Nails & Pedicure by Lisa She perform an excellent job on my nails and my toes she even recommended things that I may need for the bottom of my feet but she was very well knowledgeable of her expertise and I will be visiting her again hopefully I can get Lisa👍🏽

I love this place. Cant say enough about the people who work there. My go to girlie is Kay she does it do perfect and shes quick.

Wasted of money. Kay did my nails and they look terrible. The polish already chipped after 1 day 😠

Lisa was my nail tech. Oh my goodness did she do an amazing job on my dipping powder nails. Best job since moving back to Fort Myers. You will see me again. My new go to salon and tech.

This place is by far the worst nail salon Ive ever experienced. Tammy was both rude and extremely rough. My nails all chipped on the 2nd day after my manicure. I did witness someone adding liquid to polish, perhaps it was over diluted. No music, no tv, only the constant chatter of the 4 women speaking Vietnamese. I attempted to ask a couple questions s but was TOTALLY ignored. Dont waste your our time or money there.

Place seems like it has a nice atmosphere, would have loved to actually get a chance to get my nails done but they told me 20 minutes which was fine, I was a walk in, no big deal and then two other women walked in after me (also just walk ins) clearly they were regulars. One tech was working on someone and said she’d be done in 10 minutes then she’d take me, then she walked up and took someone else. Then 15 minutes later the other customer that walked in after I did was brought to someone desk and told her tech would be with her shortly. So 40 minutes after being told 20 minutes and after two other people were taken before me I just left. I’d consider going back but would absolutely make an appointment

I have been coming to Jennifers salon since she opened in 2000. Her salon has always been clean and safe. Since the covid-19 situation she has really upped her already high standards. Social distancing is enforced as is the requirement for proper wearing of facemasks by all. She has see- thru dividers between client and technician at all stations including both nail and pedicure. Temperature checks are done and everything is properly sterilized after anything is touched, including door handles and polish station. I felt 100% safe spending 2 hours here and getting the works done. This is truly a professional salon by every sense of the word.

Was very disappointed at my visit today. Walked in picked nail polish and was seated a spa chair. I was left sitting soaking my feet for 25 minutes. Was never told how long a wait it was gonna be. I would have appreciated them letting me know how long a wait it was gonna be or how long I was gonna be waiting. I would have made an appointment if I had known

Ten minutes before closing and they took two of us in for a deluxe pedi. They totally did not have to. They were friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

They take appointments but you have to wait mu husband had an appointment and waited for more than 30m. He was seating on the chair for that long his feet got pruned he left and no one said anything. You just lost 2 local customers!!! Terrible service

I went on Saturday before spring break to get a mani-pedi and then Sunday one of my nails began to chip, I went back to get it fixed and when I got there they asked what happened and as I told them they proceeded to just slop paint on there making half of my nail have a thin layer of paint and the other half having about 5 layers. I dont have an interest in going there again and I I would much rather spend my money else where at a place where they will actually do a good job. I highly suggest you go elsewhere, theres several other locations in the area where they will do a much better job.
