Amazing. This my 1st time in TX and this nail salon was perfect. To have margaritas while getting a pedicure was a great experience

Worst experience my fiancé has ever had getting her nails done. When getting her nails done the lady even cut her finger and told her to “be quite and not say anything”. Taking them off, her actual nails are literally breaking in half. She will definitely NOT! be returning to this location.

Im a faithful customer here and my experience today was absolutely awful. Im very displeased with the end result of my nails, my cuticles are bleeding still after leaving, the paint isnt done well, and the nails are uneven and not cleaned up at all. I wasnt trying to make a scene in the store or bring any attention to the workers and customers but I would really like a refund. I also paid $53 for this.

Definitely not terrible from far away, but the texture is uneven, the tips are so thin that they’re already cracking, they’re not shiny, and not clean around the edges. The staff here is very nice (I’ve been 3 times). However, the woman I had yesterday was in a big rush, even though it wasn’t busy early in the morning. This lady had everything smooth and even, then was careless with the activator (pink liquid) brush and ruined the smooth texture. Then, in stead of a top coat, she put a BASE coat at the end of it all, and not very evenly. AND I got a polish change on my toes and she did not put the top coat on the whole nail. If she would have taken her time, they would have been perfect.

Used old nail polish these are suppose to be white! I watched the lady dilute the polish. They turned color a day after I had work and was really busy came in today and told me I should of called and refused to give a refund!!! Terrible service don’t come here.

Me and my toddler went to get out nails and toes done.I told them I wanted two pedicures, a mani and I wanted a full set. They sat us in pedicure chairs and started my pedi. They kept asking what I wanted for my daughter and I said a mani and pedi. The lady came and painted her toes without clipping them or anything. She picked out a pink color and the lady ended up adding blue glitter on top without asking. I kept asking them to paint her finger nails and the lady kept saying she don’t want em she don’t want em. The lady then started doing my nails and asked what shape I wanted and I said square. She started applying acrylic and was doing a super super thin layer and I requested she do it a little thicker since I’m active. She said she knew what she was doing. When she started filing my nails she started rounding the corners and I reminded her that I wanted square shape. She said that was square shape. I paid for my pedi and full set and my daughters toes.I left and two days later while putting on my jeans two nails broke. I called the salon and he said come and we will fix, no issue. I went back and the same lady came to fix my two nails and another was cracked. I asked her if she could make them a tad thicker so they didn’t keep cracking and that I was willing to pay. She fixed my two nails and made them super thick and also added super glue to my nail that was cracked and nothing to any other nail. She then started painting the two nails she fixed and missed half of the nail and once she put it under the led light the side started to discolor. I was just over it at that point and left and my daughter even said we will never come again. I did get my toes white and a little less than a week after my pedi my toes started turning brown. I don’t smoke and I’m not around anyone that smokes. All in all a bad experience and very disappointed.

Only leaving one star to post the review. Got the dip nails and pedi. After a week the nails looked like they needed to be filled and one broke in half. The nail polish on toes is uneven and looks like I did it at home. When my friend and I asked for separate bills the dude up front literally rolled his eyes at us! Won’t be back.

My nails look beautiful but nail lady was rough...I came out with atleast 3 cuts on my cuticles.

I would never come back to this nail shop, first off when we came in, we were not greeted, that was a red flag…. The lady in charge was sooo rude to not just me but to other clients……that was a complete turn off, if I’m spending my money I would like good service…. So me and my daughter just got our nails soaked off and left…. Mess up my whole experience and I would neverrrr spend my coins there everrrr….. I would advise when you have a business, try pleasing the customer because if it wasn’t for us you would not have a JOB!!!!!!!

Beautiful salon with great nail techs and yummy pedicures. Very modern and great pricing with a wide variety of services. The sign on the store actually says Garden Spa Nails so Im not sure where Deluxe Nails comes from...

I set up an appointment at 10 and they didn’t start on my pedi till 20 minutes later. My boyfriend got a pedi as well and his toe got infected the next day. Would not recommended this place, if you want to walk out with an infected toe.

I paid 48.00 for a HORRIBLE job for just gel nails!!!! I have used this salon over the years and I will NEVER go back, the service has slowly been declining over the years each time I am more disappointed than the last so I will not go back. The lady had messed up on one of my nails and thought just painting over it would work. She didnt file the edges and and all of the nails are uneven. I dont know why the price was so high, I thought gel was easier and less expensive than dip. I would not recommendthis place to anyone and nails salons have such high competitionyou would think they would try to keep a customer.

