It was really easy and safe to sign up for a lease. The staff at Uncommon and very friendly. The apartment complex is very beautiful and very opening to new people and very pet friendly.

As a college student who is just starting to live on my own, I appreciate how easy Uncommon made the leasing process!! I’ve enjoyed living here and am always looking forward to resident week events!!

Signing a lease at Uncommon was one of the best decisions Ive made! It was an easy process to sign a lease and Alison was very helpful in doing so. After living at a student-housing complex for 3 years, it is refreshing to live in a community that displays levels of professionalism and class. The staff is always helpful and very kind. Despite COVID, the staff ensures that the building and the residents are safe. My dog and I are also glad this complex is pet-friendly. You also cant beat the location and the amenities. I truly love living here and highly recommend!

I love Uncommon! All my friends live here and I plan on moving in soon because of the location, the overall quality of the building, and rooms and ESPECIALLY the super friendly staff. I’ve met Elsa, Alison, and Taylor and while they’re a younger group, they are extremely nice and super professional while not being pushy or invasive. Even though I’m not currently a resident they treat me as if I am and are so welcoming. My friends love the place and the staff! I’m really excited to live there in the next few months! I definitely would recommend to both students and non-students!!

Signing a lease was really easy, and the front desk was super prompt about sending your lease to you to renew. Their instructions were straightforward and I liked that there was an option to move units if we wanted. Overall, living here is a great experience and I am looking forward to living here again this year.

I love living here but renewing my lease was incredibly difficult and there was a huge lack of communication. I think one way to improve would be to have all desk staff communicate with each other so the resident doesnt need to repeat the issue with every single person.

Best apartment complex in Fort Collins. Location is near perfect - walking distance to both campus and the old town bar scene. Staff is very helpful and kindly, some of them are even cute. The apartment itself speaks for itself. Theyre lively, clean, spacious, and were clearly built with quality in mind - something I cannot say about my past apartment complex **Rams Pointe. That place was a disaster zone compared to Uncommon. Thanks for being the best!

The amenities are so great. Management is really on point too! I go down to the office like once a week asking for super random things, and the lady in charge is always super helpful and friendly!! So happy I decided to live here!

I’ve seriously never lived at a better place. The staff is AMAZING and so nice. they all go out of their way to be accommodating. Great amenities and the whole building operates smoothly and efficiently, is always clean, and maintenance is prompt and friendly. The staff schedules all kinds of fun things to do every month. The new leasing manager is so awesome and really tries her best to make everyone feel at home here. Not to mention, it’s in a great spot in a great city. I foresee myself continuing to live here for a good long time!!

Ive been living at Uncommon for the past year and a half, and so far it has been a really great experience! Moving from out of state into a new area with two huskies was already stressful as it was, especially since it is very difficult to find pet-friendly apartments that accommodate large dogs. But the staff at Uncommon helped us in every way they could, and they even gave us a tour of the apartment through FaceTime! By the time we arrived at Uncommon, they just handed us the key and everything was all set. It definitely made the entire moving experience very streamlined.And I absolutely love our apartment! We got a 2x2 unit and its the perfect size for us. In the time weve been there, weve only had to put in two work orders for very minor fixes, and they were resolved within a day or two.The location also happens to be such a huge plus. Its right in downtown Fort Collins, so we are walking distance from all of the shops, restaurants, and bars. The bus stop is only two blocks away and its a short 10 min bus ride to CSU. So its nice that I hardly need to use my car.

Ive never had an issue where I had to deal with management, but the whole staff has always been super friendly when I get coffee in mornings or go to the events. Location is great, and I love the views. Ive only had to have maintenance a couple of times, and they responded quickly. Ill be staying another year!

