I have been coming here for years and I decided to get acrylic on my toes I just am so embarrassed to even walk around with toes like this I just feel like they’re so ugly and horrible! The shape is bad/uneven/chunky plus they cut me and I didn’t even get my toe nails cleaned out ): the girl I had was great but I just am not happy with my service I just feel like a 5$ discount does not make up for this lmaooo

After two years of loyalty I am sad to not return. I wish customer service would stay consistent and I wish pricing would also stay consistent, especially during a pandemic. My entire office has always gone to this location but we are all disappointed for multiple reasons, it saddens all of us because we love our techs but money seems to be most important, not client retention.

My nail tech was amazing. Been a few times for mani-pedi and I loved it. It’s a bit more in cost but the prices make sense and base prices are reasonable. Worth every dollar. Let’s not forget to mention the amount of staff they have is impressive! In a salon having a lot of staff is hard to do so it was awesome to see people enjoying their workday in this salon.Any technician is a good bet!Needless to say I will be returning.-one very happy customer.

First time here, I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. They didnt turn me away. The staff were friendly and nice. I love my nails and will be back! I would highly recommend.I didnt see them turn anyone away, which is rare. Im very pleased with the quality for the price of my nails. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. I see why theyre so busy- great customer service.

I love this place and get my nails done here all the time but today I got my toes done and as you can see one of them is crooked and and slanted leaning towards the right instead of straight everyone acted like nothing wrong it when it’s really obvious that it’s crooked. They just repainted like that was going to fix it. In the picture you can clearly see what foot I’m talking about I won’t be getting my toes done here anymore.

My daughters nails were good. Danny did a great job on my toes. Thats the only reason I am giving two stars. The lady who did my nails did an absolutely awful job and I repeatedly asked her to fix them and she said okay and then kept on. For the outrageous price I paid, I expected my nails to be beautiful and they are definitely NOT! Very disappointed.

Recommended by my niece. Friendly staff and very professional. A true work of art. Now my wife and daughter love the place and have gone a couple times. What is best of all they please their customers a big plus in my books.

Overpriced and the absolute worst nails Ive had and then the nail techs have the nerve to have bad attitudes and expect a tip. Only one or two ppl can truly wax eyebrows and they tell you what to get instead of just listening to the customer. Then I see other comments on here were they have responded with arrogance

It was my first time there I didnt like it my nails was not good I had a pedicure and Medicare my feet were good I did like the young lady that did my feet but the young man that did my my hands I still had cuticles around my nails so I wasted $61 they are a bit pricey the price was no problem it was the service when you first walk-in it just immediately told me itll wash my hands and I told him I want to know whats your prices and what yall offer before I wash my hands and then he was rude he stopped waiting on me and started talking to another woman in you just cant find good customer service anywhere anymore not in person not on the phone so I do believeI I wont go there again

Loved the set up. But this nail shop charge $45 to put the nail on... Just the nail on.. Then $15 just to out acrilic on the nail. Oh and theres more from $5 to $15 just to cut the nail. And when I say $5 thats live a very short nub nail. Plus a tip. This is what you get for $70. I understand good quality. But I also understand RIPOFF!!!!

I decided to give this place a try today. If you’re big on customer service, I wouldn’t step foot into this place. I’m so over nail salon employees telling me what services they want me to get and disregard what service I’m asking for. I am the customer and I know exactly what I want. If you’re not able to provide a service then just say that. If you don’t know how just say that! The owner arrogantly came over to me and said “I am the owner.” Then he tried to tell me I don’t need this or that all because they were too lazy to do it or didn’t know how. Who cares that you’re the owner? If I ask for a service and I’m paying for it then that’s what I expect to get. Don’t put it on your checklist as a service offered if you don’t want to do it! What kind of “owner” argues with a customer about what they feel they need to get done to their nails? I decided I wasn’t going to spend over a hundred dollars worth of services somewhere where I’m treated very rudely and disrespected. There was still dust on my toes from the tech filing and they didn’t offer me a towel or anything to brush it off. I went two blocks south (there’s a nail salon on every corner) and got a much better job and definitely better customer service.If you look at the good reviews, most are from several years ago. Maybe different employees and different owner then....

