charge. Im sad to write this review because almost every other review Ive ever written has been positive. But this time I just had to spell it out for future potential patrons. Avoid this place, it really is that bad.

We walked right in was served very professionally quick and they did really good work especially on my elderly grandma they took really good care of her they all was very nice from the time we walked in until we walked out.

I drove from Mansfield to this location. I have been enjoying this establishment off and on for a couple of years. I received a pedicure with gel nail and a manicure with dip including simple nail art. I have been receiving pedicures since the ‘90s…I am a pro. A few days later, I noticed dry/peeling skin coming from around the sides of my nail bed. With closer inspection, the polish on five of my toes is lifting (mind you I requested black polish, but I received white). Gel nails normally last me about a month and a half and not a week. I am so disappointed. I drove so far to get quality service, but paying $110 to receive subpar service is not okay.

I love this nail shop! We go here all the time.(Lisa is always requested by my boyfriend) My last visit Heidi did my toes exactly how I wanted them. I showed her a pic and she met expectations! The staff is always nice and friendly. Oh and I can’t forget the bar they have inside! It’s nothing like having a drink while relaxing and getting your feet done!

I genuinely love this place, the staff is so friendly. It’s always clean and the chairs are so comfortable. Every time I’ve gotten my nails done I love how they turn out. I’ve even gotten a really cool nightmare before Christmas nail design for Halloween that turned out exactly how I wanted,...... but every time I’m there my nails are grinned down so thin that I can only do 1 new dip set after that and then my nails are so thin I have to wait a month or so for them to grow out so I have a fresh thick nail bed. My nails right now are so thin that one pass with the Dremel and it would expose the skin underneath. Don’t get me wrong I definitely recommend this place but I would suggest requesting them take it easy on your nail beds.

I came with my Bestfriend here to get her nails done this is a very nice classy nail salon I have lived in fort Worth 38 years and this in one of the nicest places to get your nails done I highly recommend Kelly she is one of the best nail technicians here. They also have a full bar

For one its highly over priced for a salon that couldnt match my nails to my toes. She made me bleed twice. Then in the middle she started eating candy. I requested hot pink and she was bringing a baby pink telling me I was confused and didnt know what I wanted. I tried to tell her the shape of my nail was crooked and she told me no it was my thumb. Horrible experience!!

I went to get a nail repair and she told me since I didnt get my nails done there they wouldnt be able to. I asked M if they could possibly try and she made up an excuse saying ih we have like 10 shades of that color and we dont know what kind or brand was used. I just walked out smh.

Beautiful ambience. Been 3 times since opened, never had a wait. Always offered a drink. The bar is the most expansive of any salon locally. Good nail techs and service. Now I live 300+ miles away but wait to get a pedicure until I get in town so I can come here.

First 2 times there were amazing but the third time I had the most awful experience ever!!!! I dont even know this lady’s name but she was so rude, worst service, nails were so bad that I had to go there 3 times to get them fixed because they kept breaking! Never going back to that place, save your money and time and look somewhere else!

The only place I will ever get my nails done I’m Fort Worth. Kelly is the best and my preferred tech, if She can’t get me in Her husband Danny does great as well. The man that works the front counter is amazing and remembers the clients well. This place is amazing.

I got a classic mani-pedi with an ombre dip on my fingers. It was pretty expensive, & my feet were scratching up my sheets afterwards so not the best pedi. (I use callous removing file at least once a week so already in decent shape-they seemed almost rougher after the treatment? )The foot massage was too gentle, but I do like how my fingernails came out. But for nearly $100 Im not sure Ill be back. May try once more, the salon was clean & pretty, & the staff was polite.

I had a pedicure, eyebrows/chin wax and acrylic nails done about 3 weeks ago. They did such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

I really liked the nail tech. Everyone was really nice. The problem I had was the cleanliness. I went to the restroom and it was filthy. The table, lamp, and equipment was at first dirty. I requested everything new and sanitized. They ensured me everything was sanitized but I wanted to make sure. I was informed by the hostess that the manager was on vacation amd she was only filling in. It made sense, when the boss is away the mice play make sure to check over equipment and everything before they start on you. Cleanliness is everything.

