I was able to get my oil changed with no appointment and it did not take any extra time. Quick service. Nice, clean waiting area. Coffee and cold bottled water provided complimentary. Very professional and service was done properly with no delay. Very good overall experience.

This was my first visit to Caliber Auto Care. I have previously used Caliber Collision and because of their great customer service, I will never go anywhere else for vehicle repairs. I had a good idea of the quality of care I would experience from Caliber Auto Care, and I was 100% correct in my assumptions. I will never go back to any dealership again. What an amazing experience, from the moment I called The professionalism over the phone was awesome. I took the vehicle in the diagnostics everything was properly explained. I was even given a coupon to use as a discount towards my service they were very prompt. The mechanic completed my diagnostic was so thorough I’ve been received a full report which is amazing so if I needed to get other things done I can on my time. But most important they focused on exactly what was causing the issues to my vehicle and highly recommend for me to take care of that first, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The waiting room was extremely comfortable and clean. Caliber Auto Care thank you all so much for your amazing customer service from the front desk to the gentleman that dropped me off. If you are having air mass flow issues on your Maxima this is the place to go.

Too expensive!!!!! Wanted almost 700 dollars for oil change and 2 fuel filters. DO NOT GO HERE. got better service way cheaper prices at valvoline only $300 thats 400 dollars cheaper then these thieves were offering. I dont know about you but for the average person that is a lot of money to throw away for no reason. Also reps at desk not friendly or helpful just want to rip you off.On a side note an oil change and fuel filters cost around 500 to change on a big rig! They are charging more then that for a pick up truck.

I am disappointed. Despite how courteous the staff, I feel wronged. Car was put in shop for check engine light. Not the AC. I received a courteous call from tech saying I needed emissions taken care of. Also he says AC could go out at any time. When I got car back not only did the AC not work but the car sounds really louder. (I am thinking the muffler) So no, I am not happy.. Everything worked fine before they started working on it. He even told me I could have still driven car. Now I need muffler checked and AC that was functioning does not! Should not have given so called complimentary AC check! The car wasnt put in shop for AC!!! And as far as the muffler, WHY is my car so noisy now?

So I was waiting till last minute to get my oil changed. I walked in prepared to make an appointment to come back. Well they ended up being able to have my oil changed that day. Which again I was not prepared to stay. They were actually able to drive me back home until my car was finished. The gentlemen (I can’t remember his name) was so respectful and kind. He opened the door for me (my husband doesn’t even do that very often) and made sure the car was cooled down. The conversation was genuine and he was not driving in a rush. I felt very safe in the car with him. They managed to finish my car quickly. The same gentleman was able to pick me up. He knocked on my front door and waited patiently for me to come out (it’s hot outside) just so he could open the car door for me. I was extremely impressed by his hospitality and professionalism. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have their car serviced. You won’t be disappointed.

Loved the inside waiting area! Very comfortable! I usually just drop my car off and have someone pick me up when I do things like this because I hate waiting around in the lobby for an hour. I didnt have that luxury this time and had to wait for my car to get worked on. It wasnt bad at all! Very spacious (good during COVID) waiting area with couches and a bar height counter that overlooked a giant TV. They provided complimentary water, coffee and tea. Made the hour go by so fast! The staff was also very friendly. Being a single woman, I always fear going in to these places and being up-sold on this or that for whatever reason. Well, they did not do that at all! I got an inspection, they came in and reviewed their recommendations with me, I told them what I wanted, they did it, end of story. No high pressure sales speeches here! Overall great experience. Will definitely be bringing my car back again when needed.

Place is good, very professional. I was late but they still investigated the problem regarding break and gave advise that I can use this for next 3 to 4 month .

I took my suv in for the yearly inspection and didn’t have to wait long considering there were others ahead of me. They had a great air-conditioned playground for my kids, comfy chairs, TV, and beverages while we waited. Staff was courteous and helpful!

