This place is the place to go for all of your boat/marine needs. By far one of the best group of guys with the most knowledge I have ever gone to. Best price for whatever you need and they are quick. Marshall was upfront, honest, and will do his best to help you out with whatever he can. I had an engine rebuild and trim repair. Cannot say enough positive things about the guys are Eagle Mountain Performance.

Cam and his team did great work on my boat. I had some issues that took a lot of diagnoses and although it did take awhile, it did get resolved. People do need to understand parts are hard to get and shipping is slow right now.

Cameron keeps coming through for us. Only (very tiny) issue we had is he said he was sure he had a starter on the shelf for our 3.0 Mercruiser. We started to head that way and he promptly called and apologized and said that hes totally out, but hed order several and have them over nighted.Sure enough, call in the morning that our starter was in. Then 2 weeks later, starter goes out in our big block Mercruiser hahaha. Welcome to boat life! Cameron saves the day again!Weve only been coming here for a few months, but Cameron and crew have already been a huge asset to our family and business!Thank you, gentleman!

I took my boat to have the lower shaf replacement at first they were very profecional after i drop off my boat they told will take about 6 weeks to get done i told them ok .after 3 months they never call me they never answer my calls and coupletimes i went there they always said will get the done next weekthey always told me the ups delivery will be next weekafter 5 months i told them i was going to pick up my boat finaly they worked on it. 6 months to finish my repairsthey charge $2000 after paying that money i thougt will be goodwhen i put it in the water leaks alot water in the transomi wont take anything to them anymore.i have a shop and i know customer service makes the difference.

We are now going on 2 years of them having my Taylor jet boat.... No communication whatsoever and every time I call I get the run around saying it will be done in a couple weeks. That was 6 months ago.... I paid $2000 up front when you generally don’t pat until services are rendered.... I’m at the end of my rope and if it isn’t lake ready by spring I’m going to pick my boat up and go to court..... I’m very unhappy

Horrible horrible service Marshall and Cameron do not know how to run a business. The saga started may 13 I took them a 1955 Johnson 25 horse tiller handler motor it ran upon arrival didn’t run well but it ran. Honestly just think it needed a tune it had been completely rebuilt repainted. I have the receipts to the all the parts. On the original day of drop off I called and talked to Cameron and was told to bring it up and if it’s something easy we can do in thirty min we’ll get ya takin care of we show up at 11 30 the time me and Cameron agreed on and all we are asked to do is leave it ok so no big deal he tells me we’ll get to after Memorial Day not a big deal I don’t need it I waited two weeks after Memorial Day and still had heard nothing. I called and spoke with Marshall and Marshall stated it was getting to the top of the list that they have lots of work right now ok no problem. A week later I call to check the status and Cameron tells us we got it figured out were just doing the final tuning on it ok great we show up the next day and they are not ready they have only looked and see if it ran. After wasting my time to drive up there hour and half and they can’t tell me what’s even going on we still leave it with. The week of July 4 I called and spoke with Cameron about he told me something was off with the timing I said ok no worries keep digging but I need it finished by the week of July 19 I go camping on the 22 and need the motor to finish my decking on my John boat. Cameron said that’s not a problem we will have it done for you I call Tuesday july 14 to get the update on the status of we’re we are at all they can tell me is the same thing from the week of July 4 something is wrong with the timing I was told by Marshall he told me they were trying to get to it I gave them till Thursday after calling more then a dozen times starting at 9 35 until 11:45 when I showed up no one ever answered. I showed up at 11 45 Thursday cause no one answered the phone trying to figure out what’s going on. So we pull up and there’s one employee left that’s leaving for lunch everybody else had vacated the premises even though there door sign says lunch is approximately between 12:30 and 1 :30 these guys were gone not even open during business hours. The one employee calls marshal and all Marshall tells him to tell us is I’ll be back at 1 o clock and the guy leaves still haven’t spoken to somebody in charge that day at all. Called a few more times after lunch Marshall finally picked up at 3: 15 and told me we will have it ready to go even though it’s not done we’ll have it ready to leave. We show up Saturday July 18 to pick it up Cameron only charges me a 100 ok cool because they really didn’t do anything on it. I pay him they bring it out to the truck we’re in and I can hear something rattling in the cover I take the cover off to inspect what’s rattling around they they left the spark plus out they left the timing key out even after putting the top cover for the timing back on but didn’t put these two plates back on but the put the rest back together makes no sense. I confronted Cameron about it and his response was we weren’t finished with it so we didn’t put it back together Cameron became very argumentative after I started asking questions which I rightly have the right to I came with a running motor with all the parts and leave without a running motor after ten weeks and they even posted on there Facebook page June 16 talking about the delay in time it’s taking which was already 4 weeks after I had dropped it off Cameron and Marshall will do and say anything to keep there heads a float I’ve never heard so many excuses out of a service writers mouth then I have Cameron’s. There shop of so full there guys can barely operate I’m sure there’s so many osha violations in that place they would get shut down. DO NOT GO HERE

