A few days ago I took my two nieces to get their nails done here. Theyre both young. One is 5 the other is 8. First thing they say is that for the three of us to get our nails done it will be about an hour and a half wait. So I say okay I think well go somewhere else. After a minute to think, we decided to stay. I go back in and tell them that well wait after all and expect them to put our names down. What do you know, suddenly theres no wait. So the girl who does their nails is super abrupt and not very nice to them. My older niece had blue on her nails already, and the girl didnt even remove all of the blue before she covered it with light pink. The girls were both quiet and polite and didnt make a lot of noise or cause any commotion at all.So obviously the nail artists at this salon think doing a good job on little kids nails is beneath them. Um excuse me lady thats your job. Get over yourself. I tipped your sorry self 10 dollars for the 3 minute trashy manicures you did for two little girls who had been SO excited to get their nails done. My older niece was so disappointed because the nail person never once spoke to her and didnt give her a chance to ask for a little daisy to be painted on her nail. God i hope she reads this and learns that she really needs to just get over herself. Little girls deserve good treatment too. Shame on you for ruining a part of these girls day that they had been so looking forward to.So in conclusion, dont go here with kids and expect them to be treated like actual humans. Theyll be disrespected and made to feel less than.

Made an appointment for two . Waited 45 mins to an hour to get one of us started. Waited another 20 to get the other started. My nail was crooked and she refused that it was. So she handed me the file and told me to fix it my self. Didnt even try to fix the shape. Then she kept saying it was crooked. Which it was because there was no amount of shaping to make it not crooked. Everyone in the building was complaining that every appointment was around an hour late. Will not go back

Great salon! We called and made a reservation for 3. They were ready for us when we walked in and were very efficient. They took their time and all 3 of our sets looked amazing. Very fair pricing. Will definitely return.

The lady that did my nails told me that the dip had glitter in it, it didnt. The dip isnt even on my nails, you can see streaking in it. I got tips and the tips on each hand are different lengths, they dont match. One of my nails isnt even.They are way overpriced for the quality of the manicure work.

I have been going to Hayley for a good while now, she is by far the very best!! All the others are great, but Hayley is top notch!! Great place, calming atmosphere, and wonderful service!!

Awful. My daughter got her nails done here and repeatedly told the nail tech he was filing them too short and too round. He ignored her and continued filing and rounding. He then all but pushed her out the door when they were done. She called to talk to the manager and the manager basically called her a liar. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I saw the owner had posted on here saying that if someone posts a bad review, dont come back to her shop. Maybe focus on customer satisfaction and you wont get bad reviews...

My sister scheduled my bridal party to get our nails and toes done for the day before my wedding. They called the day before and said some could come 30 minutes early and some could come at the original scheduled time. Some of my party arrived early and the nail lady told them to pick their colors and didnt even get them seated for 25 minutes and they were not busy. When I arrived at the original time, the lady immediately got an attitude and hostile with me and said she would only do nails and not toes because we were late even though the agreement was some early and some at the original time. Needless to say we will never be back.

The nail salon/nail tech(Wayne), has been the best nail salon I have ever visited. Wayne, he took great pride in his nail designs/nail art. He took the time to explain all the possibilities that I had to choose from. Wayne is a great nail tech, very friendly and a great conversationist. The salon also has a very comfortable setting. This will continue to be my nail salon from this point forward.

This place is great! I have gone to Alexz for one and a half years for dip ombre. No chips or breaks!! I have always been impressed!!!!

If you like to wait hours after your scheduled appointment, this is the place for you. I was humiliated in front of their customers this morning after I was told I didn’t need an appointment Thursday over the phone & to just come in as soon as they open. I went in, then was told I couldn’t be seen due to not having an appointment, however they let 3 other customers in without an appointment right in front of my face. I obviously stated my frustration & told them I would just go elsewhere.Very unprofessional experience and decided to give them a not so great review on their Facebook page, then the owner proceeded to cuss me out and call me names. I will not be back for sure!

Very rude and treats you like you are beneath them especially the man / woman that runs it . Never will go back. If I could have gave 0 stars I would have and they didnt even have hot water. I end up walking out because they said they cant do any design and holly already told me then the lil man / woman just had to chime in so we got into it and he / she said u can pay and leave and I said how about I dont pay and leave. After waiting 40 minutes for another nail salon to open and being disappointed by their tardiness, I gave up and found this little gem. They open at 9:30! Fantastic! And despite having several patrons already, they seated me immediately and began my pedicure without delay. I received a wonderful pedicure with a very relaxing leg massage. My toenails looked amazing when finished and the pedicurist spent extra time on my problem nails. Very satisfied!