Do NOT go here. They hurt my hand terribly. My manicure looks like my 10yr old did it. Buy the stuff on Amazon and do it yourself or with a friend. Pictures attached soon. Anh was the manicurist, if you do go stay away. And Henry is not going to give the quality massage pedicure you paid for, but at least he won’t cut you or poorly paint your toes.

I’ve been coming here for years, so I’ve seen old staff and the people that replaces them are top notch and so good at their job. The price is worth it! The atmosphere, the cleanliness, professionalism, and etiquette are 10/10! I don’t even have a specific person to visit because everyone is so well at their job, that I’m comfortable with whoever. Jen is definitely a favorite though. Love love love this place! I plan on continuing to coming here! Great job!

I got a dip set & gel pedicure eyebrows waxed... I paid 117 plus 14 a tip. for services and my eyebrows and toes are on point but 50 for nails that one i need to go back for im upset about it because it has piece of lint brush and bubbles and my thumbs both look different but other that that jason and Angies were on point with their services. Most likely will not get my nails done though im picky.

Nail Tech did not want to cut my ingrown toenail. Paid for a $40 pedicure that included callus removal, all he did was use the pumice stone when I needed the stainless steel foot file. Came back the same day to get the same color I got on my toes which was an OPI polish. Owner refused to put a clear gel top coat over the polish. Regardless of his opinion of the longevity of the gel over polish if I am willing to pay for the product or services I dont understand why he could not provide the services I asked for. I came to this shop specifically because of their outstanding reviews and great nail designs on their fb page but definitely had a bad experience and will not be coming back here again seeing as though a day later the polish is chipping off because he wouldnt seal it off with a gel clear coat, something Ive been doing for over 5 years now at many different shops in many different states and it works for me.

They don’t do white acrylic tips. That’s pretty popular right now. I would call and ask about what type of nails you want before you waste your time. I got a pedicure but I won’t return forsure I like nail shops with options

My daughter, and I went in for the first time, and They did an excellent job!!! We walked in I had to get a soak off new set plus pedicure my daughter received a pedicure and a fill with designs and we were only there for an hr and a half!!!!! All I can say is they have gained two new customers 😁

I visited this salon for the first time today and was impressed. I was greeted by someone friendly and given a small paper to check in and explain what I wanted. (💗) There was a small wait but nothing unexpected. The service was great and my nails were exactly what I asked for. Love nails

They overcharge you left and right and pressure you to make decisions in a second. I hate being rushed- especially when you’re trying to relax and treat yourself to mani and pedi. This was the worst nail experience I’ve had at a salon. The prices are ridiculous. I got short almond shape nail with 4 designs- it was damn near 80 dollars. Not worth it. Don’t go here it’s not worth your $$$ or time.

There prices are ridiculous, I paid over 60$ just for my hands. I got drip coffin and weren’t long like I wanted. I broke 3 nails within the first week and half. And there policy is only for first week. As I started taking rest off they come off so easily. Won’t be going back.

This is one of the best nail salons that I have ever been to! Very professional, very organized, very fast and excellent quality. When we came in we were asked to fill out a paper stating what we wanted. All prices were on the paper so there was no unexpected charges. My nail tech, Helen, was courteous, knowledgeable, quick, and professional. She will definitely see me again!

My wife goes here and convinced me to go one day because of my ingrown toe nail. Ive been going a year now, and my toes feel great. They offer a glass of wine, margarita, or soft drink during your visit, and the massage chairs are top notch. Classy atmosphere too. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing!!! It isnt the cheapest BUT you get what you pay for and I work in a warehouse. I keep long nails and 3 weeks out and they still look freshly done. Wendy is the best!!!!

I love this place. My opinion, the best place in Fort Worth. I think I may go too much. Just kidding....today I was driving by, even though I just had a pedicure on Friday here, decided to come in for another. Every tech I have had has been amazing. But the guy today, as the music was playing, sang, dream again . Too funny. His singing /humming was actually great. We laughed together.

Helen does amazing work. Walked in late Sun., she did a fill and gel ombre solely based on my description. Prices are reasonable. Definitely will return.

Absolutely love my time in the nail salon here! It is my home nail salon in Fort Worth! The designs my nail technician, An, does are fantastic and last for weeks, the drinks are good, the people are friendly. I always go in and get dip powder done to my nails. Will did my nails and he said he usually just runs the shop. They were busy and got me in quickly. Absolutely amazing job!! Couldn’t be happier with my results. They can do any design, ombré, chrome/pearls. Got a pedicure done too and both came out perfect! Great pricing too. They are able to do dip or acrylic powder, tons of colors to choose from. Will be back time and time again.