We just moved to the area and in order to get our vehicle registered in TX we needed to get our car approved. Caliber was nearest to our home, and even though they said it would be a long wait, they completed our inspection in a very reasonable time and less than they had told us (always a plus when things are done earlier than expected.) Their facility is very clean and kid friendly and in a very convenient location. We will absolutely return for services at their facility. Thanks Caliber!

I came in at 5:30. I realized that they closed at 6. I asked if they would like to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. They took my oil change saying they had plenty of time. Everything was handled well and I was treated nicely. Around 6 they said they were almost done. It wasn’t until about 6:50 that it was completed. I got a full synthetic Mobil 1 oil change that I paid 117 bucks for and it took them an hour and a half. They claimed there were some bolts that were too tight. Maybe that had something to do with it. But, not once was a mention of apology or explanation of why it took 1.5 hours. The place is clean and nice. I have no complaints other than paying 117 bucks for an hour and a half oil change.

Check in went fine. After that, it was no good.Employee sitting in my truck on his phone while doing a safety inspections (you know, do the lights work).Cashier requested $28+ for a $7 safety inspection. Fixed after I informed her that was triple the price of a state safety inspection.Told my inspection was on my dash. Well it wasn’t. Someone in a 2010 Corolla’s inspection was on my dash. So had to go in again and get it sorted. As well as someone else has my info, vin, address, etc.WILL NOT go back here again. Highly incompetent.

I called and went by to get my Jeep looked at prior to going on a long road trip. They were very nice, fast and did it all for free!!

Fastest, and most thorough motorcycle inspection I have ever had. He was keenly aware of what needed to be done, quickly navigated his system and got me out of there so he could take on the next customer with the same level of care and professionalism. I took my car in for oil change and state inspection on a Saturday afternoon. They were pretty busy but still got my items done quickly. The biggest thing is that they said my air filter was kind of dirty BUT could wait for next oil change. What!? They didnt try to sell it immediately.... I was so pleasantly surprised. Good honest folks!

I went in for an oil change and diagnostic to see why my car was making a noise when I came to a stop, paid for my oil change and diagnostic for them to guess and say I can change the brakes and it might go away. Two days later my car doesn’t want to start, my battery that was good and not damaged at all when I arrived was now destroyed. Pretty sure it was swapped by the employee that wouldn’t even look at me when I came back. I was refunded for the diagnostic and still charged for a new battery, “you waited a week to call” so pretty much called a liar and told the heat can destroy a battery the day after it’s checked off and examined as good. I don’t drive the car daily so I didn’t notice it the next day and I told that employee that it normally sits for periods of time. Guess that made me a good target, his car was being serviced that day but I didn’t see it when I went back.Whole situation is very upsetting and me being pregnant and hormonal made it extremely hard to bite my tongue, never going back to this place and that’s very upsetting because the staff is nice.

I had my truck worked on by Kaden and Neil and I have to say they both did a great job, idk what they did but it feels like it runs better and faster. Cant say enough good thing about these two besides the fact they need a raise.

Everyone was very nice and the waiting room was clean. I accidentally left my water bottle and they called me to tell me I left it.

The staff is honest, prompt and willing to work with you. They follow up, in a timely manner. They offer a fair rates. I will ONLY take my cars to Caliber Auto Care.

This place is great! Free Starbucks or water, tablets with games for the kids (or you know the adults too), a multi phone charger, a playground for the littles, three TVs and free WiFi. The employees were nice and very professional. Would highly recommend.

The upselling is refreshingly minimal.Note that the basic synthetic oil change is with generic oil. Consider paying extra for the Mobil 1 if youre fastidious about your maintenance.

Went in for a vehicle inspection. Waited forever and the person behind the counter offered no explanation or reason why it was taking so long. Only to have them tell me they could not certify the vehicle for an obscure reason. Whole process took about 45 minutes. I took the vehicle somewhere else and had my passed inspection in about 10 minutes. This is now the second time I have taken a vehicle to them for a service they ultimately could not perform after waiting an eternity to find that out. Its weird because I have used them before with okay results. Very hit or miss.

