Henry is amazing!! I have asked for him multiple times because he does such a fantastic job. This nail salon is by far one of the greatest in the area! The two ladies in the front are amazing as well. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly! Definitely my go to place. 🙂

Recently had dip set done and all my nails were different shapes. Some were lopsided and a couple of them had a rough unpolished finish. The black french tip was also bleeding heavily into the pink (not clear like I wanted) base. The french tips were also all different angles and several were lopsided. I went back and the receptionist told me they were good nails and I even had another customer look at my nails and agree they were poorly done. I got my nails redone that day and was still charged full price for a new set. The new set looks so much better but they’re paper thin…Not even 48 hours later and 4 nails have cracked and broken and 2 have lifted from my nail bed. Incredibly disappointing service, quality, and waste of money.EDITED:Called and they got me in the following day to fix the broken nails. Henry was my tech this time and at first I think there was some confusion because he rounded out the nails I actually liked. But regardless he gave me a whole new set and they look much better. I don’t feel like I can just snap these ones off either like last time. Rose was great and accommodating. The other receptionist is god awful at customer service and should really consider a different career path with her attitude.Updated to 3 stars cause it’s hit/miss based on which staff member you get. Highly recommend Cathy or Henry.

The shop is bright and beautiful! The receptionist was not friendly to begin with. When letting her know what service I wanted for my daughter she tried to upcharge to gel when I specifically told her what I wanted and she insisted my daughter already had gel which she didn’t. The nail tech was great and my daughter enjoyed her experience but I wasn’t happy with the lack of customer service.

Didnt have to wait too long. The person whom did my pedicure did not clean her area. It was pretty dirty. I asked her to clean the chair as there was dead skin and a lot of acrylic residue all over it. I sat down and realized the arm rests were dirty and there was a lot of acrylic residue. I felt so uncomfortable. I havent seen this b4 anywhere. I almost walked out, but I really needed a pedicure. Then she stepped on one of my sandals and tossed it away. And if that wasnt enough, she tried to put my sandal on my foot over the toe guard and couldnt w/o messing up the polish so she threw my sandal. Idk if she was in a bad mood or this was how she deals with things. Whichever, wont go back to this nail salon.

Best place anywhere to get your nails done. Staff is friendly, service is top notch. Adult beverage bar to keep you relaxed. Prices are fantastic! Ive paid more for less than I received here. The deluxe citrus pedicure included the use of real orange slices. Im the east coast & I joked to my friend that Id need to fly in to Gerry my nails done every so often. Champions, keep up the outstanding work!

Front desk lady named Rose treated us bad, I showed her the design I wanted for my sister and her answer was, That will cost you a lot of money, a lot and its too much work. When I was never asking her for the price in the first place. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I prefer drive 5 more minutes for better SERVICE than go back there.They just want to charge a high price for simple nail polish

Walked in. The lady at the counter refused to assist. I decided to take my business elsewhere. This is the second time this has happened. The last time they sat me down for my pedicure and never came back to complete it. I hate this place

I got a pedicure and manicure. Manicure was done great. I absolutely understand I chose a basic pedicure but this is the worst I ever had in my life. My feet looked worse leaving than when I came in. The gel was poorly applied, visibly rough. When I approached the manager, she implied my pedicure was not the best because I picked the basic. She offered to touch up the nails but I was very disappointed that she refused to acknowledge my pedicure was poorly done entirely.

They did a nice job on my nails. I would definitely visit again.

Not only was the tech rude, she continually made inappropriate comments about my size. Not to mention the polish chipped off within days and upon complete removal of the polish I am left white spots on my nails which a form of FUNGUS. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I now need a three month course of oral anitifungal medication.

Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and got a basic dip manicure. The tech did an excellent job, she took her time and paid close attention to detail. My nails looked great after, but they started to chip off after just under two weeks. A little fast for dip but not a big deal, I was still satisfied.I went back to get a new dip manicure, and they had these very pretty autumn metallic colors. They were $10 more than the regular cost but they looked so gorgeous I went for it. Very let down by these. It isnt a proper dip manicure, she did my nails with basic white color and then put the metallic finish on top. Its only been two days and the color is already wearing off, and its showing bright white underneath. Big disappointment, I did not get the lasting dip manicure I paid for.

My nails look amazing I’m Ngl, what I’m upset about is it took three hours for a manicure. And at the end my total was $69 (after tip) and I was charged $82. When I asked the receptionist why, all she could do was tell me to take it up with my bank. I have the receipt for $69 and the $82 deducted from my account. Long story short; Just pay attention to your totals.

