Definitely would recommend. They were able to diagnose my problems in about 20 minutes and fixed it the next day. A quick repair was important to me! Labor costs seemed a little steep (Four star justification.) but overall very satisfied with my experience here and would go back. Faiths customer service skills are excellent, she was very pleasant to speak with regarding my car. I also watched an employee thoroughly clean the lobby two days in a row. Very pleased they do this, especially during the pandemic.

These folks dont care about you, your vehicle, your time etc. Customer service as well as quality of work is seriously lacking. I didnt learn this until after I had spent roughly 2,500-3,000 over a relatively short amount of time. Enjoy that last $15 cause you have lost my business due to your lack of consideration for your customers. On a side note Thanks for that manager phone call I was supposed to receive on a Monday about 2 weeks ago. Dont bother now as I have moved on.

Youre on your own here. Management is trying to make sense of whats happened with the previous team while trying to get their own stuff together. Itll get sorted out but theres gonna be some growing pains.

I came to this shop for a diagnostic service of a Ford Mustang. I described to them that my vehicle was running rich, A.K.A burning too much fuel. I was later told that they cant touch the vehicle due to some aftermarket parts, which is completely understandable. What Im failing to understand is how I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee. I asked what was looked at to warrant the fee and all I was told is that they looked under my hood and under my vehicle, something that I couldve done at home. There was also this woman at the front counter who didnt even know what an OBDII port was. She then said that I had a performance enhancing computer plugged into my OBDII port and became annoyed when I told her that it was my heads up display. The cherry on top was when they said that my car was running as it was supposed to be despite the poor gas mileage and black exhaust smoke.

This place is great. First off I had a BMW service here they went beyond to get the right part took a week only because they had to order part but Will the manger is great will always bring my car back for service....

By far the best customer service in the area. After experiencing terrible service from multiple dealerships, I found Napa Auto Care. I have now changed over to them on both my company fleet and personal vehicles. Angela at the counter is beyond exceptional with communicating everything from cost, turn around time, and weighing multiple options when it comes to larger repairs. They have the best prices, their service techs are very knowledgeable (Zeddie has done a great job for us), the whole staff is professional, the list can go on. For the first time since changing over to them, I used their free shuttle service. When you hear free shuttle you probably think an old beat up van or bus thats been retired from an airport. That was not my experience here. Robert, the shuttle driver keeps his vehicle clean and orderly and was very friendly with conversation. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond and has earned my trust and confidence with my vehicle maintenance needs. I truly feel Brad and his team put the Care in Napa Auto Care.

I strongly urge anyone considering bringing their vehicles to this place for anything other than an oil change to reconsider.They will and do break and cut parts and wires to get every dollar they can from you and still not fix your vehicle.They will likely hit you with an electrical diagnosis to pinpoint the problem and then hit you with another $1000 worth of unnecessary repairs that still wont fix the original issue.They are money hungry vultures.The lack of any kind of compassion or customer service skills is appalling.Do yourself a favor if you read the reviews and do your research first!Also, the 5 star reviews they have are simply a promotion. give a 5 star review, get a free oil change.Happy Hunting!

Came in on 2/3/21 to have some tires installed that were purchased online. Zeddie Friend installed the run flat tires professionally and safely. The installation was completed professionally and I was provided education on my new tires. Customer service was friendly and attentive. The price was great as well.Will definitely be coming back for any other car needs.

I come here a lot to get my oil changed, comes in handy when you need an oil change and can’t afford the 60$ plus ones at that moment. For only 15$ they really take care of you. Zeddie worked on my car this time and he did a really great job even let me know I had a couple of other things on my car that I needed to get looked at. I honestly don’t know much about cars just the basics so I really appreciate the time he took to examine my car and let me know about it versus some people who will just change the oil and that’s all. I got new air filters while I was there that I didn’t even know I needed to replace because he took the time to tell me. I had just gotten my oil changed last month (I get my oil changed very often cause I run up miles on my car from traveling a lot) from a different place and they didn’t even tell me, they were SUPER dusty and dirty, it was terrible.... Highly recommend going here, they do great work with decent prices.

