I have been a member of this gym since the doors opened. Gym is always clean. Management is very active and responsive. I always get a great workout during group sessions with Coach Kamesha. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This location is not my regular anytime fitness gym. I think I like it better though. It’s got everything you need. All the equipment looks new or it’s very well maintained. The gym is clean and organized. I may start coming to this gym when I can. Oh, and the team member working there (Ethan )was very professional and helpful.

Rude front office staff that doesn’t answer the phone. Not worth the trouble with so many other high quality gyms to pick from. I was in town or military training but lady behind front desk acted like she did not want to see me in their gym. She was really aggressive and confrontational. I watched her not answer the phone as I called from the parking lot. Just a reminder that you are in the customer service business.

The gym is fine, but if you try to cancel your membership, they will scam you out of a cancellation fee and charge you a months membership that YOU CANT EVEN USE. These people have taken $1000 from me in hidden fees and send my bill to collections without even giving me a notice. BEWARE! Go to a real gym.

These guys don’t know how to answer the phone or return a phone call. Apparently they don’t want any more business.

Strongly considering canceling my membership. Nobody wears masks despite the signs requiring it and a lot of people don’t even bother to clean their equipment after use (even in a pandemic?) Many members do not wash their hands at all and workout directly over the dumbbell equipment without wearing a mask exhaling & coughing over everything and with no regard for others safety. The women’s bathroom is a mess all the time, and there are no clear enforcements of the rules set forth by local Govt. and staff does not make any attempt to enforce the rules which is disappointing considering they are being broken during staff hours as well. I would suggest seeking out a different gym if in the market or considering this when making decisions.

This place is great! I started my journey here in an unmotivated depressed state of mind. Ive lost over 80 pounds in this gym. This gym has given me hope, confidence, motivation, grit, determination, etc. I have a new life because of this gym. I recently had to leave, but I will be back one day. The staff are amazing, and provide top-notch support. I highly recommend this gym. Im going to miss it.

Its an amazing gym! It has a chill environment and a great staff! Ethan is my coach and he is the reason why I keep coming back! He knows what he is talking about but also treats you like a person and not just a customer. I even had my husband sign up!

No one was wearing a mask. Made two appointments, no one came to meet us. Wont go back.

This facility is highly recommended by me! The staff, especially Travis, is outstanding! They will work with you and for you to ensure that you have an amazing experience! The gym is very clean and cared for! They provide trainers and nutritionists to help with your individual needs! Check them out!

I wanted to give this review from so long. This place is amazing. I took personal training with Felix and he is really good at what he does and flexible. If you want to loose some pounds, I think that this place is a good bet for you. Also, the staff including Travis (I don’t know if I spelled the name right) who is the manager are helpful whenever you call them and are really good at names and remembering you (even if you call them after an year)

The gym is clean, staff is very helpful, and they have plenty of equipment to ensure you are able to get a good workout. The gym is in a great location in the Ridgmar area and has showers so it is easy to fit in a quick workout while running errands. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for one.

Great place to barbell train while traveling. They’ve got plenty of nice barbells, benches, and power racks.

I’ve been going to this gym for over 2 years and I absolutely love it. Ethan is an amazing coach and the gym is very well maintained.

I would like to say, Ive always had a love for fitness, but this gym, this staff, revitalized everything I loved about the process of bettering myself. From the group sessions to the amazingly helpful staff. So many competitors will lack the compassion as seeing members as more than a monthly payment, from Coach Ethan, to the owner Jake, as soon as you walk into the west Fort Worth location you become a part of a family, a family I am very honored to have been a part of. I would recommend this gym to the fitness nut looking to chisel their physique or the everyday person who is wanting to improve their health, from meal plan advice to group workouts the staff here is willing to help you every step of the way.The gym is very clean and the various employees can be seen go above and beyond to make a nice sanitary environment while also making sure each member is comfortable and is made welcome. This location has a great emphasis on safety with multiple cameras aimed at vehicles in the parking lot and take the safety and well-being of members to the highest concern. When the staff is not inside the location they can physically be seen serving the community, this is a very professional, very easy to settle into environment.I would also like to say, the signup process maybe a long endeavor for some, this is because the staff is very thorough with payment information, contract obligations, and rules of the gym, and even they set up your personal goals. There are NO hidden portions of the contract, you will not be left with questions and unlike other gyms you can be emailed the full contract to refer back to at any time. My husband and I went to the gym to sign up for a free 7 day pass to get a feel for the gym. We met and spoke with Felix who was very pleasant. The days I worked out, it was quiet and the gym was clean. However, we went back on the 7th day to discuss memebership options. Met with another individual, who was quite unprofessional. It started out on a bad foot when he made fun of Felix’s hair, calling it weird. I corrected him and said “unique.” He said, “same thing.” It makes me uncomfortable that someone working in a place where people come to better themselves is making fun of others appearances. I immediately told him of our circumstances and asked for alternative options to the 18 month contracts. I told him tht given our situation I could not consider long term contracts and asked if there were any pay in full options or shorter term options. He became quite condescending and I had to tell him twice, “well I guess it’s just not a good fit for us then,” before he would excuse us from the office. Anyhow, I did the math. A twelve month membership at a place like LA fitness, which has more amenities, just not open 24/7, is actually less expensive than Anytime Fitness anyhow. I am sure there are several comparable gyms who don’t bully you into long term contracts and who don’t have employees who openly make fun of others behind their backs.

I routinely workout here. Its consistently clean, and the staff welcome me and other regulars by name. Recommend.

Even though they do not have day passes, they let me come and workout since I was only in town for work, extremely friendly staff, clean, and has everything you need for a great workout.

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness collectively for five years and have visited several DFW Anytime locations. This is hands down the best location in the area. The manager and trainer of the gym Martin and Mark are hands down the best anytime staff Ive had the pleasure of meeting as they offer a superior level of customer service. They always greet you with a smile and make an effort to know your name and if you want help you achieve your fitness goals.The gym itself has several options for cardio, weight training, functional training, and machines. It has a nicely sized room with hard floors that you can use if you need extra space. Everything is super clean and you can really tell the owner Jake, who is also very nice & personable, cares about his membersIf youre looking for a gym in the FW area I suggest Anytime over all others. It is worth it.

Watch your billing and read your contract !and keep track of contracts date and when you cancel contract so they stop billing you !otherwise they will keep billing you !

This gym is always dirty and they tried to charge me extra money that I didnt agree to pay In my sign up contract youll be better off and pay less at 24 hour fitness I called to stop the charges afternoon I havent been going for 5 months and they tried to charge me a 100 dollar cancellation fee by far the worst gym I have ever been in and the people dont even care in there all they do is sit and do nothing if I could give negative stars I would
