My sister and my first time at this nail salon. Very quick, professional and cautious during this pandemic. I absolutely love my nails it’s been 4 years since I’ve had acrylic nails and I am impressed with this nail salon. I also got a different shape called lipstick and the nail tech did very well, I will be going back whenever I visit Indianapolis.

For 13 years Glamour Nails has been my go-to place for pedicures. The staff has always been welcoming and highly skilled. The salon has a warm atmosphere and is immaculate. Glamour Nails is the perfect place to relax and be pampered!

Do not go here if you have short natural nails that you want to look nice... this is not the place. 65.00 for this... As you can see by the pictures my nails weren’t cleaned up or filed after the polish was put on. I paid for a manicure with the gel polish you can clearly see around the edges of my nails the dead dry skin was not cut. You can also see fromThe picture (short white gel nails in photo section) that my polish doesn’t even cover my entire nail from top to bottom or side to side. The top coat was put only on the middle of my nail i had to ask the man to do the sides. Came here as i was in Carmel for something else and didn’t really want to drive to Geist to my normal salon, lesson learned!

Disappointed.I have gotten my nails done at this shop a few times in the past 14 years and its been a decent experience until last Friday. I requested the powder dip and my nail tech was new to the shop. He was not thorough at all and parts of my nails didnt have a touch of top coat AND some of the powder dip is covering my cuticles. I should have said something while I was there, but I wanted to avoid any confrontation. One nail cracked and chipped a couple days later and they let me come in for a repair. The repair was worse than the chipped nail. The same tech replaced the tip, glued it on crooked, and filed it down too short. Im just going to walk around with crazy crooked nails for another week and a half until my next appointment at another salon. Not all techs at this salon are this careless but I dont want to risk it again

I have been to this location many times and they are usually pretty good but this time was absolutely unacceptable. I felt very rushed and the nail tech was horrible. My nails are thicker than a bowl of oatmeal!!!!

I have been going here for about a year. A few months ago, i transitioned to dip nail sets from acrylic, per my manicurists recommendation. I absolutely love this for my lifestyle as lasts 3-4 weeks and much less damaging to nail than regular gel or acrylic. Ricky and his staff are the best!!!!!

This was my first time I really needed my nails done really bad. My normal salon I go to was closed for some reason. Do it was awesome they take walk ins. I had Henry & he was very malicious with making sure the polish was just right etc. The chairs were so comfortable really enjoyed my pedicure as well.

The price are a little higher than I am use to. But there fo a great job. Brook is my favorite! She take her time and is super friendly and talkative.

Disappointed as. Long time customer- made my first appointment after my vaccine. Nail tech was taking a break rather than waiting on me.

Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had. I did the Mandarin Orange Pedicure. I cant wait to try more. Sam was wonderful and practically put me to sleep. I mean that in a good way!

Ive been a pretty frequent visitor at Glamour Nails and usually enjoy my time there, however the past 2 times Ive received a dip manicure they have chipped within a week. Im not hard on my nails so there is no reason why this should happen. Ive received dip manicures at other nails salons and I never have this problem. Unfortunately, after 2 failed dip manicures, I will not be returning to this place.

Great service and so many color options! Ken was fantastic. He took his time, was very meticulous and you could tell he cared about his work. I will definitely be back!

Ive recently relocated to Westfield and was looking for a new nail salon. Im EXTREMELY happy I chose to give Glamour Nails a shot!!! My daughters and I received warm welcomes and were serviced promptly. Ricky did an awesome job on my nails, and my daughters love theirs as well. Well definitely be returning!

Probably the best nail salon ive been to. Every employee that I encountered was so nice, so professional, and put alot of detail into doing the best work on your nails. I got a deluxe pedicure and a manicure with the dip powder and both turned out wonderful. It was also such a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Love this place

After years of looking for a trusted nail salon, I found it after visiting Glamour Nails. Ricky is one of the best in the industry! I do acrylics with gel polish and I can easily make them last 3 weeks if I need to. Additionally, theyre always on time for my appt and Im always in and out of there within an hour, which is extremely valuable for anyone with a busy schedule! I highly recommend Glamour Nails if youre looking for a high quality, affordable, efficient nail salon!!

After searching for a regular go-to nail salon, I finally found one and have been going here ever since. Always friendly and professional and do a great job in a quick time!

Ricky does an amazing job!! This place is always very quiet and the employees are very nice.

To be fair, Im not sure if I had a poor experience due to my technician or because of the place overall. Le was really nice and friendly, but he was extremely rough. The experience was not relaxing. Everything he did seemed rushed, and he was in no way gentle about any of it. He made my thumb bleed when cutting my cuticles. I am not positive he used sterile equipment (Im almost 100% positive he did not) and I should have said something, so thats on me. But it was extremely concerning, none the less. At the time when I looked at my nails before leaving I thought they looked good. Once I got home I realized I still had nail polish on at least 4 of my finger nails, he literally painted on a couple specks of dirt onto a couple of my nails and didnt try to fix it, and the edges of a couple of nails were really jagged. Had I noticed these things prior to leaving, I would have asked them to fix it. Now Im just kind of bummed I paid for the manicure. At least I picked a cute color.

