Horrible job. Painting is the basics of nail art. This simple gel polish looks like it was done by a 2 year old. Of course I did not tip because the job is horrible but she then chases me to my car to LIE and say payment did not go through so I need to pay again. I have receipt and charges were taken from my account. I’m shocked that one she thought she deserved a tip and 2 she was going to scam me into doing so. This is my second horrible experience…. I’ll never be back.

They are disrespect and lazy got a full set didnt want a color on them because they was so ugly like she didnt want to do them but wanted my money, WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN IF I COULD IT I WOULD RATE THIS A NEGATIVE 1

I came in toward the end of the day and they were able to cater to me and did such an amazing job on my nails.

My pedi was trash. Then my big toe nails are trash one square one oval square 😒 and they my real toe nails!. First tech painted trash second one was okay. Overall WONT BE BACK!

I asked them to be a little gentle with my foot because It was in pain, they just kinda giggled and extra rough with it. They kept looking dead at me in my eyes and was talking about me amongst themselves and laughing. the person doing my girlfriends feet never said a word to her what so ever or looked at her once.

I wish i could give 0 star or worse than that. I work at food place so i just wanted to take off my nails. They wanted to charge $20 just take off my nails with remover. But they would charge $10 to take off the acrylic nails with hand. They were hurting me sooo bad when i said its hurting she literally was like “I will take off your nail easily by soaking it but will charge you $20” when i said why $20 They were like okay you can leave. And they cut my acrylic nails and just told me to leave like this. I went back to talk to manager or whoever is in charge they said they dont have manager. The lady with short hair is very rude. Dont go back guys. Spend your money somewhere nice.

Beautiful facility, staff was nice but my water was cold for my pedicure and they didnt really run it while u waited to get waited on. Wasnt busy so not sure? Ill try them again and see.

This is how your white gel will look. Absolutely horrible. I paid 50 bucks and will never go again. The ladies are nice but all seem to be very lazy and could care less about how you feel. They never open on time and do not take pride in there work which obviously you can see. This was done on Saturday 19th. Be careful when even considering a pedicure especially with the older ladies, they cant halfway see. I see they are remodeling so hopefully things will change.

Not sure if the picture showed just how awful off a job she did, but Ive never had a worse job done on my nails. Nancy was her name. I was not offered a drink when everyone else was. She spent 20 minutes on my nails for a solar fill and cutdown. I actually want to cry at how awful they look. I can actually see where the old lines were from the last fill. A good technician would never allow this. I will never go back.

My boyfriend paid for me to come here for my birthday. The nails looked horrible and the lady continued to hurt me during my pedicure. Also, my cuticles were tender and sore for weeks after getting a full set. I told her and she claimed “this is how you get perfect nails.” I’d give zero stars if I could.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. The ladies are nice but no one is thorough. My nails started chipping and peeling right after leaving the salon and I’d let them dry longer than I even needed to. They hardly did my cuticles, didn’t get dirt out, the paint was splotchy and they missed areas, etc. The lady was even rude and said it was my fault for not holding still, uhhh I’m an adult and have been getting my nails done for years. Pretty sure that’s not the issue here. My daughter’s polish was off within 2 hours. The colors are also way off, so definitely test whichever color you want before committing. I spend almost $100 and it was a waste. I won’t ever go back.

Every time I come to this location the lady i always soo rude..her location is soo close to me but because of the poor service I will literally drive 15mins more just to avoid dealing with her. Today was just the last straw.... I

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DONT GO HERE! I Just went here this past Friday and honestly it was horrible. I came in at around 5:30 (they close at 7pm I believe) for a mani and pedi and right away I felt rushed. The older lady put no thought into doing my nails and after she was done they looked misshaped and humpy, with only TWO COATS of the dark polish I picked which obviously wasnt enough. So I went back the next day so they could fix and again I felt rushed. The man then sighed and had a very obvious attitude when I kept telling him to file down the humpy looking nails and I received no apology for the situation. Will never go back again EVER

Established customer since 2013 must find a new nail salon. Service here has gone way down over the years. Lately, my gel manicures have been very poor quality (chipping quickly). Polish color selection is dismal. Customer service is bad, place looks run down now a days.

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. They did something to where they made my toe bleed 😡.