I went the first time with a sweet young lady! She was amazing and made my nails look so pretty. Because of this I went again this past week and a man was available to do my nails and it was awful. I HATE MY NAILS! I literally left crying, he burned my hand with the machine he used and my nails look embarrassing. Waste of money and just want a refund.Went back again and still charged me for the change, rude receptionist that was trying to up charge me and say my nails were fine in the first place.

I have been to many nail salons over the years and have never ever felt more at home than at Champion Nails! The staff here is incredible and always does such an amazing job! They really do go above and beyond with not just their work but hospitality! The salon is always kept so clean and organized making finding what you need so easy! Even brought my dad here for a pedicure and he loved it, he hasn’t had an ingrown toenail since (and before his visit he had been suffering from ingrown toenails for 4 years!).

Reviews were mixed here but i found it to be very clean and my service was great. Im very particular on the quality of my nails and they were done beautifully.

I have been getting my nails done for 20 years. Champion is the best quality and service I have ever experienced. The techs all do a great job they have many that a great with designs. The owner and manager are absolute dolls both super friendly and always have a smile. The atmosphere is always calm and the drinks are good. I will never go any where else.

Champions Nail Bar is the best nail salon in the DFW area. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen and I have been getting my nails done for at least 20 years. I have been going here every 2 weeks for about a year. I have never been disappointed in any of the services I have received. They are always professional and very polite. Nikki does my nails and she is an artist and works wonders on any design I want. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

We have been going to Champion Nail Bar for over a year and we will not go anywhere else. The service is amazing, friendly, high quality and the salon is always clean. I’ve sent messages via Facebook and the responses are quick and helpful (I’ve sent pictures of how I want my nails and they know exactly which dip color will match the picture). We moved away from the area and still make the drive because we love the salon and Rose and Wendy and the whole staff. They always remember the services we get and remember which nail techs we prefer. The prices are reasonable and they offer a military discount. Definitely a relaxing environment and we are so happy we tried them out over a year ago!

By far the best in DFW (and I’ve been to several over the years!). The staff is friendly and personable. I have had pedicures, dip, gel, extensions and waxing. I’ve never been disappointed and always leave with a smile! Rose and Wendy go above and beyond to take care of their clients-old and new. I just found the customer service was not great at the front desk, she was snappy and short, and I had picked out a gold color and they had it that painted my nails with another one I dunno when I spend $125 I just expect people to be kind and paint my nails the color I have picked out

The Asian dude is very disrespectful and rude and dont know what hes doing. Am not going back there again . I regret going there. He called me a.liar for telling him he did a bad job.

I got a full set with gel polish less than 24 hours ago and the gel is PEELING in large chunks off of my nails. I paid for this?? Ridiculous. I have been getting gel on acrylics for several years and this has never happened. My first experience here, and I’m not happy.Edit:Although I am not happy with how my original set came out, and that I had to return to get them fixed, they got me in to fix them at my earliest convenience. They were so very kind during the whole process.

The service was rude, I was cut more than once. The shaping of my nails was terrible. They never last and chip. They got the color and what I was requesting done wrong on more than one occasion. And their policies and prices are inconsistent.

Our favorite place to go! The owner is so kind and informative and so is all the staff! You get reward points for every visit! They offer complimentary beverages both alcohol and non-alcohol (sometimes when they are slammed you have to ask but they are so friendly and not irritated when you ask). It has a super modern atmosphere inside which I love! They do have an overwhelming amount of color selections but I promise you will leave with a color you want!

Since moving here 3 months ago,I was so excited to find such a friendly, classy, and professional place to go to get my nails done. Trish is my nail tech. She is always happy and helpful. It feels good to walk into a place and the know you by name. Their drinks are great as well! Very reasonable prices too.

This is THE WORST PLACE FOR NAILS. It is overpriced for no reason because they don’t know how to do designs or nails. The Owen will also hang up in your face and not let you talk. All they can do apparently is a 20% off coupon I will never use because this place is terrible. Don’t come here. They’re unprofessional.

Ive been here 3 times and the first 2 were ok, but this last one was the absolute worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. Kristy rushed and didnt do all that was included in the package I paid for (the same one I got the previous 2 times), she didnt massage at all just rubbed the lotion on, and didnt even paint my entire nail bed on every single toe. I did ask her to correct the nail polish, which she did but didnt do much better than the first time. I could tell she just didnt care at all. I honestly didnt want to even pay $5 for that kind of service. Super disappointed in this experience. I doubt Ill be back.

