I had an accident in 2019. I became an above knee amputee and started working with Whitney Tapp at the start of 2020. Whitney has gone above and beyond working for me to find a comfortable fit in my socket. She has researched different styles of sockets that would work best for my specific situation. She has been willing to explain the process, terminology, and physiology of my leg along with answering questions about my concerns. Whitney has been upbeat and and has made each appointment a comfortable experience. If you are forced to deal with an above knee amputation, I recommend setting up an appointment with Whitney Tapp.

Im an new above the knee amputee. Ive had three wonderful experience of working with Whitney who is totally awesome!!! And just recently Ive enjoyed working with Barry who provided me with a beautiful ankle support and new diabetes shoes. The professionalism and patience of both Whitney and Barry are above and beyond the pay grade! I totally recommend THIS Hangers😁They also have great receptionists to compliment the office.

They advised me when I was in their clinic that I would only be responsible for about $19.00 and then sent me a surprise bill later. The person who fit me for a foot brace, did a horrible job, had to leave the room multiple times during my visit and was even on his cell phone. When I attempted to wear the brace as instructed, it made my foot, ankle and calf fall asleep. Later on, I was seen by a podiatrist who explained that the brace they provided was not fit correctly and that wearing it likely aggravated my condition and I had to get cortisone shots in my foot. I will never go back to this clinic.

Barry is a great manager. Staff is courteous and friendly. They know their clients needs and follow up on their orders. Glad someone took over the office who knows what needs to get done.

The Employees at Hangar Clinic take all precautions regarding Covid 19. My appointment for inserts was on time and very thorough. The same went for when I picked up mu orthotics. I would recommend. Hangar Clinic to anyone needing orthotics.

My experience with Hanger Clinic was actually enjoyable. Receptionist was welcoming, the tech was informative and efficient. My shoes arrived when they said they would. Highly recommend.

The best place to go with people who care.

Had the worst experience. Took over two weeks to approve my knee brace. I called my insurance copy and found out they approved it a week prior. Once the brace arrived, it continued. They ordered the brace for the right knee not the left. Had a terrible experience and would not recommend

Avoid at all cost. Horrible service, non existent follow up, even branch manager wouldnt return calls. Worst experience ever!