First time I went everyone was nice. But I came back to get my nails touched up because my gel polish was chipping on my hands after two days and one toe was messed up after 3 days. When I told them I just wanted them touched up because they were already chipping. The lady needed me to describe the person who did my nails in detail and kept saying I got them done somewhere else because she didnt remember me. And I told her she wasnt there, and she andwould only re-do my hands if I paid full price again and did my toe for free. I told her I didnt mine paying a discounted price since it was 8 of my nails that need to be redone. But she refused. Also I am pretty sure they did not use all gel on the chipped fingers because the ones that arent chipping are a different color and they look perfect still. Also they didnt feel like letting me look for the correct color for my toes. They painted the one toe a glittery version of the color and I pointed out its not the same, she said its okay. I asked if I could look at their examples, she moaned and looked for herself really quickly. She came back and asked again if its okay, I just said okay and she painted the rest of that foot that color on top of the initial color. Keep in mind I have two feet, so one is glittery and one isnt. When she moaned I decided to bother anymore.

The worst pedicure and dip nails that I have ever had. Looks like a 5 year old just did my nails. Actually I think a 5 year old would do better.

After 2 or 3 days couple of my nails broke off and in less than a week the nail polish started forming little holes. (This was my 2nd time coming.). But the ppl were nice though...

Can not believe I have past by this salon so many times. An never gave it a chance. Will recently my aunt went here and I could not stop complimenting her on her nails. IT JUST LOOKED SO AMAZING! So well shaped and perfect! The nail polish color was so nice. So when I did a walk in at Upscale Spa & Nails, it was no hassle at all. Simply a breeze. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They did a wonderful job and just made me feel special. I Highly recommend coming here!

Hands down the best nail salon I ever went to! I came across this location and went this week. I must admit I had horrible, dry cuticles and she was just amazing at making them all better! I got a French shellac and a pedicure done.  Pretty cool overall experience. And its very neatly kept. Everyone is so polite! I will definitely be returning here again and highly recommend it.

The service was ok. The nail colors were little dried out. I got a manicure, the manicurist was polite and did a good job. But only one minute of light hand massage. No hand warmers for softening the cuticles.

I love this place. They have a lot of natural and organic products, no chemical, really good for skin and health. Moreover, they a have a huge collection of gel and polish colors to choose from. The salon is really nice with plenty of space and chairs. The price is really good with their awesome services. Highly recommend.

Im really confused about all the negative reviews. I absolutely loved this place! My typical nail salon doesnt have a huge variety on dipping powder so I decided to try somewhere else. I am SUPER PICKY. Been going to same place for 3 years. Im sure everyone has a different experience but I called 30 min early and asked if I could make an appointment for 12:30 and when I got there right at that time they sat me right away I told them I was wanting to get home to watch the foot ball game so he suggested I had them to do my toes and nails at the same time so I could get back to the game so I agreed. They did the dipping powder which I love and they have A LOT of options. He asked me what I like what I wanted the shape i like and did exactly what I wanted. The ONLY thing I would say if I had to was that they could do a little better on the massages when you pay for a $45 pedicure but everything else was great! Manager guy did make sure the nails tech did good service on me and I told him my pedicure experience and he was apologize and offered me a discount for my service. Very nice staff and VERY busy which is a pretty good sign. Got there at 12:30 and got out at 1:45 with a pedicure and dipping powder. I didnt experience any rudeness or dirty bowls. They replace the plastic after every person and sanitize it. Overall I really enjoyed it here and I definitely plan on coming back.

I was at this salon not long ago. The individual doing my nails was nice but he made my nails look tragic. One nail literally looked like it was curving up! Than I had lumpy nails as well. Plus they didn’t last long. I also didn’t like that my nails were submerged in acetone. Every nail tech I know will get cotton and put it on top of my nails. So that wasn’t pleasant at all.

Have been going here a little over a year now. Love this place! All of the nail techs are amazing. Always friendly and kind. Very clean atmosphere. Love the set up of the pedicure area. They just added a salt water fish tank. The wait can be a bit long but that is only if you do not call ahead for an appointment. Anyone that is ever seated and serviced before me has always had an appointment. They are well worth the wait though. Patience is a virtue and unfortunately people these days have to complain about every little thing. If you visit a place that seems busy and you dont call ahead for an appointment and you are impatient you should probably go somewhere else. Just saying. All in all I love this salon. The techs are super nice and my nails always look classy and at 100%

Honestly the only thing they’re good for is a pedicure! Anything else.. far as long nails, ombré, designs, the correct shape, even short nails. NO!!! I would NOT recommend.

