Prior to finding Park Place, I had several unpleasant experiences at local salons that forced me to take my business elsewhere. At Park Place they strive to know their customers, meet their needs, and maintain their business. The owners are always present, attentive, and personable. They genuinely care about their clients and the business they are running. Everyone at this location works tirelessly, and with a smile on their face. If anything isnt what I wanted or hoped for (which is rare) all I have to do is communicate this once and they are swift to correct the situation so that I leave satisfied. I wont be going anywhere else!

This guy right here got his feet done for the first time ever. They made me feel welcome and comfortable here. My feet came out in the best shape they have ever been! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Park Place was my go to shop for almost two years. The front desk staff is always very nice but the nail techs always rush through the process. The nail tech’s customer service could be a lot better than just the bare minimum given that we spend hundreds of dollars here. The nails themselves were usually good but if I can pay the same price elsewhere for much more attentiveness then I absolutely will.

I love this salon! Started going pretty soon after they opened, have not gone anywhere since. The staff is absolutely terrific. Love the owner Cammie and Amy that I now request every time. I look forward to getting my pedicure each month.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and have stopped by Park Place Nail Spa a few times. It’s been very hit or miss for me. I went this week to get my nails done on Sunday for my birthday, which is next week, and decided to splurge on chrome nails ($54). By Wednesday, I had to return to the salon because the chrome was chipping off in so many places. I was told that the chrome doesn’t always hold up, and they fixed them for free. Now it’s Saturday, and they’ve chipped off AGAIN. I am so, so disappointed. Planning to go to a different salon to get new nails done. I wish they had told me the chrome doesn’t hold up BEFORE I spent the money to get them done.

This was my first time trying this salon for a mani / pedi. They did a horrible job & it looked like a kid did them. I kept telling them my nails were not dry & they insisted they were. The polish had black spots on them, toes & fingers! I spoke to the owner who didn’t really care. I will not be back & do not recommend them.

I have been going to Park Place Nails for about a YEAR now and every time there is always something wrong that I just deal with and I spend over $100 every time I step foot in this place, but THIS TIME is completely unacceptable. Literally the WORST set of nails I have ever had done in my ENITRE experience of EVER getting my nails done. It was an absolutely horrible experience and for someone that has been a repetitive customer I am BEYOND disappointed and LIVID that they thought I was going to PAY for these nails and not complain about how they look. Especially when they know they themselves would never accept a set of nails they tried to charge me for today. I DO NOT recommend going to them at all, not for the service or the quality. It’s ridiculous especially for the prices they throw at you.

Nicki was great and Im really happy with my nails. Although the quiet young man who did my pedicure was very thorough, and Im happy with the end result. He seemed very distracted and my little leg and foot massage was lackluster. Maybe just a bad day. We all have them. So Ill go back. All in all, very happy with the end result.

My first appointment exceeded my expectations! I booked a gel Mani pedi through Yelp. You can tell that the salon holds itself to high standards. I left completely satisfied and will definitely visit again!

Charging for length and shape drives me crazy but I use to let it slide because they were amazing. Now the shape is off and giving my discount away because they are not checking customers out properly. Very disappointed that I once again have to find a new spot

They were terrible I had went in and the lil girl told me it would be a 15 min wait so I wait and she tells me to go sit in the seat so I sit in a seat and Am waiting a whole 10 mins so I asked a little girl I don’t have time to be sitting here I need to get my nails done I have other places to be and she says it would be another 30 minutes while I’m sitting there 0/10.

Such a good experience, new to the area and this is going to be my new nail spot. Everyone one was friendly and accommodating and nails came out better than expected!

Honestly HORRIBLE. I went and 4 people here tried to talk to me at the same time they do not let you take a breather... I sit and ask for a skinny square came out with a coffin. And lady who did my nails was bossy!!! And also would push my hand to get my other hand. I had to put her in her place fast!! Would NOT recommend to anyone even if it was the last nail salon on earth.

1st timer ! Very great atmosphere. Provided me with drinks. Will be coming back ! !

I got a gel mani and a french pedi but the TCU Pedicure edition, so it was pretty much a nice massage, dead skin removal, w hot stone and towels in the mix. very relaxing. kind staff! Not all the visible/raised dead skin was removed after being done, though, and that’s why I took off one star.

I have given Park Place Nails a few try’s and y’all, I have so many great things to say! So professional, amazing quality and good prices. And an avid nail salon visitor, I can definitely say they are one of the best! I’ve found my new nail home!

I just starting coming to this salon and I love this place, Cammie and Amy do an amazing job! Everyone is very nice and professional. I am always greeted when I come in and taken care of right away.

Today was my second time here. I have been to a few nail salons and this one by far exceeds my expectations. They are very welcoming and very clean. I got a dip powder manicure and pedicure. You dont feel rushed and they do a great job! Cami the owner takes care of her clients!! You should come by you will not be disappointed!!!

I been going to Cami for 3 years. I’m very selective with my nails. They consistently provide gear service. She has talented staff. Clean and professional. They wipe and sanitized everything.

I have been to Park Place Nail Spa 3 times now, and I have loved my nails every time. I have not found a place that has made my dip manicure look this natural. On top of flawless manicures, the salon it self is not only clean but beautiful. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. The whole experience is amazing! The 25 minute drive I have to take to get to Park Place is more than worth it.

This is a lovely, peaceful shop! The owner is very warm and welcoming. I have had services done by 5 different technicians and have been delighted each time.

I absolutely love this place! Im one of those that have been too many salons and have been endlessly searching never really happy truly in the end. Since Ive been coming here which is the last four times I have had three different people and I have never been so satisfied in all these years from the minute I walk into the door to the moment I leave I feel welcomed and special.

They are taking the extra mile to ensure safety during this time, by wearing masks themselves, requiring clients to wear masks, and taking appointments so that they are not overcrowded. They always have done a great job with their services, now they are above and beyond.

I had heard wonderful things about Cami so when I found out she opened this salon I had to try it! The whole team is wonderful and it surpassed my expectations. They go above and beyond to make your experience delightful!

This place was very clean and the people there are very nice, I got a manicure which I loved but my pedicure looked a bit sloppy, I did not realize until I got in my car but other than that I think it’s a good place.

Visited Jaye Rutherford here in chair 132. I love seeing her once a month. She brings to life my ideas for my hair and always asks me about whats going on in my life AND remembers it from one visit to the next. So worth the trip in to Fort Worth!

I have seen Cami for years. She is the only person I let do my nails. Her new place is awesome! Her salon is a private suite that is a quiet and relaxing experience. She has all of the ammenities of a large salon but with the benefit of personalized care. Book an appointment, walk-ins are hard to come by.

Amazing place, the people there were very sweet very talkative I loved Nicki she did fabulous nails on me and I will definitely be coming back to see her I havent had my nails this perfect ever by anybody
