Not very good honestly. The car Wash itself is my issue. I pay a monthly payment for the managers special which is their best Wash and I can come out afterwards with Big splatter still on my truck/windshield, etc. The tire shine never does my whole tire and my tires are stock size, nothing huge just a 15 rim. I always end up having to apply on own tire shine over theirs because of the spots it doesnt hit.The unlimited vacuum is cool but honestly Ive been to better. Definitely planning on canceling my membership.

Not bad. First time I used this place. Got the $19 manager special. Decent wash. Ive never been crazy about the places with the spinning brushes, but I was desperate. Pulled up, put the car in neutral & a moving track takes you through. I usually do it myself at home, but not this time 😣 Free vacuum use is a plus! I may go back again.

Several self-operation vacuums available. A wide variety of wash/wax/tire shine options. We used the ride through wash and it seems to have done a pretty good job.

It was a waste of money. I upgraded to the Managers Special because it included everything. The young guy at the beginning barely got out of his seat to kinda spray my car. And after I exited and went to the vacuums, I was able to see my car. All that had been done was what looked like fingers along the dirty car leaving lines. It was not clean AT ALL. The tire shine only got half of the tire. The back end looked like it hadnt been touched. I will not return, and will let everyone I know what a waste it is. I would definitely not recommend it at all.

Ive been coming here for 2 years normally all is great! Today I was disappointed that a shield wasnt put on my rear windshield wiper. Also no bug spray given to the rear bumper. New employee seems like consistency is slipping.

Only carwash that Ive found with compressed air at the vacuum station. Excellent for getting to those hard to reach places between the seats.

$17 is a Great deal on monthly (no charge thereafter) wash. Other options available for different levels of hot wax, and tire shine for low additional fees. I normally do added-ons once per month.All in all, this deal is better than paying per wash.Negative is on occasion pre-wash soap is out of order. Never had a problem with soap next day.

If you want to do a quick drive through wash. This is your place. And you can vacuum your car out yourself. It definitely serves it purpose.

I had the best experience here today, they really went above and beyond. A gasket came off the top of my car without me knowing it while going through the wash. Fred came over and not only let me know about it, but took time out of his day to get double sided tape from his car and fix it for me. I also noticed a tough bird marking didn’t come off totally through the wash and not only let me go through again for free, but gave me advice on what car wash I should select next time for a situation like that. Thank you for your help, Fred should get a raise!!

I have been here before and sometimes my truck gets pre sprayed and sometimes it doesn’t, but I’m always charged $19.00, so is there something above the managers special that I’m not aware of... my point is, if I’m paying for it and I’ve gotten before and sometimes not, what else am I being charged for and not getting? 3⭐️, only because I THINK the machine actually did everything it was supposed to... congrats, you just made my list of business with suspicious practices...

Great value! I wish theyd bring back the drying towels and spray bottles for windows, but with covid its understandable why theyre gone for now.

Price is right and cleans car super clean for a drive thru car wash. Its the only place I go. They do have a lot of rules.. But its okay it doesnt deter me from going.

Only reason they dont get my 5 star is because the backs of SUVs dont get as clean as the rest of the car AND the tire and wheel deal leaves a residue on the rims usually. But for the average consumer it is by far the best wash in the area from a drive through stand point. Youll be pleased if you go here.

There were 3 men standing outside with headphnes in their ears and making fun/gestures at people cleaning their cars. Those 3 men work there because they had the uniform on. I was there for about 20 minutes and those 3 men were standing there NOT doing anything, but joking/talking about other peoples looks. Very unprofessionals!

Bought a premium carwash (meaning a wax was included) and it looks like I got a regular freaking wash. Theres absolutely ZERO shine to my car. The people working did not hit the front bumper or back bumper with a quick scrub brush (as other car washes of the same caliber do) before I entered the actual car wash area/tunnel. The workers just watered the front shield upon me entering.. Now, had I bought a $4 wash, then this wash would suffice for a basic wash, however, its not what I purchased. Only giving 2 stars for the advertising effort.

Purchased the Managers special for $19.99 and might I say, it did my car very well. I didnt even need to towel dry my car.

Hubby took me here to get my truck washed. Love it and the price and location are great! Will definitely be back. Love the vacuum cleaners on both sides for driver and passenger sides.