All they do is try to suck more $$ out of you. They have you pick from a menu of services with different flavours of creams and potions. All I wanted was a pedicure, and fast. Despite that, the woman told me she would clean up my nails on my hands because I told her I dont have time for my nails to dry. Then two men come up to me while I was getting a pedicure and insist I try a massage. He unzipped my sweater and began to massage my neck and back in the middle of the public place and charged me for the trial. Weird! And, I got the vibe that this man felt superior to the woman who did my pedicure. He interrupted her to ask me questions and to do my trial massage. He wanted in on my services and cash.

If your idea of people speaking a foreign language is relaxing this is tbe spot. I got my toes professionally painted my friend said Your toes look great you may have to paint mines Awesome right? I got a Gel manicure and my nails were bleeding all around. Only reason I even gave this place two stars is because they have wine.

Definitely recommend this nail spa! My manicure and pedicure came out perfect, just the way I wanted. Their service is amazing, I will be returning

Every time I come here I regret it, it’s sometimes just the closest place to go. Everybody is so rude and makes everyone feel unwanted. The last time I came the manager and her co-accomplice actually raIsed their voice at me and others. Today I went and was told to have a seat with this man who then just got up and told someone else to do it (still confused about that). The only nice person there is sweet Lee.

I give them two stars because the place is nice they are friendly but service sucks, I got about 3 gel sets done in a weeks time the nails either pops off very easily or the gel starts to peel. Also on one occasion I went in to get a pedicure didnt want all the dancy work done just wanted the basic 25 dollar pedicure, the lady insisted that I got the 35 dollar one which is no problem but I kindly declined. Then she took it upon herself to do the 35 dollar pedicure instead I was wondering why is she doing all this extra stuff I thought to myself maybe they did a small upgrade to the 5 dollar pedicure. I was also getting nails done while getting my pedicure, so when everything was done I get my receipt for 80 bucks which should have been 70 Im like wait I didnt ask for the 35 dollar pedicure I clearly told the lady I want the basic!! Their gel is cheap, the nails pop off very quickly and they have the nerve to charge you 5 dollars just to take off 2 nails(they have done it to me). Its my last straw with them!!!

My nails came out pretty but she drilledToo much and cut every single one of my nail beds. They were all swollen for at least a week.

You’re definitely in good hands getting a mani pedi at this salon. Techs are attentive. I left feeling fully satisfied with how my nails & toes came out. Will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends!

This Salon smelled like sewage when I walked in - which I bypassed because I understand that a pipe may have bursted or some other uncontrollable circumstance may have occurred. However, I couldn’t look past the fact that I walked in for information on a massage (not intending to get one at that point in time or day). I let the owner know I would step out for a few to pick up my order from a nearby business and will return shortly. As promised - I returned within 5-10 minutes.Upon my entrance - it still smelled horribly, however, I decided to get my massage that same day. As I’m in the back room awaiting the masseuse - the lady I spoke with originally came in the room and tried to Upsell me a $65 massage treatment. That truly annoyed me, because I had already decided to get a service completed today despite my not intending on it and bypassing the funk.I let her know that I’m ok with the service I’ve originally requested. She pulls the blanket back on the table and the sheet beneath is visibly stained. Visibly meaning that I did not search for a stain but it is truly apparent that the sheet is not clean. There were fresh oil stains and smudges on it. I let her know that the sheet is not cleaned and she says “we use this as a wax table as well”. Unacceptable. So you are ok with the fact that someone’s bodily remnants are left on the table and expect other Clients to lay there repeatedly. Absolutely not. She pulls the cover over the sheet and says I can lay in the blanket instead. (Why wouldn’t she offer to change the sheet?)...I’ve already decided that I would not be supporting this establishment any further but out of curiosity - I took a look at the towel draped across a standard sofa throw pillow to see if that were too uncleanly. It surely was - dirty. There were sweat stains on the towels front and backside. This was completely inappropriate. People are being exposed to other people’s skin cells. This is not sanitary and can cause bacteria.

Went in for an eyebrow wax and at first my brows looked great until I realized that she didnt wax in between my brows and she also left the skin on my brow bones raw and now both of them have scabs. Do not go for any waxing service!

Kevin did my pedicure and it was excellent. Fantastic massage and above quality work. Someone else did my nails and I lost two after only a week. I put them back on (time and money) then I lost two more the second week. I went in an hour before they closed and the lady asked me to return the next day. I explained my broken nails and she said well we dont have time. A fill does not take an hour. Very disappointing.

