Terrible place that scams you. They did not open a fresh pack of tools and definitely don’t clean their supplies after each customer. I was charged $45 for a BASIC pedicure that is supposed to be $28. When telling the nail tech what I wanted, she told me she would “try her best.” She rushed through the entire process. After doing somewhat of a decent job, she filed the sides of my nails AFTER they were painted and made them look sloppy, uneven and messed up. During this experience she also proceeded to tell me how my nails are “yellow” while painting them, even though I already told her I didn’t need a new set (she was just trying to scam more money out of me) Did not deserve even the $5 tip I gave her. Will NEVER be returning, looks are deceiving when your staff scams customers and is horrible

While I was in the process of getting my nails shaped, I told her I was unsure of the shape many times and she kept reassuring me saying theyre perfect. I asked to speak with a manager at the end after I paid (I hate being that person but I could not leave unsatisfied), she told me they do not issue refunds and that someone else will fix them. When the new tech started working on my nails, the lady that did my nails prior came and took a picture of my nails without my permission. The whole experience was horrible and they made me feel like I was in the wrong; apparently they do not care about their customers satisfaction or feelings. Also, while getting a pedicure, my little sister noticed a small roach crawling around at the seats across from us.

Norma does an amazing job with both pink/white acrylic and dip powder gel. Very detailed and all the staff is professional and friendly. Norma is by far my favorite and gives the best foot massages.

I’ve been going here for about 3 months now, and I love it. I’ve worked with a few different nail techs, and they’re all lovely. Thus far, my go-to is Emma. She talked with me and my fiancé and really gave exceptional service. She even picked out my nail color. Highly recommend this salon.

I made an appointment with Emma for a refill after being with my manicure for almost 3 years now. I betray her this one time because of work schedule.Emma did a great and efficient job. She picked a color, a design and I was ready to go in 35 minutes. My nails came out as great as if I had gone to my usual place. The salon is beautiful. So if you ever need a place to get your nails done and run into this one go with Emma. 🧡

Me and my mom had a terrible experience. They wouldnt listen to what my mom wanted, when she asked for French nail acrylic they did a dip nail after cutting her nails off and when my mom tried to tell her it wasnt what she asked for she responded but this is better for your nail. They had my mom in tears and she doesnt cry easily. They filed my nails so hard I was bleeding in multiple places. When I wanted to show him a picture of the design I wanted he seemed annoyed that I was showing him, and then he didnt make it even on both sides. Not worth what we paid.

Third visit and I usually tip $20+ on top of a $140 bill, so i usually expect what i ask for with great customer service but this visit didn’t go how I wanted!!I showed a picture of what i wanted before work was even started and they said they could do it. Once they started the design process, after the applied my acrylic, I asked if they had better glitter because it wasn’t the same or even close! And then they said they don’t have it? Why couldn’t they have told me before I sat and wasted my time getting the acrylics done. I could have went some where and got exactly what I wanted, but no, my time and money was wasted! These nails were so ugly I wanted to cry and vomit. I posted a picture of what I wanted vs. what i got.

I love Vi and her pedicures! She does a great job with the massage and an excellent job painting my toes. Im very meticulous and the paint job is very neat and clean.

My nails came out so much better than expected! I came here with my sister and we were so happy with our nails we keep showing and telling everyone we know about this place! It didn’t take forever even though they had a pretty full room bill of clients. And the lady who did my nails was fast yet made them absolutely perfect beyond satisfied. We just found our new nail/feet place for service! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Wish we discovered it earlier. 10 stars out of 5!!

I was very disappointed in my nails today. I got fresh new set and one already broke leaving there. Also the shape was horrible and they were to chunky. I couldn’t go back because my kids were waiting for me at home. I fixed my nails myself at home but left the broken one alone to heal. I’ve never had a bad set this was my first one cuz I had a different nail tech. The only that came out good was my pedicure. I paid 75 for my nails and 35 for my pedicure

Woman who did my pedicure charged me $43 for a BASIC PEDICURE. Did a poor job on it too. I just got off of working a 9 hour shift hoping she would give me a decent massage.... nope. What a shame. This place is beautiful, but the staff is horrible at the service.The guy who did my fill noticed my frustration and instead of making me feel better about my poorly done pedicure, he was just being a sarcastic person. Poor customer service.

I loved my experience with Hanni, Kim & Sam at this beautiful salon, i visited 7/10/2020 during my birthday weekend visit and enjoyed a fabulous Sweet Spa Deluxe Pedicure done by Kim with super pretty candle and floral arrangements!My white acrylic set done by Sam came out PERFECT and I made some really great acquaintances while being served who shared that theyve been long-time customers. My eyebrows done by Hanni came out looking divine!Overall I had a very refreshing an relaxing experience with you all at Luxury! Best service. Always friendly. Newly remodeled and looks AMAZING.I have been coming to this salon for 10 years. 10 YEARS! Longest relationship I have ever had. Hanni is my go to girl every single time. She is a master at the nail file and a master at eyebrow waxing.This is a walk-in place but I recommend calling ahead just in case if they are super busy which can happen.