Went to be relaxed but instead they rushed, nails all different shapes and thickness. Rude and make you feel uncomfortable. They cut my friend multiple times while filing. Place is great looking but looks can be deceiving. Will never return!

I love this setting, very clean but every time I ask for my regular technician, even though shes there... I cant get her to do my pedicure🙁... but everybody is always very friendly and the massage chairs are killer!!💃🏼

I recently came in for a gel manicure but it started chipping after a few days, so I called and they were happy to have me come back in and get them fixed for no extra charge. Cindi went above and beyond, she touched up each one of my nails instead of the 3 that were initially chipping. It’s rare to find a place with excellent customer service so I highly recommend this salon & will continue coming!

I’ve been coming to this salon since March & I will never visit another. Every set I’ve gotten from them has lasted. Their rewards program is awesome. Their color selection is vast & their glow powder collection is on point.

All I wanted was a dip color change. IT was $40, WTH. And the guy doing my color change was rude as he*l. I will never ever go back again. And this was my second time gong there. Trying to give them another chance. But no! I will go back to Skyline...

This salon is always clean and friendly, and the nail techs do a great job. Plus, they use a professional autoclave to sterilize their tools, which is extremely important to me.

Went on a whim for a pedicure. A little pricer than what I expected (basic pedicure starts are $29) but totally worth every penny! Super clean, friendly and efficient staff and a full bar, limit 1 drink, but still...full bar! Cant wait to pamper myself again

Inside is very clean, nails were done for not even an hour and one broke, called and let them know they seemed happy to help on the way a second one had broke the nails were flimsy. Once there the staff was very uninviting and no longer wanted to help me with the problem rather tell me it’s how i got them done and etc, it was a big issue to have them taken off they were very rude. I will not be returning.

I went for the first time ever with my daughter and they rushed our nails I could have did a better job with my daughter my nails are thick..it could have been better we definitely not going back there no more

It’s a good atmosphere, but I felt like I was being rushed, loved the nails, however I can’t say I liked the way I was being treated. Won’t recommend this salon. It was my first and last time.

My daughters nail polish chipped off as soon as we got home. We only stay 10 minutes away, and we stayed there and waited on them to dry. Beautiful building, complementary drink. But not the best work.Ive been twice now and my opinion is still the same.

Most horrible experience ever! Helen did everything at her personal liking and didn’t listen to how I wanted my nails done. I ask for a manicure first and she ignores me to proceed with doing my dip nails and cuts me! The ombré effect is horrible my nails look white and lumpy. All the owner could do is Knock off $2 dollars! HORRIBLE customer service! They didn’t even try to make things right. I’m very disappointed because the place actually looks very elegant. When a customer is requesting a specific service even at last minute never do what you “personally” prefer. They lost a good paying customer that would’ve tipped very well.

The staff is not very friendly. And you wonder why you dont have a good return rate. Hello!! If you work with the public you gotta be a little nicer. Daughter and I both got nails . When they were done they took off. No bye, thank you, wheres your money. Nothing just gone. We walked to front and paid. But will not be going back.

Really nice place, but my tech wasn’t very friendly. Seemed like he didn’t really like doing nails and also seem kind of annoyed whenever I asked him to tweak a few things. My nails looks alright, but not great. Would be a really cool place otherwise.

The lady that started my nails...cut the fake nail way to short. She just kept going. I asked her to redo it. She ripped it off my thumb...causing it to bleed. She said oh its ok. Ummm NO ITS NOT. Even though The Nail God fixed it. She was rushing to do my nails. She was very apologetic. I recieved a small discount. Overall i was pleased with the end result. Only the nail god can do them if i return.

The customer service is great, although the prices are ridiculous I payed $50.00 for the shortest set of mails and they weren’t even shaped nice and the polish was everywhere. At nail time and day spa down the street I only pay from $40.00 to $45.00 for a decent length and gel all in one and my shape was need and they removed all the extra polish. I wouldn’t not recommending that place, maybe that’s why it’s always availability because no one goes.