I treated myself to an early birthday present and got my nails done. I don’t have the the luxury of spending money on getting my nails done and what I got is devastating! I seriously cried I was so upset when I got home and realized how horrible these are. I don’t even want anyone to try and “fix this” I want my money back or a partial refund. This is so disappointing.

A year ago, my family started coming to see Rose, Wendy and their Team. They are truly great operators. The staff is always friendly and professional and they do an amazing job. My wife has made this her monthly happy place and our entire family enjoys going for pedicures as the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I have been to other spas in DFW and as a man, my experience elsewhere is very uncomfortable. I can only describe it as feeling like you walked into a ladies locker room.At Champions Nail Bar, that has never been the case. Wendy, Rose and KT make everyone feel appreciated and welcome.I have even brought my co workers here for an incentive outing and several members of the team now make Champions Nail Bar there go to spot.I encourage everyone to visit Champions Nail Bar and in the year it has been open, I believe that we have seen the majority of the surrounding community enjoying this location.We love that this is so close to our home in North Fort Worth!

I really really wanted to like this place. It’s close to my house, the salon is beautiful, and the staff seem very friendly.Unfortunately, the tech I had cut me 3 times and my nails had several air bubbles.

I have been here twice. When they first opened and last week. Both times Ive gotten gel manicure and the gel doesnt last on my nails. They lift and peel off with in 2 days. Ive been to other places and never had that happen. As much as they charge I feel product should be better quality.

This is where I always go for my nails. They make the dip look nice and thin, but it lasts. Ive had multiple people do them and they have all been great!

My daughter had a mani/pedi and the ladies there were very rude when they got the wrong color for her. I had a pedicure and my nail polish chipped off the very next day. My coffin style dipped nails were uneven, I had to file them myself to make them look decent. Im not very happy with the service I received here and Im positive I was overcharged, even though its convenient, definitely not going back.

Ive been going to CNB since they opened here in NFTW and I absolutely love them, the shop & location. Ive been to many nail salons and this, BY FAR, is the best place. You are greeted by friendly faces and there is always a hello and a HUG (pre-C19)! Quality services and materials, so worth every dime I spend. Its like a family reunion each and every time Ive visited. The techs are experienced and efficient, the shop is always clean and neat as a pin. Services range from basic to extreme, depending on what you are looking for. Rose & Wendy will go the extra mile to make sure your experience is pleasant and relaxing. I choose never to go anywhere else!

While visiting my daughter in Fort Worth, we treated ourselves to the greatest Mani Pedi a girl could want! The salon was clean, fresh and modern. Refreshments a pleasure and the service excellent. I hate to leave this review for them because I used to LOVE this place but the service has gone down hill to the MAX. I used to come a lot but the nail tech I used to go to (Mary) started slacking on her nail quality. The shape were off and the quality of the service just wasn’t the best so I stopped going but my mother and sister still kept going because they didn’t want to drive 40 minutes like I do for a better nail tech. Now for them it got even worse and I mean WORSE. The quality of the nails were just horrible, even just painting them was bad. My mother and sister went today to get there nails done and the service they received was awful. My mother got cut all over her nails to the point were she was bleeding a lot and I’m not exaggerating. My little sister was getting her nails and feet done and they way they did her nails was just ridiculous. They didn’t take her to the back like the proper way to do. They turned her chair around, put her feet up on another sitting chair and painted them there and had her sit like that till her feet were dry. Really? And once it got time to pay the owner didn’t consider give them some type of discount for the bad experience. Fine you don’t want to do that okay but I have points with them where I get money off of certain visits and yet they haven’t applied them for my mother. I know for a fact I have points. It’s okay though they can keep them point because they won’t see any of us there EVER AGAIN. Like I’m just fed up with the service that my family keeps receiving from this place. They were amazing when they first opened but now that they aren’t new and they have their regulars they think it’s okay to start slacking. It’s not okay and in my opinion they need to fix it before they become another nail salon with horrible reviews and no customers.

Went for a mani/petti, which was great up until the paint. Everything nail has air bubbles and my toes were messed up. The polish on my finger nails was down really unevenly and look horrible. I dont get my nails done often but I had some really great experiences in the past, so this is really disappointing.

Friendly technicians, satisfactory service. The owner is very polite. The only issue I had was that the place smelt like too many chemicals. I understand that nail polish is a chemical in a way, but again that might be only me as I have a very sensitive nose.