If you not happy with one Nail Tech, we still have others Nail Tech can take good care for your nails. Beside, when I check you out. I did ask you give us a chance to have a difference Nail Tech redo your nails till you happy but you did reject of giving us a chance. Afterward, you post a bad review up here. Please talk to manager or owner if they can give you a better service, if not then we are deserve to have bad reviews. This is not fair for our shop cause your review will affect the shop and the others innocence Nails Tech.

The lady that did my nails was nice but I have had way better when it comes to dip manicure. I felt that my nails were over buffed and after having them done for 16 hours, the nail chipped. She also kept going deeper into my cuticle line and it was hurting. I will stay at my usual nail salon in Hurst.

Horrible, horrible service today from an older grey headed woman. The water for my feet was first burning hot, then freezing cold. I asked her kindly to make it warmer and she responded with were too busy you want better you have to wait a long time and sprayed about a tablespoon of warmer water on my feet. She was rude to me the entire time, constantly bossing me around, being short with me, and whispering about me to her co workers. Very unprofessional, I will not be returning.

There is a lady here her name is LV she is absolutely the best perdicurist I have ever had the please of dealing with. Shes detailed and welcoming. Just absolutely lovely lady. The staff is also wonderful and they recognize you even after just one visit. I will never visit another nail shop again. Just an awesome, relaxing experience.

Great staff and so courteous and friendly. I go here often and even as a walk in I dont have to wait very long. Always so pleasant they make you feel right at home. Recommend this place to anyone who needs a good work over on hands or feet.

Awful place. Yes, it looks nice inside, but the customer service is worst I’ve experienced in all my years of having my nails done in various different countries and cities. I had a balding man who did my nails, and he was handling me so harshly, huffing and puffing every 5 seconds, as if I was an inconvenience to his life. I was so upset and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Take your money elsewhere.

I used to be in love with this place, but now Im sure I wont ever return. I got a pedicure, and the next day it is already messed up. I got the solar, and thats a mess too. My fingers are still throbbing from how rough she was. She left all types of soak of residue all over my hands. She also shaped them to where there is no natural curl to my nails. This is honestly the worst full set I have ever had. I want a refund, because there is no way Im going back for round two.

Omg....I love this place! Very friendly and professional spa techs. The place is very clean and upscale. The business name certainly fits the environment.

The okay-est mani pedi in town. Left with nail polish still all around the skin on my nails, even after they tried to remove it. Took one hour for my mani and one hour for my pedi. My nails look like they were done at home. Expensive, which I don’t mind ONLY if my nails are done well. Big miss. They should lower their prices if they don’t plan on training their nail techs.

First time at Upscale and I will not return. They left polish everywhere, I had a French manicure done and the tips are all uneven and they even left me without a file down on one finger. Also, 9 are shiny and one isnt. Its seriously the worst experience at a nail salon. My pedicure was just as bad. One of the other guys had to come over to clean off the red polish that was left. Not impressed at all!

BEWARE!!!!! Do not go to this place!!! Got gel nails here with in a week most were broke!!! The gel was sooo thin you could see real nails underneath. While I was choosing color tech said I better chose correct color because he will definitely not redo!! Complain to management very nicely and was told the tech doesnt work there anymore and I paid him so...! Then he said you didnt come here after I name the tech that did hands and feet by NAME! !! My nails are really long, the tech damaged my nails so bad, also my real nails are broken to the meat and he shaped them so sharply I cut myself. I got my nails done here. I payed 90 bucks just to get gel and nail polish for my toes, after 2days my gel nails kept coming off. Ive been there once to get the 2 nails fixed and the person who repaired them was ignorant in that he was applying a different color, I tried to tell him but he insisted that after some days the colors will match. He barely even understood English...and even after that now I have 3nails that have come off. This is horrible

Wasted my time for almost 2 hours and the worst pedicure I ever got! My 5 year old could have done a better job! The manager tried to fix it and then the original girl came back told me it was dry and then smudged it and had to redo it again!! Still looks horrible! I should have walked out without paying!

