After spending an hour getting one of the best massages that I have ever had in the 40 years I’ve been getting them... I must say Ty and True Salon & Spa, by far are the top of the line salon. I’ve traveled around the world, traveled almost every cruise line in the industry and have had some of the finest and most expensive spa treatments and massages and yet I have to say that today’s was incredibly the best!!! Everything about my experience today at True spa and salon was so perfect, relaxing, vitalizing end enjoyable. I came here after having a bad root job done and had an apt with Scott. He is hands down a miracle worker for hair. He stripped the old color out and was able to transform the old dark roots and orangish highlites into beautiful brown natural looking color roots. Yes it took 4 hours but it was worth it. He and Jennifer who assisted him did a great job. Everyone was very nice and made sure I was okay. I highly recommend coming here to get your hair colored and done.

Wonderful Experience! I had a destination wedding in Fort Myers and was unfamiliar with the area before selecting True Salon to do my bridal partys hair and makeup. Not only did they travel to where we were staying for the wedding day, but spent the entire morning/afternoon doing our hair and was very friendly! Very pleased with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

My name Linda Danielle do my hair a week ago when i go to the salon I asked her how much she do my hair and she said she don’t know .any salon has tell customers how much they charge but she doesn’t do .i sit down she do my hair.and between the time she said she charge me 1 hours 125 I don’t sai everything .and she done my hair she said she charge 150 dollars 1 hours I don’t want to argue her I don’t have no choice I have the pay and go she said any salon charge different I know but don’t charge too much look like her. I feel cheated I call salon today I tell her I want talk with owner she gives me the phone with owner and owner said they will talk and call back but they never call back if they think they charge what ever they want customers will pay but they never go back I do nail I nail technicians I never charge like that with my customers if the owner thinks they do right good luck how many customers they can keep for future they need learning have tell customers how much they charge it customers agreement they do if they not agreement they walk away this right way do the business she cannot tell them between the time do the hair they cannot walk away the way cheated

Unfortunately the fumes in the salon were so noxious that I could barely breathe. Not sure if it was hair or nail chemicals but I needed to leave before ever getting my pedicure. I was really looking forward to it because I read so many great reviews.

Amanda did a phenomenal job on my nails! I’ve tried multiple places around fort Myers/cape Coral area and she by far does the best job on my nails. She takes her time and makes sure you’re happy, definitely recommend!

Tyrone is the best masseuse around, and I have had many to choose from over the years. Having several medical issues from a broken neck to ankylosing spondylitis and diabetes, Ty has the talent and training to properly read this old body and do what is needed, and that is critical. My wife on the other hand just LOVEs her appointments with him, especially when I give her a gift certificate which makes my shopping easy and greatly appreciated too.

Massage therapist Ty (Tyrone Brantley) was phenomenal! Treat yourself to a 90-minute massage with him and you will not regret it. Magic hands, perfect amount of pressure, no excessive chatting, focused on my trouble areas- complete satisfaction.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My Wife Diedre had to do Massges in order to help with her pain level before surgery. This is where she met TY, who took the time to ask all relevant questions before starting massage. Once TY started her massage he could tell how much pain and discomfort my wife was in and how much she really needed this form of therapy.From the very first visit on February 6, 2020 TY made sure that my wife was comfortable, he was extremely gentle in the areas where she had the most pain. On that first day my wife was walking with a cane due to her level of pain. After going to TY for massages twice each week for the month of February my wife is now walking with out her cane! Her body is relaxed and in the best shape for her surgery on March 3, 2020.If it was possible to give a 10 star rating we would give it as TY certainly deserves the recognition.Thanks TYDiedre & Bruce McDonald

All I can say is WOW! I have really long hair and am nervous about having anything done to it color or style wise. But, Scott, a true hair artist, calmed my nerves and performed miracle full highlights, cut sexy, edgy bangs and taught me new techniques for wearing my hair, fuller or sleeker as the occasion warranted. The salon is peaceful and you will not feel rushed or overcharged. It is beautifully decorated and all of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I also had a mani-pedi with Diana, another knowledgeable, creative and helpful staff member. I will go definitely go back again and again. 5 stars! ( And BTW I was basically a walk-in with only internet prior knowledge, no referral by a friend). Thank you all and Happy Thanksgiving!

Really wanted to give this salon a great review because the atmosphere and people were both enjoyable plus I liked the owners taste in music; BUT! Unfortunately I spent $200 for a cut I never recieved. I asked for a color AND cut- specifically face framing layers, and bulk taken off the sides. I begged the stylist to please! be mindful NOT to take too much length off. Instead I received a color and a trim. And by trim i mean no layers, nothing at all taken off around the face, bangs, or sides; and god help me- 6!! Inches taken off the bottom. Cry. I am so upset. Its the opposite of what i asked for :(Expensive mistake.

Lindsey Huelsenbeck is fantastic!  I get blonde foil highlights every five or six weeks.  I had been living in Fort Myers for just over a year, and I was having no luck finding a stylist/salon I was happy with.  In February, I stumbled upon a groupon for highlights with Lindsey at True Salon and decided to give it a try.  I have been to Lindsey twice now, and I am going back in April.  She  is easy to talk to, great with blonde highlights, and her pricing is very reasonable.  Lindsey stays current with techniques and technologies, uses quality products, and seems to have a long term plan for your hair.

The staff is always so nice and they are great at what they do!
