I get my haircut here every two weeks by John. And let me just say he has the hands of a true artist! Leaves me fresh everytime!

I cant speak for the rest of the barbers here but Mason who works here is the worst. Not because he cant cut hair but if you ever have any problems with your haircut, never ask him to correct it. Made an appointment, got passed up for someone else when I showed up on time. Taken in 45 mins later than my appointment making me late for my job. Couldnt fix all the requests that I had with my haircut and had to go to job covered with hair. Messaged the guy to ask if he could fix things up the next day and gives me attitude about how hed normally and wouldnt do things for free but will make an exception in this case. No. A customer service issue is solved by Sorry, I know, come on in the afternoon when its less busy. It pains me to write this bad a review for a person who was a friend.