The hubby and I received excellent care! He had a relaxing pedi and now his feet back to pretty! My nail tech, Kent, did not rush he took his time and was attentive to my wants. The hubby and I appreciate the fact that we both walked in at the same time and also both finished and walked out at the same time. Clean, friendly staff, face masks are optional for customers. Busy yet got us in almost immediately. Manis, pedis, wax, nails, and a wide variety of other services are offered here. Walk ins are welcome but as busy as they are would recommend an appt or plan to wait a few minutes

My mom and I had a Mani/ pedi. We were not asked what type of pedi we wanted and had to tell the ladies after they tried to start we want d the deluxe. Then my mom wasnt asked what fragrance and they just chose for her. They seemed very confused like they didnt know what they were doing. Both of us had burns and cutes on our fingers and toes cause they rushed. I do have to say the lady who did my pedi gave the best foot and leg massage I have ever had. The ladies were friendly.

I asked for help matching the color I was looking for and the nail tech couldn’t or didn’t want to and had a bad attitude so then as I asked the man at the front if the swatches on the counter matched the nail polish he got an attitude then the nail tech threw my shoes at my feet I will never go back and my polish is all over my cuticles

I went to this salon for the first time ever on Wednesday and I am not happy whatsoever with the outcome. I spent $130 there just to walk out with painful fingers as you can see all the cuts to my cuticles on both hands and two sets of nails that aren’t even the same shape. I also had a pedicure done one of those more expensive ones and the tech giving my pedicure massages my legs as if they were two pieces of logs. I’m still experiencing pain today. I do not recommend this salon nor will I be returning. Also my cuts on my fingers are still not healed and one looks like it may be getting infected. So dissatisfied.

Wife finally talked me into getting a pedicure. Was happy to see I wasnt the only man in there. It was actually a very pleasant experience as they wash and massage your feet and calves. Had a couple of drinks and relaxed in the massage chair. Sad i hadnt gone earlier now.

This place is amazing. Husband and I went today as a last minute treat. We both got the deluxe pedicures and the leg and foot massage was fantastic.They immediately sat us and served us a margarita and did such a wonderful job. Linda and Cindy friendly, funny and just as fantastic.

Very happy with my experience at Deluxe Nail Salon! Everyone was incredibly nice and seemed to genuinely care, even though they were extremely busy! I called and made an appointment for myself and two others, and they were very accommodating. My manicure is perfect, and I can say the same about my pedicure. Relaxing and friendly. Just what I needed! Whenever Im back in Fort Worth, Ill know where to go!

Do not let Kent do you’re nails! He did mine and the color was wrong and very uneven And my nails were noticeable uneven and not even 24 hours later they were pealing off. I called and told what happened and they told me to come back. They had Juli fix my nails and they came out wonderful and beautiful I’ll be using her from now on!

I walked in and the young man that greeted me was extremely rude he had a bad attitude from the start I mistakenly called the wrong number thinking it was this place and he very rudely said you don’t have an appointment because we’re about to close in 30 min, I was blown away because of how rude he was! I walked in 25 min before close and it’s so sad that they couldn’t gain my business ! Save yourself some time and go to the other place that I ended up going afterwards U Nails Spa on University St ! These people know customer service and were very sweet and helpful !

I normally have a good time with this salon they get me in quick even when busy and the lady that did my nails was pretty nice but she didn’t push my cuticle back at all my nails weren’t even the throughout and has chipped on the thin parts and because my cuticles weren’t pushed back they are grown out just enough to be slightly hit and pop off already had one come off my nails grow pretty slowly and I’ve only had them on for 6 days

Well, Ive been looking for a new nail tech. I thought Id give them a shot. I walked in, stood patiently, waiting for assistance. Another client walked up, paid, I waited.... Another woman walked behind me, the older gentleman at the register made eye contact with her, and proceeded to ask her what she needed. I didnt feel the need to notify him that I had been there first. Instead I walked away. Besides my personal encounter, or lack thereof, I believe it was a beautiful facility, and very calming.

I hadnt been there in a while, because they were not good in the past. So I went in and tried the dip nails and the girl that did the nails did a horrible horrible job. If it werent for the fact that I got glitter nails so you could not see the imperfections, I would have had her take them off and redo them by somebody else. Lumps, bumps and waves all over each nail.I will not go back.

