Erik does a fantastic job of making his workouts both fun and incredibly effective. I normally hate working out but I always enjoying going into Brown Fitness. I highly recommend this gym over all the others I have tried out.

This place is great. I have tried all the big box places, the local gyms...tried it all. But this place is different--in a very good way. The workouts are fast paced and focused. Erik has a plan everyday to maximize the time spent there. The other people working out are friendly and are similarly focused on getting results but not spending hours in a gym. I really like the early morning workout. It allows me to get my day started out right. Also, Erik sends out very informative emails with tips on how to gain (and maintain) a healthy lifestyle. Thumbs up for this place.

I have had great results with Erik Brown at Brown Fitness. At Brown Fitness, they use the latest and most effective training methods to allow you to maximize the time that you put into your workout. On average, you complete an entire workout in 30 to 40 minutes. The efficient use of your time is complemented by a friendly, supportive environment. Do yourself a favor and check out Brown Fitness.

I love Brown Fitness!I began training at Brown Fitness 8 months ago after being encouraged by my girlfriends reaction after only going for a few weeks. Eriks work with Kettlebell training is awesome and the sessions are always different. I took one of the many challenges offered and LOST 2 in my waist after only 10 days...Amazing!!I have run marathons and was an avid cyclist before and thought is was in good shape but now I have more strength than ever and my fitness level is the best of my life. I always look forward to attending classes and hate when I have to miss one. Now I even go to semi-private sessions with Erik for a more focused workout.I highly recommend personal training at Brown Fitness regardless of age or fitness level.THANKS ERIK!!

Erik Brown at Brown Fitness is definitely the topic around the water cooler. He truly is the latest and greatest in Bootcamp Fitness. Great results are a given if you follow his work-out plan and stay smart about what you eat. I look forward to each and every class at this Fort Worth gym. The camaraderie and positive attitude shared by everyone associated with this health club is HUGE !!! Erik is a pro at making a difference ! I will never go anywhere else to achieve my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Brown Fitness to anyone that is ready to make a change.

What can I say about Brown Fitness? It has literally transformed my life...Erik is an awesome instructor! He always keeps it fresh with new exercises and I always feel like im doing something different. Ive been going for about 3 years and I would definitely recommend Brown Fitness to others. His exercises are only part of the benefits, there is also the nutrition side which is rare in a gym. I am the type of person that needs to be pushed while exercising and Erik does that.

I tried Brown Fitness out about 18 months ago and cant stop going. I started going initially to help compliment my running which had reached a plateau. After 9 months of Eriks boot camp training I improved on my personal best marathon by 17 minutes! I couldnt have done it without Brown Fitness. I go 3 days a week for 30-40 minutes a session and what is great is each workout is totally different and each time you go you get a full body workout. I had worked out in the past with personal trainers and on my own looking for results and couldnt get them. My results with this program have been the best and most enjoyable Ive found. If youre looking for a challenging workout that involves strength training with an aerobic element you need to give this place a shot.

I have participated in a lot of work out regimes/boot camps over the past seven years and Brown fitness is by far my favorite. I signed up for a six week challenge and lost ten pounds, toned my arms and legs and got stronger in my core. (I looked fabulous for my twenty year hs reunion!) After the six week challenge, I made Brown Fitness a part of my lifestyle and Ive been going for over two years. Every work out is different and challenges you to work hard. If I need an extra motivator Erik helps get me on track with my nutrition and encourages me. I am in better shape at 40 than I have ever been in my life!

While celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday, I was trying to participate in the activities and wound up spraining my ankle. While I was resting my ankle it made me realize, since having children, I had not focused on my own health. Being in my mid-forties, I had gained a significant amount of weight, was having general aches and pains and could not participate in activities without being exhausted in a short amount of time. Not to mention my blood pressure and cholesterol levels were quickly rising. I was overweight and out of shape! I decided then, it was time for a change. As with anyone who has a career and children, time was a huge factor. I did not have 2 hours a day to dedicate to exercise and also needed something close by or I knew I would not go. I found Brown Fitness Kettlebell Boot Camp and it was perfect!!! The gym is 5 mins. from my home in Fort Worth and has a wide variety of hours that allow me to attend after work. It is a vigorous workout that includes strength training, resistance training and cardio all in 45 mins. The first week I was embarrassed and nervous that I would not be able to keep up. Erik was amazing. He worked with me personally and provided nutritional advice that was realistic. Erik even sent emails to check my progress and make sure he was meeting my needs and expectations of a fitness coach. I never felt out of place because the workout is based on each individual instead of keeping up with everyone else. He pushed me to challenge myself and never made me feel guilty or ashamed if I couldn’t do something. Erik was able to adjust any exercise around my ankle that was still healing and any other health issue that arose. A year later, I am so much healthier. My blood pressure and cholesterol is much lower, I have better balance and endurance and my strength has improved immensely. I have tried workout tapes, gyms, spot-reduction gimmicks, and multitudes of weight loss programs and diet pills and have never made it more than a couple of months. I started the Kettlebell Boot Camp with a month-to-month option unsure if I would keep it up and here I am a year later with no intention of quitting. I love going to class and my family loves how much happier and healthier I am. I even have my 9 year old workout with me at home. Thank you Erik, for changing my life!