This automotive service shop is amazing!! Very good service, the best I’ve ever received. I came by today to have a very minor issue with my vehicle and they resolved it quickly, efficiently and they refused to charge me for it. A few weeks ago, I came by for a state inspection and it was so easy and quick. Went in to get my oil changed and they did not properly attach my skid plates back. Took it back and they said they fixed it and it still was not properly attached. Later in the day it came down and was dragging the ground. Now my car is leaking oil because of a possible hole in the oil pan because the skid plates were not on correctly and exposed my oil pan. Do not use this place to get your oil changed.

Awful experience. They had my car for 3 days to fix the air conditioning that they replaced a year prior and also had in to find the A/C leak 3 months after they installed it. They could not find it and so brought it in again. They finally found the issue (which should have been found prior). Was to have my car the next day and ended up taking 3 full days without the car. Had to alter all driving arrangements with the family being down a car for that long unexpectedly. Terrible follow up. I had to keep calling for updates as they never called when they said they would to update me. I think the worst part is that I had an appointment and brought the car in initially at 9:00am and they were supposed to have someone look at the car and update me within a couple hours. Nothing happened, and when I followed up over and over they said that it was never looked at. Sat there the entire first day and nobody was even looking at it til the next morning. I could have had the car and brought it in the next morning instead. Highly disappointed. Even if I used this company again, I dont think I could use that particular location again due to this entire process and so called repair.

Friendly and quick state inspection.

I went to this location for an oil change and an inspection. I was told the inspection failed for a tented window, that has been that way for the entire time I purchased the vehicle. Thank you for your opinion but they did not offer to replace window.Second, my oil change was done, but I did not receive a sticker for the work being done.Third, I was prematurely denied for extra service, when I am wanting to get the work done. Example- spark plugs, brakes, and other maintenance.I have been to this location several times for both of my vehicles, I will be back, but I was disappointed with the service, especially after waiting two hours for service.

He serviced my vehicles for the last few years at Drivers Edge in Grapevine and his honesty is what keeps us coming back and we were so sad to find he was no longer there.Our daughter came into Service First last week to get a simple inspection and when I went to pick her up there he was.A bit out of our way now but worth the travel to get honest work. The family will now be using Service First. . . Plus they have Starbucks coffee!

I had my wifes vehicle inspection done there and they were great. Didnt take long at all and the data uploaded to the DMV for registration within 24hrs. HOWEVER, I recently went in to get a quote and they were really up charging on the parts. I felt like I was being lied to. Ill stick to getting my inspections done there though.

I usually go to my dealership to get my vehicle serviced after bad experiences at other national auto service centers. I decided to stop by Service First and see what they were about after work. I was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff and the time the took out to get to know me as a person, despite it being my first visit. With a nice lounge area, availability of drinks (water, tea, and coffee), and play area for kids Service First is not like other places.I brought my car in for an oil change and decided to go walk to the stores. While I was gone I was updated via email with pictures of my vehicle with descriptions of the condition of everything that was inspected. Additionally, I was notified by phone of everything that was being done to my vehicle and when it was ready. Once it was ready, instead of having to walk back, I opted to have the shuttle pick me up.When I arrived back at the facility and was ready to check out, the owner pulled my car up to the door and had the a/c going for me. While I received good customer service at the dealership, the customer service at Service First Automotive was exceptional!!! I enjoyed it so much, I brought my sisters car back the next day and received the same fabulous service. Any questions I had about her vehicle were answered in an understandable way. Additionally, all of the services for both vehicles were performed in a timely manners, which is truly appreciated. Service First will definitely be my first choice when getting my vehicle serviced.

