I love living here! the building is secure, beautiful grounds with lilacs, lavender, cherry trees and a creek behind the building. landlord and maintenance is friendly. the neighbors are kind and have interesting stories. the only thing I dislike is that the neighbors often bike and walk their dogs off leash on the property despite signs being posted. if it werent for that, I would rate 5 stars. very grateful to live in such a lovely place.

Every time I visit, theres something new thats broken.They REFUSE to fix anything, including exterior doors that had been kicked in and no longer latch. Now, they have an INFESTATION ofSEWER FLIES! After this last visit, I am now forces to bleach amuse pesticides on a daily basis in my own home to knock down a potential infestation in my own home. Sewer Flies occur when feces is present for long periods of time.

This facility is poorly managed. The cleanliness is sorely lacking. Residents are smoking in their units and it isnt allowed according to the lease, but, nothing is done about it. There is drug activity occurring.The police are there on a continual basis. It is an suppose to be a secure building, nothing could be further from the truth. There are people in and out of the building that are not residents, but, have keys to access the building. It is suppose to be a safe, secure environment for seniors. It isnt even close. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. There are too many issues that need resolved for this facility. A stern, but, compassionate and rule enforcing manager is needed badly. Dont chose this place.

Smells of smoke but non smoking. Not the nicest but apparently cheap.
