If it was a no star I would pick that because I went and got a starter from there and it was the wrong one, so I took it back and he said it was the wrong one because he marked it. He didnt mark it at all. I called the mechanic to tell him and he even said it wasnt marked when I took it to him. The guy at this place took the starter back after telling me he marked it and gave me store credit. With I dont want store credit I want my money back because thats one place Ill NEVER GO BACK TO. A loyal customer of theirs was embarrassed and she also said she wasnt going back

Good people helpful but we were told to go look in trailer for our part, was a whole bunch of them but had to pick through to find some were missing parts and rusty not sure if was right one or if worked. Then some one found right one for us with all good parts. Fair price

This by far was the best place to go when you need parts. There customer service was kid and friendly. Very knowledgeable. They even help you find a place to go that has it if they dont. Bring your tools and some waters and make sure you have lots of time because you can get lost in there with all the stuff you can find. Lol And special thanks for the motor its running great.

Vehicles stacked two high almost everywhere one looks. Prepare to walk and feel frustrated that most desired parts are already picked. New inventory would be a huge win. Very few engines or tailgates to even find. Great pricing usually at the front, no cover to go inside and check it out. Bring tools, plenty of water, and a list of needs/wants.

They have large inventory but you have to pull it yourself. Im a woman i feel that these places should have someone to pull for the ppl who cant or dont have tools.

I have been going to this place for many years i dont have anything bad to say about this place,friendly and understanding very good prices and most of the time have what you need. Great place.

Terrible service. Husband bought a transmission from there and brought it back for an exchange because our mechanic said it was bad and not shifting like it was supposed to. Owner came outside cussing, calling my husband a liar and that “I check all my transmissions”...... wrote VOID on the receipt when my husband tried to explain the problem. Definitely not the way to conduct business. Quick at taking the money but not willing to honour their exchange policy. Oh and to the owner, before you start jumping on the bandwagon, I understand the warranty would have been void if not installed by a certified mechanic, but the transmission hadn’t even been installed yet!

They pick you pay high I needed a transmission pan they didnt have one and the places they pointed me to didnt have one either so I went online n bought one new like I wanted to do in the first place

Bought a battery from there, put it on, didn’t work, came up there to have it exchanged out. They dont warranty their batteries not do exchanges. Would be fine if I knew ahead of time but instead Jerry, cussed me out. Bad business, don’t come here. Horrible customer service skills. Went across the way to glen and Jerry’s and traded it in, got a warranty for $30 days and we’re wonderful. Screw this place. You don’t talk to a woman like the way Jerry talked to me.No Jerry, you were cussing me out. And didn’t offer anything you just said. Told me ‘you were gonna be eating good on my $25’

They supply my parts and if I need a part that is on second level, they will gladly bring a forklift and set it on the ground, or turn it over for me. Ive always had success with them. Go there if you can.

Some parts, like certain motors are pulled but I like going out to the row of vehicles that are separated by make such as Ford trucks. The prices are reasonable but sometimes you dont find what you need and other things may be on the top of another vehicle but I think they might take it down for you if you asked.

Spoke with a guy on Tuesday about selling my 05 ford Taurus. Was quoted an amount over the phone. I told him we will be in Saturday with title in hand. Took the car with title, and guy behind counter told us $100 less. Pretty sad that they quote over the phone and dont honor them!!!!! I will make sure everyone knows how they do business!!!