Marshals and his son and team are very nice and take very good care of your needsI own a Yamaha JetSki and they have done all the work on it and will even go out of their way to help if they can hard to find someone that works on 2 stoke JetSki’sI highly recommend them if you need Boat or JetSki repairs I drive from Arlington and will be a customer for lifeThanks again It’s hard to find people like you allWill always come back as they go that extra mile for you

I have a Regal Boat and Sea Doo that I have them service. They are ALWAYS very helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to save money on the required repairs but get the job done properly. Since they are down the street I have used them over the years and probably taken their expertise and ability to do all repairs for granted. These guys are great, know what they are doing, been in business a long time and will likely be around years from now. I highly recommend them.

Called two weeks before Labor Day and spoke with Cameron about a Tohatsu 30hp outboard. He wasted no time in helping me and gave me a lot of information on the Tohatsu brand along with specs. I made it in a week later and ordered it and paid for it.The motor arrived within the time I was told it would be in and was installed and had zero leakage (required drilling through transom to bolt the outboard on).Marshall explained very clearly on what to do to check the motor from time to time as well as other pertinent details.I began the break in process that same evening and I am very impressed with the performance of the Tohatsu. The sale went smoothly and I am glad the motor was bolted on.Thanks for an overall great experience. Not an ounce of buyers remorse here!

The engine this place rebuilt twice ($8000) blew again after 1 season. There was no way we were taking it back for another go around with their incompetence. Found a much better repair place - and they determined our rebuilt engine was nothing more than a used engine they must have put in. If only we could prove it. Half of the repairs they said were done, were not. Beware.

Unable to complete major project. Missed critical details. Terrible communications. Took boat in for water ready prep after being stored for 3 years. Idle tested only.. Never ran at speed on lake. Took so long to complete I was unable to use until the next year. Ran boat for 15 minutes at 30 mph and the motor seized. Dont go to this goat pasture and be ripped off by this con artist.

Recently had my dads Bayliner brought into the shop for some winter preparation and to talk to them about what steps I should take to make sure it stays in great condition. I was referred to them by a friend of mine who told me that they were straightforward and would be up front and honest to me. They were nothing less than just that.They showed me ways to make sure that my Dads boat would keep us playing on the lake all summer long. They also noted a few things that I should be proactive about and were more than up front about the kind of work that it was and how much I would be paying.These are great straightforward people and I would never take my business elsewhere. They have earned it for life and for that I will continue to give it to them. Thank you Donna, Marshall, and Cameron for all of your hard work and making sure my senior father wouldnt have to worry about his fishing trips!

They will take you fast had my boat 4 months was told 2 weeks, got tired of the lies and the half done job .everybody deserves a fair warning, please dont let what happened to me and others happen to you these people need to be stopped. I wish I could give 0 stars. We were told our boat would be a quick fix and they could do it between boats so at 5:45pm on a Thursday we rushed to bring our boat there as they said they would be able to get it back to us by the following Tuesday at the latest. Here we are 5 weeks later and Marshall now tells us he has over 100 boats in front of us, 2 weeks ago it was 57. We have called for updates and left over 8 messages without any returned calls. They are tacky and rude when we call and after 5 weeks he still hasn’t even looked at it. We picked our boat up today to bring it to someone who actually wants our business and understands customer service. We will NEVER recommend or give our business to this horrible place.