Came in 50 minutes before close without an appointment and was treated poorly. lady at desk asked if i could come back another time and proceeded to make rude remarks about coming in at this time.

I came early and was told that they was too busy I had to make a appointment so after I made a appointment for 6:30 .I admit I was a little late but it was packed I waited 20 mins for a pedicure and all there polish are gel they charged me 30 for a regular pedicure which is the same price as gel!!! I wished they would’ve told me instead of ripping me off and my polish was not dry because it was gel

Very aggressive when buffing. Kept hitting upward and hurt very much. Cut my cuticle and hurt very much. She over priced me. I paid $50 for some very short nails. The pinky finger are different sized nails and a lot of my other fingers are not the same length. Also, I asked for coffin nails and they look very square. This experience was very awful all together and I would not recommend going to this nail shop at all. I will not be going back.

Had an appointment and still waited over an hour to get my manicure. Horrible service and they do not know how to treat their customers. Zero stars for this business. Reporting them to the BBB--they should not be in business at all due to their poor customer service.

I just got mine done today. i loved the colors and everything. the guy who did my nails was very pushy and did not give my nails time to dry, and made a simple square shape uneven. also never greeted us when we walked in.

This is the best place Ive been so far! Very creative and lots of nail designs to choose from. Got the powder dip manicure, very unique and a must try at least once! Go now!

Overall they do great nails, some stuff is completely over priced. I personally feel the one lady that works there does a great job, but the one guy is very very rude. Rude enough for me not to come back there. There is always a long wait because they’re so busy, They will start to rush.

My family and I tried this place, we weren’t pleased with it at all.I thought I’d give it a 2nd chance, we walked in it was very warm, very strong smell of the acrylic nails, they had a 30 minute wait, we left.I won’t try it again

The lady that works there is really good @ her job & kind. HOWEVER, in my opinion, the man that works along with her is rude & acts uppity/careless. Very clean place. Staff was very unfriendly and did not greet us, or anyone, when we came in or left. Gal who did my gel fill was super rushed and for $36 did not do very good at all!! Would not recommend this salon when there are many other friendlier, cheaper and more attentive staff to choose from.

I have been here at least 6or7 times now an only was happy with my nails 1 time and after my last visit I will not be coming back. They never great you they are always super busy an try to do multiple ppl at one time it’s definitely quantity over quality the guy stood and painted my nails last time why I set in his chair an another lady set in the chair I was in before I went to wash my hands an he painted both are nails at the same time an it was messy an very rushed there was 3 different ppl just at that time that had came back to get there nails fixed because they had messed up so bad I will try a different place from now on but all’s they care about is getting the money not the quality of your nails 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have not been to a nail salon in a long time bc I have been so unsatisfied with any around the area. I went here with a friend tonight for her birthday not wanting to pay for yet another overpriced pedi that I ended up hating and I loved it! The people were nice, the establishment was clean and nice and the chairs were so comfortable. They did an excellent job with my pedicure and I don’t remember the last time I had a pedi so good. It was slightly more expensive then I am usually willing to pay- but for good quality I feel like it was with it. I feel like I found my new place to splurge!

Best nail salon around! Alexz has done an amazing job on my nails every time I’ve went. The dipping powder has made a huge difference in my nails they are so long now and healthy stronger than ever. Alexz does a great job on ombré nails. I have gotten many compliments on them.

The salon was really nice and has a good atmosphere, and Holly did my nails she was excellent, fast and super friendly, my nails came out perfect exactly how I wanted, this is the only nail salon I will be going to, and I definitely recommend it!

When I first started coming here they were nice but I have a complete change of mind now. They get so busy to the point they want you to leave and come back. They told me 2 hours the last time. There’s only two workers and the last time they had four other workers helping out. The man who did my pedicure did a half job, my feet were not as smooth as they should’ve been and I had to basically walk him though the pedi and Holly did my nails. She did a horrible job with shaping and I was really upset with the price I paid. This last time did it for me though. I walked in and got a full set and wanted a pedi. While Alex was doing my nails he asked if I could come back for my pedi because his wrist hurt. That really made me mad because I had just watched holly give two pedicures right before me. So I asked if holly could do it. He replied and said well I don’t know! How UNPROFESSIONAL WAS THAT ? I decided to just get a polish change on my toes. He charged me $5 extra for something I don’t even know. I didn’t bother to ask because I was just so ready to get out of there. I’ve been here faithfully every month since they opened and this last visit will be my last time coming. They are money hungry, unprofessional and will rush through your service. They even hop from customer to customer. For example, they will shape your nails, then stop to start on the next customer and come back to you. It’s sad and rude because who wants to sit in a nail shop longer than they have to ?