Love this nail salon! Very clean, staff is professional and friendly! When you come in they make you feel like youre their only client and you truly get 5 star treatment. This nail salon is a bit further than my last nail place but will drive the extra 5 minutes to get my nails done beautifully and get pampered! Found my new place to get my dip nails and a pedi! I won’t be back to this place. Gave off a weird vibe, and were just rude, especially the girl at the front desk. The pictures of their color choices are far from what they actually have. I asked for a coffin shape and didn’t even get that, and they charged me $5 extra for the shape I didn’t get, I understand it takes more product but I at least expected an actual coffin shape. Also didn’t make sure all nails were even, my thumbs were obnoxiously longer than my other nails, they did not fit with the others. I was also cut multiple times.. It has been a week and my nails are already popping off. Any other place my nail last 3 weeks. Will not recommend to anyone.Cimé nails is WAY better. Off 114 and 377 by McDonald’s and Starbucks. Also cheaper!

Beautiful on the inside but they will put someone who is completely inexperienced on your nails. I had a very simple service, remove my dip powder set and polish my real nails. The nail tech hurt me multiple times by drilling too close to my real nails while removing my previous set. Once they were all finally removed, she painted my nails in a hurry and the paint job was terrible. She literally threw on the clear top coat so terribly that it looks like a 5 year old did it. $18 later and I’m completely dissatisfied. Won’t be going back and I hope they get new management that will make the employees learn how to do a better job at at least the simple services.

Horrible experience. A few nails are crooked and it took the young lady almost 2 hours to do my nails. When I paid the lady at the front counter said sorry she’s new. I knew something was up when every few minutes a nail tech would come by and look as they walked by us. I finally left as she put on the last coat because I was late for another appointment. Also I told her I don’t like them thick, she just smiled at me and guess what? Yep they are too too thick for my liking. I will not be back.

I recently moved into the Haslet area and been looking for a new place where the atmosphere was clean, relaxing and friendly while providing the quality services needed. I walked in on a whim and was taken aback by not only the aesthetics, but the staff I interacted with were beyond friendly. Too many times you go into a nail salon and the staff are bickering or speaking negatively of each other or even clients, but what I observed was that of a professional staff who seem to really care about their customers. Joanne and Kelly were the 2 ladies who assisted me and I was very impressed, so this will now become my new nail salon. Thank you for setting yourselves apart from the typical nail salon.

The staff was extremely friendly and the salon is beautiful. I took my daughter their for her birthday and they treated her like a princess. My daughter loved it and I would recommend Champions Nail Bar to everyone.

I would not recommend anybody to this nail place. Because they do not make you feel comfortable, they stare at you like you do not belong. They do not offer you drinks that they have for there customers. They only offer certain customers drinks even if your spending over a $100.00 dollar in there establishment. They are very unfriendly. I will never go back their. Plus I gave a good tip and didn’t feel appreciated.

I was shocked how bad the service was considering how beautiful the place is. The staff is lacking skills and ill mannered. The nail tech didn’t speak to me at all but decided to hold an entire conversation with her coworker. She literally didn’t ask me the entire time how I wanted my nails done and was just continuing the process. When I told her she didn’t care at all. Like how did you even get this job? I was hoping with the awful attitude she would’ve done my nails better but they were pretty bad. Then she started putting the lotion on my arms without allowing me to roll up my sleeves first lol my gosh talk about an experience.Edit: This review was done when they were new. I really hope they improved.

I am deducting one star because their prices are higher than average. I was pleased with my gel mani and pedi, both techs were excellent. This is the first salon that I have seen a designated cleaner out on the floor ensuring an efficient client transition. My appointment was held on time so thats rare for the weekend at most nail places.

Great location, great atmosphere, very clean, well decorated and complementary drinks! That being said the actual quality of the work is horrible!! I wasn’t impressed with the services I paid for. I got a pedicure and A full set of dipped nails. The pedicure just wasnt impressive. The tech seemed to rush through it and not put much effort into it. The dipped nails are lumpy and misshapen. I mentioned it to the tech several times about my concerns and he kept reassuring me they would be fixed. Next thing I know he said your done and literally picked up his things and ran off. At that point I was over it. When checking out I was asked how my experience was and I was honest. The front desk lady was cold, mater of fact and just didn’t seem to actually care but agreed that the work was subpar and needed to be re done. I had already been there for 2.5 hours and had plans. I was also Just so irritated I wanted to go. I didn’t stay to get It fixed and have already made an appointment at another salon to get a new set. I know accidents happen and things aren’t always perfect the first go around but I made him aware of my concerns and was blown off and then I was given the option to stay and get them re done and didn’t. So I guess they tried to make it right but the job is so horrible I didn’t want to stay and risk hating the next set as well. I also never do reviews but I was honestly just so upset about it all. Spending $150 on dipped nails and a pedicure only to be super unhappy with both and having to go pay to get them re done just sucks. Beware.