I had to scrape the extra stuff off the bottom of my foot, under my toes, and under my fingernails because the operated named vi didnt do it correctly. The A.C. was not on,it was hot and they charged me full price for services not done correctly by the operator. The paint job on my daughter nails which were bright yellow was inconsistent of a smooth finish. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I got my nails done here Saturday May 16, 2015. It was me and a bridal shower for a wedding that was going on the same weekend. I got a regular white tip not solar. I was charged $35 for a regular white tip. Ive been getting my nails done over 15 years and have never paid $35 for a regular white tip not solar. My cousin also got a white tip and she got a design on every nail and we was charged the same amount $35 so basically I was charged $10 over for what who knows. The lady who did my nails brought me a receipt that said $30 I gave her $40 the owner brings me back $5 I ask how much was it again he said $35 the lady tells me he is the owner thats his price. I was floored at this moment so she charges me $30 and the owner comes and over rides the price and adds an additional $5. Now the quality of my nails they looked like press on nails I could have bought from Walmart. She rushed the job, they had no shape and was flat, and last but not least after 7 days they all popped off. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone Dont judge a book by its cover. Its a nice set up as far as the establishment but the quality of work is a zero and they will get over on anyone that lets them.

One star is beyond generous for this salon! The tall older woman who did my powder dip was incredibly rude and rough! She behaved as if I stole her husband, beat her children and spit on her loved ones grave...literally! In addition to being inhuman, she lacked the skills to call herself a technician. Within the first few days my powder dip had pulled away from my cuticles. I desperately wanted this salon to work because it’s close to my job and my peers and I like to do things like eyebrow threading and other beauty treatments during our lunch together. This salon certainly will not get our business.

I had the absolute worst experience here! My fill in was poorly done by Sarah! I expected an upscale service considering the prices but I was very disappointed with the outcome. All my nails looked inconsistent, she rushed through my nails and I didnt receive the gel nail service I request. Frustrated with the service I just paid and left, I will never go back or recommend this place.

The WORST place for nails!!! I got hurt so many times I lost count! I told the lady that did them and didn’t care! She kept hurting me! End results were NOT even good!! I WILL NOT recommend this place for no reason and to no one. I am helping to avoid torture and expensive cost for something other than what is desired. No wonder there are little to no customers.

Whomever owns or manages this place is an irate idiot .. I was parked by Jersey mikes having lunch very much NOT in her marked parking spots and as I left the sandwich shop she ran out and proceeded to pour a big bucket of dirty water on purpose on my car and as I rolled down my window to ask what that was all about she lost her mind with what little English she speaks telling me not to park in her spot and she was calling a tow company ... really lady? Mark your spots because we were not in one and the complete disrespect you showed is completely uncalled for... I would pass on giving any dollars to a business that operates like that.. just wow figure it out lady

I have been going here for a while and loved my experience, it was s but more expensive but Helen did such a good job it was worth it. I went in the other day and she wasnt there so I decided to have someone else do it. She was nice but I told her several times i didnt want to do the dip and she insisted I did, then did it really messy and fast, the next day when 4 of them broke I went back in and she denied that she did them the previous day, and then complainingly fixed them. She didnt clean them completely before putting the plastic on and I said that I thought it was going to get infected and she agreed and went on with her work. Was actually pretty upset, about that and other things. Sad, but am not going to be going back.

1. Told the lady not to shape my nails. I already had them shaped like I wanted them. She didnt listen and did her own thing. made them square. I like round.2. then kept pinching my skin when I was getting the manicure . the whole process was painful.3. she couldnt paint, did a horrible job. she even messed up on the top coat and base coat. didnt paint my whole nail. I tried to get another woman to fix them. all the other woman did was paint over the mess.4. the polish didnt last 2 days.Worst experience ever at a nail salon. will never go back. It was close to work and the airport.. the inside is definitely upscale but the service is not. I wish I could get my money back but I was leaving town for a trip.

My experience was horrible. They tried to bully my daughter in accepting a shotty job and when she kept asking them to fix the problem they said she can just go. I arrived and tried to talk to the Mgr who kept insisting the nail tech did a good job. Does this look like a good job to you

This place not only is estheticly pleasing but Peter who did my nails was very good. But Sophia who did my pedi and massage used physical therapy techniques and massaged upward pushing toxins out of my lower legs. I will definitely be making this my special place to come.

Not a very good experience today. The guy that did my pedicure felt like he didnt want to be there. He did a very lousy job painting my nails. I had a full set done also and the lady that did them left my index finger on right hand nail is crooked. Left nails underneath didnt bother cleaning. My thumb on right hand she missed a spot with the powder. Not happy with the service. So sad that Jimmy hasnt been there. He was really good at his job very professional. The 2 people that did my full set and pedi not professional at all.