Hi, Im Josh Lapin, Im 23 and Im completing my second and final lease at Uncommon Fort Collins. I wanted to share my positive experience in great detail!The Building:The building is absolutely beautiful and filled with state-of-the-art amenities! The artwork and design is modern and breathtaking from the moment you enter the front door to the lobby.The coffee bar is wonderful and well maintained and cereal-breakfast is provided every day during the week, and the selection of cereal is quite impressive...lots of brand-name classics and none of that generic-awfulness that one would expect!The gym is also gorgeous and well-maintained. Its rarely crowded and has a variety of equipment. If you find that youre specific workout regimen requires different machinery, Uncommon is located between two name-brand gyms at affordable rates (one of them just shutdown permanently due to COVID unfortunately).Lounges:The 2nd floor lounge is absolutely wonderful. It has a couch-seating area with a large flatscreen television, as well as a business center with complimentary computer and printer access. Ive spent many long hours in the lounge, from which I ran my internet-based small business.Im so blessed to have had the business center and highly-capable air conditioning unit in the lounge to keep me ice-cold and focused during those tough times!There is also a separate quiet lounge that is more academically focused, less social than the general-purpose lounge. They both have their place in this building, and are two shiny side to the very same coin. Finally, there is an outdoor lounge that surrounds the general lounge, and it has excellent amenities for hosting gatherings of all kinds, as well as a firepit and heat lamps. The firepit and heat lamps actually dont generate much heat unfortunately, but at the rate that Uncommon is improving, Im sure theyll eventually upgrade those ammenities so that they can generate true-heat during the coldest of nights. Nonetheless I remain content.Community:Its *mostly* an interesting mix of CSU undergraduate, graduate, and self-employed young professionals. While its primarily a younger demographic, Ive seen every age, ability level, and even families, live here happily and coexist peacefully. For the most part, everyone is respectful/tolerant of one another and shares the amenities peacefully and is very welcoming. Everyone can have the fun and/or the peace&quiet they are seeking, which leads me into my next point:Security is also outstanding. A great private security firm responds to noise complaints and holds us accountable to our obligations of decency and respect of our neighbors.The perfect balance of individual liberty and the safety of all residents. Essentially, Uncommon has perfected the American Dream and is a blueprint for municipalities, States, and the Federal Government.An experience thats not very common..and thats why its called UNcommon :)

Uncommon is a beautiful building with great amenities right in the best part of town. Walking distance from just about everything and pet friendly!!

The worst place I have lived in. Small bedrooms,poor quality of the equipment. Some of the staff are not friendly. This place is not secure, My carbon viper bike (over $1000) got stolen from the garage, when I told the staff, they told me that the cameras in the garage were not working and the gate was broken!!So what!!? They told me we can do nothing!!This is the second bike that got stolen from me in the same year and the staff do nothing to me!!Where is the secure place that I signed for in the lease?’!I do not recommend living there!

Location is great. It is useful to have the gym in the building, specially in the winter. The courtyard is quite nice and all the facilities are always taken care of. It is only missing a hot tub/pool to be freaking awesome. Staff is great

Work orders are completed in a timely manner, plenty of events to attend, and complimentary breakfast during the week (plus free coffee)! I love living here and plan on resigning for next year!

Ive loved living here for the past year and cant wait to live here again next year. The gym is great and high quality and the staff are super nice a friendly. Both times my apartment has needed maintenance they were fast to respond and fixed the problem quickly.

I love the staff at uncommon theyre super friendly and accommodating. Kristy is always so kind and able to find an answer when needed. I also love the convenience of having a nice clean gym. No room for excuses when its right there. I even have my friend come over and we use the heavy bag in the gym. Its been a great way to workout and a lot of fun.

My wife and I moved to uncommon after getting accepted to CSU. We sold our house and decided to move into an apartment to live within walking distance of campus. We could not be happier! The staff have been unbelievably kind and generous, our dogs (2 Husky/Malamutes) were welcomed with open arms, and the amenities are excellent and brand new.

Living at the Uncommon is such a pleasure. The leasing office staff is amazing. They handle everything quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile.The maintenance staff is great as well. I feel lucky to live in such a wonderful community.Evgeny.

I have lived at The Uncommon for the past year and can say it is a great building with incredible staff!! Elsa has recently started working there and is incredibly sweet, mature, and a huge help with anything you may need!! Both Elsa and Kristy made my experience there great and I am thankful for all of their help!

I visited one of my friends recently and stayed at with her at Uncommon. Though I was there for only a few days, I got to meet some of the leasing staff and they were so nice. I loved the apartment and the location was absolutely killer!

I have lived at Uncommon since June 2018 and I cant speak highly enough about my living experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The staff is organized and professional, and unlike previous places I have lived, you can tell they actually care. Not to mention the building is brand new and you are in the best location in Old Town. If you live at Uncommon expect awesome resident events like rooftop dj parties, free food, breakfast Mon-Fri, and free yoga! The only downside is the units are more boutique style and I wish my unit was a little bigger.

Positive staff, focused on local, community connections. Values residents highly and listens to feedback genuinely. Kristy and Elsa, managers, are a power team.

Uncommon property has always been warm and welcoming. Even not being a tenant they have been accommodating and helpful. The units i was showed were very beautiful. 10/10 worth looking at.