I have been going to this nail salon for two years now, no issues but today was very disappointing. Firstly I called ahead and made an appointment with my usual technician. I arrived right on time and I did not even get him they gave me someone else. I would not waste my time and call ahead if I was not going to get the person I asked for. Secondly, I got dip powder and it was a mess. Painful when taking off my old polish, then when she did the dip there was another color mixed in or some how she got another dip powder on all my nails and messed them completely up. Had to go over my already dipped nails with a different gel color because she messed up. It is also extremely messy with 2 different color dips all over my hands. So so disappointed still had to pay full price when I am now going to have to pay to get them done somewhere else.

Service was ok they are over priced.

I went there and the made me wait 45 minutes even though i made an appointment. 3 different people got there after me and they took care of them and didn’t even say a word to me. This place is horrible don’t waste your money there.

My mom and i went here today, they did very quick pedis and were sloppy with the manis, my nails are in even and the polish is bubbling up, my mom had gel all over here fingers and hands and had to ask for it to be removed, my toes were cut twice and the service is very sloppy

Had the 35.00 spa pedi and the gentleman Son didnt acted like it was an issue to do the pedicure. My daughter and I started at the same time she had a regular pedi and we were done at the same time. I paid more for the pedi for the 10 min massage, it was 10 min because he used a timer but a massage it was not. When he polished my toes he was so sloppy that the polise pooled in the corner and the lady had to fix it.Then my nails the (language barrier) I wanted an ombre French like polish she did it with acrylic. Charge 50.00 and very thick and crooked. My daughters were no better. Ive been here before in the past and had better work done. Wont be going back.

Nathan did my nails he was so detailed and clean with all the tools he used. He spoke good English so I was able to comunícate what I wanted in an easy way. The only thing I didn’t like was there was so many employees around me talking super close to me I could smell their breath and I felt claustrophobic specially now with the virus we want to stay away as much as possible to keep everyone safe. I payed 71 for gel nails and toes. Kind of price but Nathan was very good and nice :) thank you!

The salon is bright, spacious, updated, clean and classy. There is almost no wait time, with or without an appointment. All of the nail technicians are so great, that makes it hard to choose a favorite. I am a Cape Coral resident and take the trip down every two weeks for my mani and pedi.

Paid for deluxe pedicure and I get better regular pedicures at home in Ohio. Guy used a timer for massage and included scrubbing in the massage time. Wasn’t even half of what I supposed to get. Instead of communicating with words what he wanted me to do, he just kept tapping my feet and I had to guess what he wanted me to do. Hardly trimmed dead skin or cuticles. Was a quick pedi to go home with. Certainly wouldn’t come back or recommend. Many other nail salons around!

I would have given 5 stars but when my pedicure was done and they charged me 28 bucks for literally a 10 minute pedi....ummmm no...i didnt have polish on to be removed nor did I want them painted so I think 20 at most 22 would have been fair especially being I am a good tipper...well she only got 5 that time because the way I see it is the other part of her tip was in the cost

Super disappointed in my experience here. A friend and I went in for two pedicures on Saturday 1/11 and although the service wasn’t bad, my pedicure was awful. I got a French tip pedicure and the clear part of the nail was an awful dark pink color. It looks inconsistent and strange. Not a nice light pink color that is usually offered at any other nail salon. I thought it might dry lighter or look different in different lighting, but I was so wrong. I paid $40 for what I consider the worst pedicure I have ever received. I don’t usually post negative reviews, but for $40, I will NOT be returning.

Luxury Spa is all about excellence customer services and stay on top of the nails trends. They have everything that you can think of that hot out in the market. I love how the owner run the business such as every staffs members wear uniform and name tag. So customers like myself know is serving/working on my nails. Techs are speaking perfect English. I love techs paying 100 percent attention to me while they working on me.

Love this place. They are very fast, friendly, and their work is always perfect. I usually go for a full set and for fills. Although you dont need a reservation and you can just walk in, calling ahead and letting them know what time you plan on coming (theyll always say they have availability) will give you the foot up when you get there. The wait is never more than 5 minutes with a reservation. The technicians here are all very nice and remember me when I go. I appreciate how comfortable and relaxed they make the salon! Never had a bad experience :)

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the last 10 years!! I’ve brought friends and family here as well! The owner, Honni is the sweetest. I refuse to go to another nail salon even though I live in Lehigh and it’s a 45 minute drive. They have expanded to the suite next door and the remodel looks amazing!

Have always loved this place!! The people there are so nice and they remember who you are. On top of that, I have never had a better eyebrow wax in my life. And they have catered to every crazy nail design I have ever thought up and for a reasonable price too.

Always great work, less then a 5 min wait for a seat either with toes or hands. The polish lasts a long time and the workers are very friendly always remember me and my daughter. Theyve been doing her fingers and toes since she was 3 she loves mommy and daughter spa day. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful nails. I haven’t had nails since prom and I wanted to get nails I was in love with two years ago. Even though 40 dollars is a lot for a college student, I’m in love with the results and I can’t stop looking at them.