The women could not understand what my friend and I wanted - even when showing them pictures. A guy came over to explain it to them, and they still couldnt get it. I ended up with white tips because I didnt want a bad set of nails. They botched my friends nails and she had to go back to get them fixed. I should have - mine started lifting the next day. I have never had nails break and two of mine did. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Dont waste 45 dollars here!

My go-to nail salon on the weekends. Ive found the gel manicures pretty consistent here. There is slightly more variability in the regular manicure quality but never bad to complain. My cuticles are always trimmed well, care is taken on the shape and polish, and everyone that works there is incredibly nice. So affordable and Ill definitely come back soon.

Dont go to this nail salon unless you want to spend $53 for a set of nails have two of the nails crooked have the lady spend an hour and a half trying to even out the crookedness of your nails and still not achieving that then to go home and have the set on for 3 days and have two Nails pop off this place is a freaking joke

This nail salon is my favorite. Friendly, efficient, and they have great nail techs. My tech was able to fix a very bad lumpy acrylic set that I received from a different salon. What a godsend! I have been going here for two years and can say that the quality is always steadfast, and reasonably priced. Such a pleasure every time! Thanks guys!

The lady who did my nails did a very good job and was super sweet, the man up front however was terribly rude . Snatched my card out of my hand when I paid and instead of handing it back, rudely tossed my card and receipt on the counter and walked off. Nails look good but will not support a business where the manager (or whoever the hell he was) treats costumers like they are bellow him and an inconvenience.

I have never had good luck with my nails at this salon. I have used them 3 times over the past 2 years and they never turn out good at all. This past Friday I went in for dipped ombré nails and they look terrible. My nails have lumps in them, my fingers are cut up and there is acrylic on my cuticles. I went back today to see if they would fix them. I wanted a different person to fix them, but they made the lady that originally did my nails fix them. Well, they are not fixed and the lady seemed annoyed that I came back to get them fixed. Waste of time and money! I now have to pay another place to fix my nails.

I have been going to Deluxe Nails for over five years. I have always had great service. My pedicure was great. My manicure was too except I wanted one with more services, like wax and massage. My advice is get the menu and point to what you want, specifically. It will save your attitude.

Organic dip nails are the best. Last forever and look beautiful. Prices are fair. They always polish change my little one for $5 when we go. Worth the wait...which is never too long because I swear they have like 30 employees on the floor.

Expensive, for a bad job. I dont mind paying a lot for a nice experience- but this was far from that.I couldnt even enjoy my pedicure because of the woman doing my acrylics. She kept hurting me over and over and I would pull away from her not wanting her to continue. I have several cuts, and she filed all my fingers raw. The nails are a mess! Sloppy. She didnt care to take her time. She came back to fix them 3 different times- each time cutting me. I finally said no more! Please stop touching my hands. I had to pay full price. $45 for a bad job! The nails are extremely thick as well and she said it was because of the gel. I get my nails done every few weeks with gel- and have never had gummy, thick nails. To try and get the polish off my skin she was using clippers and cutting my skin away! I cant wait to get them done somewhere else. Ill have to wait a few days for my fingers to stop burning.When I was paying I told them why I was unhappy and they said that I could come back and get a new set with a different tech- no charge. But why would I want to come back??My pedicure was done well though, and everything seemed clean.

Tina does an amazing job. She takes her time, definitely a perfectionist. Been coming to this place for years. Totally recommend!

Great service, terrific foot massage

This is my first rating of any establishment, however what a drone else says about the owner is true. He does not listen when you try to explain why youre not happy with your service. I asked for a full in with a really light pink l, considering that is what I had initially received from Mary. Mary had done a fabulous job on my initial set and she made me feel comfortable no matter how much I hated the pink and white. When Kathy proceeded to pretty much start over (for a fill in) I became a little skeptical. I was thankful that she wanted my nails to look nice however throughout the entire time she was doing my nails I reminded her that I did not want the pink to shine through. I wanted the overlay to look as nice as possible since it seems like no one around here does a gel overlay instead of the nail polish (if youre from North Carolina you will know what a gel fill-in is. For some reason they dont have that anywhere near me!). I tried to be optimistic but as she was finishing up it looked took pink for my taste. I told her I was sorry but did not like it but it looked really pink. When she brought the owner over he had no compassion and was like thats the light pink. Then the lady who I guess is the manager was rude as well telling me that what my nails looked like is how it was supposed to look. I continued to explain that when I initially had gotten my nails done Mary used a light coat of the light pink acrylic (and as Im talking the lady is shaking her head). I have had my nails done many of times and I have never experienced this type of customer service. I did not want to pay for my service unless someone was going to listen to me. I did not appreciate them continuing to speak in their language about the light pink and me complaining about it.My advice is stick with the person you know and trust to do your nails and avoid the owners if at all possible

