My experience with Baily’s Hyperformance has been nothing but top notch. I first contacted Baily’s to inquire about what could be done to meet my goals and stay within my personal budget. Chris (the owner) called me personally to discuss the options and provided all the details on what could be done. After we settled on a build plan (custom cam, ported heads, cat delete, & tune), Chris walked me through the process and expected timeline with the build and was willing to answer every last question I had. During the build I was updated on the progress often. When there was an unexpected issue during the tuning process, it was quickly troubleshot, and resolved.When the car was complete, it was everything that I was looking for in the build. From sound of the custom cam while sitting at a stop light, to the top end pull from the additional power.I truly believe that Chris cares about the customer, the quality of the build, and can deliver on what he says.

Simply the best in my opinion. I have known Chris for 9 years and two builds. I wont let anyone else touch my engine. I just picked up my 880 HP to the wheel monster hellcat and it is amazing. After 3 failed attempts from 3 other shops locally Bailys took my build head on and went above and beyond my expectations. Even before I took my car over to him he was always willing and open to talk to me about any questions I had about my car. I have 6 friends that have all gone to this shop, and every single one has issues ranging from blown engine from complacency, his employees taking cars for joy rides with their girlfriends. He never meets his schedule and charges for parts that were never used! I strongly recommend everyone to find another shop cause no one here cares for your car, only about how much money they can take from you.My personal experience, I contacted Chris Baily (Owner) and asked him what parts to purchase and where should I start... his responce was, oh just bring me a few thousand dollars and we will do something.He also says if any other shop works on your car then he will not touch it. He is over confident from past assumed successes but his shop is bombing now and he has no honor to cover his mistakes!

Very nice, helpful and professional when it comes to cars and customer service. They are number 1 in my book.

Chris kept my car for almost two years for an engine swap. I paid him almost $30,000 and I am still finding things wrong with my car years after the fact as I slowly work to finish it up. Ive made a dozen phone calls to various vendors explaining my situation and what Baileys Hyperformance had done to me and fortunately have received a lot of help and discounted parts. Funny enough, two performance vendors spoke negatively about this shop to me over the phone when I mentioned their name. Oh, dont even get me started about Baileys Hyperformance and Yeah, were not surprised to hear that about them, weve heard similar. Word of your shops lack of integrity and knowledge is spreading it seems, Chris!I was charged for new parts that were obviously used, wrong parts were used in my car (i.e. the mishimoto radiator for my year model), and ultimately they never finished the project, even though Chris Bailey shook my hand and told me the car was perfect, as did his employee Christian. I paid $700 for a tune that was complete garbage (too rich), paid $250 for alignment only to find out that they installed some of my suspension parts incorrectly and its caused further damage to the vehicle (never drove straight), my brake lines were not secure and thus were snapped on the drive home, the tank was leaking gas because they forgot to tighten the fuel pump down, the intake is a completely butchered custom job that barely fits in the bay (rather than use the intake system that I was charged for from Sikky) and slightly leaks, the wiring job is wildly inconsistent and Ive found numerous wires left exposes (sometimes badly taped up rather that connected properly) all around the vehicle, they bent my entire e-brake assembly to the point where I cant lock it and it doesnt enrage correctly, etc etc. (there are a dozen more things to list, but this post is long enough)If you look around on FB, google and Yelp, you can clearly see Im not the only person that theyve done this too, especially when it comes to major engine work/swaps.Fortunately I was able to make my case to my bank and have some of the charges reversed, and because of that I had to listen to countless voicemails from Chris wife Marlene (typo?) threatening to sue me.Im sure they will try to contest some of what Ive said here, as they do with most negative reviews, but Id be happy to provide you with some videos and pictures if you want to deny this, Chris. Ive documented a significant amount of mistakes and fortunately recorded all of my phone conversations with his team. Its been a while, but just sit tight Chris, you might be getting the lawsuit that your wife wanted :)

There are too many great things we could say about Baily’s. I’ve never seen a shop go so above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. My fiancé and I just moved here from CA and are beta testing a new product for a company. Baily’s was recommended to us so we took it to them to completely handle not only the install, but the other snags we ran into as well. They accommodated us and our tight time frames and constantly stayed in communication with updates on the car. We finally have the car back and it feels like a completely different vehicle. Its amazing! Everything was so much less stressful knowing the car was in their hands. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will be bringing all of our future business to Baily’s. I spent several days thinking on what to say in this review and the best word that comes to mind is professional. I can start off by saying I am not a very easy customer to please, I tend to hold businesses to their word and have higher expectations than most. That being said, Baily’s met those expectations and then some. Chris Baily and his team worked around the clock to get my car up and running and I can’t thank them enough. A special shout out to Drew for staying late several days to get my car tuned and tuned properly. (thanks for hanging in there man!) Was having a few issues with my 2015 corvette, and these guys was great. They took time to explain what issues it might be. Also great customer service. They informed me what was wrong with the vechile and fixed the issues. I highly recommend. Will be coming back for more mods. Thanks!