Very rude speaking their language pointing at my feet showing the girl next door and laughing because I have bandaids from wearing new shoes. Highly disappointed in my experience did not feel relaxed at all. I’ll never return to such a disrespectful place.

This was probably my most painful nail salon experience i’ve had. I was cut twice and was bleeding at one point. my nail tech proceeded to get frustrated instead of apologetic. And even put acetone on my fresh cut... then when it was time to pay i had asked for a discount for the inconvenience and painful experience. her response to this was giggling and saying “no, it’s okay” . very unsatisfied and would not recommend

I’ve gone here for many years and I’ve watched the customer service decline steadily while their clientele has increased. They were a place I recommended to so many people...so this review is not posted lightly . The last 4 times I’ve gone have been beyond terrible. This last time was the end for me though. Mike was my nail tech. His words were “don’t be afraid, I go fast”. He kept hurting me while filing my nails. He 100% rushed my whole service insulting me w rude comments “do you always like your nails so long”?. He literally took the color wheel away even though I disliked the color I picked originally. And after he put it on I expressed I did not like the color but he didn’t care and cashed me out anyway. Two days later my finger was swollen and hurt but the pain went away so I didn’t think anything of it... Now it’s 2 weeks later and a nail popped off so I removed the rest at home. Only to find not 1,not 2, but THREE nails with a fungal infection!!!! This is disgusting. His negligence and unclean tools caused this. And now I’m stuck w nasty looking nails!!! I’m beyond upset by this!!!! CLEAN YOUR TOOLS and treat your customers as if they are the only ones you’ve seen that day !!!! Don’t rush them and rush your services. You’ve lost not just me but my mother and all of my referrals too.

Not too impressed with the quality of service... they are nice but the technique isn’t too good. I used to go here all the time when My worked here but after she left I and opened her own salon I’ve only been back once & of course, like I predicted, I HATED my nails. I asked for them to look “natural”... as natural as you can get with acrylics and the girl didn’t seem to understand. She left them extremely thick and they had no “c curve”. They were flat and straight making my fingers look so weird.. I asked for a certain color and she tried to convince me to get another color. Which I didn’t let happen. Then as she was filing my nails she cut me twice! Said my skin is too sensitive.... like no you’re just not being careful. She was sitting there texting and on her phone while she was going my nails. I was so unhappy with them. I don’t really recommend coming here. Seems like all the care about is money and not enough about their clients. They should get employees who don’t try to change the clients mind to what they want instead of what the clients want.

I went there and wanted cat eye nail polish. I picked out the color from her phone as there were no samples . i noticed it was looking more like deep purple than the red i wanted . Normally i get it done somewhere else but i needed them done badly and my normal place is 30 min away and i had alot to do as we were going on vacation. I was so happy when i seen the bright red with black cateye selection. I also know that the color it looks when putting it on is different than when they pull it out with the magnet. I noticed it still looked purple with an orange/rusty colored stripe. I was in a hurry and figured it might have been the lighting or something and rushed out to continue my day. As the day and night went on i was more and more unhappy with the color. It looked nothing like the color i picked out in the picture. I called the next day and i wont mention names but the girl that did them said to come in the next day. I went in the next day and spoke with the girl. We compared the number that i wanted and the pic of it too my nails and they were nothing alike. Than she said she cannot do anything about it because its not her fault that the pic showed the particular color of red that i wanted and its not her fault that the color came out so so different than the pic and she wouldnt change the color unless i paid her $20.00 . I will never return or recommend that salon to any of my friends and family!!!.

Not sure what quality of product they use but my shellac wont last more than 3 days. I have plenty of pictures to prove. While there, a 1 hour job turns into a 3 hour job but I wont go into further details of why that is. I called because I thought they would guarantee the shellac for at least one week like most places do, but no one understood a word I was saying or what I was asking. I simply think that you (Luxury Spa ) should invest a little more into what you are doing. You are situated in prime time customer vile and should try your best to show it. Your business will go a long way if you would invest a little more.

Horrible costumer communication and service!! Gel manicure didn’t even last 2 days! After calling to make sure I could come back in the week to get them redone, I drive out of my way and then they say the best they could do is a discount. Waste of my time and money for bad quality work!

This was the worst nail experience ever. The only reason why I came here was because I could not get to my nail person before my movie started. The customer service was horrible. I only got a polish change and the quality of work was horrible too. I rather walk around with jacked up feet before I step a foot in this place. Not Happy At All!!!!

I use to love this place! But I went not even a week ago and got a full set. They maybe lasted for 4 days and then they just started falling off. None of my nails were filed even and when they painted them it was streaky.

This place is the WORST! Never going back again, not once but twice have they damaged my eyebrows! They gave me a wax burn, where part of my skin came off! Secondly, I love thick eyebrows and they gave me skinny eyebrows. Do not trust this place with your eyebrows, theyre the worst.