I will have to give them a 1 on the basis of the price today. I got a dip full set and a pedicure, okay so the pedicure was $30, the dip $37 plus $5 for coffin and $5 for the length which they claim was long (see picture) now is it me or is this consider short maybe medium length MAYBE. Total $77. I have never paid this much before and Ive been here several times and have had this service before and my nails where a lil longer and I paid $65 this time around I was not satisfied. However over all treatment by the owner is GREAT (which he wasnt there I dont think) and hes usually pretty good about taking care of any situation. This is a good nail spa its nice, clean and they offer complimentary drinks. Im just disappointed for the first time.

I only give a 2 Star because of Lee, he was kind and friendly. I went in to get a full set of dip powder nails. I was already annoyed by the guy who they initially placed with me. He seemed not informed on what length would be long and agitated when I asked about it. When he clipped the first nail, I asked for him to wait and get confirmation on if that length was considered long before clipping them all down.because it was so short that if I were going to have to pay $5 more for a length that short I might as well get them longer he continued to clip all of the nails anyway.I wish I could post a picture of what was explained to me as long nails, in which is a cost of $5 more on top of the original price of $37 making them $42. The length that I would have wanted would have cost an additional $8. I wished I The nails they did after filing and buffing is EXTREMELY short. I will give credit to Lee and admit that they are neat, but definitely not worth the price. The lady I believe to be the manager attempted to explain why it would be $5 to $10 more for a certain length and her explanation didn’t seem like a legit reason. The fact that you have margaritas and drinks that I do not even want is not a reason to charge for that although she believes so. She stated they have to put in more work for people who have naturally shorter nails than those with Longer ones, yet I was out of there in less than 40min... that’s with me having to get confirmation on length and me even being placed with a different nail tech because I guess my questions began to annoy the other guy. She also said that “the nails will last 3 to 4 weeks which is longer than most places” I usually go to the same two nail places which one charges $30 and the other $35 and both places my nails last for 3-4 weeks. At those places The length is the perfect length I desire and takes them the same amount of time it took Lee to do my nails, I don’t see where the special efforts needed for people with shorter nails came into effect. I have learned my lesson. I’ll stick to my same two places. I don’t mind paying money for something that is worth it, if my nails were actually long I could understand paying the price, but they are in all actuality short. The scenery is nice, if you like margaritas, mediocre nails and being charged extra for every little thing, this is the place for you. I won’t be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone.One star as a response to response. The price was explained and I mentioned you you that I would need to see to understand, yes I did agree to stay. Cause your nail tech began throwing a fit on my nails when I asked to take them off, so instead of going through him toughly yanking at my fingers I stayed. I appreciate the gesture of not charging me the $5. The price was never a problem as I put the $5 towards the tip to Lee, only because he was nice. The issue is my nails ARE SHORT. Your explanation to why my nails are considered long are not valid. Thank you for you efforts to explain your viewpoint.

First time going, my daughter recommend this establishment was very pleased with my classic pedicure.

I go there frequently with my daughters. They are friendly and very accommodating, but more important than that, they do great work. I always leave so pleased with my nails. Sky is my go-to guy, hes awesome and so funny. But Ive had others do my nails also and Ive never been disappointed.

Only shop I know that charges you for absolutely everything like being charged for the shape is ridiculous and the customer service is a hit or miss too for sure my last time going there

I just left there and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in even though everyone was busy I was greeted, the man who I assume is the manager was very polite and got me seated and color picked out in a timely manner. The whole process of getting my nails done was awesome I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable at all and my dip nails came out exactly how I described I wanted them and I felt very relaxed the entire time. Overall great experience now we will just see how my nails hold up which I’m hoping is just as good!