They did a build on my 2006 Charger SRT8. It came out great. They were up front with me on everything that they had to do. I’m glad I had this car built. It runs in the class with the Hellcats now. It is truly a beast.

Can’t thank these guys enough. I took my car in for a simple intake/cat delete& tune. Chris called and asked how long my transmission had that slight hesitation.. I told him I didn’t think anything of it since it’s been there since day 1. Long story short Chris dealt with dodge for the next 6 weeks (dodge didn’t want to replace the transmission) and got me a new transmission. Then to top it all off he actually talked me out of unnecessary parts I wanted just to save me money... These guys are VERY professional and I can’t thank them enough. They have gained a customer for life.

I bought a car with a cam and the work was not done correctly. I took it to Chris and he went through the engine to make sure nothing was damaged. Put a new cam and lifters in. The car runs better then it ever has. If you are looking for the work to be done right, then this is the place. They were also every friendly and communicated every part of the process.

Took my Grand Cherokee Trackhawk to Bailys and from the start they were very professional, helpful, and friendly to work with. They cared about the money I was about to spend, my time in regards to leaving the car, and kept me up to date on everything while it was at the shop. They would update me with pictures, always respond to my emails and/or phone calls to check on it, and made the process seamless. Communication is key these days and they were top notch. I was very impressed and will be back for many more things in the future. Since I have taken my Jeep I have run into others with Bailys stickers on their cars and everyone i have spoken to has great things to say as well. After i picked up my Jeep I had a little rattle noise and the owner went to the shop on his day off to help me and fixed it right away. Now that is customer service at its best!!!

I used to send all my cars to Hennessey till I met Chris. Great, honest guy who does what he says at a much fairer price. Stands behind his work and the cars I have gotten back from him are not only way cheaper than hennessey they drive much much better. I have sent 6 cars to hennessey in the past, never again Bailey’s now has 5 of mine at one time!!!!

Biggest scam artists around aside from Daryl Eagel, they’ll test drive your car, total it, then have their insurance sign paperwork keeping you quite.Beware!

My experience with Baileys Hyperformance. I definitely do not recommend. I took them my car in November of 2017 to troubleshoot a motor and other things. The motor Was damaged beyond repair by another shop. Baileys took 4 1/2 months to tear my engine down finish out a completed short block and install it, their lack of knowledge is unbelievable. Chris Bailey the owner repeatedly lied to me. And when I would called him out on his lies he would threaten to kick my car out of his shop.. According to Chris the customer did not have a right to know when his car would be complete all he would say is when it is 100% perfect.. I am here to tell you his version of perfect is far from mine . When I got the phone call to come pick up my car. When I got there the motor would not run are Idle properly also the alternator and the airconditioner you could move and rock with your hand.. They did not mount the starter properly and broke teeth off of my flex plate. When I went to start it, It would not start because of the broken teeth. They also broke all of my PCM plugs and he refused to take responsibility for what his shop broke.... My car is currently at another shop fixing their screw ups. This shop is right there with savage street cars in Houston make no mistake.. ● Update The new shops findings. Head gasket and intake gaskets improperly installed both leaking. Spark plug gaps was way off. Several teeth broke off a my flex plate because the starter was not install properly It had to mounting options and they chose the wrong one. Broken O rings on the injectors. Spark plug wires not install properly and burnt. A massive amount of gray silicone on my head gaskets. A broken temperature sensor. You have been warned.

Went in to ask a few questions about a tuner for cobra they were not friendly and totally clueless about fords WOW one of the most popular sports cars ever made.Then tells me i didnt buy my old tuner there for my old mustang gt hahaha but i did they even tuned it in the parking lot. Thats the only reason i went there cause its the only place i knew

Did great job tuning my wifes car. The shakers a beast now.

