DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO PRONAIL WICH IS ONLY A FEW DOORS DOWN. ONLY reason I came here was because I was in a rush and had somewhere to be and PRONAIL had a long wait. But biggest mistake I did. I shouldve never went in to get them done in the 1st place. Cold water for pedi, 15 secong massage on each leg, No hot towels or anything besides lotion. Fastest pedicure ever. Couldve done it myself for damn $40Gel pedicure. Pronail charges $5 cheaper and they do a great job with pedis

The older lady did my pedicure and she does a horrible job. And I am one to tell you if I am not happy with the service, so she tells me that it looked good. I told her I am the paying customer and I wanted the job corrected. She had cut my toe nails short on one foot and not the other. So the other girl had to fix her work. This place use to be worth going to but the owner is never there now. And the girls that work there dont seem to care either. The place is always dirty, the polishes are all old need to be thrown away and they dont take the time to clean the bowls on their pedicure chairs. I will no longer go here, not worth the money nor the time.

Me and my daughter went to this please my daughter asked for one color and they gave Another color we even show them the pictures How did we wanted them and they just gave us a different colors and a different design there are so ugly I can’t believe they have people unprofessional And I even told her I don’t like him I don’t want this And she goes why Because There ugly

I feel like if the lady was too much in a rush to finish and leave home if not the nails would of came out ok. I didn’t like the fact I was there at 7:06 and the lady said oh we closed . Umm no you are not you close at 7:30, you still have to assist me . Then when I was getting my nails done she was FaceTiming. My right hand pinky ombré was way off in the ombré then the next to the pinky was all clumpy looking . While my index finger nail was put on croked.. it was the lady to the left on second table.

Half of the time they don’t give you the design you want at all, but the nails don’t look too bad. Recently went back and had the young man do my nails and he did a horrible job. He hurt my fingers while filing them many times and used so much monomer on my nails that the acrylic looks very messy. Instead of letting me know beforehand that he did not have the stickers or crystals available for my nails he kept quiet and charged me $50 by the end of the set and didn’t give me anything close to what I wanted. The ladies are not too bad but the young male was clearly inexperienced and does not communicate with his customers. The lady working at the front even asked to see my nails and I told her i didn’t get what I wanted and still charged me $50 and said “Maybe next time”. They don’t properly clean their supplies at all and reuse everything from the customer before you. Would not recommend and I’m sad at their service.

Parking is crazy but don’t let that stop you from going into this great nail shop that’s filled with more than just nail techs and service. I personally love each of them! They never let me down..can upload plenty of pix but I’ll give just a couple! Try them, you won’t be sorry!

Ladies please stay away! I tried it out after visiting their Instagram page and seeing all the pretty nails. I thought I’d try them out and I honestly regret it. The nail tech that sits in the second chair from the door was rushing and does not know how to do coffin shaped nails or designs. I showed a pic of what I wanted and i know they can’t match it but this set was way off!! The mix all their powders without cleaning their brushes off. I have glitter on nails that shouldn’t because they dip into different powders without cleaning off the brush. Then the flower the put on my ring fingers fell off within 3 min after I left. Not worth the 50$ I paid.

I have been coming here for alot of years, and this lady missed up my nails charged me 35$, she clearly doesnt know how to do nails at all!!!! I can not believe I have to walk around with these ugly nails I am so mad🤬 I dont think Ill ever come back. I asked for the owner Kim who I know but they said she never goes to ship nomore smh!!

Kim is great! And she makes sure to give you exactly what you want! ☺️ I’m always satisfied

Went to LV Nails on Saturday 8/17/2019I got there at 10am the nail tech didnt show up until 11am. I got gel nail polish on my feet. The polish is coming off both big toes. Plus they have to many roaches crawling around. One crawled on my sister in law leg. Another customer killed one. Nope, I will NOT go back.

My nails look great they are a little grown out but other from that its amazing

My girlfriend came here to get her nails filled from a previous place that did a horrible job. And L.V Nails did an amazing job they fixed all the previous issues and made her nails look beautiful. Definitely Recommend this place.

If you are looking for something easy or older styles than this place is good. I usually get something plain as they dont do a lot of new designs. The service is often rushed Ive noticed and that has lead to them accidenally cut my finger along the edge while filling. The prices are fair, the wait times can be long.

The hood. The tech used the same sharpener from the last lady for the mani, I asked if she sanitized and she said yes, but the lady who did the pedi was excellent

Love this place. I showed her a pic from Pinterest and she added a little of her own touch and my nails are awesome.

I really liked the customer service that was offered and the quality nails I received. However, I rated this place 4 stars but this shop was lacking in cleanliness and organization. I even saw a small roach crawl in front of me like he was a frequent passer but honestly none of it really bothered me except for the raoch. The ladies were nice and accommodating, I spent about 2.5 hours here with waiting in line and being serviced. I paid $18 for nails with color and $25 for gel pedi, I think thats a fair deal.

Was so impressed. I let them know upfront that I was diabetic. They took time on my pedi and mani. Small place but girls are great and prices were very affordable. Looking forward to going back.

Tech left my nails uneven. I went early but as soon as others arrived, she started rushing to complete my nails. I wont go back.

I made this reservation out of state for four of us for a treat off what I read here. Its not in a great neighborhood, theres bars on the windows and it was kind of sketchy. Roaches crawled out of a back sink while several in my group were getting pedis. Two in my group had their toes bleed from their pedi. My mani was ok.

Shouldn’t give them no stars I got my nails done for my baby shower had them on for 9 days literally my thumb nail popped off so I went in got it filled in she charge me $3 which wasn’t bad but she remembered me she act like she didn’t know what she was doing but I kept telling her take your time . So when I left like 3 days later my nail was burning the thumb she did so I kept running it under water .. so it burnt to point I had soaked them off when the nail fell off my real nail was spilt and was bleeding now till today my finger nail looks a hot mess like it’s still affected I don’t know what they used or what she did but I will never ever go there again !!! I had two brown marks on both sides my finger nails when I went to different nail shop they told me my nail was affected

Pretty good lil place

They hurt my nails a lot two of them hurt like crazy right now, and I even have blood on them, there are bugs 🐜 🤢 and you have to wait a long time I don’t love the end result but I don’t hate it either.

Never coming back to this place, really disgusting I was planing on getting my pedicure done here but after seeing how they “clean” the stuff with I backed out they literally just washed all the stuff with water and start using it on the next client right away!
