Alice was amazing! The whole crew was very helpful. Being 17 years since Ive had a manicure or pedicure, these came out really good. I had a very particular style that I wanted and she was able to make my vision come to life. I am in love with the way they came out!!

Wendy and Alice are my favorite. However, everyone in VIP nails and spa is extremely professional and they work out their job very well. The establishment is relaxing and clean. The salon is updated and accommodating to the customers needs. I always come back here often because the quality of their work is excellent. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing.

The staff was very nice. We did not have an appointment but promptly started working with us. (There were two of us). The salon was clean and everyone was expected to wear a mask. The dip selection was good. The manicure was great.

I had my nails dipped which turned out great but also had a pedicure for 3 people and all the polish began coming off later that day.

When you pay $50 for nails you’d like quality. I left with my nails not only hurting but my cuticles and skin around my nails completely broken. You would think that they’d take care of that before letting me walk out the door. When I got home I had to use my own cuticle cutters and oil to heal my fingernails and make my hands look better. I won’t use them again.

This is my third time coming here and they never disappoint. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get what I wanted. They guy doing my nails took his time and even went over his work to perfect it.

Lee did my nails he was great. Next time I will ask for him. My pedicure different story not friendly no name tag, I was there over an hour never asked if I wanted a drink while all the other staff doing pedicures asked there customers. Then I know I needed my eyebrows done was never asked so I went someplace else . This employee was so in uninterested in her job she was Bored even giving me my massage looking around and barely even touched me. I will I will try one more time but I don’t want her.

This is my second time back I was very impressed with the atmosphere and everyone in the store but I ran into a problem I feel that they overcharged my daughter she didn’t understand to me after looking at her receipt it look like she was charged twice because you only built up two fingers they did not give her a whole set but she was charge for a whole set

Very close to my work which is convenient, however both times I’ve been here recently my manicure has taken about 1.5-2 hours for a soak-off gel and basic manicure afterwards. I was looking for a specific color OPI polish and the nail tech who came for me immediately grabbed a color that was close, which was a good call. However, the Dremel tool burned my nail while she was grinding the gel off after a brief acetone soak. She zinged my cuticle enough times that I started pulling my hands back. I’d just had my nails shaped and mani’d a week prior and I asked her not to cut them, but she filed them all down enough that any growth I’d achieved was gone anyways. The actual polish application is cringe-worthy, very uneven and so soft that 9 hours later it was still not fully set. The tech ended up saying the polish (that she’d suggested) was hard to use. Last time my gel was completely peeling off in whole-nail pieces within two days of my mani. Overall unless it’s an emergency I don’t think I’ll go back again.

I moved to a Texas about 2 years ago and the same people did my nails for as long as I can remember back home. Finding someone new to do my nails was stressful. Literally 10 salons later I found VIP Nails and couldn’t be more thankful. Alice has now been doing my nails for about year and they always do a great job. I get my toes done probably every quarter and they’re too amazing. Keep up there good work.

This places over charges and the owner is super rude. Charged $48 for a child’s color change. West plano doesn’t even charge that amount for a color change for a child. After a closer look prices for adults are pretty high too. WONT BE BACK!!! And neither is my family and friends.

I recommend Susan for waxing brows! She’s the only one I go to! I got my nails done by Natasha she’s the only one employee there who never questioned or made me feel uncomfortable about my hands sweating and it’s hard to find a nail tech who doesn’t comment on it.

The salon is very clean. The staff are very helpful and nice. I was taken immediately for my nails. Katherine did my nails and she did a great job. She did the exact shape I wanted. She took her time. The tools are very clean. I will be back for sure!

Since salons have reopened I have ran into all sorts of service issues. Not completely at fault if the employees, navigating this new way of life has been difficult. VIP Nail Salon and employees seemed to take all of this in stride. The service is on point and the techs are patient and precise. I have found a new nail salon 🤗.

Went in for a pedicure and I did enjoy it and thought the price was reasonable. Pretty happy with the overall experience until I took the colored toenail polish off only to discovered one of my big toenails almost completely bright white devoured in fungus. Treating the toenail now, but not sure if I will lose it since it has already covered almost the entire nail. I called to report it and they just argued that they use plastic liners so there is no way this could happen. But... it did. My toenail had no white on it before I went in and I hadnt even had a pedicure or polish on my toenails for years prior. They told me to send them a picture of my toenail so I did and have had zero response. Just beware... I hate leaving bad reviews and tried to call first to resolve it with no luck. I rely on reviews when I make purchases so I would want to know that this happened to someone. Unfortunately, I will never go back.

Henry always does my nails and does a super good job.He always is so nice to my mom and I and always asks us if we want anything to drink. Also it is not that expensive.

Tran is the only reason I go!! Ive been getting my nails done by Tran for about a year. Tran is the most professional and kind nail tech Ive ever had in my life. He listens to what you want and does incredible work. Hes easy to talk to which makes the experience even better. I will never let anyone else ever touch my nails.

I usually go with Henry and today he simply said he was not available, no big deal. Another person did my nails and I am by far in disbelief that they would let me walk out with nails looking this bad. I should of just kept my 2 week old nails that looked a million times better than these.

I went to this place on Wed. 11/27 at 5:10 pm. I did not see any sign informing customers they were closing early at 6 pm. I was told from the manager sitting me at the pedicure chair that I was late. I should have left then. I said, I am coming from work. I then selected what option of a pedicure I wanted. The lady said the selection I chose was not available. She said it was too late. They have very bad costumer service. I will never go here again. What a dump!!