On my latest visit Saturday the lady put my nails in a. Little bitty tiny bowl of acetone to soak off old nails. Nail tech says owners said they are using too much acetone so have cut down on size of soaking bowl. Crazy, uncomfortable. Guess I should take my own bowl and acetone and cut back on my very generous tips.

Went in just to get my toenails painted instead of a pedi because I had my 2 year old. Rushed the whole time I couldn’t get a French tip because first she said it would cost extra after I said that’s fine she said my toenails were too short. There were plenty of chairs and I couldn’t sit till my nails were dry and was told to go the front after I paid she was hovering over me the whole time as I wrote the tip. Then was told okay bye bye. I couldn’t even wait to leave till my nails were dry. Won’t be going back.

At first I was okay with the experience. They seemed nice and did a decent job. I noticed a sign saying that if you wanted to tip you had to tip in cash. So I got cash out of the atm they had in their corner. My friend paid with her card. The next day she noticed that they charged her twice on her card. Her total was $30 and they charged her $60. When she went back into the salon to talk to the manager and work out the situation he was extremely rude. He called her names and told her that she had paid for us. Which is ridiculous as my other friend and I paid in cash. When she pointed this out to him, he ask to see her receipt. She told him that he didnt give her a receipt. He told her that he always gives a receipt. But I didnt receive a receipt either. He finally just kept yelling at her and tell her she was charged right. So now my friend is out $30 and they didnt even get her nails right. She had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I am extremely upset that my friend was treated so horribly. I will never go back there again. I hope if you do go pay in cash!!!!!

I had Annie do my pedicure. She was amazing and couldnt have been nicer. It was a relaxing experience and I will definitely be going back.

I have only been here twice but both times I have been beyond satisfied with my mani-pedi. The employees are always nice and they do a really great job. I always get shellac on my nails and it ends up lasting close to 3 weeks! I will definitely make the drive to Deluxe Nail Salon to get my nails done.

I use to come here never had a problem with my nails till I went to get them done for the 1st time in 3 yrs. I showed a picture to the lady of the nail shape I wanted which was coffin nail. She took her time at first then she rushed to get them done. She did a poor job. My nails were uneven and not the shape I wanted. Obviously she didnt get a tip and Ill never come here again!

This is the worst set of nails I have ever had. I paid 45 dollars for them and it is the worst. I am so disappointed and so upset about them. I literally want to cry. Mine are not straight blotchy and too short. Just a horrible job.

My daughter paid for my nails in March for my birthday and got her done hers done as well we both got solar nails didnt know that two kinds of powder would be different costs plus I wanted some color on the end of the nails and I wanted to see what it look like with white sparkle and purple sparkle at that point I said can you do one finger so I can see what it looks like with the white on the base and the purple on the chip or vice versa anyway they actually came out pretty good but it took forever for them to do it and then after we got done it was almost $150 between what I got done just my nails and my daughter got hers done which was not what we were told originally then him then found out that they are not paid by the hour and they dont share their own little spots they are all that work there are on commission based which means if you have more than one technician doing different things for you then youre going to pay the extra cost for different technicians doing different jobs and the rate is not going to beThe same for one technician if she did say your nails and the other one did your petty Manny Petty its going to be different prices was not happy with not being told the right price since my daughter was paying for me as a birthday present

My favorite place to get nails done.

Been a customer here for years with no problems until 12/23/2014. Requested a Shellac French tip manicure with a glitter top coat. The nail tech produced a new product for the glitter top coat that when applied wet it appeared yellow in color on the nail. After curing under the UV light the top coat turned from yellow to clear with silver glitter. All was well for a few days until the nail color reverted back to yellow. Horrible! Having left for vacation in another state right after the manicure, I was not able to return to Deluxe Nail Salon until today. I discussed the problem with the front desk receptionist and asked for some kind of accommodation. She said because I did not return the next day nothing could be done. Not acceptable! They have lost a long time customer.

