My wife and I are extremely busy but we needed to buy a new dishwasher. We went into the Norway Agren to buy one. Stephen was very helpful and pleasant, guided us to a dishwasher that was in stock, answered our few questions with good humor, and checked us out swiftly and efficiently. All told, we only needed twelve minutes to get in and out, which was even less than the 20 minutes we had to spare. Excellent price, service, setup, and long-term maintenance.

I have been in Agrens in the past for ordering parts for washer, dryer, and other appliances. They always got things right, so I wanted to buy a stand up model AC unit and the salesman showed me what he had and what he was getting in on the following day. He didnt try to oversell the products he had, but Im very proud of the whole unit itself. Its a smart appliance so I can dial in to the unit and see if its cool enough in my house before I get home! If not I change temp and fan speed and in a matter of minutes you will be cool!

Recently bought a portable AC unit from Agrens in Norway, Maine. It was a 12,000 btu Friedrich. It was definitely overkill for my bedroom, but I am glad I paid the extra $ for the AC unit. It is very well built and not a cheaply made unit that will break after the warranty runs out. I also liked the fact that the gentleman I talked to answered any questions, but didnt try and over sell the product to me. I will definitely shop there again for other appliances in the future. I like to try and buy local

With the current environment, the lead times are long and unpredictable so he helped with that info which changed our selections. Good service. No wiggle room on delivering. Paid for chair now wait a week to get it. They did agree to put me on for any cancelation they might have. I would send people to Agrens.

After researching propane double oven ranges I decided on one from LG. Howard at Agren in Norway, Maine was able to answer all my questions. After realizing the stove was not currently in stock he contacted their supplier and will hopefully have one for me by the end of December. We have made many purchases from Agren over the years and have always been happy. Often, we check out the box stores as well, but just keep coming back to Agren. The prices are very fair and competitive, but the service and knowledge is well beyond what you will receive at any box store.

Waited until last day of year to take advantage of year end sales. Jason was prompt in his contact, clear in his representation of their filling our order and delivery, and provided documents via e-mail as promised, when promised. Definitely will be returning for remaining replacements in another few months.

Ordering appliances is so strange with Covid-19, but Stephen at Agren was so helpful and answered all of my many questions! I feel confident in the products and really appreciated that he was texting me with the info vs a phone call. I have 2 young kids at home and its so loud here! He was professional, responded in a timely fashion, and really made me feel confident in their ability to deliver a great product. Also appreciated that they are willing to work with my designer for delivery and installation dates as we are having our kitchen remodeled, so those dates are still in the air for a bit.. Needed a replacement washer/dryer for our house in Bethel. Quick phone call to Agren in Norway and we have new ones ordered, install included, they will take the existing appliances with them and if anything goes wrong in the next 5 years they will fix it. If nothing goes wrong the warranty turns into credit for another purchase. No brainer, great service.

I am seeking a propane grill, did my research and knew what I wanted. The first purchase took my money and then called to say there would be a 5 week delay on a grill that taking a month already. Cancelled that one. Next store took my order and then said it would take7 weeks. It just came and two parts don’t work. They can’t pick it it up, fix it or replace it...Dang. I called Norway Agren and my order with Peter was done in 5 minutes and I will have the grill in 2 days. Thank you Norway Agren!