This was a decent place for awhile, I frequented this salon. The service was pretty good so I kept returning. However, last time I went I received a horrible service on my eyebrows for the first time there. I thought that surely, since I had been a faithful customer, they would care and stand behind their work and refund my fees paid for this service since I had to subsequently fix it myself. They refused, and stated that if I would act like this they would not help me anymore. To me, customer service is a very important part of the goods or services offered by any business. I am shocked. Obviously, I will not return to this salon since they indicated they did not want my business, and will urge you to visit the salon just down the street or any other, rather than this place.

We got there @4oclock, I know they close at 5:00pm,but I wish they would tell me to go because they were busy,but instead they did a bad job,cricket nails,no shape at all,because they wanted to finished fast.. why 3 stars? Because my sister got a good job on her nails.

Has declined immensely under new management. I was a loyal customer for AT LEAST 6 YEARS, yet the last time I went, the workers yelled in my face and harassed me because they were unable to match the color on my fingernails to the color on my toenails despite the fact that thats the service I was paying for. They eventually asked me to pay for the services I was given BUT wanted me to walk out with 3 UNPAINTED TOENAILS. When I told them I would not pay AND walk out with an unfinished job, workers shouted at each other and then at me. I offered to pay for the service on my fingernails and they insisted I should also pay for my 3 bare toenails as well. I calmly informed them once more that I could not pay for the unfinished job. Workers then shouted in my face again and demanded that I look for the nail polish that was on my other toenails myself because 5 workers were unable to find it even though the polish had JUST been used on me. A worker then threatened me with calling the cops if I did not pay for the incomplete work and leave. I stood my ground and the lady called the cops who, upon arrival, immediately said the colors on my fingernails and toenails were NOT the same and that I did not have to pay for services that were not rendered. I still paid for my manicure and nail polish but I will NEVER return to this establishment due to the harassment and this 3.5 hour ordeal. On top of that, my manicure started coming off two days after having it done. Once I was outside the establishment, the officer informed me theyve had to respond to at least 3 different civil disputes in the month since management changed. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

The environment was nice and welcoming. The nail techs were sweet and communicative. The variety of polish, gel, powder options was enormous. My tech was Dreena. She did a great job on my gel nails and removal of my older acrylic nails. I will return for sure.5/17 Satisfied

This is a must place to go! Everyone was super friendly and Toni will forever be my nail tech! I had super bad anxiety going in because other places I would go to would cut my fingers up bad. Toni didn’t cut me once! VIP nails and spa will forever have my business!

After my pedicure, I request for a design on my big toes. Black and white stripes. I showed Jasmine a picture of the design. She ended up painting my toes all of the same color. Very disappointed. I have been going to VIP nails for 3 years.

Consumers beware! Less than 24 hours after pedicure, my feet itch and burn. I notified tech Toni about something black and white floating in the water before I put my feet in the water. He drained the water out and put another piece of plastic over top of plastic that was already there. Please note per the manager, we no longer put anything in water because we have the plastic to cover the water basin. I responded, thats not sanitary!!! This place is unsanitary and I will be contacting the health department.

This place discriminates. Perhaps since I am Asian, they don’t feel the need to acknowledge my family and me when we came in. However, when other races come in they would immediately assist and ask how that can help them.I was so furious, they also took care of the non-Asian first before us even though they did not obviously have appointments.The worst part after five days my nails are already ugly. I paid a lot of money for this gel and it has already chipped. The quality is poor and my toenails paint are starting to come off too. I wish there’s zero star from the options because they dont deserve one star.

So this was the first time I came to this salon. I must say, out of the 3 I visited in this area, this one is the best hands down! I just LOVE my 3D flowers 😍👍

I love this place! Very sanitary! It stays packed which in my opinion is a great thing! Came on a Wednesday morning and it feels like a Friday night when everyone is trying to get nails done for the weekend. Staff stays busy! Dont expect to come in and chit chat they stay concentrated and work very hard!

Took my out of town daughter in for a special treat for her birthday. Pedicures were rushed my powder polish was ok but my daughters was a nightmare! Henry kept answering phone helping people at register ....when she complained about no filing no cuticle care and red powder all over her fingers he told her it will wash off in a few days!!! To make matters worse she is a flight attendant and had to go straight to the work with her hands a mess. So disappointed!! $132. Totally wasted!

One of the few salons I have been to more than 3 times where I consistently received really good and friendly service. Ive had 1 fill, 3 pedicures, and facial waxing; all were good but pedis are best here - good massage and polish lasted 2+ weeks.

I was a loyal customer until today. The guy couldnt do design put a couple dots on my fingure called it a flower. I told manager he did nothing to fix the issue I will never return again.

Wonderful environment!! The people there are always so inviting. Everybody in there is super talented but my fav is the guy in the front Tran. He always takes his time to make sure that I the customer are completely satisfied with his work before I leave no matter how long it may take! And as much as guys dont come to the nail shop my husband co.es with me just to converse with him.. lol.. no matter how far I go VIP is always the drive!

My friend and i spend THREE hours on getting a gel recolor...no manicure nor anything else. They would not listen to how you wanted them shaped, just want to do what is easy for them. My friend left with bumpy polish and uneven nails and mine chipped the next day. Dont waste your time!

It was a short wait and the tech Tami (sp?) was very pleasant. My pedi was to include a 15 minute massage and I swear it went for 30-40 minutes. I kept falling asleep in the chair. Well see how long the polish lasts and I may need to update my review but I hope not.

I love the cleaness thats A1 in my book its very relaxing and quiet environment,,they take there time and they really care about the person there working on.. there prices a bit much but its worth every dime..