I got my nails done on Saturday, i paid for the dip because i heard that was the best for ur nails. Literally 2 days later 3 nails fell off!!!! When i was getting them done, the lady didn’t even match the lengths. She didn’t even attempt to either. She wasn’t friendly at all. The wouldn’t give my daughter a pedicure cause she couldn’t reach, but that’s never been a problem anywhere else..? I’m never going back there again

We had the worst service, the nail tech was so rude. She did not do anything i asked, she hurt me multiple times during my pedicure, and you can tell she didn’t not want to be there. My friend and I did not get our moneys worth. Definitely going to a different nail salon next time.

There’s a reason this place doesn’t have the greatest reviews. It’s like a sweat shop, they rotate people out like cattle and do a extremely poor job. Will not ever set foot back into this place. Doesn’t issue refunds and thinks the customer is in the wrong. I feel sorry for this establishment thinking they do a good job.

Wonderful services. Been going there every since they opened. I wont go no where else. For the most of the time I love my nails. I know my tech. And so they give me what I like. I wont go no where else. I recommend they to all my family and others. We all go there. Very friendly and never have to wait but when I do its never more then 15 mins.

I have been to this salon approx 6 times now, and all but once call ahead and make an appointment that morning for later that day. It never fails, I wait 30 to 40 minutes for the 2nd half of my service. IF YOU CANT COMMIT, DONT! Also I feel compared to other salons, they are a bit over priced. Now on the upside, I have always left liking my nails!

Everyone was ver friendly however I got shalac on my nails and it hasnt even been a week and it just peeled right off!! Ive NEVER had that happen before. Was in town visiting and us girls went to have a manicure and pedicure. Our feet are still rough! We paid $200 for all 3 of us!! Waste of hard earned money for sure!!

Horrible Service! First no one is greetingYou. Had Gel shellac done and just like the other reviews..I was pricked, a few times my nails were harshly treated. I requested to have my Nails done after my Pedicure, butThey didn’t Respect my request. So then One of my nails came off the day after!I called and requested a refund as I had a 20 minute drive to correct their mistake (hesitantly I drove) Ken the owner was Rude and rejected to give me a refund for the bad experience... I will NEVER return!!! They’re is plenty of nails salons with appreciation and talent for their work. Do not go!!!

I paid 160 (plus customary tip to total 180) to get a gel mani/pedi with my sister. Her nails turned out sheer because they did not add enough layers of polish. My nails were not done gently. I was nicked multiple times by my person. After I left, I found that my nails were not filed well and a few had jagged edges. The price I paid was not worth the quality of service that I received. Much too expensive. Will not come back

First time here and never going back. My sister and I went here about a week ago (5 days ago) and lets start off with our nails are already chipping and polish is fading! She asked her technician for a simple circle-like design and got squares drawn on.. My technician Loan was very rough and didnt listen well. She would grab and yank my arm when I simply just put it down. To pay $40 for just a gel polish on my natural nail that is already discolored and chipping is just not my kind of professional service.

I was not impressed with this salon. The person that worked on my husbands nails never said one thing, except that she wouldn’t do what he asked. i am not sure she really got the ingrown nail out of my big toes, as they hurt, and my fingernails(I get dipped) are sloppy, lumpy, and are all the way up on my cuticles.I won’t be going back to this place again.

I keep giving this place a chance and every time I go in there they screw my nails up!! Every nail looked different!! They look so bad and I pay so much for them!! I got the ombré nail color and I didnt like it it was so messed up looking! So the next day I went in to have it fixed and the shape of my nails fixed and the guy told me he was going to charge me 30 dollars to fix the salons mistake!! Pedicures arent has great either!! I will not come back I dont care how nice it looks inside!!

This was my first time in this nail salon . I’m not going to say that it was a bad experience but I can say that my nails was not what I expected when the prices was high . I been to other places that I got my nails done for 15$ and had way better job done . I keep telling the man that my nails was not done right and that they where uneven he kept telling me that it’s because they are my real nails I’m sorry. But I have a regular nail lady and she does my nails perfect . The worse part I paid 45$ for a overlay and a gel polish to have to go home and fix the mistakes he done on my fingers. I dont agree with the other review at all! I go to this nail salon every other Wednesday and have had nothing but great service! It is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to!

I dont get to get my nails done often, but always go here when I do. Even though its not close. Always had a good pedi here and Jimmy is incredible on my nails!

Great experience and timely services with a smile.