Less than 1 star - incompetent, unprofessional bumbling fools. Last year we took our boat there when the engine blew. We paid them $3000 and didnt get it back for 3 months - then after a couple times in the water this spring the engine blew again because of this companys poor workmanship. We took it back - should have been under warranty. It took them 4 MONTHS to repair it this time. Marshall kept lying about when it would be ready - kept telling us he would warranty the work. After too many calls - calls they never returned - and visits - they were closed at 2pm, at 10am, closed more than they were open - and multiple demands for completion the wife tells us we need to PREPAY for some of the work. We take them $1000 cash just so theyll start working on it again. Then they tell us they never ordered parts they were suppose to, or that theyre waiting for UPS, or that theyd have the boat done by certain dates that come and go - and then finally - now that the entire summer is over - and the boat is finally repaired - they try to charge us nearly $4000. They run the worst business we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We will never take our business there again. We heard over and over (from them) that they have been in business for 30 years - they need to shut the doors.

They are a shame. My boat took on water they said it was a plug it cost 110. Then I took it straight to the lake the same day it still took on water. I took it back they said its another leak. This time it cost me 900. I then took it to the lake with kids and family the best still took on water and now power steering was out.I went straight back to them upset and mad. They dont care and will endanger your family. They Will take your money and dont fix anything. Its sad how they do people. Took it to another shop. Found out it was only a hose that came off.

Cameron and Marshall knocked it out of the park. Took care of my flipped jet ski in a matter of days. Was expecting it to really break the bank but they shoot straight with me. Couldnt imagine going any better than it did. Theyll be the first people I call if I run into anymore problems with my water vehicles or if need I service.

Buyer Beware.. The worst customer service ever! I took a 5hp Coleman Motor to be repaired back last Sept. Was told by Marshall that it should be fixed in a few days. After 2 weeks, called and Donna said they were waiting on parts and havent had time to get to it. After 2 months of calling and calling and not getting a return call, I went to the location. Marshall said that they dropped the motor off a stand and busted the cowl. So it was right before Christmas 16 so Marshall said that he would call me back after the first of the year and would either pay me for the motor or fix it. I called once and never got a call back (left message with Donna). I finally went back to the office in March and Marshall and I spoke and agreed on a price for the motor. He said he would call me the next day. Of course like numerous times before, no return call. So I went back the next day. Then Marshall said I havent had time to decide on what I want to do!!! So 6 months and a lot of grief and no motor, no replacement cost, and no communication. Ridiculous!

I purchased a boat that was lake ready per the pervious owner. I had taken the boat to a place in Arlington and was told it was fine. It was still running rough at partial throttle.Marshall adjusted the carbs and saved me thousands on repairs. The oil pump wasnt hooked up correctly. He was able to fix and showed me what he changed.Both issues should have been seen by the previous shop but were found by Marshall within minutes!

So amazing to me that all the negative reviews are addressed as being people eagle mountain never knew. The experiences I read are just like my experience. They will take you to court in a heartbeat and no matter how good your case is YOU WILL LOSE. He has lawyer friend who gives him the advice and pull every low trick there is. He was to keep my boat in good repair while he had it in his possession . The tires were miraculously all flat and off the rims and the cover I had over it was all torn, the boat was full of leaves and trash and all he did for $3,000.00 was jb weld a crack. Of course he will say It is lies, but I have put pictures and they dont lie. Buyer beware. The pictures on the website dont show you the pigs and donkeys running around.the neighbors behind have taken him to court to clean up the mess, but guess what - they lost the case..

Worst customer service ever. The boat was there for 2 weeks they never called me to tell me it was done after 1 week. I called them 4 times they said will call you back with the status of your boat and never did.