Today was my first time and quiet frankly my last.The front desk was rude and inattentive, and didn’t accept a military discount. They charge for a nail tip... really? I’ve never had that happen... I asked for the ombré French tip... well guess what 15 extra... and to take off the acrylic off my SIL ... 10 extra. It was just ridiculous. I would understand if their service was great but it was below average. I spent 70 dollars on a mediocre job with terrible service that made me uncomfortable the entire time. Their nail swatches for dip is unorganized and has no kind of color organization and forget about taking your time to pick a color, because with these lady’s all you will get is an eye roll. Customer service is not a priority nor are they interested. Let’s not even start on them not offering a drink, it was underwhelming. I’ve read the 1 Star reviews and it is to a T correct. The owners comments to the negative review is not taken serious and clearly very one sided and money hungry.Save your money and or go to modern nail bar

Completed customer disconnect, poor communication between MGR. & Staff. I have been there Three times now, the 1st was great! 2nd time, I wanted to do something totally fun. By the photos on their Facebook page it looked like they were able to accommodate. The owner and I went over what I wanted, she then wrote it on the paper and gave it to the tech. The owner and the nail tech had quite of bit of communication between each other none of which I was privy to as they communicated in a different langue, so ONE (the customer) would assume she provide complete direction about what was being paid for. The tech did my nails and when I noticed she was putting on the top coat I said something, the tech went to the owner and they came back to me- the Tech actually told me that I should of said something sooner, now they would have to do my nails all over aging (an hour in already) At this point, I felt very unwelcome and a bit taken aback being told I was responsible to make sure she did it correctly. Not sure how I have control over what the owner wrote down on the paper they provided to the tech. The owner sat down apologized and started asked and what it was I wanted to do, she knew I was not happy and at this point, I didnt feel that I should have to ask them to start over and do what I originally requested, just wanted to leave so I told her I just wanted to leave and go else where- can you believe they still charged me for everything? I left and when to Legacy nails where they did what I asked and an awesome job at that!! Thinking it was a fluke, I went back today- same issue. Poor communications between staff. No concern for what is being asked for and what they do. The photo below is what I asked for but in a cranberry base coat- and what I got. Additionally, it really bothers me that IF YOU CANNOT do what is requested you need to say something. Not do a bad job and when the customer speaks up - tell them the should of said something early. I am not a nail tech, I do not know your processes and then make them pay for something the didnt ask for.

This place is amazing! Great staff and the owners are fantastic. You truly feel pampered when you leave. They make you feel like family.

Nail salon is beautiful - lady at the front desk is a doll. However, This is my second time here and had the same guy twice - he’s nice but he’s botched my nails this time - one hand is super squared like I asked, and the other hand is more rounded, not to mention one hands nails are longer than the other hand, the edges aren’t smooth, instead they are bumpy and he cut me In two places. I’m super disappointed w my visit today.

Since you want to make my sisters, cousins, and brothers comments private. My sister left a comment saying how rude ROSE was and how she even interrupted a private conversation to comment “Are you sure you can afford that”. You then commented on her comment completely LYING about the situation saying you were brought into the conversation by the nail tech & was clarifying the pricing. Which is completely false. Lol you’re going to make this comment private anyways just like the others. We have a back up plan when you do do that. So try it SIS.

I went to this place several months ago and got the dip powder. I loved it and it lasted atleast 3 weeks. I recently went back with a friend because I had such a great experience. Unfortunately, i cannot say the same this time.They were very rude to my friend. My dip started chipping after 2 DAYS and seperating from my nails within a week. My friends nails did the same. When i called to explain my disappointment, they told me to come in anytime to get them fixed. They did not address the fact that most of my nails were coming off but instead just added more dip powder. They looked awful, chunky and continued to fall off within days.I am extemely disappointed and will NOT be returning to this place!

Lady rushed through and left bumps through my new nails and didnt really know how to do the ombre nails good. It was an okay place

This was my first time going to Champions and it definitely wont be my last. I got the dipped fingernails manicure and Anna was AWESOME. She is very thorough. Beautiful full service nail boutique. Cant wait to go back for a mani/pedi.

Very nice new facility. Had a Mani and Pedi done. The pedicure was nice. Maybe the tech I had for my standard manicure was having an off day because she destroyed my cuticules, put my hand in the parifin wax before letting me take my wedding ring off, and was less than friendly through out the service. Expected more from this new nail bar in town.