Had a good experience with my first visit, but my last visit was horrible. I was not acknowledged when I came through the door, and other customers were taken before me. I waited over an hour just for a polish change. The salon is very nice and clean.

Horrible. Ive been coming here for years and spending 100s of dollars for their services and today i stopped by to get a massage from my favorite masseuse and the manager was so rude and nasty becasue i asked to use the bathroom before Id paid for any servuces and asked for a bandaid which the young man got up to get for me but she stopped him and told me we dont have any. She gave me a nasty look and tone of voice which left me feeling very unwelcome and after finding out that my favorite pedicurist no longer works there i have more reasons to never ever come back. If you cant let your loyal customers use the bathroom or have a bandaid bedore theyve paid for services youll find uou lose customers regardless of your prime location. I have brought so many of my friends here and brought them droves of business. Such ungrateful terrible customer service. Shut this place down. They dont need to be in business if they cant figure out how to treat custimers.

Beautiful set up, clean and fast service! Ive night just before close i popped in to have a broken nail repaired, was in and out in 5 mins with a perfect nail that matched the others. Come to find out thewoman was the owner, i had no idea until the following visit.

Worst experience ever, the technician clearly didn’t know how to maneuver my fingers. Kept tugging on my hand, twisting my arm and was being super rough ! As soon as I would try to help her drive my fingers to dip in the powder she would give me an ugly look and say “don’t help me”. And keep talking in her foreign language making me feel so uncomfortable as if she was talking about me. I just left the salon a few hours ago and my nails are already wanting to pop off !

Came in for a pedicure and manicure the lady took 1hr & half on my feet I asked for a fake nail on my big toe on both of them she got a fake nail glued it, cut it, painted some clear polish then dipped it in the powed a couple of times and then didnt even shape it she rushed when it was time for my manicure because it was 35mins before closing time. My nails are uneven I asked for gel she kept telling me to get dip down I got it and it looks horrible. If I where you and you wanted to spend good money on your nails dont come here the place is nice on the inside and nice atmosphere but the nail tech does not try and rushes or at least the lady I had

Stopped in for a brow wax. Big mistake! She change up the entire shape of both and thinned them out too much!! On top of doing a terrible job, she was very rude. Never again!

Horrible Service. I tried this salon when they first opened and was completely turned off by customer service and attitudes. I live really close and have it another chance. I walked in at 6:30 pm and the sign on the door says 7pm I was told we are closed. The sign in the window was blinking open. Never again!

Has a terrible experience. It was my first & last time I will visit that place. Not only was the nail technician extremely rude and had a bad attitude but the gel nail polish came off within 5 days. Cheap cheap cheap polish! All they try to do is get you to upgrade to a more expensive service even after you have told them no. I decided to give this place a try because its up the street from my place of employment but obviously it was such a bad idea.

The guy did a great job on my pedicure. I got the more expensive option. It was definitely worth it.

Ive never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. The girl doing my pedicure was very nice but the one next to us (Lann) threw a dirty rag at me saying my pedicurist was going to clean it then glared at me when I looked at her angrily saying what are you looking at. I tipped my pedicurist but refused to pay the salon for being mistreated. Lann called me names when I told her boss I would not pay and that Lann should pay for it. Ive spent a lot of money and nail salon and always tip really well. Never been treated this way at a nail salon ever

This is the worse service I have ever had with any nail shop. Let me just say, if u have to go to a nail shop more than once to have Somebody fix your nails- just don’t go back “ lesson learned”When I 1st came into the shop I explained to the Lady I would like my nails done properly and I provided an example. After she sat me down with the nail technician during the process I asked the Lady to allow time for my gel nails to dry properly.. She said” no worries I know what I’m doing” I said ok. I leave and look at my nails in the natural light and was displeased with the service. I came back and politely asked for a refund.. The lady said “we give no refunds” I said show me where it states y’all give no refunds. The lady said “ma’am I redo ur nails we give no refunds and they refused to produce anything indicating no refunds” I said “I have to go to work I do not have time for u to redo my nails, I would like a refund.. Literally, the guy helping anotha customer started using profanity towards me while I’m having a conversation with the Lady. (Worse customer Service Ever) So, they said In order to get a refund they will take off my whole nail. Hold up. I got refill I paid for my nail, u can take off the gel nail. I then proceed to put the store on live FB due to the Guy cursing at me in the background and then the lady told me to get out if I put them on fb.. I said fine I leave.. I have neva experienced a group of individuals who starts cursing at a customer becuz they were dissatisfied with the service. Oh and the guy who was cursing couldn’t prove that they had a no refund policy, so then he said take him to court. Wow! Utterly the most inappropriate way to handle a customer who is dissatisfied with the service.. Just Horrible!! 🤔😔