Do not live here. The company that owns this building is shady and extremely cheap. The building is brand new yet its falling apart at the seams, nothing gets fixed or cleaned, the rooms are small and poorly made and rent is way too expensive for the level of quality of this place. I cant wait until my lease is up...

The staff at Uncommon has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. I came in for a tour, and Cade was extremely friendly and informative about the property. The amenities are also amazing, from a rock climbing wall to a gym onsite, to the ski simulator! The manager, Kristy, was also very friendly and created such a welcoming environment. I can’t wait to be moving in in the fall!

Uncommon Apartments is by far the best living experience I have ever had, and this is my fourth state/complex. I live in one of the furnished units. The furnishings are great. From the granite counters, stainless steel appliances, every room has a television and comfortable bed with a dresser, and did I forget to mention the internet/Xfinity, or breakfast Monday through Friday is included in rent? There are many blessings that save money while living at Uncommon, imagine that?The building and amenities are incredible! The facility is cleaned long before anyone else wakes up. The gym has new state of the art equipment, great patio with large grills, office, and a sizable movie room. There is also plenty of parking in the private structure; as well as, around the property for guests.As for the management office, Kristy and her staff are exceptional! They are always willing to help and are extremely professional. Every time I have had an issue or needed maintenance the problem was accessed and resolved in a timely manner. I have had nothing but happiness since living at Uncommon. You will not find a better team, facility, and location for the price in Colorado! Kristy even purchased and delivered dinner to my door while I was recovering from surgery. Needless to say, I renewed my lease!

Call me easy going, but with everything the building has been through, I believe staff and workers have handled it very well. For only living here a day shy of a month, there have definitely been some problems; elevators break often, and water mains have been breaking too. However, the building is brand new and I %100 prepared myself for some kinks here and there, because thats how the game usually goes with something brand new. That being said, when the water main broke and our water was/is shut off, they have supplied us with free meals on the court yard, cases of water, and a $50 gift card and they plan to take additional action to take off from rent because we include water fees in our utilities here. As there is not much the staff can do due to issues being via construction of the building itself, I think they have handled the situation very well and I am very appreciative.

Seriously love living at this place. Fantastic location. Great Price. Lots of Amenities and also if anything is broken in your apartment, they will fix it in 24 hrs for sure. Handy man is super nice too. They never bother you or inspect your apartment. Nice staff imo. We get free food randomly for no reason and alcohol occasionally. They have nights that we can go to a bar and drink on the apartment complexes tab for whatever reason... not complaining. Wifi is super fast and included with rent. I spend like nothing on rent and $20 extra for electric per month and that is it, everything included including a frickin flat screen on the wall and its fully furnished.

Being located in Old Town is nice, but for the price and size of the apartments, it is nowhere near worth it. The staff was very friendly, but when it came to asking about billing issues or maintience issues, my wife and I would get a deer in headlights look from them. Contant water/ elevator issues. At signing we were told that we would be receiving a balcony, which if you consider a sliding door that opens to nothing but a bar a balcony then yes we recieved a balcony. Very shady wording. I could keep rambling but overall it was a terrible experience and if you decide to sign here use caution.

Living here the management is horrible, they handle situations and maintenance in the worst way possible. They try to make you believe at lease signing otherwise, but trust the reviews from the individuals with the problems, there is no way the 5 star reviews are real.. Building structure- outrageous for being new paint on flooring from overspray during build, walls are peeling at the seems from bad sheet wall work prior to painting, cabinets are cheap and won’t line up and fall apart after a month of use, Parking-ridiculous, planned social gatherings- poor planned and scheduled 1-3 or 2-4 when everyone is at work or class, maintenance- water has been shut off multiple times and for days at a time previously, elevators-breaking a lot, apartments don’t maintain temperatures had to buy space heater, water is freezing to scolding to freezing at least 10 times during one shower, rent payment process- have had issues with the app stating wrong payment dates and take no responsibility for it.. So many more to list.. Don’t be sold on the location, you will pay for it in the end..

Scammed me out of $50 by advertising they had the apartment size I wanted and then telling me they were completing out once I applied. Pretty sure thats fraud?

Front desk staff was terrible, condescending and rude. Considering how much this place charges youd think the staff would at least try to care a little bit.

The worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Elevators are always broken, ceilings leak, plumbing is continually scalding hot regardless of setting, front desk people are worse than useless. Do not move here.Edit: If there was ever a use for a GD motion-activated light, it would be in the trash chute.They don’t secure the mailroom or bother to be at the front desk during posted hours, so i’ve been retrieving my own packages ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