I did the mid wash for $13 I figured all the stuff sprayed on and washed off my car over and over it wouldve been cleaned but nope... back to autobell and hand washing i go

Ive been using coastal breeze since they opened...Im very particular about washing my truck, a 2019 black RAM limited. They constantly maintain the equipment and Ive yet to have an issue with swirling, scratch marks, etc. Get the monthly auto wash plan... its worth it.

I love coming to this place - it offers a wide selection of wash options and the basic $4 wash does a great job. Use of free vacuums and wipe-down cloths is great, too. I come here almost weekly and would highly recommend for a quick, effective, affordable wash.

The guys are very unprofessional. I purchased 15 dollar car wash which included though wash, wax and buff and tire shining.Non of the Staines got removed, my tires had the residue of soap or some chemical left behind(forget about shining).Not even the insect from front my bumper got cleaned.When I asked the guys representing this company they tried answering me politely but a guy circled in the picture claimed himslef to be owner of property and started talking to me very rudely with a different look... inspite of answering my question (even though I did not ask for money back) he cut me short gave me receipt which said refund and shouted at me to get out in a very racist tone and impolite manner. When I asked for a clarification for why he is shouting at me and not clarifying for the bad service, he showed me a board which read no trespassing (but i was thier customer) and told that he would escourt me out with cops.You should not advertise you as best service provider when you dont have enough patience to deal with people who are not satisfied with your service.

I love cleaning my car inside and out, but I never have good experiences at any other carwashes because they are typically in a very dangerous areas and or the service if any is very poor. My friend and I needed to clean our cars and she told me about Coastal Breeze. All I can say about the car wash is it is probably one of the most wickedest things one could ever experience! It not only washes your car spotless it is such a fun experience there are lights and everything! I highly recommend it for young kids! The customer service is impeccable, the staff who works there are very approachable when I had questions and the unlimited vacuum time is a dream come true. I personally hate when I am only given five minutes to vacuum my car, with a poor suctioned vac. Not the case at Coastal Breeze! I will definitely be going back. IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA AND NEED TO CLEAN YOUR CAR, YOU NEED TO GO TO COASTAL BREEZE!

Turned away because of my tire size, really only needed to use the vacuums which are “free with wash”, so I asked if I could pay for a wash, skip the wash and use the vacuums. “Absolutely not” was the answer with a smile.Don’t come here if you have a truck with non stock tires.+1 star cause friendly, -3 cause denying services I’m willing to pay for doesn’t make any sense.

I went to get a car wash on 10/28 around noon and was informed that a piece of machinery was broken and that I would have to come back later in the day.The staff was so apologetic and made sure to keep every single car in line (about a dozen) updated about the situation as they acquired more information.One of the employees allowed me to vacuum my car as a courtesy for not being able to get a wash that day.The staff handled the situation with class and professionalism.Also, my car is always spotless when I leave, I recommend the managers special, but even a basic wash will leave your car looking shiny and clean.

I love coming here. Who can say no to a car wash that does the cleaning for you which only takes a min to do. Plus you get free vacuuming service as well. I understand alot of people enjoying doing it the manual way which is okay as well. But come on....free vaccuming!? Whos going to say no to that. Its about the same price you pay if you went to a regular cash was if you do the math. The Staff is friendly and always willing to assist you. I really like this place. I bring both vehicles that I own here on a regular basis. Like most automatic drive thru car washes, this car wash will not get your vehicle sparkling clean if it filthy (hasnt been cleaned in months. However, it does a very reasonable and respectable job. I love the powerful vacuums that operates @ no additional charge. Overall, probably top two best car wash Ive been too. My only complaint with this place is that they sometimes close down the car wash early. Three weeks ago I went there around five oclock on a Friday evening. No one was there (customers nor employees). The weather was sunny maybe partially cloudy at worse, so they werent closed due to inclement weather. I pay $35/month per vehicle ($70 for both vehicles) for unlimited washes. Going there during what is suppose to be their open business hours only to find out that they closed early for some unknown reason is disappointing. I have experience this numerous times within the past year. Still I enjoy the convenience of this car wash. It is only a couple of miles from where I live which makes it even more appealing for me.