After spending more than $1,600 my car was still not repaired constantly going back trying to get car fixed I was charged for them looking at my car but they said they never found a problem with it after so-called repair even after pulling my plugs where you could physically see the damage caused by a leaking cylinder that was damaging plug. Was told my repair would take 12 hours. Ended up being 8 days. Was told my vehicle was being repaired when in fact it sat on the side of the building for 3 days. They lost the trim to my vehicle and to this day no one knows what happened to the part. No one. No one will even say anything to me about it. Will never do business here again. If you value your sanity, dont do it.

I took my car here they told me that I needed to pay $637 to order a new computer for my car in order for them to run a diagnostic on my car and then that would tell them why my car wasnt turning on I told them no i wasnt paying that and they still charged me the $98 diagnostic fee for doing absolutely Nothing to my car didnt tell me what was wrong with it because they didnt even know I took my car to a different mechanic who was able to find out the issue was my battery needed to be replaced as well as my stripped terminals and that made my car turn on Fine I never needed a new $637 computer all I needed was a new $150 battery and terminals I dont recommend this place they rip people off. I had taken my car here before and they told me I needed new spark plug wires and I had just had them change not even a month ago they replaced my radiator but when I checked it however it was still full of clogged up dirt when i called and told them they told me I could could return and get a flush for full price this was after they so replaced my radiator this place rips people offAngelina sent me this receipt the 1st time they worked on my car

The one star if for previous years at this location, but no stars for now.Yesterday was the last day I will ever spend money at Napa Auto Care Center on Alta Mere in Fort Worth. I have been doing business at that location, long before it became a NAPA store, for eight to ten years. Always felt I was getting a good deal and respected for my business. That ended yesterday. I took my 2001 Odyssey in to get the drivers door window repaired. Was told it need a regulator, just put one on two years ago. Told the price for part and labor would be $290. $80 was for part and the rest labor, I supposed. I said go ahead but it bugged me about the price so I called a local auto glass place just down the road and was told their labor was $85 plus I furnish the part. When I approached the manager I was told they didnt care, their computer said it was almost two hours and that was how they charge. Needless to say I was very disturbed but again did not say a thing. I have spent thousands of dollars at that location and recommended it to countless friends and family. I paid the $311.12 and left with the knowledge I will never step a foot into that location again and will let all my friends know my experience.

First I thought they forgot them both my steering wheel back after taking it off put the put the airbag back on they broke clips that attach the plate under the steering wheel they broke steering wheel column case and charged me $95 and never found the problem I originally went up there because I didnt have any brake lights which I bought a brake switch and they broke as well I said I would have to use my warranty from AutoZone the people in the front office are great but the tecks dont really know too much and wouldnt trust them around my car youre better off trying to do it yourself

I was not happy this time, I felt like the technician was trying to sell air filters because 2 people in front of me and then when he came to me with the cabin air filter every one of them looked this same as being dirty and had a dried leaf on the top of it that just seemed very peculiar to me

I went into this place with a cladery air conditioning compressor clutch they replaced the compressor I left few days later went to use my AC and there was no freon in it. I took it back they told me it was the high pressure hose I paid them $200 to replace it left went to use my air conditioner a few days later no cool air again went back they told me it was two other things which I didnt get fixed. Then I took it back another day they said they had a new mechanic and guaranteed me this would fix it so I replaced the lower pressure hose still it leaked then they tell me it was the evaporator wasted $400 on two hoses and still my air conditioner did not work after an air compressor and two hoses and over $1,000 my air conditioner was still not working I would never let these people work on my truck again and advise that you do the same.

Quick and budget friendly.

I took my car in to have front end aligned due to hard pulling to the left ... paid $1200 to be fixed came out and worked on and it was still pulling left and heard loud noise coming from tire..... there was a missing bolt on my inner tire rod completely missing. Luckily, I noticed this before driving down 35 going 70mph. Car is still pulling left.