One nail tech (name begins with J) did a good job the first visit. On the second visit both big toenails were too deeply trimmed and he produced “buried nail bits” to me as proof for the deep cutting and yes much bleeding. I’m in my 50s and have had my nails done in Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale and Boston to name a few. I’ve never had these extra toe nail bits removed before nor have I ever had nail growth issues. . . This was beyond normal pain and I was also uncomfortable with my feet going back into the water as I was concerned with possible infection. The polish I chose didn’t go on well - and he struggled with that. I would have thrown it away myself. I had an all day conference the next day and wanted it to look nice. But instead, one side of one big toe became infected by that evening and I only slept half the night because of the throbbing. I could only wear sandals as it was too painful to wear closed toe shoes for several days. I’m relieved that the infection is now receding (three days later) but of course I was worried. I would like to request that no tech dig so deeply and that with much bleeding that the feet not go back into the water. I have no desire to get a pedi again and will do my own nails from now on.

Always clean, my nails are well done and they are very professional. Have had a few different techs work on me now, and theyve all done a nice job!

I went to go get my eyebrows cleaned up, and the lady there decided she’s gonna do whatever she wants and made them from pretty natural eyebrows, to a line, and a high arch.

Very clean and professional. Employees are all extremely nice and take pride in their work and are all about customer satisfaction.

Nice pedi, but the next day my feet started to peel. Definitely some sort of fungal infection that I did not have prior to my visit.

Had my first visit here today. Ricky did a wonderful job on my nails. Very happy & I will be going back.

Very good stylist were awesome. It was kinda hard to understand what they were saying but you can get the hang of it .

Worst place for waxing, this place is not worth for one star. The lady who did waxing was very clumsy and lazy the stared cutting the hair off my forearm and fingers as she didn’t wanted wax them. Also she could not pull the strip of wax in one go and was struggling wit it, that hurt terribly. also who puts wax in the opposite direction of hair growth and pulls in the same direction god terrible terrible very terrible wit their service and she was laughing at it instead apologizing.

Make an appointment. It makes it easier on the staff. I had a great experience and will definitely make an appointment and be back soon!

The best nail place I been too!! Everyone there is so nice and actually gets the time to know you. I been going for almost a year and I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend going here.

Lee did my nails yesterday, he was incredibly rough and made my cuticles hurt. He was in such a hurry that he accidentally stabbed me with one of his tools and then kept going on and on about how he could get me out of there quicker than anyone else. I told him I was not in a hurry, but I think HE was in a hurry because he wanted to do more customers per hour. I chose a sparkly gold gel polish and he appeared to be having problems with it. I asked him if he ran out of that color and he said no but then proceeded to add acetone to the bottle that was nearly empty. He obviously lied to me. Then he asked me to choose another color, so I did. I chose a pink shade that I thought was the same that I had chosen in the past but apparently it was a lighter version and you could see the whites of my nail tips right through it. I told Ricky (the owner) that I felt like he needed to do a 3rd coat to really cover the nail and he said it was too late and that Id have to start all over on my nails and that hed have Lee fix it because he wasnt making any money off of me since I was Lees customer! :O I couldnt believe it. As the manager, he should want to make things right, especially after having a manicure that hurt, being lied to and not even having the polish I wanted. I told him that I wasnt happy and he said, well, you keep bouncing from person to person here (as if that has anything to do with what happened!) and I reminded him that HE was the one who told me previously that I could go to anyone in there for gel nails since they all specialize in that service! Lee never even put lotion on my hands or anything (despite paying for a full manicure) and he left me and went to work on another customer while my hands were still in the dryer. Ive been going there for years and they used to be really good but after my experience yesterday, theres no way Ill ever return.

Just happened to be in town for the day with a little time to kill. Googled nail shops and chose Glamour Nails because of location and reviews. The reviews were right. It was a great experience. I got gel nails for first time instead of acrylic and I love it!

I have been coming here for 3 years and I love this place. Each time I come in it is a positive and relaxing experience. They are talented and love what they do. Ricky, Brooke, Jasmine, Phong and Jimmy rock... I even take my 6 year old daughter here...

Went in to get a new set of acrylics with gel color. The technician did some sort of dip saying it would be cheaper. My nails ended up being warped and bumpy. My cuticles were drilled down that they were bleeding. The gel fell off two days later and the glued tips started falling off the three days after. Ive had manicures here in the past that have been medicore. This experience though convinced me to stop hoping theyd do my nails correctly.

Leon gave me a pedicure and a gel manicure. Both are excellent, some of the best work Ive had done. He was careful about trimming all of my cuticles so my finger and toe nails look neat. He buffed off my calluses firmly but gently, and he did a great job on the polish. His foot/leg massage didnt last as long as some Ive had, but I only paid for the regular pedi. He did an excellent job on my gel fingernails. Ive only had this type of mani twice, and both times the techs were a little sloppy about getting gel on my cuticles, which not only looks bad and grows out looking worse, but it creates opportunities for water to seep under the gel (doing dishes, etc.) and cause peeling, thus shortening the life of the manicure. He was a little aggressive pushing back my fingernail cuticles and it was a little uncomfortable, but the finished look is like those hand models you see in magazines. I dont usually write reviews because you can find nail salons like this all over town and theyre all about the same, but this experience was so good I thought a review was in order. :-)

I had a gel done BEFORE spring break that was fixing one I had had at Carmel Nails...it has been over a month and I am now just ready to have them done again. Well worth the money!
