CURBED MY ENTIRE WHEELS. Before and after what they did to my wheels after a simple tire change. The owner claimed he did not do that even though he was blatantly lying. Then he said yes I did it. He told me to get off his lot when I asked him if he was going to fix it. DONT EVER COME HERE.And then he insults me in the response to my edit? I politely asked if he could do it and he said sure no problem. My wheels were professionally powder coated, after going to three other shops and showing them the damage they were shocked how someone could do this bad of a job, I watched them laughing and banging the wheel with a metal tongue while doing it, not even paying attention. Oh and not to mention they broke one of my lug nuts too so I had to get that repaired. By the way to your response i drove off pissed off thanks to the damage you did and weren’t willing to pay for. Everyone please save your money and go somewhere else, don’t know how these pathetic people are still in business. Honestly I should file a small courts claims against your shop for what you did.Oh and don’t talk about a car you know nothing about. Just because I drove away, have an expensive custom exhaust, and modify my car doesn’t “judge how I take care of my wheels,” sorry you don’t know what a jaguar is. So disrespectful to a customer.

Husband had inspection done on Thursday, passed no problem . We went Friday for my inspiration, failed emission, had to drive 60+ miles. Went back Saturday at 1:00pm. Had to have 3 tires replaced and front tire rods ends. Was there 6 hours!!!!

First I want to say that I will definitely be returning to RFT Auto Sales for any work that I need on my truck. Maybe a little less than 2 weeks ago, I went to see how much it would run me to install a radio in my 05 Dodge Durango. That day I did not have the radio with me (it was home) but I bought the truck and radio and the parts back, Manny (who I now treat like family) told me that the parts were wrong but thankfully he had the right ones that were needed and within maybe a 45 minutes to an hour the radio was in and works GREAT!! Today I plan on taking my CB Radio over to see if they can install it for me as well. Manny you and your guys did a fantastic job on my truck!! Thank you a million times over. Your the best.

This place is WILD very unprofessional - I was set an appt of 3pm waited until 5:30pm to let me know that the music installer could not do the work on my vehicle - after I told him that I was there for 2 1/2 hours he then felt sorry about the wait and decided to do the work - That I appreciate that the installer did take that into consideration and proceeded to do the work - But regardless from 3pm until 6:30pm I might as well have been an employee part time worker. A professional place wouldve got the installer to look at the job at my appt time 3pm right away I wouldve known if i needed to go look else where to get the job done. 1st and Last time I will ever come to this establishment and spend my hard earned money and time. I was advised 1 price and when it was time to pay I had to pay more then the price i was advised by a significant amount. If you are a person that appreciates great CUSTOMER SERVICE then dont go here because you will not receive any at all.

I was interested in 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I took it for a test drive and noticed the check engine light was on. When I got back to the dealer I asked if they had a machine to tell me why it was on, they did. He told me it was because the gas cap is loose and took the light off. He sold the vehicle to me and about an hour later the light came back on. I finally had time to take it to a garage and I find out He lied at the dealership. The light is on because of O2 sensors and possibly a catalytic converter. Not a very honest business.

Very professional. I went in with two nails embedded in my back tire. The young man who assisted me advised they had not punctured the tire. And removed them. Anyone else would have charged me for the time but they did not. BF Goodrich All Season. Awesome tires, great service.

Dont ever get a car stereo installed here. I went in at 5pm and they didnt get done until after 3 am and STILL didnt complete the job! They hooked up parts wrong and blew a 50 dollar high low box I paid for. I paid 150 for the installation which is stupid expensive and could have got it done somewhere professionally for cheaper. Do yourself a favor and wait until the next day and go somewhere other than here. Youre welcome.Update: Stereo doesnt even work anymore. Just completely stopped working.

If I could I will do zero to less than half a star. Do not go there for anything. My mother pay for my car. I just found out that the bottom is badly rusted. I did see some rust want you open the door. I ask twice what will it cost to fix its and never get it. I was told that it never sure have pass inspected. And the time up I had them do in July 2017 is not right my spark plugs are bad because it is backfiring. I have email him and no answer so I am going to take him to court. And if he see this you can email to give me back my money for everything that I pay for from the price to the inspected to the tune up and for the money to see why the check engine light was on. It comes to about $4,200.00

I dont recommend it, take my car to do a computerized alignment and when I realize they are aligning it with a rope and not with the computer as it should be, they give me the excuse that my car is very misaligned after I They say that it is because of the rims and tires that it has and it cannot be aligned on the computer, ok I took my car and quickly it started it started to pull to the right side I take it back and the supposed mechanic tests it with me and seeing that it pulls For the side he tells me that it is okay that it is the road I told him that he will forget it and that he will keep the $ 50 that I give it to him, AND THE SAD CASE IS THAT I AM A MECHANIC AND MY WORK IS ALIGNMENT BUT MY WORK IS IN NEW YORK AND I CANT TAKE IT THERE WITHOUT ALIGNING