Great place to get your oil changed or inspection done! They have a waiting area with 3 or 4 large TVs as well as a separate ENCLOSED child play area so they aren’t disturbing to others. Extremely clean place and fast service! Highly recommended

Stopped in early for an auto inspection and was immediately greeted by a very polite employee, Kevin. Kevin indicated they would have the inspection done quickly, which took about 20 minutes. He also pointed out the amenities of the waiting area where I chose a cup of Starbucks coffee over the bottled water. The waiting area is more like a lounge at a hotel (minus the bar). In addition they have a McDonalds like playground. I dread waiting for Auto service but this place makes sure the customer is taken care of and comfortable.

For an America made car he told me a electric power steering motor was $2500 and I looked on the GM website before I called and they was on their $380. I just hoping to just get a nice quote to get the work done but $2500 just for the part no way.

The Harmon Rd. Service First Automotive is hands down the best experience Ive had at an auto repair shop. I really enjoyed the 1 on 1 experience with a technician. I like that they take before and after pictures of the services they provide. A very friendly staff. A comfortable waiting area. A kids play area. They could be more competitive on the prices but they do provide great service. They are not pushy but do suggest services based on mileage. I will go back there again.

First time here at Service First Automotive. The ONLY reason I came here was because my son said he would go with me to get an oil change if we go to the place with the playground (hes 7). So I figured why not. The staff at the counter was fantastic and a gentlemen named Izzy came by to show me the details of the oil change and checks done to the car with pictures (which they email to you). This place is super clean and has a relaxed envoirnment. Thanks to my sons recommendation and the great service, this place has a customer for life.

Took my sons car in after he hit a median and damaged some under carriage items. They handled my repair with such professionalism and was very fair on pricing. I trust these guys with all my business. You must see the place it is super clean and they cater to the customer....

Most auto shops give me the creeps but this place is really nice and modern. The staff was really nice and everything was clear and not shady feeling if you know what I mean...sometimes mechanics try to play games. I will definitely be back and totally recommend this place.

45 minute oil change, not impressed. but waiting area nice and service was pleasant.

There was only 1 other customer being seen when I showed up, and I sat for over an hour for a simple oil change. No extra work required, but it took so long that I had to cancel my other appt I had scheduled after what I thought would be a simple in n out.

The store looks amazing. The employees are very personable. The man by the name of John Summey was very good at explaining what my vehicle needed as far as maintenance. The gentleman that met me at my car named Zach Brennan was very courteous. I am very excited to bring my car back to this location anytime it needs something done!

They dont always tell the truth...That statement was made out of frustration. They had my car a long time, but that wasnt their fault. It was the Holidays and it was hard to get adjuster out there too.I realize now, they did what they could. I had to call the adjuster multiple times.Thanks Service First for being patient with me!I will be back, its a very clean facility.

I went twice to get my brakes checked. On saturday I had to leave since they were too busy to check it after a couple hours. I came back on a weekday to get it checked. Took about 3 hours. Even after they finished, I still had to wait about 45 minutes to get the quote. Everyone is nice but I was trying to avoid the Firestone wait times. This is actually the same or slower than them. Maybe their oil change service is faster so I might try that but not for anything else.

I came back to edit my post. I did have a small issue before, but it was taken care of above expectation by the manager Brian Daniel. If they take care of everyone with the same level of professionalism as they have my situation, I have no doubt that they will be around for a long time. I’ve had quite a bit of work done here, sadly nothing good to say. Here’s the issues I’ve had. First thing I had them do was an alignment, I ending up paying over $100 for and within 2 weeks it was pulling again. I’ve had numerous oil changes from them the most concerning was my radiator was leaking (not from them) so I took it to my mechanic for him to tell me that my oil pan drain plug was also leaking because it wasn’t tightened down (from them changing my oil) all the way as well. When my girlfriends car is there they haven’t ever reset the gauge on it (3 times). We have a habit of checking the oil when we get home after each oil change to make sure all of the old oil was drained out and the last two times now have both been dark rather than the honey looking color new oil should be, the most concerning with this was the first time it was dark I had also paid for their cleaning agent they had called and asked me if I wanted to add in it.Something else I found interesting is the location on Harmon has 25% off but the location on basswood offers absolutely nothing didn’t even mention it when I dropped my car off.