I took my car here in April for my regular full synthetic oil change. I thought everything was fine and I thought I had finally found a place that actually does the job correctly. Well that was a total lie today my oil reader stated that my oil level was 42% but you could actually hear the pistons rattling up a storm so I took it upon my self to go to the auto store a buy a quart of oil well when I checked my oil level it was bone dry. Now keep in mind that they were suppose to have put 5 quarts of full synthetic high mileage oil in my car. If this was the case why was my meter reading 42% and the car is completely dry!! No oil at all. Well the uneducated manager states that maybe I have an oil leak well I park in the same spot everyday and I don’t have any spots there. Well upon them checking for a leak that was never there the oil that I bought and put in my car myself just mysteriously left the car within 5 minutes of them checking for the oil leak that do not have and then asked if I wanted to pay them for a new oil change and they will make sure they put 5 quarts in my car. I told her no that’s what they should have done in the first place because that’s what I paid for and then you drain the oil that I put in my car. I WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GIVR THIS PLACE S VISIT. EVER AGSIN THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY LIE ALOT.. I HAVE HEARD HOW THEY MESD UP YOUR CAR WITH CHEAP OIL WHEN YOU PAY THEM FOR THE GOOD STUFF!! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB AND ONCE THEY INVESTIGATE I PROMISE THEY WILL SHUT THEM DOWN.

Brought in my truck for oil and fuel filter changes 2 days later truck wouldnt start mechanic had to replace fuel filter with correct one. Will be seeking compensation motions for the diagnostic fee+labor+cost of new filter+ refund for the work done excluding oil change by napa autoparts service.

This place is a joke. They look for 100 things wrong with your car that you never asked them to find and then quote you this outrageous price to repair. One time, as I was driving from the shop after getting their bogus, $15 oil change, the mechanic left the oil cap open and I almost drove off with my oil leaking. My car started rattling alarmingly and I drove back to question it, but the mechanic who did the job was no where to be found and a different one had to take care of it, utterly clueless. Before you take their word for it, definitely get a second opinion or a more knowledgeable professional. Dont harass me about my brakes or tires and then offer a ridiculous price to fix them... And, dont look for things that the customer never asked you to search for in the first place. I came for an oil change, not a engine replacement! Cliche Mechanic behavior! This place is a complete ripoff.

As the Office Manager for nearby Dividia Technologies, I visit Napa AutoCare Center frequently with both the fleet vehicles and my personal Jeep. The staff here is phenomenal. They are friendly and knowledge and always go above and beyond the call of duty. They make automotive care quick, easy and affordable. You will not find better service in DFW. 5 Stars all the way.

Everyone there is so awesome and even if bought oil and did oil at home wouldnt be able to do it cheaper than they would and they are aweome about resetting the computer where oil light is off and they check tires and fluids without charging extra like Kwik Kar which is triple the cost and half the personal touch and quality!!! I would never go anywhere else for any service they offer- who would like to pay more and wait 2x the waiting time for completion!! Angela to the management always soo helpful, upfront on costs and they NEVER lurk and scheme on any possible way to charge any more than have to as they get repeat customer value!!! Its a rare quality for small businesses and if other businesses followed their model Walmart would be out of business quickly!!! I appreciate every time I have to get something done with them as I know they have saved me money!!!!!

Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off!!I bought Duralast Max Ceramic brake pads and Rotors from Autozone, and trusted this Auto Care shop to replace them with due diligence. Unfortunately, they didn’t replace my brake housings and charged me extra when I returned to report the missing parts. The way Angelia addressed my concerns was awful at best!! Never trust your car with these folks.

Consumer BEWARE.. This repair shop can completely misdiagnose your car problem and have you pay good money for parts and services UN-NECESSARILY...After having a minor brake and disc job done.. car experienced horrible noise and a rumbling ride. Took the car back, they re-inspected and was told that I now needed new tires, spring, strut and strut mount, total $ 657.00. Went for a second opinionThe initial problem.... Tilden mechanic horribly failed to finish the initial brake job and left the front brake caliper with no locking bolts, putting me at a major risk by driving for not fixing the problem and potentially causing a terrible road accident. They completely misdiagnosed the problem...and then wanted to do unnecessary repairs for more money.The best part of this... I went back to Tilden and explained what had happened and hoping Ill get an explanation... After explaining they screwed-up...I didnt even get an apology for my troubles..Hows that for customer service!!! Customer BEWARE!!!!

My boyfriend took my truck in a few times for some work, then to find out the things we paid for was not done and they charged us a lot. I read the reviews and it seems like this ripping people off is what they like to do. They even erased everything that was done to my truck from their computer, so when we took it in again the new management could not find anything. I have proof of the charges and will take action. They put me and my boyfriends life at risk and I will not let this go! They need to be held responsible for what they are doing.