Went to get eyebrows waxed at this place for the first time. A guy greeted me when I walked in, he said there was no wait. I was ask to sat in a chair. The minute I sat down, two young women that work there started talking and laughing, instead of asking what I was having done. So I ask, whos going to do my eyebrows, one of the young women replied that a lady would be up from the back in a minute. So now one of the women proceeded to look at my eyebrows and tell me about a small scar on my eye, and that she would have to wax them a certain way. I told her that I was well aware of my scar, and that I get my eyebrows waxed all the time, and of how I wanted MY eyebrows done. I then ask where was the lady, that she said was supposed to be doing my eyebrows, she also had attitude before I even told her how I wanted them done. Now the lady that was supposed to do my eyebrows walked up, the woman that thought she was about to do my eyebrows, said something to the woman that walked up, which in turn looked at me out the corner of her eye and mumbled something with a nasty look on her face... I WAS SOOO DONE AFTER THAT!! I was so furious! I jumped up out of that chair and told them that I didnt want either of them waxing my eyebrows, and I left immediately. I Wouldnt recommend this place to a Dog! Damn sure not a person, because you wouldnt get treated as such. Nobody treats me like that and gets my money! And if I can help it! no one elses that I know either!

The guy that worked on my nails was very nice but the work was horrible . Just got my nails done a week ago and 3 of them popped off . No support or possible not enough acrylic. Got gel polish and the color is now changing . Money down the drain!!!!

Very friendly, clean, beautiful environment, and I enjoyed the glass of wine. Today Ill be taking my 5 daughters and my neice. Girls day out before school starts!

I dont write many reviews unless I feel they deserve the credit. Well I have been going to the nail salon over a year now and I would just feel horrible if I go anywhere else. And I wouldnt get such a good job on my nails and eyebrows like I do here. I always love getting my nails done by brian pedis by peter and I believe the girl that does my eyebrows is lily I have never had a complain and by this point I never tell them what I need done they just know now. They are super nice there I have never gotten sent away because of closing or nothing and the wait isnt long if you didnt have an appointment. I have taken my friends and family and they always tell me that they went back. So yes this place deserves a 5 star and I highly recommend it. BTW I drive all the way from downtown Dallas just to get my nails and eyebrows done. 😄😄😄

I scheduled an appt for 10am the following day. I requested my clear gel be removed and clear gel reapplied to my nails and a pedicure. Both happened at the same time, which was a bit awkward. I wasnt in a hurry and didnt say anything that would imply so. I was actually looking forward to a pretty laid back experience. Reaching over your hands while your getting a pedicure kinda detracts from the entire spa relaxation of getting a message. The part I didnt like was the manicure. Instead of just removing 2 week old gel(that was clearly starting to peel and would have easily come off with some ETOH or electric filing), he started to file it down! Why would anyone do that? When he was finished I had to go back over each nail and peel off the remaining gel. He caught on and started to go back to work. I have never had ANY tech do this, EVER! Gel is easily removed especially after a few weeks. He never asked me how long I wanted my nails, I said to trim them but he cut off all my length and I have a tough time growing nails as they tear quite easily. He was abrasive with the file often not being very careful to avoid filing my skin as well, so my fingers and pads are raw. They are peeling skin. And when he did trim up my cuticles he cut too deep and drew blood. He then proceeded to spray ETOH all over my nails into the cut. You can see in the clear gel where my blood smeared into the gel. I have never been cut by a technician. He didnt even give me a clean tissue to hold pressure or just to clean it up. Im a nurse and to me this gross, I like clean cuts not an entry for infection. Im not a very outspoken person but I did have to call his attention to few items and did what I could while getting worked on both feet and hands(again...awkward).I didnt ask for a square cut and he didnt even ask me if I preferred round or square. Typically they ask you what length you want your nails trimmed and how you want them shaped. Oddly, at the end of the entire ordeal he gave a weird shoulder massage! I did not pay for that nor was that in description of the service. It was just weird. He smelled like cigarette smoke as well which wasnt very pleasant in a spa. At some point I just wanted to get out of there. The pedicure, which was happening while I was getting my awful manicure, was pleasant. That technician did a fantastic job on painting my nails and removing the gel that was on my toes. Im bummed because my husband military retirement is happening soon and my nails look and feel(the cut hurt) awful. It was 10am and there were at least five other technicians around could have done something but everybody didnt seem to care. I live right around the corner and we just moved here, so I was eager to have a place nearby. I went because the reviews were so outstanding but maybe the service is better with someone else or at a different time of day?? I dont know. I wasnt offered any water or refreshment. I still tipped but am leaving this review in hopes that it will prompt an improvement in service. I doubt I will return to take such a gamble. Names would have been nice but nobody introduced themselves or bothered to engage in conversation with me. They just carried on as if I wasnt there. Not a good experience for $100.