Took in my 69 chevelle for a cam swap and to replace the deep oil pan with a Marosos wide pan. Chris informed me to order the parts from jegs as he couldn’t be their price. I order the pan, pump, pick up. Extra pan gasket. Then a fel pro master kit and mr gasket master kit. The cam and lifter set with install kit. I had to come 2 days later to show the tec where my oil pump and pick where on the self where they placed them. I seen my trans cooler lines bent over the fender of my car. I asked why the lines where bent. And he informed me to work on the motor. A week later I pick up the car and make it 2-3 miles and the throttle cable falls off. I pull over and fix it car wouldn’t restart as the cables where loose. Get it home and smell gas. Find the fuel line loose on the fuel pump. Next morning come out to a huge puddle of trans fluid. Line was cracked by fire wall. I told Chris I was bringing it back. After looking it over the oil pan was covered in silicone. The intake and valve covers with thick silicone pushing out. And even silicone on the header gaskets and collectors. When I took it back they wanted to charge to fix the issues. And told me my trans pan was now leaking and they didn’t work on the trans. I showed where the line was cracked and he just stared at me. Chris informed me that the tech who worked on my car he let go that week for not knowing what he was doing. But still refused to fix my car. About a week Later the starter started making noise. They didn’t reshim the starter and it ate the teeth off it. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. You are much better of using the old shade tree mechanic down the street from your house.

Dont let this shop near your car or your wallet!!!!Failed engine swap:Where to even begin... Chris had me wait one year and nine months for a perfect (his words) product and what I received couldnt be anything further from perfect. When youve had my car for almost a year and I call to ask whats going on I at least expect a call back more than 25% of the time and I expect not to be told itll get done when it gets done. In hindsight, I can see clearly that they repeatedly lied to me and didnt touch my car for months.. What they did touch barely works. This man shook my hand, told me it was perfect and let me walk away with a car that barely operates. There is no possible way you didnt know this Chris. I didnt even make it home before it started spewing gas when I tried to fill up. (He offered to fix that, but Ill be damned before I let them have my car again). They had multiple chances to make this right, but due to their incompetence, they were simply unable to and I resorted to picking up my car and charging back the last invoice (which I successfully obtained), only to then be met with call backs, emails and text messages (funny how youre only interested in communicating with me much when I take my money back) threatening to take me to court. In the middle of all of this, I moved states and this incident with Baileys cost me greatly in the end. I brought my car back to this shop twice, to give them a chance to fix everything they promised the first time around. I was told it would be covered under warranty repair, but was met with almost a $7000 bill when it was ready. Chris, please treat your other customers with respect and dont feel bad about turning down a job you clearly cant handle. This is not even close to what we agreed upon.(quick and partial summary of the things they missed/screwed up)- Car wont idle and barely cranks.- Due to bad rings and/or pcv routing, it sprays oil all over the bay (when it does run).- The wiring under the dash and throughout the car is pretty messy.- Battery was left loose in the trunk, which ended up rolling around and ripping out ground cables.- Transmission wont shift into all the gears consistently.- Convertible top stopped working (no power at all since they got it).- They asked if I wanted the heat to work, but left tape all over the intake duct from the bay.- Multiple scuffs and gouges on the side skirt paint while in their possession.- Fuel gauge was improperly calculated and is empty at 78%.- They messed with my suspension height and didnt bother to make each side symmetrical.- Ebrake lock was bent and broken.- Placement of E-brake prevent seat from sliding all the way up and almost hits the steering wheel.- Dash was taken apart but not secured back properly as it literally falls back and out when accelerating (when the damn car runs).- 500 HP to the wheels ended up being under 400 HP in the end (Chris said he was speaking about what the car was capable of and never promised 500 HP to the wheels. Nice....)You wasted my time and took a lot of my money and never apologized once or owned any of your mistakes. It seems Im not the only one youve done this to, if you go back and read through the reviews on here and Facebook.

My experience started out okay. I scheduled for a tune and went to it. Their in-ground dyno is above ground so lowered vehicles beware. My car was too low and I was told that if I lifted up the car, we could either try to tune the car either today if theres time or next week and that Id get contacted which I havent so I went to AWDTUNING in Flower Mound. Their workers in the shop are pretty unprofessional saying explicit things and making fun of a license plate frame. Also not good at picking up phones ever. Very very unprofessional.