I always come here and have a different person and my nails always come out good. They do need to slow down sometimes because I feel like they rush but other than that I enjoy coming here

When i got there i asked for white nails and toes.. the pedicure was about 65 because i like the gel but the dip manicure was probably the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I had to speak to several ppl about the color and I’m not sure Why seeing as i only asked for ...white. Long story short the nail tech mistook white for clear and i now i have clear dip nails lol i didn’t catch the mistake until it was too late so 110.00 Later i hate my nails 🙁 good thing it’s only two weeks

I am not one to get nails and pedicures done, but I needed them for my sons wedding. So I started the process a 6 weeks early to get used to wearing nails again. I got the dips done on nails and they were strong, not bulky and did not have to ruin my nails underneath. I also upgraded from basic pedicure to one step above, and yes you have to pay extra for this. Every salon charges extra for any additional service - same for massage. They were pleasant, professional and never gave me any problems about the colors I chose or pressured me to add on a service once they started. I will continue to use them in the future, and I assume they are so busy because they offer great service.

I am the wife writing this review, not Dan. I was in a few weeks ago to get my nails done for a wedding. I rarely ever get my nails done because Im so hard on them with my job. My friends suggested I try doing a dip. These guys had plenty of options for colors. I had so many compliments on my nails it was unbelievable! I felt bad because I accidentally smudged one of my nails twice before it dried and before I had the chance to leave. How embarassing! They took care of that smudged nail twice and were very nice and patient about it. It was my first time getting a dip. I liked how the dip made my nail seem stronger. I was able to grow my nails longer than usual because of that. My dip lasted 3 weeks before one nail decided to pop the color off like it was an acrylic nail. Again I am very hard on my nails. When I got back to my job I was surprised I was able to keep this color on for so long. This lasted longer than previous shellac jobs Ive had. I really appreciated the cleanliness of this place. They used clean tools that didnt have a lot of previous peoples nail dust on them but rather opened up clean ones from a package. I live in the cold climates and it was really nice that they were able to get rid of the damage winter has done to me so I could look good for my best friends wedding. The only thing I wish I could change is to have them do the pedicure and manicure at separate times. It was extremely hard for me not to move when they were working on my feet since Im very ticklish. I shouldve asked if they wouldve been willing to do that but I didnt want to be rude when they are busy. I would highly recommend going here to get your nails done. It was the best nail salon Ive ever been to and they treat you with a great amount of respect. If I lived close by I would be back there in a heartbeat.

I was in and out of this place so quick..I couldnt believe it. I hadnt finished my glass of white wine!! I got SNS nails ( dip powder). The removal of the old nails and applying the new ones took approx. 45 min. The Male nail tech was excellent!! No over-fileing my cuticles, no over sanding my nail beds. My nails look great!!The facility is clean and set up very elegantly. Its only $37 for SNS which is a little cheaper than Im used to paying in Ft Worth. Location is easily seen from the street and plenty of parking. Great nail salon.

I have been to this salon 2 or 3 times and during each visit they have been so warm and welcoming. They nail techs take such good care of you while youre getting whatever service youre paying for. Its well worth the price.

I went to Nails and beyond last week and Danny gave me the marble ombré gel full set, which was gorgeous but listened to the girl that was doing my feet and did them thin and they all broke! I paid $156 which is ridiculous for a full set and pedicure and my nails break less than a week! I highly recommend do not go to this nail salon! Overpriced and cheap work!

Me and my sister in law went today for the first time we were seated right away and attended right away Will was very nice he did my nails did want I wanted the only thing I wish a that the pink I got was darker its a little too light other than that everything was great a little pricey but you pay for what you get right?! The pedicure and nail polish looks great. But my manicure and nail polish is awful. Looks like I did it myself which is bad. Polish was already coming off the same day and it didn’t go to the edge of my nails. You could see where they put the second coat on because it didn’t cover completely.

So I went to this nail salon for the first time about a month and a half, two months ago. It was recommended by a friend. She told me to ask for a specific nail tech, who was not there when I arrived. The staff is very professional, and the shop is very nice and clean, well kept.I was passed on to another young lady who did a great job on my nails, but the whole time she was doing my nails she was watching the front, so she was up and down more than normal. I was there way longer than I should have been. She did apologize though but did not give me a discount. Fast forward to less than a week later, and my nails had already started lifting.A couple of weeks later, I went back again, and the same young lady did my nails, a new set plus a pedicure, and a wax. Again, very expensive...but within a week, one of my nails broke which was repaired free of charge.I have yet to see the original person I was supposed to ask for, and I’m not at all pleased with my nails.I went today and had them all taken off, because this time two nails broke to the point my fingers were hurting.Needless to say I will not be returning.

My best friend tried this place out and they were nice, good quality and didnt have to wait. Definitely going to be my new place