Went in and got my eyebrows waxed... the lady i had, half-assed it.. left wax still on me. .. i had to go home and finish my eyebrows myself! it wasnt worth $10! i got better service for $7 somewhere else

They need to have a zero. When there to have manicure. Bad job and while I was there one of the male workers got into it with a female client. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Service was horrible. Polish left all over nails and for nails. Nail tech didnt shape nails like I requested and gel polish is already chipping and nails where done and total was 75.00 for bad service.

Rude, the facility is outdated with broken chairs and machines and the quality of the service is poor.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a non smiling woman at the desk who wasnt sending very friendly vibes although i was very perky and sweet because i was excited to get my nails done.#1 My technician first of all got the wrong gel color for my nails and rushed through my manicure in doing so cut my finger and it bled the whole time i was getting my nails done. He apologized but before he cut me he wasnt very friendly from the start. I know people make mistakes so I accepted his apology for doing so. But i feel if he was a little more professional with his job he wouldnt have cut me in the first place.He was unable to get my whole nail due to the cut as well.Im tired of these salon people being rude to their customers. How do they expect to get a tip if they are so rude to people. Im sorry youre woking on a Sunday. If youre not happy you should probably quite because youre losing customers. Get a grip or get out.#2 My sister had the worst experience. She decided she wanted to get the acrylic nails and she told me the guy was very rude to her as well. She told me that she zoned out watching the tv while he was doing her nails and she didnt notice that her mouth was slightly open and he told her to close your lips. WHO DOES THAT?!Im not sure if Sunday is training day or what but there were people literally all behind her touching her and the chair while leaning over her to talk to the guy doing her nails. SO RUDE AND ANNOYING.After he was done with her nails she noticed they were mostly crooked and there were bubbles all throughout the paint job.WE WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN.Just in case anyone wants to know where to go to get a great nail salon relaxing experience go to Luxury Nail Salon and Spa in Arlington off of cooper street. Went for my birthday with a friend for 2 pedicures... We had appointments for both. When we walked in they asked if we wanted manicures too, I declined bc Im a nursing student and Im not allowed. They took us to our seats and tried making us get the most expensive pedi but we declined. They proceeded with our pedicures and let me tell you thats the fastest pedi Ive ever had! Have you ever had one and been done in 15 mins and felt so rushed its unreal? Like I dont even think he did a second coat on my toes.... He didnt pumice my feet well, didnt massage.... My friend also got an eyebrow wax and asked for a lip wax and the woman proceeded to put hot wax on her chin... She said no no! And the woman waxed her chin. She then asked for a flower and they didnt even ask what color shed like and proceeded with some hideous color. Then since we didnt get to talk during our pedicures bc my friend was being waxed the entire time, we sat there for a few mins to chat..... They were not busy AT ALL. the man walked over... Lifted her armrest and picked up her receipt that we already were given and handed it to her again. Oh mind you, we werent even offered a glass of water! And I was most looking forward to a wine since it was my bday treat. Horrible! Will never be back.

Worst place ever. I did gel manicure. I have gone back twice and my nails are still chipping. It has been less than a week. I should have trusted the reviews and never gone there.

My Bridal Party & I came here the 16th of May 2015. Very nice place, They quickly sat us which was a plus but after that it just went down hill. We arrived around 6 the closing time posted was 7 I was serviced by a guy who rushed through my pedi and mani. Who had an attitude and very rude even asked why I came this time and getting so much to find out he was the Manager! Charged me $100. Definately will not be back & wouldnt recommend anyone coming here..also most of my girls experienced nail defects just 2 days later

If only there was a nail salon like this one near my area, everything was perfect, the staff here did amazing, my nails look stunning, the owner was very kind and friendly, and the staff also constantly made conversation with their customers while working on their nails.
